"So, you've revealed your true form, Stella?" Said Master Fung

" Y-Yes Master Fung. I didn't want to lose my first showdown and disappoint the others."

"You know what this means, right?"

" No"

"Once everyone on the side of evil knows, they will try to take it for themselves. There's a Shen Gong Wu that will let them trap you and give them your powers. You must be careful for now on."

"Yes, Master Fung."

"Now run along with the others. Dinner is almost ready."

Stella bowed, then walked out of the room.

Meanwhile back in Chase's Lair

" AUUGHH!" He yelled as he threw one of his chairs at the wall. He unleashed his dark magic and hurtled it at anything he could hit. He didn't care if it messed up his lavish home, or his minions.

Wuya dodged one of the blasts.

"What's wrong with you NOW!?"

"It's her. The girl in my visions. It's definitely her."

"WHO!?"

"The newest addition to the Xiaolin Monks." He blasted a beam of darkness into the floor to reveal a hologram of Stella in her fairy form.

"What's with the wings? Is she in a costume? How tacky."

"She's not human. She's a fairy."

"You mean fairies are real!?"

"Apparently So. She's from a realm called "Solaria". As far as I know she harnesses the power of the sun. Which would explain her glowing so brightly." He walks closer to the hologram admiring her.

"And she is the one who's light is compatible with my darkness." He went to cup her holographic face, but his hand went right through. He growled and swatted the hologram away.

"I'm going out."

"Where are you going!?"

"To take care of business !"

That night..

Chase was at the gates of the temple. Without the shroud of shadows, he will need to the careful when sneaking onto temple grounds. But it wasn't a problem for him. Shen Gong Wu were useless to him. He leaped over the wall and ran towards the monks quarters. Quietly, he walked in, analyzing the room. Most of the monks were already asleep, their snores echoing loudly.

Only one monk was still up.

The very last room showed the silhouette of the fairy. She was sitting up, reading a scroll Master Fung told her to study. She was using a dimly lit orb to light her room.

Chase walked over to get a closer look, when an old floorboard creaked under him. He cringed, looking over to see Stella move her head up towards the sound. As soon as she got up, Chase jumped, grabbing onto a roof beam, still keeping his eyes on her.

Stella came out, revealing her pajamas. A long, pale yellow night gown draped down on her. Her hair was undone as always, but a little messy on top. She looked around and when she didn't see anyone, she went back to her room, wiped out the orb, and went to sleep.

Chase waited awhile, before venturing down to get a closer look at her. He listened for her breathing, already slow and deep. He opened the curtain to reveal her curled up on the mat, laying on her side. Her hair was all around her, hugging her body, laid out on the floor, and some were in her face. Chase leaned down to gently take the hair strands away. He'd never seen anyone like this before. Her beauty was truly not from this world.

Stella rolled over to her other side, much to Chase's surprise. He was about to leap back up when he realized she wasn't waking up. The blanket she had fell off her shoulders, making her shiver. Chase grabbed the cover and put it back on her. She smiled in her sleep.

That moment Chase was sure everyone could hear his heartbeat race faster. She looked so peaceful. He never felt anything like this. It was irritating. Confusing. What could it mean ? He didn't want to leave her, but he had to. He leaped onto the roof, swinging between roof beams as to not disturbed the squeaky floorboard, and landed by the doorway. He looked at her room again, then walked into the night.
