For weeks, Luciana had been missing. The only clues had been the daily videos. Every morning, Enji received a new one, often of her kidnapper talking to him and injuring the golden-eyed woman in some minor way. The length of the video and when it arrived never changed, but the number it was sent from did every time. Over time, he had made various demands such as to text back a specific message and other minor things. Nothing major yet.

"Enji, I think it's time we change the game. I'll let you hear the bird's pretty voice," The mystery man spoke cheerfully into the camera. "But the price is, tomorrow's video isn't going to arrive. Then we'll continue from there, what do you think?"

There was a pause as if he could answer. The hero watching growled, the police officer and Ichigo flinched away.

"Alrighty!" The masked man in the video skipped over to Luciana. He untied the gag and stepped back. "Go ahead and tell your lover and friend and police officer anything you want."

Clearing her throat, she spoke, "Don't come for me… I'll be fine." Her voice was quiet. "Take care of yourselves. Thanks and loves." She smiled before spitting out a little blood from the cut on her lip.

"Times up." Her captor moved to put the gag back in. The smile vanished and a tear escaped her eye.

She didn't fight the gag, simply stared ahead at the camera.

"Lucy…" Matt grumbled. "Where you go?" He was searching the internet on his desktop computer. It was resting on the desk beside his bed. Despite Ichigo's efforts, he knew what had happened to his sister. Sometimes, they treated him like a little child.

He had seen all of the videos, thanks to his hacking skills. Just because he seemed like a child did not mean he thought like one. His search had been narrowed down slowly by the clues his sister slipped into every video. He knew she was in a warehouse outside the city and who had kidnapped her, but not which one. On top of that, he had to break the news to his sister's boyfriend. It was over a month since she had been kidnapped.

Matt growled to himself. He just needed a little more time.

The computer pinged. Three results. Three places to check before he could rescue his sister.

Then, he'd be just like their big brother!

"I just don't understand why that monster would kidnap her!" Ichigo sobbed into Ren's shoulder. "Why would you kidnap such an amazing person? And not even ask for a ransom or anything?!"

"I don't know," Ren held his boyfriend tight. "I really don't know." The two men were doing everything they could to find her and still take care of Matt for her. They hadn't realized how much she had done all the time. Helping Matt, training him, feeding him, spending time with everyone else, and working three jobs. No wonder she was always exhausted. At least Matt finally had a full scholarship from UA, one that covered everything.

The awful principal had finally been removed and a new one instated.

"We'll find her?" The pinkette asked, still weeping.

"Or she'll find us. She's just that strong."

The two pro heroes -Raven Wing and Crimson Blade- were sitting at the table in their shared apartment. They were silently working on grading work from their students. The two of them were exhausted, searching for the young woman they both saw as a sister and still working both their jobs.

"I'm done…" Mishi dropped his pen and closed the folder. The bags under his eyes made it seem as if he had two black eyes.

"Are you going to bed?" Pake asked absentmindedly, still focused on the papers.

"No. I think I'm going to go out for a bit." The raven winged hero stretched and cracked his back.

"You're not going to find her. We've already searched everywhere for her in the city and we have no hints." The glazed blue eyes of the other hero focused vaguely.

"But I have to try."

"You want to."

"Just get some sleep."

"Only if you sleep. Luciana would want that rather than you getting hurt because of her."

"Fine… I won't go out tonight."

"Thank you."

"And you had better not go out either."

"Fine…"

The two men shared a sad look. They might never find Luciana and that really worried them.

As one thing after another went up in flames, Enji glared. He was the cause of the flames and the broken, flaming workout equipment scattered across the room.

Despite the fact that the only sound in the concrete room was fire crackling and his heavy breathing, he could hear Luciana's cries of pain ringing in his head.

He screamed in rage, his ice-blue eyes hard and deadly. In contrast, the bags under his eyes looked like dark bruises. He tossed another piece of equipment to the side, smashing it.

He continued to rage until he was exhausted. Finally, he curled up on the floor, amidst the chaos he had created, and fell asleep.
