OK! THIS IS A CHRISTMAS GIFT! It's part of the Gift Exchange on Tumblr and if you want to know why it's late, just look at my tumblr. I'm not repeating all that. Happy holidays! Happy New Year! Hope you all had a grand time! Family, friends or by yourself. It doesn't matter, as long as you had a great time. Now let's get down to business. Before my brother changes his mind and takes the tablet away.

The sky was clear and the sun was high in the sky on this very special day. Birds were singing a happy tune, children were running around having fun and a tiny puppy was scampering across the park; dragging a familiar blue dressed duck across the mud while his brothers pleaded for help.

"Dewy Pup!" The little kid tried to speak but the mud kept filling his beak. He spat it out, eyes shut tight and beak wide open, "Calm down! We need you to…"

"Dewey Pup?" His brother that was chasing him shouted, "That's worse than Dewey Jr!"

"Now's not the time!" A red hat duck shouted from behind.

The three ducklings have gone through valleys and mountains, trying to get a hold of this little chocolate colored pup.

"Just let him go, Dewey!" The green hooded duckling shouted to his brother.

"No! Webby is getting her gift, one way or ANOTHER!" Dewey shouted even louder when he realised where he was being dragged to. The puppy pulled the poor soul into a honey stand. Running underneath the table without trouble. Until it was Dewey's turn. The second he was dragged under, he knocked down the table legs causing all the jars of honey to shatter open. Screams of fear reached the brothers' ears.

"Of course. Louie, go to the bakery and buy whatever honey desserts they have."

"Huey, that dog is nuts for-" Louie was then interrupted.

"I got a plan to get this little guy to the mansion, just go!" Huey rushed his brother.

"How did we even get into this mess?" Louie mumbled as he ran off.

A few days ago

"How much longer." Dewey groaned as he waited in a room with chairs. His two brother's waiting just as anxiously as he was.

"They had him for at least five hours now." Louie complained.

"It's only been fifteen minutes. We just need to be patient." Huey reminded his brothers. He was the only one that was relaxed and calm.

"Ha! Paciente? You were the one panicking that you wouldn't find the perfect dog for Webby before Christmas." Louie smirked.

"Hey!" Huey pointed at his brother with his same tensed look, "The perfect pet is incredibly important. According to my research, finding the perfect pet needs these exact things. The size of the pet must be compatible with the living space-"

"We live in a mansion." Louie rolled his eyes at the useless information.

"Every detail must be attended to," Huey pointed out, " Consider the responsibilities for the said pet. Create a safe environment for the pet…"

Both Louie and Dewey sighed at their brother's organisation. It was bad enough they had a full wall filled with all types of pets. Another wall filled with charts about finance and budget. A wall filled with a list of responsibilities that a pet has. And their pillows are filled with receipts from toys and items they bought. Huey said it was just in case they had to return anything.

"The pet must also match the owner's personality," Huey pulled out a notebook and opened it up to reveal pages worth of bullet points and numbers, "Hyperactive to match her energy, sweet tooth, strength, stamina, speed, stealth and agility."

"Those sound more like skills than peornsility." Dewey looked over Hueys shoulder. The little boy pulled his notebook away and shut it.

"It took me tons of research to find the perfect pet for Webby-"

"Yeah, and three bus rides here." Dewey complained.

"And five months worth of our allowance put together," Louie sighed in disappointment.

"But it'll all be worth it to bring back this bundle of joy back home for Christmas!" Huey clutched onto his notebook and sighed a happy sigh.

"Huey Duck." A man came out with a blanket in his arms.

"That's me!" Huey hopped off hisbseat and rushed to the man. He already knew what was in the blanket and couldn't wait another second.

"Your uncle already signed all the paperwork online, the little guy had his shots and he's ready to go." The man gently placed the blanket into the red kid's arms, "Just need the rest of the pay-"

"Yes, yes, here you go." Huey shoved the bundled up blanket to Louie's arms before he pulled out some money from his hat and handed it to the man.

"Huh," Louie lifted the blanket to get a better look at the new pet they got for Webby.

With the smallest lift of the blanket, the pup poked its nose out right away. It had short fur, floppy ears and a black nose. The fur was a dark brown giving it a dark chocolate like look while the eye's seemed like pools of honey. His black collar and leash fit his look, "He's pretty cute."

"Awe, come here D.J!" Dewey swiped the puppy out of his brother's arms. He snuggled it close, rubbing his cheek against the soft fur.

"D.J?" Louie repeated in confusion.

"Yeah, D.J. Dewey Junior." Dewey cleared up.

"Let's leave the naming to Webby." Huey took the puppy into his arms again and made hisbway to the door.

"Dewey Junior?" Louie repeated to Dewey as if he just said the most ridiculous thing ever.

Dewey shrugged as he said, "What? It suits him."

Hopping on the bus, the three ducklings made their way to a middle seat, setting the sleeping puppy at the edge next to Louie.

"You believe Webby will like the pup?" Louis asked as he took out his phone.

"She'll love him!" Huey chimed in excitement, "Webby could definitely use a companion. Someone who can match her energy….."

As Huey excitedly spoke, the bus drove past many stores and places. Market places, clothing stores, flower shops, and soon enough, a bakery. The scent of freshly baked bread and sweets sneaking it's way out the window and into any passing vehicle. The sweet aroma was enough to reach anyone who adored the taste of sweets and the texture of fluffy bread. It was enough to drag anyone out of their car just for a taste.

"Where's the dog?" Huey looked next to Louie. Louie looked up from his phone and next to him to see the blanket was empty.

"What?" Louie picked up the blanket and looked under it. He ducked down on the floor to search under the seats before looking on top of any seat.

"No! Dewey Junior no!" Dewey screamed. He hopped out of his seat and scrambled across the aisle, towards the back. The little puppy was struggling to squeeze through an open window. His nose wiggled from the delicious aroma.

"Someone grab the pup!" Huey hopped over Louie and ran behind his blue brother. Louie shook off the shock and ran behind the two.

"Don't jump!" Dewey sprinted to the back window only for it to be too late. The moment he slammed onto the glass, the vibration from the collusion caused the puppy to fall out. The puppy landed on his belly but shook it off. He rushed across the street and towards the bakery. The puppy rushed into a straw basket that was filled with sweet looking honey treats.

"Stop the bus!" Huey repeatedly pushed the stop button until the driver hit the break. Not wasting a single second, the three boys ran off and towards the bakery, only to find the basket was gone. In a panic, the three ducks looked back and forth, trying to spot the basket.

"There!" The three said at the same time but in different directions. Three people had straw baskets that looked identical to the one the puppy jumped into.

"Grab that puppy!" Huey claimed as he ran to the straw basket he thought the puppy was in. Both Louie and Dewey ran in different directions as well.

Louie rushed towards a lady and a little girl around his age. The straw basket in the ladies hand.

"Excuse me?" Louie tried to call out to the women but she never heard him. The lady and her daughter soon hopped onto a limo with their basket and took off. Louie cursed himself before looking for a way to catch up. A boy around his age was getting ready to hop on his bike until Louie pulled the bike away.

"Hey!" The boy complained.

"You can charge Mcduck's Enterprises." Louie claimed as he rode off.

He pedalled with all his might, sweat starting to run down his head. Eventually, he made it to the window of the moving limo with the lady. The lady was a white duck looking at her phone while her daughter had the basket on her lap. He knocked on the window as hard as he could, catching the ladies' attention.

"Oh my….." the lady looked at Louie with horror and confusion.

"... basket!" Louie tried to tell her but the lady could only hear a few words.

"Mother?" The little girl tried to look at the window but her mother pushed her back.

"Don't look Izzy. We mustn't associate with street freaks," The mother leaned forward and spoke to her driver, "David, please lose this maniac."

The driver bowed his head and stepped on it. The moment he noticed the limo was speeding away, Louie grabbed onto the handle and refused to let go.

"What is he-" the little girl tried to look at Louie but her mother again pushed her back in her seat.

"Don't make eye contact. Mothers got this." The mother assured her. The lady grabbed onto the handle and opened the door suddenly. The sudden movement caused Louie to lose balance and his grip. In a split second, the mother pulled the door closed, launching the green boy off the streets and into a nearby sidewalk.

"Shoot!" Louie hurried up and got on his feet. He looked at the direction the limo went and hopped back on his bike. He had to get that puppy back.

With Huey, the little boy rushed after a trolly that had the man with the straw basket.

"Can you stop the trolley?" Huey yelled but no one listened. No one even acknowledged the boy except for a little toddler. The little guy sucked on his lollipop as he sat at the very back and watched Huey struggle to catch up, "Please! Stop!" Huey ran just fast enough to grab the bar og the trolley. Tired, Huey pulled himself up and placed his feet onto the edge of the trolly. Huey stood still for a while, catching his breath. But it didn't last long when the little toddler slammed his lollipop onto Hueys hand.

"Ow! How does that hurt?" Huey pulled back a hand. The toddler slammed his lollypop against his right hand, making Huey switch hands. He pulled back his right hand and held onto the bar with his left.

"Stop that!" Huey snapped at the kid but the toddler just giggled from his reaction.

With Dewey, the blue triplet followed a bus to what looked like a theatre. He spotted the straw basket that a lady had. She walked into the main entrance and Dewey followed. He looked through the glass doors to see the girl walking into an employees only room. He rushed into the theatre and was just about to go into the same room.

"I'm sorry kid, but only employees are allowed in." Thr desk lady told him. Dewey looked back at the desk lady with a nervous look.

"You don't understand, Dewey Junior is in there. I need to get him back." Dewey tried to explain. The lady arched her eyebrow, looking down at the kid in confusion.

"Kid, we have no one named Dewey Junior here. Please, unless you have a pass, you may not enter." The lady stood her ground. Dewey groaned in annoyance. How was he supposed to get Dewey Junior now?

Back with Louie, he was able to track down the limo to a park that had a picnic event in it. Louie was able to spot a puppy crawling out of the straw basket and running off.

"Get the dog, get back to the mansion." Louie told himself as he hopped off the bike and rushed towards the pup. He didn't let the little guy out of sight for even a second. Not caring about the little kids he knocked over or food he stepped in.

"Hey!" A man threw his plate at Louie after he flipped over their cake.

"Security!" A mother cried out when Louie shoved a kid into his plate. With every compliment he got, Louie didn't care.

He soon noticed the puppy still had his black leash. He just needed to grab it.

"Who's ready to roast some marsh- '' a dad was about to hand his kid a long metal fork to roast his marshmallow. Louie then rushed by and took it out of the dad's hands.

"Get back here!" Louie threw himself forward, with the long metal fork in the air, before stabbing it against the puppies leash. The puppy was an unstoppable force as it kept running and the collar ripped off. In just seconds, the puppy ran into a maze made of hedges.

"Awe come on." Louie moaned in pain.

With Hury, after gaining some bruises on his fingers, he let go when he noticed the man with the straw basket hopped off. He followed the man into a candy factory.

"Sir!" Huey tried to call out but the man already slammed the employee's door shut. Huey tried to open it only to see it was locked, "Darn it! Hello!"

Huey knocked as loud as he could but no one answered.

"And this is where the ingredients to our famous peppermint bark are put in " Huey heard a tour lady speak. He saw a group of people through a giant window that showed all the workers. Huey squeezed his way to the front and kept an eye out for the man with the basket. Soon enough, he spotted him. The man was pouring everything he had in the basket into a giant metal tube.

"No!" Huey slammed his face and hands onto the glass wall. His eyes travelled down the metal tube to see all the ingredients fallinging into boiling water and melting in seconds. Huey clutched onto his hat in fear as his pupils shrunk. There, right there, he can see a black collar of a dog floating around the mixture.

"Oh my, that's not sanitary." The tour guide noticed too.

Huye slammed his fists against the glass window, crying out to the workers to stop the machine. Inside, the workers kept looking at the kid as if he had gone insane. From their perspective, Huey was a random kid slamming against the window for no reason.

"That kid ok?" A worker thought out loud.

Once the ingredientes melted, they poured the giant bowl into a smaller tube. At just the sight of this, Huye slammed his hands over his eyes, trying not to cry from the sight. After a few seconds, hevpeeked through his fingers only to see the liquid get put into cubed shaped moulds and shut tight.

Huye sqeaked in fear, shaking from what was coming next. The cubes released a cubed shaped candy and let it fall on a moving platform. One cube having the dog collar sticking out.

"Maybe he's ok." Huey assured himself. In just a matter of seconds, a flat platform slammed against the cubes, flattening them. Huey fainted the moment he saw this, everyone looking at him oddly.

"Little boy?" A lady looked down at him. Huey slowly got back on his feet and took a peak at what came next. Kives, sharp blades swinging back and forth, slicing the candy into squares. Huey let out a silent scream as he slammed his hand against his face, distraught by the sight.

"Ah, here comes the final step." The lady announced. Huey couldn't dare but he did. He looked to the very end and there he saw it. Half of the peppermint barks were put aside and placed inside a grinder. Turning it all into nothing but sprinkles. At the end, half the collar was sprinkled and the other half was in a bark and placed in a freezer.

That was the last sight Huey saw before blacking out.

Chapter two coming in today or tomorrow. I just want to edit it a bit.
