Luna and Sam were watching Dream Boat together at Sam's house this time, and Simon passed by while playing his handheld console. "Oh, you guys are back together?" asked Simon
"Well... yes and no." Sam admitted, looking a little awkward.
"I didn't mean to cheat on her, but Mason was just an awesome kisser." Luna said. "And he seemed... charming too." she rubbed the back of her head in shame. "But I still love Sam, dude. That's why we're gonna start over a little bit."
"I have to admit," said Mrs Sharp, walking in the room with disappointment. "You have got a lot of nerve kissing someone else behind our daughters' back."
"Mom, I forgive her, cut her some slack."
"Look, cheating on someone you are dating with or married to, it is breaking a very sacred bond and sacred trust."
"I know. And i'm sorry." Luna said.
"Well the next time you break our daughters' heart again, you will have to answer to our lawyer."
Luna certainly didn't want to get sued for everything she owns, plus Sam was still the light of her life, and said: "well, don't you worry, Mrs S. I will never make the same mistake again."
"Very well." she exited the room.
"Mom's just mad, Luna. She'll get over it."
"I hope so." Luna said before placing her hands under her chin. "Maybe starting over a little can help."
"Totally."
"I know I'm just a kid," Simon admitted, but I think you guys are perfect for each other. But that's just me."
"Thanks, Simon." Sam smiled sadly. "But you don't have to worry about us. We'll repair ourselves somehow."
Simon nodded and resumed playing his hand-held console some more, and he xan be quite glued to these kind of things.
"So do you think Lincoln might have a chance with Jenny?" Luna smirked
Letting out a small laugh before replying: "I guess so. You said they like the same things a little bit, right? We can't just rush it."
"True. Not saying we can. Love don't come easy." she turned the volume up with the remote. "At least she's a superhero too. Lincoln's a hero, so they might have something together."
"My dad says love at first sight doesn't exist, but that's just his perspective."
"True." Luna agreed. "So if we go abroad, like out of America, where would you want to go next?"
"Well, you always wanted to go to Britain. That's one of your lifelong dreams."
"That it is, dude. That it is." Luna proudly stated. "But if we do go abroad again, we'll just have to see where we'll go next. Could be the Democratic Republic of Congo, or Italy, or India."
"Anything can happen." Sam pointed. "Or we could go to where Yakov used to live, in Ukraine."
"Ooh. Yeah, I'm sure he would like that. Going to a former Soviet Union country in the Iron Curtain? How cool would that be?"
"Right? But I don't think we can't go to his home city."
"Why not?"
"Lincoln mentioned that Pripyat was hit hard by the Chernobyl disaster in the 80's."
"Oh.. that's right. We can still go to the capital city... what's the name of it?"
"Kiev?"
"Yeah! that's right! Though Yakov said that when he was in Ukraine, Pripyat wasn't even formed at all. It was an agricultural area with farms."
"Think of it as a way to get away from the pressures of modern society."
"True."
"Too bad there's too much radiation to visit Pripyat."
"Yeah." Sam sighed. "I know."
Lincoln was playing with the console on the TV before he was interrupted by Lynn. "Hey Lincoln, I need to ask a favor."
"What is it?"
"Catch!"
"Wha- oof!" Lincoln felt his body forced by Lynn throwing a football at his stomach, and it almost felt like a cannonball had hit it instead.
"Nice catch!" Lynn said.
"There's other people you can try that on, you know? Why not ask Lori for a change?"
"Good idea!" Lynn said. "No offense, but it can get boring with you sometimes, Stincoln."
Lincoln didn't respond to that, but just glared at her until she went upstairs to try that on Lori next. "I hate it when she does that. Good thing it wasn't a cannonball." the doorbell rang and he answered it. "Oh! hey Jenny!" Lincoln greeted.
"Hi Lincoln." she blushed slightly before saying: "Listen, I was wondering if... you would like to go get some pizza with me?"
Blushing himself, Lincoln replied: "Sure! I know a great place to get some. Gus' Games N Grub."
"Cool, you can lead."
"Let me talk to my parents first to let them know where I'm heading."
"Sure! I'll wait."
As Lincoln got his parents' approval, he put on his winter garments and walked with his new friend together on this nice, snowy day. "They have really fun games in the arcade."
"Nice. This should be fun."
"And it's good to have you on the team, Jenny. You're good at fighting bad guys."
"Thank you. You too." Jenny smiled. "Especially how you were firing your gun at the henchmen."
"It was an even better thing that you and the guys were with me, otherwise, i would have been toast."
"Numbers don't always mean one time will won on their side."
"No, you're right. But they can help out, that's for sure." he felt a slight cramp in his stomach. "Ah!"
"You ok?" Jenny sounded worried.
"Yeah, i'm fine. Nothing to worry about." he sounded irritated when he explained: "Lynn threw a football at me hard in the stomach. She is just amazingly strong. Having so many siblings can be a curse."
"Ugh, i know how that feels, Lincoln." Jenny narrowed her eyes, turning away from him.
