"You" Mireya looked up from her pile of papers at the disheveled Camilla. It had been a couple of days since she got the frantic call from Amirah, but she was still on her toes about the man stalking her son.

"Do I need to call security? Why are you here unannounced Doctor." Mireya stands up, finger hovering over the button under her desk.

"I just- there is a question I need to ask you." slips into the seat in front of the desk. "Do you know the John Doe who got shot at Crystal Lake almost a decade ago?"

"How could I forget?" Mireya rolled her eyes "what does that have to do with me?" She straightened her papers.

"Does the man you had sex with…does he have a brother? Did he come here with a brother?" Mireya stared at the woman, mouth agape. She shook her head.

"No, what kind of question is that?" her face twisted in disgust.

"I think you know why, you just are good at hiding it. I believe that the John Doe has family, and the DNA on the new victims match. It has to be his twin brother or something, and I want a DNA sample from Miracle just to–"

"Have you lost your fucking mind? You think I'll hand over my son's DNA to prove some stupid conspiracy of yours." She sat back down.

"You don't understand, that monster killed my daughter's father right in front of her! I need to figure out who caused all this death and bring him to justice. You understand, right? Being alone with a child because your baby's father is dead." The doctor wiped her running nose "maybe the other officers didn't notice but it's obvious your son is related to that John Doe…one way or another. I've studied bones and how the body is supposed to look…Miracle is young but his skull tells it all, he and that John Doe are identical in structure… they are related." Her bottom lip trembled and Mireya's stomach was at her feet. She was paralyzed with fear. "I just need to know…if someone is here avenging him." Mireya pushes the red button and two security guards restrain the doctor in minutes.

She screamed and thrashed against them and Mireya stared blankly. She knows. Holy fuck she knows. She held her chest and curled up, the doctor caused quite a scene. One of the coworkers crowding at the door notices Mireya and runs over. "Hey Mireya, are you okay? Don't worry the drunk lady is gone."

"Drunk? She wasn't acting drunk" Mireya reached for the trashcan and he handed it over. She purged her lunch immediately.

"You couldn't smell it? She reeked of booze." He pats her back as she purges again. She started opening drawers, her breath picking up pace and her vision starting to blur. "Hey, what are you looking for?"

"M-my CBD, I need to calm down." She coughed on her own breath, pulling out the container of gummies and popping one in.

It took 15 minutes to start working, and by then she gave her statement to the security guards. She held herself in the office chair, eyes shut, her coworkers surrounding her "are you sure you're alright?" Mireya gave a soft nod and hummed, she felt her heart slow down and the dreadfulness in her stomach subside. Her head started to feel light and her thoughts slowed down, she could process her thinking.

Okay Mireya, she is drunk and clearly at a breaking point. Let's hope no one takes her seriously that thought made her feel a bad pang in her chest. She was at that place not too long ago. Glancing at the family photo on her desk made those feelings of guilt disappear instantly. Miracle must be protected at all cost, her fingers grabbed the wooden frame and she took a closer look. "Did he have a brother? He never mentioned it" she muttered mainly to herself. "I have to go, I need to investigate something."

Grabbing her bag she ran to her car. Jason would have told her if he had a brother right? They told each other everything, it would've naturally come up, especially since Mireya had a little brother herself. She was going to find out one way or another.

Creaking filled the air as she pushed the wooden door open. She took a hesitant step into the shack, fiddling with a matchbox as she walked in deeper. Mireya has been here before but it still gave her the creeps which made her speed walk to the backroom. There, on a small table laid a skull and blue sweater. Striking a match the room could only brighten slightly, slightly enough to at least see the colors of the area. She steps over a pickaxe only for it to grab onto her boot lace and pull her down. She softly groaned as the light went out.

Striking another match she crawled to the first candle and lit it. The black candle's flame was tall, she wiped the dust off of it. It wasn't covered in inches of dust like the rest were. "Never thought I'd need to do this again" she sat up waving the match out before rubbing her eyes. Trying to remember the steps was becoming difficult. Give her a light, so she can see, and give her an offering to grab onto this reality. She snapped her fingers "that's right. An offering." Mireya started to search her pockets for an offering, but the keys and wallet wouldn't do nor would the coins catch her attention. The ticklish brush caught her attention, in her jacket pocket she pulled out a bright blue feather. It was a gift from Miracle, it hurt her to do this but it was a good reason.

Setting the feather down on the floor and sitting down crossing her legs and straightening her back. She gulped and closed her eyes softly whispered "Pamela Voorhees, I've given you a light and an offering. Come, can you hear me? I cannot wait" she let out a sigh. About to open her eyes she's shot back onto the floor faint.

"Holy fuck it worked!" Mireya looked around in the blank white space, "Pamela?" She stood up. She saw a blurry dot in the distance, curiosity dragged her towards it. Her steps became faster and louder as she ran to the figure. She grabbed the woman's shoulder and slowly turned her around "Pamela!"

"Mireya, never thought you'd join this plane of existence again. I did not hear you calling, I was busy watching something. What's the ma-" she shushes as Mireya hugs her rightly. Soft sobs started to echo through the space. She slowly wrapped her arms around her daughter-in-law and held her close. "Mireya, what's happening."

"A man is stalking my son and an unstable doctor is also after him. Apparently, someone has been killing all the officers on that kid Kyle's case. The forensic lady knows Jason and Miracle are related-"

"You told her?" Pamela grabbed Mireya's shoulders and her eyes grew dark.

"No she studies bones and such, she can tell by the shape of Miracle's skull that he and Jason are related. She doesn't know how though, but she knows." Pamela's eyes widened "yeah I know it's fucking crazy, she just looked at him and could tell by the shape of his head how does that even work?" She started to hyperventilate but Pam shushes her.

"Get rid of her, and I'll deal with the man stalking my baby Miracle. Okay?"

"I-I can't kill her Pamela, there has to be another way, she has a child around Miracle's age I can't make a child an orphan." She starts tearing up "I-I also needed to ask." Pamela helped her calm down.

"Yes dear, anything."

"Did Jason have a brother? She found a DNA match to Jason on the officers." She sniffles "I feel like I know nothing, all I want is for my baby to live a normal enough life. Where did I go wrong?"

"Well, Jason isn't alive so I don't know how she got that match" hoping she could forgive this. "I wish I did know, but what I do know is that the future will turn out right. I can guarantee that much." She pets the woman's coily hair "and no Jason is my only child." She pats her cheek "wake up, Miracle is feeling lonely. He needs his mom."

Gasping awake she grabbed her chest and sat up. The candle blew out and the feather was gone. She softly sighed and looked at the skull, "thank you" standing up she smiled. She turned as she heard crunching, her body stayed still and quiet. Breath stuck in her throat, she waited until she hears a raccoon growl and it runs off. She started breathing again and runs out of the shack. Jason watched the woman run before slipping into the shack.

She isn't a threat Jason, come to mommy. He sat down at the shrine and decided to rest.

"Hey Miracle, I'm home." She was met with barking dogs and tv buzz, glancing over the couch she notices the tv was left on static. "Did the internet get knocked out while I was gone?" She looked down at the couch seeing a sleeping Aniyah. Mireya looked up at the ceiling, feeling her son in his room, she looked towards the stairs "Miracle?"

"Yes má?" She screams and turns around to see her son, he giggles at her face. Aniyah softly groans and wakes up.

"Nunca hacer eso otra vez" she straightens out her work jacket, "never do that again or your ass is grass. Sorry Aniyah." She looked up again, not sensing him there anymore. "How did you get downstairs?" The boy's eyes slightly widened.

"I was always downstairs má." She squinted at him and nodded.

"You two stay down here, go into the closet actually. If y'all hear anything don't come out till I give the signal." She guided them to a hallway closet and shut the door behind them. Grabbing her purse she pulled out her old M9 and slipped off her boots. Because someone was just upstairs and she was going to find them. Silent steps up the stairs she started her search, listening for any sign of life. Peering in rooms and closets yielded no results, even peaking into the attic held nothing. She gave a soft sigh in relief "maybe…" she paused "maybe I should go and lay down."

Opening the closet door led to looks of worry. "No uninvited guest was here, Aniyah you hungry? What about you baby? I need a nap so let it be something simple." The two nodded and thought for a moment.

"Uncrustables, two each." Aniyah smiles holding up two fingers. Mireya smiles and nods, going to the fridge and pulling out four of the sandwiches. Mireya checked her snack cabinet and hummed.

"Did you and Miracle eat all the marshmallows? I just had a new bag there not to long ago."

"Man in forest ate 'em." The girl muttered, Mireya bent down to her level and grabbed her shoulders.

"Who" she swallowed "ate them?"

"The man in forest, Miracle's friend" she shoved the rest of the sandwich in her mouth. "He likes marshies" Mireya's heart froze as she patted the girl on her head. Slowly standing up in a daze she walks towards the living room.

She rounds the corner to see her son surfing through cartoons. The world seemed to shift around them, it felt like she could see every frame of life in one moment. Her steps were staggered, grabbing onto the couch for stability. She placed her hand on his shoulder "Miracle, we need to talk."
