Yakov was done taking out the Prince of Pop and his henchmen back home in America, and he got the upper hand on the spoiled teenage supervillain that was very rich with money. "How many times do we heroes have to teach you this lesson, stupid boy?" Steel Soldier said, giving the spoiled child a painful kick to the stomach, knocking him to a wall. (It was a good thing that the supervillain still had his armor on, or he would have been toast.)

"Why do I always lose to a bunch of losers like you?"

"Because, my boy," Yakov said, "the bad guys always lose... mostly." then he grabbed the rich boy by his head, and threw him into a nearby armored car driven by a couple of police officers.

Yakov then clapped his hands in satisfaction, knowing that another mess has been cleaned by him while the other heroes are away in France.

"Well, Steel Soldier," said Chief Duncan, coming up to the metahuman hero, "you've done it again, man. Another job well-done in keeping the peace for this beautiful city."

"Always happy to help, sir." Yakov said, shaking hands with the chief of police. "It was a little difficult to take down all of these villains while my comrades are busy having fun in Paris."

"Yeah. but you are giving it your all," Duncan smiled gratefully. "I just hope that Jesse is ok right now. If anything happened to that boy, my wife would have my head on a silver platter."

Both men had a good laugh. "That is what my ex wife told me about my son if he ever got hurt. I know he's not a superhero, but that's just an average mother for you.

"Ha! tell me about it. But I just hope he's ok." Turns out Duncan was still very concerned about his own son's well-being. Sure, Jesse is now a superhero that can save lives and help make the world a better place, but he still worries about him a great deal when he is fighting crime.

Alas, it was a parent thing. it showed how much he loved Jesse since he was his son after all. He was proud of Jesse either way.

Duncan wondered what his own son was doing in Paris right now, and Yakov wished he could have been there with his comrades. Still, he stayed behind because he has already seen enough of the City of Lovers for a little while.

The Prince of Pop was being hauled away by the cops so he can be back in a prison cell. Heading back home, Yakov was back in his own house, which was completely renovated from the money he made while doing hero jobs for the Jackal. No more cobwebs, no more leaky roofs or windows, no more molds in some parts of the rooms. There was even insulation in the house within the attic.

Coming back and about to call Luna and the rest of his comrades, Yakov pulled out his phone and dialed the first three numbers of Luna's cell. Suddenly, something came bursting at the front door, making him jump with fright.

He got himself in a battle position since it would look like a breaking and entering affair. "Dad!" turns out, it was only his son.

"Oh! Leon." Yakov recognized. He smiled, always happy to see his only son. "what is the problem."

"There's no problem, dad." Leon clarified. "But you need to turn on the TV! Channel 13!"

"What's on it?"

"The news. it involves Luna and the guys in Paris."

Yakov hurriedly got the remote and turned on the screen to get to the news channel. "And our top story today," said a male news anchor. "Luna Frost, Color Fire, Electrifyer, and Lincoln have saved France from an incoming threat. Turns out, they foiled the plans from Les Loups Enrages, the partisan militia giving the French citizens grief, was trying to take over the country and install a new system. But, our heroes managed to foil those plans and all is swell for everyone within France."

Steel Soldier looked rather surprised to see this kind of news and Leon looked as equally surprised.

"Although Steel Soldier was not present at the event, due to him staying behind in the US to protect the land while his friends are away, it was another magnificent event that happened outside of America. Arno Dumas, the source of Les Loups Enrages and their little radical ideals, was killed in the event, ending the radical views of these dangerous partisans."

"I'm really starting to wish I could have been there." Yakov remarked.

"But I thought you said you didn't want to be in Paris for a while?" Leon asked.

"I didn't and had my fair share. Admittedly. But I did not expect this kind of event to happen in the first place. It went from a vacation to saving a whole nation from disarray. Now it's like the French revolution all over again."

"Minus the guillotines." Leon pointed, making his father chuckle.

"True words, Leon. True words. You know, hoe would you feel about Ukraine one of these days?"

"That does sound fun, but it's close to Russia and what if there are Russians that give me a hard time because of my Ukrainian heritage?"

"Come on." Yakov said. "You should never listen to what other people think about you, especially gossip. Besides, if anyobe does give you a hard time, they will have to answer to me." he picked up a soda can that was empty and said: "imagine if this was the aggrevators' head." he simply squished the soda can like crumbling up a piece of paper.

Leon smiled and said: "thanks dad."

"And besides, I am a superhero. No doubt that the news of me and my friends have reached out to Russia and Ukraine as well. If this is showing on the news from France, then it won't be long until it spreads to all of Europe like a second bubonic plague."

"good point."

"Besides, there are many interesting things in Ukraine you can look at. every country has it's own beauty."

"I know, dad." Leon nodded his head. "but it's too bad Pripyat is not habitable anymore."

"Another good point." Yakov sighed. "I know it was only a small village before it became the name us Ukrainians know today, but it's sad about whay happened with the Chernobyl incident."

"Sorry, dad."

Meanwhile, the Loud family was in the living room watching the news from home, feeling so proud of Lincoln and Luna for their accomplishment.

"Wait, is that Lincoln?" Leni asked, seeing footage of him as Ace Savvy with a Chatellerault machine gun in combat..

"Looks like it!" Lori said. "He's literally a superhero now!"

"Just imagine the bodies of those bad guys being stored in the Parisian catacombs right now." Lucy said with a smile. "Dozens of more souls added to the collection for the deceased French."

"Man, you're morbid." Lynn said.
