In a dimly lit room, sat 12 armored soldiers and the headmaster with his assistant standing by him. Everyone was silent until Ozpin spoke up.

"How about we start with introductions." he smiled "My name is Professor Ozpin. I am the headmaster of Beacon Academy, one of Remnant's most prestigious schools in training huntsmen and huntresses. My assistant over here is Ms. Glynda Goodwitch. She is the deputy huntress at Beacon and also a professor."

None of them answered. They were still unsure of what to say to this stranger. The were originally planning to get back to the Voyager so no more witnesses can come up to see them but it all changed when this 'headmaster' and his assistant arrived out of nowhere to greet them. Glynda felt slightly nervous around them, with all their faces being covered by helmets and visors and all of them wearing highly advanced armor with not one hint of skin revealing. She did notice one of them has his fingers exposed from his shooting gloves but the fact remains that all of their faces are hidden beneath the helmets.. Before Carolina could say anything, Caboose chirped in.

"Can I have snacks?"

The headmaster and the deputy huntress turned their attention towards the blue soldier.

Ozpin kindly asked "And who might you be?"

"Oh, I am Michael J. Caboose! And this is Freckles!" the blue soldier introduced himself pointed the gun at the headmaster's face. Ozpin's face remained unchanged but Glynda was alarmed. Glynda raised her riding crop until the gun voiced out.

'GREETINGS'

Ozpin and Glynda were taken aback, the latter more than the former. The deputy huntress had witnessed bizarre weapons of many of the huntsmen and huntresses in the kingdom but a talking gun? Now that was a first.

"A pleasure to meet you Mr. Caboose." Ozpin greeted.

"You sound like agent Washingtub! Ooh ooh, about the snacks, may I have some cookies?" the childish blue quickly cut in.

"Caboose shut up."

Ozpin and Glynda looked to see the aqua one sitting beside Caboose reprimanding his teammate. The headmaster simply smiled and assured that he wasn't insulted.

"Now there is no need for that. While his words were not ill intent, I can't comprehend on why he would compare my voice to that of a bathing equipment."

Washington chuckled awkwardly and spoke.

"He was actually referring to me Professor Ozpin. My name's Washington. Caboose here has difficulty sometimes in saying my name."

"It is also good to meet you Mr. Washington. I do agree we sound alike." The headmaster said with also a slight chuckle. "For your friend's need of something edible, I did come prepared." The headmaster presented a plate full of cookies and other snacks and set them on the table.

"Yes!" Caboose happily exclaimed as he grabbed a handful of cookies. He just ate with his helmet on. Before Ozpin could ask on how he managed to do that, his attention turned to a bulky orange soldier scarfing down plenty of the snacks with a maroon one trying to hold him back and a red one threatening and insulting him at the same time.

Before things got out of hand, Glynda smacked her riding crop at the table, garnering their attention.

"Everyone," she turned her attention to the three reds "please do show appropriate behavior when talking to the headmaster. If not I will-" Glynda's tablet beeped. She looked at it and saw that Roman was trying to rob a store named Dust 'til Dawn.

"Headmaster, it appears that Roman Torchwick is robbing another store yet again. I shall take my leave and put a stop to this."

Ozpin nodded. "Very well Ms. Goodwitch. Good luck and be careful."

"Maybe we can help-" Wash was cut off with Ozpin waving his hand.

"There is no need for that Mr. Washington. Glynda is very capable of taking down Torchwick himself. Now, how about we proceed with introductions."

"Alright" Carolina finally spoke up. "My name is Carolina." the cyan Freelancer introduced herself.

Ozpin nodded and smiled. "Greetings Ms. Carolina"

"I'm Sarge, the leader of Red Team. This is Simmons, my second in command. The disgustingly fat orange one you see there is Grif. He's the team's driver cause that's all he's good at. Pinky pants over here-"

"Lightish-red!"

"Can it! Is Donut, our teams grenadier and this here is Lopez, our resident robot mechanic."

"Ola" Lopez buzzed.

"I see" Ozpin nodded "a pleasure to meet you gentlemen. A robot you say?"

"That's right, built by none other than me and did a fine job of building him if I say so myself."

"Absolutamente no eres viejo. Ni siquiera pueden hacer que mi unidad de voz sea insoportable para ustedes, perdedores (Absolutely not you old geezer. You can't even make my speech unit understandable for you losers.) the brown robot snarkily replied.

"Uh." The headmaster can't process on what Lopez had just said.

"What language is he speaking um, Sarge?" he asked the gruff colonel.

"Why, he is speaking Spanish muchacho." Sarge replied.

"Spanish?"

"Yes sir, the language comes from a country in our planet" he paused for dramatic effect "Mexico."

"Te odio tanto" (I hate you so much) Lopez sighed.

The headmaster was puzzled. When the red colonel said 'in our planet' then they really must have been not from Atlas or any of Remnant. To be safe, he just needed confirmation from the other soldiers.

Carolina continued "Now that you've met Washington and Caboose, the aqua one is Tucker"

"Yo" the aqua swordsman greeted.

"They are the members of blue team."

"I see. You happen to be wearing armor that is a shade of blue, do you consider yourself to be part of them?" Ozpin asked.

The three members of blue team looked towards the female freelancer.

Carolina thought at first and then replying "All of them are my teammates" she gestured to the reds, the medics, and JD "but specifically, yes I am a part of them."

Tucker fist pumped in victory because that meant they have two badass soldiers as their team leaders.

"You happen to be color divided, one team being red and you being blue."

"Yes, while we may have separate teams, we now work closely together as a group." Carolina answered.

Ozpin was satisfied with the answer and then continued his questions.

"It was a pleasure meeting you blue team, now how about we go on to you three now." Ozpin gestured to the purple medics and the ODST.

"Hello professor, my name is Frank Dufresne, but people often call me Doc. I am a medic of the group. They call you that because it's fucking hard to remember, and no one likes your name you fool. Not. One. Bit. Also, the name's O'malley you fool mwahahaha."

Ozpin was surprised on hearing this but didn't feel threatened.

"I'm sorry" Doc sheepishly apologized "I have a split personality"

"Greetings Mr. Dufresne, and also, no need for you to apologize" Ozpin kindly responded. Doc was also happy that someone has finally said his name right.

"Hello!" Dr. Grey chirped. "My name is Dr. Emily Grey. But Emily or Dr. Grey is fine."

"It's nice to see you doctor. If it's alright with you, may I please see all your faces. I assure you I'm not planning on doing anything once you remove your helmets."

The group turned towards Wash and Carolina. The Freelancers were a bit hesitant and talked in a private channel.

Wash: What do you think?

Carolina: Should we?

Wash: Even though we just met him, he does sound sincere. I say we give it a go.

Carolina: Alright.

"Okay everyone, helmets off." The rest of the group complied except JD.

Tucker turned to him "Dude seriously"

JD stared at him with his VISR. Suddenly, a tribal music came out of nowhere (Motherfucking right, this is World War 6 This right here is gonna make a bitch die And this right here is gonna make a bitch cry And if we being honest I am such a great guy And this what I do when a bitch breaks flock hu hu amedujuhuhuhuhuhu ahuhuhuhuhhhuh."

Tucker quickly said "Okay stop, please stop."

"Did anyone else here that?" said Simmons as he removed is helmet.

"Yeah, where the heck did that come from?" replied Grif.

"You can keep your helmet Mr.?-

JD pointed to the side of his chestplate

-JD. Ok then." Ozpin said to the ODST.

As he now got a good look at everyone, the headmaster was surprised. They were teens underneath that armor. Ozpin looked towards Carolina who vaguely resembled a local celebrity in Remnant.

He then nodded and glanced towards the medics. "My apologies, I don't mean to sound rude but you two seem to be young for someone to be called a doctor."

"That's because were combat medics. Doc here specializes in treating injured patients. I also do that too but I can perform surgery and a fully licensed doctor at my hospital." Dr. Grey said.

Ozpin nodded. He took one more look at everybody before continuing.

"Once again, it is my pleasure to meet you all. Since everyone has now been introduced, I would like to know more about yourselves."

Everyone appeared to be nervous, save for Caboose who just smiled not caring on what's going on.

"I did know about you when you battled the White Fang at Forever Fall." The guys were surprised at hearing this while Carolina and Washington grew more suspicious behind the man's motives.

"One of my associates saw you and reported back to me. Now that you are here, I would personally like to know you all, where did you come from, and your motives behind coming here to Remnant. When Mr. Sarge here said about a country called Mexico on your planet, it really did boost my assumptions on all of you about not being natives to Remnant because I have never heard of such a place. Your robot's language also was proof. While Atlas may be the most technologically advanced kingdom here, your armor seems rather too advanced for them to design."

The Reds and Blues grew silent.

"I assure you, none of this will be shared outside of this room and only me and my assistant knows of this. If you want, then I can even keep this a secret from Ms. Goodwitch."

Carolina was a bit hesitant but the way Ozpin sounded was sincere. She now reluctantly agreed.

"Okay, but as we share our info, we also want information from this place itself."

"All your questions regarding Remnant, it's people and culture will be happily answered by me. And I promise that only I will know of your background."

Washington nodded and sighed "Then prepare for the tale of a lifetime."

To say that the headmaster was intrigued was an understatement. Everything about them, the world were they came from sounded unreal and science fiction-y if that word is even grammatically correct. Their civilization has traveled space and settled in planets in which Remnant couldn't do. If Atlas were to ever hear of this then they would not stop in their endeavor to be the first kingdom in Remnant to reach the stars. They would surely love to know about their technology and replicate it for themselves. But Ozpin stayed true to his word that this would be a secret that only he would have knowledge of.

He was also surprised that they do not use dust and have other forms of energy that they use as power. Another thing was that they have no grimm and faunus that live in their world whatsoever. it sounded like the perfect place to live in, but sadly, there is no place that will ever be considered perfect. He was then told of their Great War against the Covenant and how humanity was nearly driven to extinction. JD played on a data pad some of the footage he took while in battle. While his face remained neutral, deep down Ozpin feared of what will happen if the aliens knew of Remnant. They were entirely an even bigger threat than the grimm itself or even her.

The Reds and Blues moved on to how they all met, the events which they experienced and how and why they arrived of Remnant in the first place. The headmaster was lost at words after hearing everything. The Reds and Blues, while they did share some laughs in telling their story, now appeared to be slightly sad with Wash and Carolina feeling regretful of the things they have done and from Freelancer and how they treated the Reds and Blues the first time they met them.

"I believe you."

The headmaster's words made the Reds and Blues look at him with surprise.

"All of you were sincere in what you told me and did not hesitate to cover every little detail."

The gang were relieved upon hearing this.

"You are all good people who were faced with many challenges and problems that came your way. What's positive is that no matter how hard the odds were against you, all of you still manage to climb out of top. I admire you all, you admitted that you have done some wrong things in the past and are taking action to make things good again. Every one of you is good in my book" These people have faced insurmountable odds that even some of the best hunstmen would have trouble in stopping them. And for that, he respected them.

The headmaster's words brought smiles onto their faces. Caboose then interrupted "Oh, can I read your book please?"

Some of them sighed at Caboose's lack of intelligence while the headmaster laughed. They are some of the most interesting people Ozpin had the pleasure of meeting and believed them when they said that they were going to start anew.

"Now, I am curious about one thing."

The colored troopers looked at him.

"What is your life's story Mr. JD?"

The crew looked towards JD as he stared up the ceiling reminiscing.

The Rookie and his squad guarded the Huragok, now known as Vergil, in the ONI-appropriated Crimson Wing of the Quito Space Tether's terminus for the following weeks. Approximately one month after the battle, they watched as Sergeant Major Avery Johnson interrogated the Engineer. Shortly after this, Alpha-Nine was redeployed in the field and fought in the concluding battles of the war. One of these operations, known as Operation: JOINT MONITOR, consisted of biohazard containment in the Voi Exclusion Zone, at some point following the Battle of Voi.

After the conclusion of the Human-Covenant War, Alpha-Nine continued to serve in the UNSC but JD, being the youngest member chose to breakoff and continue living a normal life. He plans to return once a big threat rises once again but for now, JD chose to serve as a transport aircraft pilot. When he heard about the news of Chorus' war, the Rookie was curious to meet the Reds and Blues and chose to deliver goods in his Prowler ship to Chorus. After that, well, he now ended up on a new world alongside the colorful sim troopers.

JD quit staring at the ceiling after having a Flashback and looked at the Headmaster.

Everyone just watched him in silence.

"We... didn't get anything JD" Wash slowly said to the ODST.

"Were you having some kind of Flashback montage, cause we didn't get to see any of it." Tucker added.

JD looked down ashamed. Ozpin just chuckled.

"Does he not speak?" Ozpin asked.

"We don't really know professor. He's just the quiet type." said Carolina.

"Or the shy one." Donut also added.

JD casted the lightish-red soldier a sideways glance before giving a data pad to Ozpin containing basic info of him. After reading it, the headmasterthen went on to answer their question regarding Remnant and after explaining them, he then made a deal.

"After getting to know you all, I would like to offer a proposition." the headmaster began.

"What is it professor?" asked Carolina.

"With what you all experienced and the skills that you picked up, you would make fine Huntsmen and Huntresses. I would allow you to enter my school, pass the initiation and then you will learn and be given more knowledge and when you graduate, all of you will be given licenses and become guaranteed ones in the future."

"May we discuss this among ourselves first?" Wash said.

"Of course" Ozpin then stood up and exited the room giving the gang time to decide.

"So... now what?" asked Donut.

"God damn it, school? Why the fuck did Santa have to revert us back to teenagers." Grif bemoaned. His partner Simmons, felt the opposite and was genuinely excited.

"Oh boy, now I can properly relive my high school life without my dad not caring about my academic success and forcing me to play sports in the Women's league."

The group silently stared at Simmons.

"Oh screw you guys, you don't know what that's like."

Tucker rubbed his hands before speaking "High school huh, I bet they have tons of chicks for me to score there."

"I wouldn't be surprised if all of them reject you." Washington interjected.

This prompted laughs. Carolina then made them focus on the task at hand.

"I say we should. This might be our chance here in Remnant because we don't have any place to go to."

"I agree." Wash nodded along.

Sarge also voiced his answer. "Count me and my men in too."

"Si"

"Yup"

"Oh God why, I was a college drop out you know?"

"No one cares numbnuts."

Dr. Grey and Doc seemed happy about the idea and agreed with the plan. Tucker and Caboose agreed, but with Caboose only joining them since he has no idea and they all planned to go to Beacon, and JD nodded along since he was new. This what Santa probably meant, that they become heroes here to show that they were doing good.

"I believe you may have come to a decision?" Ozpin asked as he reentered the room with a plate of cookies.

"Yes professor. We'll attend Beacon" Carolina said for the crew.

Ozpin was pleased with their decision.

"I thank you all for agreeing with me. Now I believe I have all the answers I need from you. You all are now free to go. We can start the tour of the academy tomorrow."

With that, the grouped thanked him and went back to the Prowler. As Ozpin arranged the place for his next person to be interviewed after the scuffle at Dust 'til Dawn, Glynda approached him and asked

"What did you say to these soldiers while I was away professor?"

"Their hearts are in the right place and allowed them to enroll at Beacon."

"Wait, they were teenagers?"

"Yes they were. I had the liberty of getting to see them without their helmets. I did ask permission of course."

Glynda nodded.

"Now I believe it is time to go and talk with this aspiring huntress in training you met at the robbery."

"Of course professor."

END

A/N: So in this chapter, Ozpin meets the red and blues and allowed them to join Beacon. I also showed here on how the Rookie met the reds and blues, which I showed n my own version of the cannon. Until next time guys. Also the song featured here was Roman Holiday. I mainly used the lyrics were there was an intense tribal drum pattern to make the Rookie's intense staring funny. I plan to make that a gag here.
