Happy New Year EVERYONE! :D

So I was and am still working on a Christmas story. It's just super long so I'm not done it yet. I'll still try my best to get it up during winter. *fingers crossed* I hope you'll be into that when it's done! In the meantime, I wrote this little Christmas snippet for you all. This scene focuses on Sam and Scam's 2nd Christmas together. :) I failed to get it posted for Christmas day but it's ready now! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did writing it! :D

Disclaimer: Unless this exact scene appears in the actual show it's clearly evident that TS doesn't belong to me. -_-

All I Want For Christmas

"The jig is up! Put your hands in the air, you're under arrest!"

Watching the man in the Santa suit look around the mall frantically for an escape, Sam exchanged looks with Tim and they both rolled their eyes. Sure "Santa" had put up an admirable chase in a fat suit of this size but it was over, he was surrounded, and it was time to give up. Thankfully when he noticed the many WOOHP agents surrounding him along with the two of them, he finally did so with defeated sigh.

Glad that this mission was finally over so they could celebrate whatever was left of Christmas Eve together, Tim walked over and quickly slapped handcuffs on the man's wrists readying him for the WOOHP van to drive away to jail where he belonged while Sam waited for her husband to finish so that they could end the mission at long last. If they left now, they could still make it to the island in time to enjoy at least some of the night together before they came back to spend Christmas day with family and friends.

A joyful grin touched her lips at the thought of going back to their island even if just for a few hours instead of the whole day like they had planned. She could imagine it already, the peace and quiet of the island's total isolation from the rest of the world, with just the wind and the sounds of the ocean surrounding them from all sides, a roaring bonfire, and just the two of them together. It sounded … like heaven. Like the perfect night before Christmas.

But as she was relishing in that thought she couldn't help but notice the crowd that had gathered around. A crowd that was mostly just little kids. Kids who looked … heartbroken.

And she wondered what was wrong, what had them all looking so miserable until she heard one, small voice ask their parent sadly …

"Mommy … Where are they taking Santa?"

And she couldn't help but feel bad for them. Poor little kiddos, they'd come to the mall to see Santa and have him listen to their wishes and now they were watching him get dragged away in cuffs. Their Christmas was definitely ruined.

"There, all done. Ready to go?" Sam heard her husband say and she turned to him with a sigh. "Yea but I do feel bad about the kids though," she nodded her head towards them to bring his attention to the children and frowned sadly as she saw how their parents were trying to calm them down and struggle to explain what was going on, to not let them catch wind of what this had actually been; a sinister plot the realization of which would not just ruin this one Christmas but any more to come considering that Santa was involved.

"If only they knew that Santa here was giving out treats to get them under his mind control so that they could be his army and help him take over the world," Tim retorted, smirking. "I bet they wouldn't be so sad then, huh?" Scam gave the agents a small nod signalling for them to take the criminal into custody before he starting stretching to relieve some of the fatigue from this long mission. He could hardly wait to get out of here.

"But still…they've gotta be so bummed out about this," Sam protested feeling the children's pain as if were her own. She remembered being a kid and looking forward to her annual visit to Santa and how excited it used to make her when her mom and dad brought her to the mall to see him and she sat on his lap and told him that latest toy or book she wanted so badly which her parents would end up purchasing for her and pretending it came from Santa.

Even if it may seem silly now as a grownup, back when she was a kid it had meant the world to her and it crushed her that these kids were losing that thanks to some asshole who thought it was funny to target kids as part of an evil plan.

Hearing the kids now crying and wailing, demanding to know why Santa was leaving with the agents and what he'd done, she only felt worst about this whole situation and soon she found herself going over to them herself. They were just … so small and innocent. They didn't deserve to have Christmas ripped away from them like this. The crime was committed by that criminal, why should they be punished for it?

Stopping before a little girl who was sobbing the hardest Sam reached out and ruffled her brown hair and smiled at her kindly. "Hey, don't cry! It's okay!" She tried to say only to hear the girl ignore her completely and cry harder into her tiny hands.

And from in between those heartbroken snivels she could hear her say that she wanted her to go away, that she didn't want to talk to her and she hated her because she had helped take Santa away.

Feeling even worse now Sam racked her brains for something, anything she could come up with to cheer up these kids. Soon her eyes lit up as she got an idea on how to diffuse this situation. And before she could stop herself, she spoke again. "No, that's not it. That's … he's not Santa! Yea! He's um … Santa's evil twin!"

Her words had an immediate effect as all the kid's heads turned to her in interest and their tears stopped falling all at once. Letting out a sigh of relief, Sam was content with her quick thinking but that was only until she heard what they said next.

"…Where's Santa then? He's supposed to be here! Did evil Santa do something to Santa? Is he okay? WE WANT SANTA! WE WANT SANTA! WE WANT SANTA!"

A dry gulp went down Sam's throat as she came to the sinking realization that in trying to help she had just made things a lot worse. Where the heck was she supposed to find them another Santa on such short notice?!

"If only Jerry was here," Tim said as he came to stand next to his distressed wife, having heard her entire conversation with the children and the new commotion it had led to. "He could play Santa." He shrugged his broad shoulders and smirked in amusement. "Sure he's not nearly fat enough but he definitely has the correct age down pat," he chuckled at his own joke.

And listening to him speak in his deep, baritone voice, Sam suddenly got another idea on how to fix this. But it wasn't one that Tim was going to like one bit. Biting her lip and wondering if she should do this, she soon decided she had to. They were WOOHP agents, meant to protect the world and bring peace, they couldn't just leave these kids behind like this and go off to party. It just wasn't … it wasn't right.

Having made up her mind, Sam gave Tim a sidelong look and whispered softly so that only he could hear her. "But … Jerry's not here." Then she gave him a look accompanied by a tight smile and a small, harmless-looking shrug that he translated the meaning of mere seconds later.

His eyes widening in sheer horror, he shook his head no in disbelief and returned her pleading look with a warning one to not think what she was thinking, not even dare to go there.

"Oh no. Not me," He said holding up his hands and backing away from his missus, letting her know there was no way he was going to do this. Not HIM of all men. Nope. Never. Over his dead body.

"I am not going to do it!" He stated firmly, shuddering in repulsion at even the thought of it while Sam just stood there looking at him with puppy dog eyes and a pout that could make a glacier melt in seconds.

"Not in a million years am I going to pretend that I am-"

A long sigh left him as he looked into the mirror before him in complete and utter disgust at the sight of himself in the gaudy outfit he was now clad in thanks to his wife's endless barrage of begging.

"I look like a moron," Scam growled leaving Samantha to giggle behind him. Catching sight of the death glare he shot at her in the mirror's reflection she coughed to stifle her laughter before she went over to Tim and draped her arms around his shoulders.

"Aww, I think you look cute!" She said cheerfully, nuzzling her cheek against his and grinning only to have him give her the most incredulous look he could muster because there was no way in hell she actually meant that. He didn't buy it. He looked ridiculous and she wasn't going to convince him otherwise.

Seeing all the doubt on Tim's face Sam tried persuading him further. "No seriously, you do! The red velvet really brings out your gorgeous sea foam eyes. Oh! And that white fur looks really good against your tanned skin," she complimented, reaching out and flicking her finger against the pompom ball that hung from the end of the signature red, Santa hat on his head and making it bounce up and down.

Hearing Tim just huff in a displeased way against all her efforts she decided to try a different approach because clearly this was not working.

"Aww cheer up Tim, you're saving Christmas for those little kids." Pecking him on the cheek she held him tighter and smiled at him in an enamoured way. "I honestly think it's really sweet that you agreed. Gosh you're so caring, and kind, and loving, and selfless…" she went on batting her eyelashes at him affectingly. "And warm, and thoughtful, and sensitive-"

"Ugh," Scam cut her off, shuddering at those words even harder than when he had been forced to put this ugly suit on. "Please Sam," he said holding up his gloved hand as if to halt her right then and there while he himself looked like he was going to vomit. "Don't make me gag."

Listening to Sam erupt into laughter Tim just shook his head to himself while he thought about all the things he did for this woman's happiness, seriously. But there was no point trying to get out of this now, he was already dressed like Santa, he might as well just get this over with.

Moving to leave he was stopped by Sam who sounded more entertained than ever. "Wait! Don't forget your beard!" She called out playfully, slapping the fake, white, beard on his face before she ran out to announce to the kids that the real Santa was here now.

The moment he stepped out the children started screaming in joy and jumping up and down and already he could feel a headache coming on. And his stress level only mounted higher when the kids' initial excitement dimmed down and they started criticising his Santa authenticity.

"He doesn't …. look like Santa," one kid mumbled pointing at his face. "Santa has blue eyes!" Scam could feel his eye start to twitch in response. "Yea and he's … thin! Santa is supposed to be fat! Why isn't he fat?"

"WELL SANTA WENT ON A DIET!" Scam snarled having had enough already only to make the kids start crying instantly and have Sam jab him in his side and give him a frown telling him to be nicer and fit the part.

Sighing he hesitantly changed his tune. "I mean uh … Santa had his sleight stolen by his evil twin," he said all the while thinking inside his head just how idiotic and lame this was but alas. "So he had to run all the way here to save Christmas for all of you."

"YAY!" The kids cheered and Tim couldn't help but discreetly roll his eyes but when he saw Sam smiling, he started to smile himself only to stop short at her next words.

"Okay kids! It's time tell Santa what you want for Christmas!" Sam declared clearly having way too much fun at his expense and leaving him grunting in surprise when she suddenly pushed him back onto the red, green, and gold throne behind him. Soon kids were ambushing him from all sides, jumping on him and demanding for him to bring them lots and lots of toys and whatever else popped into their tiny minds.

"I want a Barbie doll!"

"I want the latest Nintendo system!"

"I want a pony!"

"I want the Imaginext Jurassic World Jurassic Rex and three Hatchimals! I want three in case I don't like what's in the other two!"

The long line of kids seemed to have no end even after hours had passed and he was exhausted to the point of passing out. His patience was answered finally and at long last however when the last little girl jumped off his lap and ran to her parents excitedly while her parents gave him a smile knowing full well what he had done for them before turning and leaving.

"Finally!" Scam hissed, standing up and hearing his back crack from all his fatigue. And immediately he began to tear the outfit off his body no longer being able to stand being in it. "I can take this stupid thing off!"

"Not yet," he heard Sam say and he turned to look at her, face purple from rage as he threatened that there better not be any more brats left for him to have to deal with or else.

Giggling she shook her head no and informed him that the kids were indeed all gone but that there was someone else he still had to hear from.

"Who?" He asked, lost only to be shoved back onto Santa's throne by his wife.

"Me," she announced ceremoniously before plopping herself down on his lap.

"Sam, I do not have the energy left to go Christmas shopping for another gift for you after what you just put me through." He muttered, unsure she really even deserved anything at all for making him play Santa despite how much he loved her. That had been beyond cruel of her. "And do we really need to do this?" He complained knowing that while there was no time left to go to their island now, some sleep right now would be his preferred activity.

But Sam didn't seem to hear a word he said to her. "Just shut up and listen, will ya?" She said bossily as she placed her arms around his neck and made herself cozy on top of him.

Raising an eyebrow at her in a peeved way he grumbled, "Okay now I really don't think you deserve any present-"

"Good," she cut him off. "Because I already have everything I want."

He stared at her for a long moment after that confused because it didn't make sense. If she didn't have anything to ask him for then what else did she want to say to him?

"Everything huh?" He started eyeing her skeptically. "You sure there isn't anything else you want?"

"I'm sure," he heard her say and he kept pushing knowing that had to be a lie. "Not one thing? Not one, little, tiny thing?"

"Nothing," she said resolutely and he huffed in disbelief.

"I don't buy that. There must be something you want for Christmas," There had to be, he just knew it or else why had she planted herself in his lap? Just for a free ride?

A moment later Sam gave him his answer. "I already have all I want for Christmas, Tim." A pretty blush soon stained her cheeks as she looked up at him lovingly. "…You."

"…"

"…You're so corny," he accused some seconds later although he was smiling underneath his beard and Sam could detect the corners of that smile even though he was he was battling so hard to hide it from her.

"Oh is that so?" She responded, deciding to play along with him just for fun. "Well then maybe I should ask for something then after all! Hmm…" She placed her finger on her chin in mock thought and hummed to herself for a few as if trying to make up her mind on just what to ask for before she shot him a glare and muttered haughtily, "A nicer husband for example!"

Tim shook his head at her. "I'm sorry but that's against the rules." Shrugging he explained further. "You already said that you didn't want anything more, you can't change your mind now."

"Says who?!" Sam snapped in outrage.

"Says me. I'm Santa remember?" Scam retorted coolly raising an eyebrow at her in a wicked manner at finally being able to manipulate this uncomfortable situation of wearing this dumb outfit to his favour and finally feeling like himself again.

Sam just rolled her eyes at him hard and moved to get off his lap only to feel him tighten his grip on her not allowing her to budge an inch.

"Let me go!" She demanded a few seconds after being unable to wiggle herself free.

"Now why would I do that?" Tim drawled pressing his nose into hers and grinning wolfishly. "You said you wanted me remember?"

Realizing just how he was spinning this Sam shivered, feeling sheepish for walking right into this trap. "I-I," she stammered. "I didn't mean it that way you pervert!" she squawked awkwardly.

"Well that's just too bad, isn't it?" Scam cooed taking no pity on her whatsoever after what she'd made him do because she didn't deserve any mercy after that. "Interpretations are left up to Santa sweetheart," he declared before seizing her even closer to him and soon his hands were touching places on her body that took her breath away and forced her to blush as hot of a red as his Santa suit.

And as she battled against his touches Sam shouted enraged. "Gah I don't know what I was thinking telling you to be Santa! You're nothing like Santa! Santa is supposed to kind and generous!"

He paused in his assault on her form to give her a challenging stare. "Oh I beg to differ. I've already given you something more priceless than anything any Santa ever could in a million years."

"Oh yea? Like what?!" Sam snapped.

"My heart," he answered charmingly leaving her to fall silent at once.

Saying nothing Sam looked down to her lap and let out a contented sound, trying to contain the smile that was threatening to burst onto her lips and crack her face in half. When she finally had her composure back together she looked back up at him slowly and slyly.

"So now who's corny Tim?" She smirked knowing she had him cornered now but he just shrugged and shook his head before saying, "We've been together for a while babe. I'm afraid that despite my best attempts…"

Scam sighed dramatically just as a doctor might when delivering a terrible diagnosis to an unsuspecting patient. "Some of your corniness has in fact rubbed off on me."

Her eyes widening, an outraged gasp left Sam at his words and she found herself scowling. He just couldn't give it up could he? Admit it with his own mouth that he was just as lovesick over her as she was over him and own it?

Irritated beyond words she gave him a hard shove that made him throw his head and laugh at her never-ending frustrations with his admittedly massive ego.

And hearing him do that Sam tried and tried so very hard to stay mad at him and keep frowning but … that laugh of his. That stupid, adorable, boyish laugh of his. It melted her heart into mush every single time she heard it and right now was certainly no exception.

Sighing in a defeated way she kept her eyes on him and just watched him with half lidded, love filled eyes. And she knew she meant what she'd said and every word of it. He was all she wanted, ever. Her every wish in this life had been granted the same day that this man, this Tim Scam had become her Tim. She couldn't wish for anything more.

With that thought in mind she reached out and pulled the white beard off of him to reveal the handsome face that she'd long fallen head over heels in love with in its entirety before she kissed him passionately, letting him feel all her love for him and effectively stopping his chuckles. She kept kissing him over and over until she was left breathless before she pulled away just enough to whisper against his lips just as the clock rang midnight proclaiming that it was Christmas day.

"Merry Christmas, husband."

This time Scam didn't hide his smile because he simply couldn't. She could call him anything but when she referred to him as her husband it was the most special to him because it reminded him of the role he played in her life and of the unbreakable bond they shared. Of that which was the most important thing to him: her. Her and their love.

Then right then he realized that while he'd never wish for anything from Santa or anyone, he'd be totally lying to himself if he claimed that if given the chance that he wouldn't have said exactly what Sam had said about him about her. That he didn't need anything more because he'd been blessed with everything he could ever want the moment when he was given her in his life.

Leaning his forehead onto hers where it just fit into place, he looked deep into her eyes with his own looking back at her with the identical emotions of deep, unwavering love that she was regarding him with right back at her.

And Sam's heart swelled with glee when she heard him whisper back to her tenderly.

"Merry Christmas, wife…"
