A/N- So this is kinda a summary of the last two episodes of HI so there is a lot of lifting and almost the same dialogue with some changed and cut out.

The morning went by faster than any of them noticed. The boys were already waiting in Brad's car for their father to take them to school. He and Jill were laxed against the kitchen counter ready to face the next step in their lives.

"Having second thoughts at all?" He asked her because he wanted to make sure she didn't give up a dream of hers for any reason.

"No, you?"

"No, none."

"I guess I'll feel better you know, when I make this call to doctor Lee. Tell him I've decided to stay here I'm Detroit."

"Yeah I think you will."

Her hands came to grip at his arms and turned in to face her.

"So! Have a great tool time grand finale."

She pecked Him on the lips and he left.

" How would you guys have felt if your mom made the decision to move to Indiana." His eyes were focused on the road but he was just as focused on their answers.

"I think I would have been fine with it not much I really cringed to here." Came from his youngest son.

"Yeah, I wouldn't have a problem either." Brad answered.

"That's good because family is much more important. The hardest part about moving. So many memories. This is where you guys grew up."

He reminisced about the times the boys were younger and all the time they spent together. A smile creept across his face when he remembered when Brad got detention on the first day of school, just like he did when he was younger.

His eyes almost welded with tears when the imagery of him and Randy played his zombie invasion game on his computer. It made his miss his son even more now that he was back in Costa Rica.

He basically was already out the house and Brad and Mark weren't weren't far behind. He felt better looking back and thanking God that his youngest son was finally over his all black faze.

He was brought back to reality when he heard his youngest son's voice from the back seat.

"Dad, can we stop I'm really hungry."

"How can you be hungry your mom just cooked us breakfast."

"Did you eat it?" He heard Brad ask him and He glared at him from the corner of his eyes.

"It was good oatmeal."

"It was scrambled eggs."

His eyebrows connected to the middle of his head. "Bad scrambled eggs."

"Yeah, when I get married, I'm gonna make a woman prove to me she's a good cook." Coming from Brad.

"That's why you're going to be eight, alone and very hungry. Come on cooking has nothing to do with the Relationship. Your mom and I have a good relationship because we share a honest mutual respect."

The relationship he had with his wife was, is the best relationship he has with any woman. Like the opposite for some, the longer they're together the stronger their bond grows.

Though they've had their ups and down even their most serious arguments they still made it work. He also began to look back at the past memories with his wife. His cheeks raised when he remembered the time he tired to persuade Jill in trying to have a daughter.

Ironically, he also remembered back when Jill's sister had a daughter and it brought up feelings of her wanting a daughter. He really wondered how different their life would be I they had a little girl.

"Your, mom and I have had our share of disagreements but in the end it doesn't matter, you know. Because one of us always apologizes."

"You?" his youngest son commented.

"Yep."

" It's good then that you had Wilson here to help you out."

"Yeah, I don't know what I would've done without his help sometimes."

"You know dad, one good thing about 'tool time' being over is no more accidents." Brad said.

"We still have a house. You know what they say every year a hundred thousand accidents occur in the home."

"And ninety-nine thousand of those occur in our home."

"Exactly" he said with laugh.

The rest of the drive is quite until they arrived to school.

"Hey, thanks for the ride dad" Brad says

"Yeah, go get them at tool time." Came from his youngest son.

"Yeah, break a leg, huh!"

Tim then turned his head to look at him questionablely.

"AH -y- you know what I mean."

"Hey guys, I probably don't say this enough to you two but I love you guys, I'm really happy the way you guys turned out y'know. You're smart, hard working, honest boys."

A almost sadden look crosses Brad's face as he reaches into in pocket.

"Here's the rest of that gas money."

"I knew you were holding out. Get out of here."

"Later dad, I love you."

"Have a good day dad." Mark told him

"You too."

"I love you."

"A lot of memories."

He watched as they both walked away until he drove to the studio.

"Can't believe this is my last 'tool time'"

He walks inside to meet with his co-workers he has gotten so close with.

"Are you guys ready for the farewell show? Yes, siree, and we're gonna go out on top! We're gonna go out on top and we're gonna segue to new beginnings and brighter tomorrows." Al says rather enthusiastically.

"That's the spirit Al!"

"Alright"

Just as he thought they were ready to begin setting up he sees Al start making his way backstage.

"OH, I'm a total wreck. I can't believe this is going to be over." He reaches off to Heidi and they hug.

"OH, I know me either. This is the Last time I'm gonna introduce you guys. The last time I'm gonna give you CPR." She says referring to Tim who just walked in back stage.

"Yeah, I'm going to miss you guys."

"Our lives are changing so fast. Oh, stop the rollercoaster." Al turns back into Heidi arms.

"Al, Al" Tim exclaims. "Change can be good thing, er, you're getting married remember."

"Well, that's true"

"Yeah" Al and Heidi say simultaneously and hug again.

"And, you know what? I'm pregnant!"

"She's pregnant! Yeah!" Tim and Al now say together.

"Let's do this guys, we'll finish how we started."

Back at home Jill is in backyard arranging the chairs for Al's wedding. She stopped in a quick second when she heard a voice from the other side of the fence.

"Hidy- ho neighborette. Oh my, my,my I see Al and Trudy's wedding arrangements are progressing."

"Yeah, but the seating arrangement's all messed up. Just like my life."

"Now wait a second Jill, I thought you were gonna take the job in Indiana. Tim told me it was all set."

"Yeah, well I changed my mind I didn't want to leave my life here in Detroit behind and I can't help but feel guilty because Tim is ending 'tool time today and I can't help but feel it's all because of me eventhough he says it isn't."

"Well Jill, I understand. This has been your home for twenty years and you'd have to leave your whole life behind, you'd have to say goodbye to all your old friends, we'd have to say goodbye to you." His voice cracked a little.

"So you're telling me it was a good idea to stay."

"I didn't say that."

"So I should go"

" I didn't say that either." Eventhough he wasn't going to say it he truly didn't want to see his friend leave.

"Look Jill, it was a difficult decision to make, regardless of your family and friends love you and Tim doesn't blame you for anything. He spoke to me and it seemed like he'd already made up his mind. Something about problems with his new boss. Morgan?"

"Yeah, I guess you're right. Thank you Wilson" She said stepping onto a chair and hugging him over the fence.

As much as it pained everyone to participate and watch the 'tool time' finale ended with smiles, tears and singing. They brought back their most popular guess stars and their were all smiles with encouragement that came from Jill and his sons that sat in the front row.

"Where are my trash cans" Tim said aloud enough for Wilsom to hear.

"Hey, give it to me." Wilson said on the other side of the fence. "Jill moved all your trash cans over to my side so there'd be more room for the wedding."

"There'd be so much more space if this fence wasn't here." He said eyeing the wall of wood.

"You know Tim your right. We could have all the chairs facing this way." Wilson said referring facing away from the gazebo.

"Right and then I would build the arch in your yard."

"Well, why don't we take the fence down."

"Well we certainly could." Wilson said willingly.

"Why haven't we thought about taking this fence down."

"Oh, I don't know, maybe we didn't want to reveal too much of ourselves."

"But we went ahead and revealed everything anyway."

"Yeah, Let's take this suckered down."

Wilson then handed Tim a hammer and they began to pull apart the fence.

"Well, it look like it's gonna be great wedding." Jill said bouncing with excitement meeting Tim underneath the arch who are a grey suit.

She wore a light sky blue skirt that brushed above her knees along with a long sleeve blouse that had a sparkling design on the inner seams.

"I'm really glad we're doing this Al."

Despite the harsh jokes they may exchange between each other Al truly had grow to be one of his best friends.

"Me too. This white wedding arch you made is so beautiful."

Their eyes went up scanning over the wedding arch. It was painted white with purple and pink flowers tangled through outbit along with bright green vines of plants that hung just above their heads but didn't touch.

"Look, look Harry and Delores."

She made her way over to the couple and greeted them with a smile and hugged Delores whose hair was cut shorter than usual and wore a flowery dress and Harry a black tux.

"Welcome back"

She then showed them to their seats, then made her way into the kitchen to assist the caterers with the wedding cake.

She stood confused when she was handed an exceptionally big gift basket.

"OH, is this, er, a delivery for Al and Trudy?"

"No! Delivery for Tim and Jill. Morgan Wandell." He held out a card and hands it to Jill.

"Binford V.P and media production. And you are even prettier than the way Tim described you."

It really made her skin crawl how he brought up such actions of Tim. After hearing his name she realized he was Tim's new boss and he truly hated what he did to the show. She knew Tim wouldn't have brought up her in a conversation with him especially since she barely heard anything about him.

"Really, How did he describe me?"

Conflicted he responded

"Okay he didn't, Look I need to see Tim I've been trying to convince him to stay with 'tool time' . He keeps turning me down."

"He hated what you did to his show."

He was quick to respond telling her that they had offered to make him executive producer and a raise but he didn't budge.

"He turned down the offer." She cleared her throat. "Well, now if you don't mind we're in the middle of a wedding to which you are not invited."

She pushes him out the door. She stopped as she watched Tim through the glass window of their home contemplating why would he turn down the job offer we wanted for so long or not even tell her that a offer was made.

He was seated in the front row patiently wanting for the event to begin. She placed a hand on his shoulder gathering his attention. Both hands rested on each side of his face as she sat and placed a kiss on his lips.

"You are the most amazing and wonderful man."

"Well hold that thought the weddings starting and I've got a lot of money riding on it."

She smiled and turned watching as Al and Cal walked over the arch.

The smile on Al's face grew wider as his cheeks burned crimson as he watched his wife to be walk down the isle. Jill eyes her as she walks by.

"Oh, Trudy looks so beautiful."

Her eyes start to weld with tears and her voice gave out mid sentence. Smiles were plastered on the faces of everyone as Wilson who has been put in place as the minister begins to speak.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here for this joyous and deeply moving occasion..." He starts as the Bible obscures his face.

Their hand that were interlocked break apart as Tim ever so attentive hands Jill his handkerchief.

"Are you gonna cry through this wedding just like you did through ours."

Tears were already cascading her cheeks.

"Yes, but this time I'm happy." She jokes.

The couple stood gleaming underneath the arch and shared their vows they wrote for each other. They placed their rings on, said their "I do's".

They were pronounced man and wife. They shared a passionate kiss and walked down the isle shaking hands, greeting friends and family as thy passes by applauding them.

"Jill, we're in the middle of a wedding. What do you want to talk about."

She holds the door of the hot rod open as he walks into the garage.

"Please sit down in the hot rod"

He threw his hands up shrugging " I don't care what it's about"

"I can't believe you turned down binford"

"How did you find that out?"

"Morgan stopped by to bribe us with a cheese basket. Giving up the promotion was the sweetest most selfless thing you've ever done, especially since I've decided not to go to Indiana."

"Least I could do maybe we'll start something new together."

Afterward they all sat around tables in the backyard feasting and sharing toast to Al and Trudy wishing them the best.

Tim stands after tapping his glass.

"Er, everybody ,um for the last ten years Al, you've been my right hand man, and you've not only been a big part of my life, in many cases you've saved it. Trudy you're getting a hell of a guy."

"I know" she replys with a smile.

"To Al and Trudy, health and happiness."

And everyone repeated after him

Al gave his thanks to Tim and Jill later after everyone danced and gave the newly married couple their marital gifts.

The sun had set and Jill made her way underneath the arch picking up Al's notes off the ground.

"Oh, look Al must have dropped his wedding vows. We should put them in a special place."

"OK, toss them in here." Tim said holding out the trash can eliciting a laugh from Jill.

"Look your wedding wedding arch didn't fall down."

With the sight of her standing underneath it brought back the memory of when it was them getting married.

"Do you remember the last time we were under one of these? We had no money, we had no kids." He said.

"No idea how our lives would turn out."

"I think so far they've turned out pretty well." He said joining her underneath the arch. "If you had to go back and do it all over again would you do it?"

"Yeah, yeah I would, I mean, there's been bumps along the road , I haven't always knew where we were headed, there's always a possibility of a crash, but I wouldn't want to travel with anybody else but you." She folded the piece of paper placing it into his suit pocket before she brought him in for a kiss. Her arms remained wrapped around his back as they continued their conversation. Her eyes were glued to his hypnotized by the pools of blue.

"As a matter of fact, I would change things." He said glancing up at they dark starry sky then back down at her.

"Yeah? What would you change."

"I don't think I'd propose to you in the back of a '68 dodge dart, two-seventy three."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah ok, what kind of a car would you choose?"

"That's not what I mean. If I had to do it again I'd pick a more romantic spot. First time I looked at you I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. Now twenty years later, I have the same feelings. Except this numbness in my thumb I can't explain." he said flexing his thumb

"Jill Patterson would you marry me?"

"No." She said on the verge of tears

"No?"

"I'm already married to the perfect guy."

"Do you have this guy's address I'll kill him myself, personally. "

"I may be able to find him." She laughed.

He ran his hands over her shoulders then kissed her passionately.

"So what do we do now?"
