As he roamed the halls of Hogwarts, Draco stewed. His father, one of the most powerful men in the world, was in Azkaban. Prison! And it was all Harry Potter's fault!
Draco steadied himself by fantasizing what he would do to Potter if he ever caught him alone (completely ignoring the knowledge that he'd probably puss out).
Just as he was about to turn a corner, however, he experienced a flash of red light, followed by unconsiousness.
Explosion at Malfoy Manor!
You-Know-Who thought dead again!

Headmaster Albus Dumbledore placed the paper on his desk between himself and Harry Potter.
"It seems someone managed to suprise Voldemort, and myself as well. Tell me, Harry, is there anything you wish to say?"
"Not particularly, but I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have," Harry replied, calmly. He felt completely at ease with the situation. He know Dumbledore would disapprove of his actions, but he felt justified and honestly could not bring himself to care.
"Very well, Harry. I suppose my first question is how you pulled it off."
"It was pretty easy, actually. I knew that Draco Malfoy would eventually be asked to take the mark. So I abducted him just before the end of the school year. I cut open his arm, and implanted a magically shrunk explosive designed to go off when he received the Dark Mark. After that, it was just a matter of healing up his arm and adjusting his memory. Then wait." There had actually been a bit more to it than that. He had to figure out how to shrink the explosives without shrinking the explosion, and how to hide it from Voldemort's senses, but he didn't feel like getting into the technical details.
Dumbledore frowned and took a look of grave disappointment. "And what of the cost, Harry? Young Draco was innocent in this. There were likely other innocent people at that manor, as well. Don't you realize that you have cost them everything they could ever be?"
"Fuck 'em. Voldemort's disembodied again, and he took a lot of his supporters with him. Now we have more time to figure out a way to kill him for good. Hell, maybe it stuck this time."
Dumbledore continues to whine at Harry and eventually explains the horcruxes. Harry refuses to commit suicide, and instead encases Voldemort in carbonite, which he launches into space.
