Chase dreamt of her. Her wild golden hair and his black hair encircled her and chase close together. She smiled up to him and was rubbing his check.

"Oh chase...I don't want this to end." She whispered

"Me neither." He gleamed. He went in to kiss her, when she disappeared. He searched for her. But the fog surrounding him quickly overran the area. He didn't panic. His training made sure of that. He dodged a red orb that came out of nowhere. He looked up and there she was. She looked different. Wearing a black jumpsuit and her bangs were long and pulled back to a pony tail.

"You think i wanna be with some LIZARD!? Don't make me laugh!" She started to laugh though.

"You're pathetic! Showing all this affection towards me! All i see is weakness." She jumped down, grabbed him by his collar and pushed him to wall.

"Are you weak!?" She screamed

"No!"

She chuckled.

"Yeah you are. Your eyes lied to you." She pushed the wall back to reveal a cliff.

"I'll never love you, Chase Young." She said as she pushed him off.

Chase sat upright in his bed. Sweat was pouring off of him. He turned to his clock.

4 AM

He still had time.

He quickly got dressed and headed for the temple. He ran to Stella's room. There she was, sound asleep. No sign of hatred or anger in her face. He breathed a sigh of relief. It was probably a little too loud.

He saw eyes looking at him. He woke her up!

"Ughh...Chase?" She said sitting up.

"Shh...go back to sleep." He whispered

"Why are you here?"

"I uh...had to be sure you're ok. You gotta be well to train tonight. Don't be late. " he said sternly. Inside he was a little boy in the candy store. The sight of her sleepy in her pajamas was driving him crazy.

"Yeah, no problem." She went to lay back down.

"Bye chase."

"Bye Stella. " he said. With that, he left her alone and headed back to the temple.

That night

Stella was ready. She wasn't falling behind on her training with the monks, so it shouldn't be a problem tonight.

" I can't wait to see the look on that Lizards face when I prove to him I can still do this. " she thought.

"Are you ready?" Chase Asked.

"Let's do this !" She Yelled, As she charged him.

He dodged, and went for a hit. She blocked, and pushed him back. He slid back, but ran over to tackle her. He had her pinned to the ground. She started to glow, which made Chase flinch and look away. She kicked him off and as soon as she got up to charge again, she heard a crack. Then pain.

"Aughhh!" She screamed, curling up in pain.

Chase ran over to inspect it. It was already turning purple, and swelling up.

"Why didn't you tell me you were hurt ?"

"I didn't feel anything till now. "

"If you weren't capable of fighting tonight you could've said so. "

"And what prove your point more that I'm weak?"

"Weak isn't the same as an injury! Now hush!" He snapped. Stella was surprised, but stayed quiet. He grabbed her ankle softly, which sent a wave a pain back at Stella.

"Come on." He lifted her up, bridal style.

"Where are you taking me ?"

"My home. I have some stuff that will help with the pain." He leaped into the air and flew to his lair. There he was greeted by his cat warriors, who started growling at the fairy.

"Stop that! She is a guest!" He snapped. The cats stopped and watched them walk by.

"So you're a cat person?"

"They used to be people."

"HUH?!"

"I changed them to cats when they gave me their loyalty if they failed to beat me in combat."

"Must be some powerful Magic." She said. Then realized something. She looked at chase nervously.

"You're not..planning to turn me into..."

"Of course not. There's not a good breed of jungle cat I could turn you into." His eyes bugged out when he realized what he said. He looked at her, who was smiling a little.

"T-that's because I already have the same kinds of breeds. Now let's get your ankle fixed." He rebuttled. Stella rolled her eyes and pouted. He sat her down gently by one of his fountains.

" Wait here. Don't move." He walked into a different room, leaving her all alone.

That's when she saw a purple thing fly to her.

"It's youuu." Wuya screeched, going face to face to the fairy.

"Uh yeah it's me. Do i know you?"

"I know YOU. You're Chase's little trainee! And that fairy. In all 1500 years I've been alive, I never knew fairies exist."

"Wait. I do know you. You're the witch Wuya!"

"Was. I'm just a floating head now."

"She'll be less of a floating head if she doesn't beat it. " chase said, coming back with supplies.

Wuya shrank and flew off somewhere else, only to stop and hide behind a pillar, watching the two.

"This stuff should bring down the swelling. " chase said. He put some strange green ointment on her ankle and began to rub it in. Stella flinched, then squirmed, flinched again, and suddenly breathed out a sigh of relief.

"How you feeling"

"Much better. You're good with your hands."

"Don't say it like that."

She giggled. "Sorry."

"Try standing up. "

She slowly got up like she was told. The pain was still there, but bearable. She walked a few feet and spun around to face him.

"Much better. Thank you chase." She bowed slightly

He smiled and bowed back.

" Rest tomorrow night. Your ankle needs time to heal. "

"Think you'll survive not seeing me for a day?" Stella smirked. Chase looked nervous and she giggled.

"I'm kidding. You're more of a loner anyway right? A night alone probably sounds amazing." She said as she walked past him. He caught a whiff of her shampoo. It smelled like coconut and vanilla. He didn't want her to leave. But he knew he couldn't have her know.

"Yes. I need to do some more personal training anyway." He replied, acting like he wasn't falling for her.

"Well then, have fun tomorrow night ." She said as the cats walked her out.

When she was out of sight, chase growled at himself and hurled the bottle of ointment to the wall.

"This is so STUPID!" He yelled

Wuya came back down.

"That went well Mr. Smooth talker." She cackled

"Stay out of this !"

"When was the last time you dated a girl anyway?"

"I'm not DATING her. That's ridiculous."

"Then why do you try to hide your feelings with her?"

"Because I CANT LET HER KNOW!" He snapped. Wuya scooted back a bit.

"I need her for world domination. If I say something now and combine our power to take over the world, she'll think I'm only using her. But that's not the case." He signed and sat down, his jungle cats were crowding around him.

"Then how do you expect to bring her to the heylin?"

"By making her not trust the monks." He stood up and walked out.

"Whatever it takes." He proclaimed.
