Hi again!
My sickness continues to inspire me it seems. :D I shall seize these powers of inspiration while I can!
Btw so far based on my new poll (check it out please if you haven't!) I think more if you want a new long oneshot over a new chapter fic so that is likely what I'll be doing. :D

In Sickness and In Health
"Achoo!"
Hearing his beloved wife's vociferous sneeze all the way from the living room, he sighed before deciding to go check on her. Sam had gotten ill promptly after returning from their honeymoon and her cold had had her in its stranglehold for close to a week now.
Well … six days, fifteen hours, and twelve minutes.
He had been counting the seconds as Sam had banished him to the guestroom while she recovered. Something he had been complaining about since because every second he had to spend away from her was pure, unhampered torture.
Sighing he raised his hand and knocked on the door to the master bedroom. "Can I come in?" he asked and heard something that sounded like a dying cat choke out a "no" from in between a barrage of wheezing coughs.
Pretending not to have heard her garbled reply to his question, he tried the handle and wasn't surprised to find it locked. Sam was very determined to protect him from her germs which in his humble opinion was a very small price to pay to be able to touch her.
Staring at the door which blocked him off from his redheaded better half, Tim wondered if he should be sensitive and honor her wishes and leave her be but then decided against it. Who was he kidding? He couldn't take it anymore. At this point he was willing to wager that he was more sick of her cold than she even was. And as such he intended to do something about it.
Sneaking into the bathroom and snagging a bobby pin from Samantha's ridiculously large stash, he crept back towards the bedroom with a smirk on his face. Picking the lock with the speed and grace that he'd honed during his illustrious criminal past, it took him less than a minute to break through the barrier of the bedroom door and reach his wife.
Of course he would have just as well broken the door down but then Sam would have heard him coming and would have covered up the marvelous view of her breasts that he had just been rewarded with now.
Sam, who had been busy trying to rub some VapoRub on her chest to ease up some of her congestion sat up bolt upright in bed when she heard the door open unexpectedly, and upon seeing the idiotic look on her husband's face immediately scrambled to tie up her robe.
"How did you get in?!" Sam screeched in alarm. Though in the back of her mind she had a feeling she knew the answer to that already. This was after all Tim Scam that she was dealing with here. Criminal mastermind, and the man who despite having given up crime several years ago now STILL held onto the record for the most amount of escapes from WOOHP, which had one of the best criminal holding facilities in the world. Unfortunately the bedroom door while solid was simply no match for his shady talents.
"How do you think?" he winked at her, not even bothering to show some shame as he held the same bobby pin of hers that he'd used to enter the room up for her to see.
Her jaw dropping open Sam could only stare back at him with incredulous eyes. Yup, this was the man she had married. A brazen, brute, pervert of a man.
"What are you doing in here?!" She snapped wanting some answers but he didn't even hear her. For a moment he just stood there staring at his beloved wife.
It was easy to see the toll her cold had taken on her; her skin was paler, her nose was red around her nostrils, her usually pretty, pink lips looked chapped and dry, her beautiful red hair was messy and tangled, and her lovely emerald eyes were droopy and tinged with redness.
A mess really, but he still found her exceedingly beautiful.
He finally had to pay attention to her voice when he heard her repeat her question to him sounding exasperated.
"I just wanted to see how my wife was doing … Is that such a crime?" Scam said looking at her as guiltlessly as he could.
And at that Sam felt her eye twitch. "There he goes again with that deceptively innocent face of his!" she thought to herself knowing he did it on purpose. She had seen that same puppy dog look appear on his face too many times by now to not see through it. She knew he worked that face for all it was worth both when he had been an enemy and now when he wasn't. It was how he got people to let their guard down and let him in. Just another one of his aforementioned shady talents.
"So… any better?" she heard him ask and she decided to just tell him. Maybe he really had just come in here to check on her health? As much as she doubted that she answered him.
"No," she said, it coming out sounding more like a "doe" due to how messed up her voice was at the moment. Sighing she slumped back into her pillows. "This is one nasty cold," she whined knowing she had tried all the meds and methods that she knew and not one of them was helping her feel any better.
Sensing her defeat and knowing this was his big chance to put his plan in motion to get what he wanted from her, Tim crossed his arms over his chest and looked her right in her eyes as he spoke to her firmly.
"You know you'd be over this cold by now if you hadn't exiled me to the guest room. I happen to have a very effective cure that would have done wonders if you would just let me try it on you."
"What … cure?" Sam asked, looking at him with hope in her tired eyes. She was seriously ready to try anything right now.
"It's quite simple and … fun actually," he said slowly coming closer to where she sat up on their bed and leaving his true intentions behind this to become further and further obvious than they already were.
He hadn't really been able to keep the huskiness out his voice when he'd said the word "fun" but Sam decided to just play along until he fully got himself caught redhanded because despite her attempts to keep him out, he was here in the bedroom and she did not have the physical energy to throw him out right now.
"Fun?" she repeated, the word sounding like "bun" this time as she raised a suspicious eyebrow at her husband while now pulling the blankets up closer around her in order to hide from what she was one hundred percent sure were his lecherous objectives.
"Mmhmm…" he said, now standing right at the foot of the bed and grinning at her wolfishly while making those too familiar eyes at her.
Not liking the stupid look on his face Sam frowned at him before screaming out, "Timothy Derek Scam, what ideas are you getting in that diabolical head of yours?!"
But he seemed unphased by her outburst and just looked at her innocently, too innocently, with those pretty sea foam eyes she had fallen in love with and said cutely, "I just wanna help you baby."
Letting out a groan Sam looked down and avoided looking into his eyes to stop herself from being suckered easily by his charms and mumbled softly, "You just want to help yourself."
He didn't say anything for a moment after that and Sam wondered if he actually felt embarrassed at being caught or if she had hurt his feelings or something, But a moment later she stiffened on her spot when she felt him reach out and pull the blanket away enough to expose her leg and then proceeded to trace his hand up it.
When he kept doing that for a few minutes Sam blinked before looking up at him again. "A massage?" she said with heavy amounts of doubt in her tone because there was no way in hell he was just going to leave it at that.
"Well you are aching aren't you?" he said as he continued to stroke her skin. "Couldn't you use one?"
Biting her lip in thought Sam considered giving into that. She was sore all over and a massage right now would be more than wonderful but…
"But how is that going to cure my cold?" she asked, unable to help it and not really trusting him still. And what he said next just made all her doubts flare up again.
"If you would just let me touch you, I can guarantee that I'll cure your cold."
Sam rolled her eyes to herself and shook her head in a frustrated manner. Yup because that statement really made it sound like all he had in mind was a simple massage.
"Oh come on," Tim said, having seen her roll her eyes but still not wanting to give up on finally getting some intimacy with his missus that he was practically staving for. "What do you have to lose besides the sneezing and the coughing and the sniffling and-"
"Okay fine!" Sam finally relented as she turned around in the bed and lay on her stomach, preparing for the massage he said he wanted to give her. "Just don't get too close to me okay?" she said before crossing her arms and putting her face on top of them and waiting for him to start.
Watching her laying there splayed out for him all unsuspectingly, Scam couldn't help but smirk evilly almost as pleased with himself right now as he used to be back in the day when he managed to do something truly wicked to get back at Jerry and WOOHP.
Eyeing her body he chuckled to himself quietly. He was going to enjoy this.
Sitting in the bed next to her he began to massage her. His hands moved up and down the back of her body, in small circles and straight lines as he waited for her to relax enough for him to make his next move. And it didn't take more than few moments for him to feel his wife's body start to melt at his touch as she let out small moans and coos of relaxation which only turned him on more but he held himself back for a little bit longer. He had to do this right or Sam would catch him.
When he was sure she was completely distracted he carefully straightened out next to her, laying in the bed and gently gripped the edge of her waist before slowly but surely pulling her on top of him.
And Sam, who had up until now nearly forgotten about her theory of him just doing this so that he could sleep with her, snapped her eyes open when she felt where his hands were right now. On her thighs … and rapidly moving to the area in between them.
Her face turning scarlet she realized immediately just what he was doing here and that she had indeed been right all along. She wasn't stupid. It had been a week since they had shared a bed and was determined to snap that streak no matter what it took.
Growling to herself Sam could feel her blood pressure rising as she thought about the man who was now pulling down the front of her silk robe from behind and kissing her shoulder in hot, open mouthed kisses while his other arm kept itself wrapped around her to prevent her from going anywhere.
It had been this, exactly this knowledge that he had zero self control and that he couldn't live without sex which had made her forbid him to be near her while she was sick. And now he was throwing all that effort of hers out the window. Well she wasn't about to let him do that. Not so easily anyway.
Reaching down and tugging his arms away from her hips even though he battled to cling onto her, Sam turned around and shot him a look of disbelief.
"UGH I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU!" she shouted at the top of her lungs as she pulled her robe back up and glowered at him as he lay there smiling at her sheepishly. "HOW CAN YOU EVEN BE ATTRACTED TO ME RIGHT NOW?! LOOK AT ME!" she howled, trying to get him to see that now was not the time to be doing this.
But once again he didn't seem to get her message as he just looked at her with eyes as hungry as ever and said, "Aren't you just the least bit flattered that I am?" A small smirk touched his face as he added, "Even though you seriously look like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer right now with your nose all red and swollen?"
Hearing her gasp in outrage at his words he reached out and ran his fingers through her hair affectionately to calm her down. "What?" he said daring to sound innocent again. "It's a testament to my deep, unwavering love for you," he smiled, looking at her with the best fake sincere face that she was confident that she had ever seen.
Pushing his hand away from her hair Sam rolled her eyes again. "I'm not sure LOVE is the correct word to be using to describe what THIS is a testament to," she said chastisingly as she eyed him pointedly. "Had you said another word starting with "L" and also having four letters however-"
"You can't have love without lust darling," he cut her off bluntly.
Sam paused for a moment before looking at him with accusing eyes. "So you admit it then, that that IS what brought you here?"
"So what if it did?" Scam said, not even bothering to hide it anymore. He didn't want to be talking right now. No, he just wanted to ravish his wife and for her to let him do that without making it so hard on him. "Are you complaining?" he almost purred out lowly as changed his approach and instead of just talking to her, moved and took off his black t-shirt, dropping it off the side of the bed before he pushed his head into her chest, breathing against her breasts as he moved up and started to kiss his way from her cleavage to her throat, and from her throat to her lips not even bothered by how sweaty and gross she was right now.
Feeling her eyelids fluttering and starting to close on her and a moan leave her mouth at what he was doing to her now, the one thing she epically failed at stopping him from doing (seducing her) Sam mentally kicked herself before trying to get him off her again. "I told you …" she said, sounding as tired as she felt of saying this over and over to her stubborn, having way too much of a libido, boneheaded husband. "You'll get sick too."
"No I won't," he protested now sucking on her earlobe and leaving her to shudder.
Watching her about to open her mouth again to tell him to stop, he stopped her by telling her that she knew him for years now and asking her if she had ever once seen him being ill.
When she had no answer to that he smirked and said, "Don't worry about me Sammie ... I'm invincible," before he pulled open her robe entirely and began to kiss her all over.
Deciding to humour him at last because he would simply not leave her alone, Sam decided to let him do what he wanted. But in the back of her mind she wondered if maybe getting him sick was the smart way to get her revenge on him for not letting her be.
After all he sure didn't seem to care as much as she did about keeping him healthy. Maybe he had to be taught the lesson … the hard way.
"Fine," she said suddenly raising her arms and wrapping them tightly around his bare torso as she pulled him closer to her and mumbled into his ear resignedly. "Cure me."
And that was all she had to say to have him pounce on her.
"So… feel better?" a smirking, all too content Tim Scam said as he sat up in the bed next to his panting and heaving wife an hour later.
Catching her breath, Sam gave him a little nod because she actually really did feel better. It must have something to do with body heat or something, she thought to herself while ignoring the smug look on her husband's face which was practically screaming "I told you so" at her .
"See? What did I tell you?" he said happily as he smirked away at her. "You're feeling better and nothing happened to m-achoo!" His arrogance was cut off by the sound of a violent sneeze and Scam's eyes widened in horror as he watched Sam smirk at him slowly now looking very, very pleased.
Enjoying the stunned look on his face Sam couldn't help but enjoy how swiftly her revenge had come for him refusing to let her recover in peace. Not that she was shocked that he had caught her cold as she had predicted he would if he didn't stay way seeing how sick she was and all- but still. He had had his fun and now it was her turn.
"Oh what's the matter Mr. Invincible?" she taunted, poking his shoulder as she smirked away. "You got sick now?"
Watching his face screw up as he tried his best to suppress a sneeze and prove her wrong, the smirk on her lips only grew several inches when he was unable to and another one left him.
"Achoo!"
"I bet you're regretting your decision now," she teased. But as stubborn as ever, Scam just rolled his eyes. "No. No I am not," she heard him say and she huffed at his gargantuan ego. Like he would ever admit it, she thought before speaking again.
"So you're seriously going to sit there and tell me that you're happy to be suffering now too?"
"I'd rather suffer with you than have you suffer alone," he said silencing her. "For better or for worse, remember? In sickness and in health?"
Watching him say that with a charming smile on his face Sam couldn't help but blush. She hated how he was so incredibly good at knowing what to say to get to her that it made her feel badly about calling him out on his true motives. Which she knew were just about getting her into bed. Which he had. Just like wanted.
Wrapping her arms around his waist and closing her eyes as she snuggled against him, she was about to just let this go and let him win. But because she could practically sense the giant, egotistical smirk that was plastered on his face right now, she couldn't help herself and found herself speaking again.
"I love you, I really do … but that is the biggest load of BS I have ever heard."
Feeling him tense under her Sam couldn't help but grin at the fact that he was caught off guard. He really hadn't expected her to see through him so easily had he? Well too bad for him, she did.
"Nothing to say to that huh, Mr. Smooth Talker?"
Satisfied with his silence she closed her eyes to sleep, glad that for once she had been the one to render him speechless instead of vice versa.
But that was only until he said his next words which made her give up entirely on winning against him in an way.
"… I'd have come up with something better you know … but I'm kind of sick right now so-"
"Ugh!"
That was fun to write xD
I wonder if anyone saw what this was gonna be about coming with the title of the "Moment" lol. I tried to be sneaky.
I couldn't remember for the life of me if I gave Scam a middle name in the TM series or not so I took the ones I used in my other story "Test Drive" and used it here. I dunno, Timothy Derek Scam sounds really cool to me for some reason :)
More updates/stories to come! I'm going to try my HARDEST to have a Halloween fic this year. Fingers crossed. :D
Love Always,
Cresenta
