Pleakley: You're welcome, Gio. If you need us, we'll be upstairs with our gifts. You're fidgeting, Jumba! Go on now!

Jumba: (Laughs) Of course, noodle-head! I do idea when it fresh in mind! (Leaves and runs manically up the stairs and into the bunk bedroom)

Pleakley: It's normal for him, don't worry. He's a genius scientist.

Gio: Uh huh...(nods)

(The scene cuts to 4:00pm, when Nani, Lilo, and Stitch all came home. They entered the front door, and closed it behind them...)

Nani: We're home!

Lilo: Stitch, remember what we promised...act like a dog around Gio.

Gio (walks out of bedroom and into hallway) Did someone say my name? (enters living room) Cousin Nani?

Nani: Aloha, Gio! Wow, you really grew up. You were practically 3, almost four when I last saw you, and now you're 15...Time really goes fast...

Gio (runs up to her, and hugs Nani): Oh, aloha!

Nani: It's so good to see you!

Gio: Me too! (hugs Lilo) And you must be Lilo!

Lilo: Aloha. Sorry about not remembering you like Nani. But Nani says you're ohana, and ohana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten.

Gio: Well, it's certainly nice to meet you...(pulls out video game) and I got this for you.

Lilo: Whoa, no way! Look, Stitch, Attack of the Locusts! This would be awesome on my PlayStation console! (Stitch barks excitedly)

Gio: Ugh, what is that?!

Lilo: This is Stitch, my dog. He's a good boy, honestly! (Stitch barks proudly)

Gio (steps back): He looks...weird!

Nani: Oh, he's a special breed. Very rare, and people have tried to steal him, but we protect Stitch by technically lying that he's half German Shepherd and half Blue Tick Coonhound.

Lilo: Yeah, we got him from the shelter, and nobody wanted him until I came!

Gio: And I can see why! Gross!

Stitch: (Barks in annoyance and anger)

Lilo: Stitch! (Grabs scruff as he walks closer to Gio) He didn't mean it, did you?

Gio (sighs): No...but I'm just a little...shocked, that's all.

Stitch: (Tilts head in confusion and makes a chirring sound)

Lilo: Stitch has been called out a lot by lots of people, but you're the only one who didn't call him names.. He's trying to figure if you're a nice person.

Gio (steps back): Sorry...but I'm not used to that.

Lilo: (Blinks in confusion) Not used to what?

Gio: I'm not used to a dog examining me like that. Anyways, Cousin Nani, I got you this...(hands her framed picture of Honolulu city skyline)

Nani: Thank you, Gio!

Gio: No problem. And I gotta ask you something really important.

Nani: Oh, what is it?

Gio: Well, Uncle Jumba told me about your rule about using ac units during the day, but not using them at night. I am more sensitive to temperature changes, and well, if I have one in my guest room, is it okay if I use it myself at night?

Nani: That's a expense around here.

Gio: What if I offer to pay the bill for it this summer? To cover the cost so you don't have to worry.

Nani: Are you sure you can do that?

Gio: Cousin Nani, I come from a well-round family, I am sure I can cover the cost of it for the summer. Please, I want to be comfortable.

Nani: (Sighs and then nods) You're family, and I can't stop you from wanting to be comfortable for the summer. Just promise me that you won't exceed it over the limit, okay?

Gio: (Smiles) I promise. You have my word, Cousin Nani.

Nani: Oh, thank you, Gio. Now, Pleakley, please help me out with dinner.

Pleakley: Of course, Nani! What are we making?

Nani: That's up to Gio. What are you feeling to eat tonight?

Gio (grins): Oh...about that. I got a surprise for you. My mom made a call, and got us all a reservation at none other than the best restaurant in the United States with only a few locations ever made, "Barton G"! It's very expensive and extremely luxurious! And our reservation is at 5:45pm!

Pleakley: (Gasps) The five stars restaurant on the north side of the island?!

Gio: Yes.

Nani: Oh, hurry up! We have to dress up fancy, and that includes you, Lilo!

Lilo: What about Stitch? (Stitch whines affirmatively)

Gio: Sorry, Lilo, but unless he's a service dog, there are no dogs allowed inside.

(Lilo looks down in disappointment and Stitch whimpers, his ears drooping)

Nani: I can have David come over and hang out with Stitch, if that's okay?

Lilo: (Pets Stitch as they share a silent look for a quick moment that Stitch slightly nods, Gio missing the action) Okay...Can you tell him to bring coconut cake? Stitch loves it! (Stitch barks softly with a whine)

Nani: (Sighs as she mutters to herself under her breath) At least it's not coffee. (Looks at Lilo, speaking louder) I will call David, and you get up to your room, pull out a dress. We can't be late!

Lilo: You got it, Nani! Come on, Stitch, you can help me choose! (Runs on to the tube elevator with Stitch following behind, remembering to stay on fours, barking excitedly)

Gio (grins): Now that is one thing I learned from mom and dad...Money and luxuries ALWAYS win people over!

Jumba: Uh...that's a bad lesson.

Gio: Excuse me?

Jumba: One time I winning over ex-wife with money, she came loving it, keep asking Jumba for more money, more money. One of reasons why she became ex-wife.

Pleakley: Indeed. Not the ex-wife part, but the part about asking for money repeatedly, it's bad to depend on it all the time. Most people just wants family and love.

Gio: Uh...but at least I use the money to bond, and I use it for good things! Heck, if a birthday was coming up, I help give out a perfect celebration! Heck, some people are fine with a simple "special meal and homemade cake" but not me. Birthdays are meant to never be forgotten!

Jumba: Perhaps for kiddies, but adults, birthdays remind them that they're only getting older. Bigger girl is not older adult, but working on birthday, it can't be helped.

Nani: Jumba has a point. Money can't buy people. Money buys material things, not love or family. Sure, families like us need some material things once in a while, but eventually, they get wasted or trashed.

Jumba: Technology always changing! One day, little girl no want video games, or other days, people no want to go to restaurants because being tired or just wanting microwave food.

Gio (sighs): I disagree, but that is your opinion. Anyway, if Lilo's birthday occurs during my stay, I'll make it worth my time here.

Nani: I think Gio gets it, guys. Now, hurry up! We have 30 minutes before the drive!

Gio (goes and changes into tuxedo): Good thing I packed this.

(Meanwhile in Lilo and Stitch's room, Stitch is finally able to talk.)

Stitch: Meega upset about not going.

Lilo: I know, Stitch, but think about it, you and David haven't hung out by yourselves in a while, and besides, David will bring coconut cake.

Stitch: David all right. Meega be fine! Sparky come?

Lilo: Well, tonight's said to be clear...I suppose you could call for him to come, but you gotta be careful. We probably be up there for a hour or two after the 25-minute drive. You know Nani hates messes, and you gotta remember to get Sparky out before we come back otherwise we might have Gio freaking out, okay?

Stitch: I be good, I be fluffy!

Lilo: Great! What do you think I should wear tonight? The yellow one? (Holds it up in one hand) Or this green one? (Holds it up in other hand)

Stitch: (points to green) That one.

Lilo: Perfect! Thanks, Stitch! I hope Jumba and Pleakley picked good outfits for this dinner. You know how Pleakley is. He may be excellent in creating disguises and stuff, but the style of them, well, it better not be too obvious.

Stitch: Jumba will stop Pleakley if too far.

Lilo: Good point. Now, I know you hate it in the situation of acting as a dog, but you better do your business outside before we leave.

Stitch: Ok-okey! (Hops down from bed, flops down in a sitting position on the pressure plate, and barks lightly as the elevator plate moves down with him)

(The scene cuts to the family arriving outside of the restaurant, and everyone noticed its luxurious exterior as they park the car)

Lilo: (All prettied up in her green dress) Whoa, it's practically big as the community center, maybe twice over!

Nani: (Wearing a lovely rose-pink dress, all prettied up) Mom and Dad heard rumors about this place, but I didn't expect it to look like a palace!

Pleakley: (Wearing a nice-looking dark gray tuxedo) Ooh, it's so clean and shiny!

Jumba: (Wearing a slightly formal, nice-looking dark blue tuxedo) It's being very popular. (Sees a lot of people coming from the parking lot to the entrance or out of the restaurant to their cars)

(The scene cuts to everyone seated inside the restaurant, each drinking a glass of lemonade...)

Server: Aloha, I will be your server for the night, ladies and gentlemen. What shall you have, ma'am?

Nani: I will have the Cracklin' Deviled Eggs and the Boo G. Pasta.

Server: Excellent choice. Little miss?

Lilo: Laughing Bird Popcorn Shrimp and the Mouse Trap Mac & Cheese!

Server: (Chuckles softly) Always a favorite for the kids. You will love it. (Turns to Gio) What about you, young sir?

Gio: Well, I think I will have the lobster mac and cheese all along with the New York strip steak, and I would like some extra truffle fries.

Server: Very nice, sir, excellent choice. (Turns to Jumba) And you, sir?

Jumba: Ooh, having Lobster Pop Tarts and Samurai Salmon, and extra Whipped Mashing Potatoes, warm!

Server: Of course, sir. (Turns to Pleakley) Hello, sir. What's your choice tonight?

Pleakley: I want to try the Barton G. Chopped Salad, and the Seafood Bubble Bath. Such a curious name, but intriguing.

Server: Brilliant choice, sir. (Grabs all menu folders) Will have your appetizers ready in some minutes. (Leaves table with a smile)

Gio: I hope you all like this place! I LOVE this place whenever I go to the one in New York. I mean, who wants a home cooked meal after a long flight to a new place?!

Nani: You certainly have a point, Gio, and besides, work was a bit of hassle today.

Lilo: This is way cooler than...well, anything!

Jumba: But it pricey, yes? You going once every month or year?

Pleakley: And you're paying for it? I am just shocked, not because you're young, but your parents must have saved a lot for this...

Gio: Well, since my mom wired Nani 10,000 dollars, this meal will be covered by that.

Lilo: WHAT?! (Other patrons look at the shout, and Lilo sees the people staring, and whispers in shock) That much? (The other patrons turn back to their meals, seeing that the little girl saw her mistake and quieted down)

Nani: (Sighs) Now you've done it...

Gio: Whoops...(to Lilo) Don't make a big deal out of it, Lilo. It's not to be used for anything you want willy dilly!

Lilo: Oh.. Are we going to do big things once or twice every week?

Gio: It'll be up to me on that, Lilo.

Lilo: Okay, Gio. I hope they're as cool as this!

Gio: But one rule...no pressuring me.

Lilo: Or you'd be scary like Nani, huh?

Nani: Excuse me?

Jumba: Is compliment, bigger girl. You being the adult and owner of the house despite us being older.

Gio: Anyway, tomorrow, after I go to the beach, I'm going to rent a bike for the summer.

Nani: Great, I will show you the bike place, and the owner is very knowledgeable about bikes.

Gio: And how much to rent for the remaining 89 days of my stay?

Nani: $15 for a day, $50 for a week, and $120 for a month.

Gio: So for 3 months?

Nani: Well, in your case, it's rare. I mean, tourists, they have days to a month, but never the whole summer. Since I know the owner, and that you're ohana, he probably could consider lowering the price from the usual price of $305. You might, oh, what's the word?

Jumba: Haggling.

Nani: Thank you, Jumba. The better word is negotiating the price.

Gio: Can we stop there after we finish our dinner?

Lilo: The beach is beautiful at night!

Nani: (Chuckles) It certainly is. Alright, we'll go to the bike place which is close to the beach, and Lilo, no swimming, you know the rules.

Lilo: I know, Nani, no swimming at night when the sharks are out. I will just play in the sand with Jumba and Pleakley watching, promise!

Gio: Anyway, I got this YouTube channel called "VacationMan101", and since tomorrow is Saturday, in the afternoon while I'm at the beach and you are off doing errands and whatever you normally do, I'm going to be streaming a livestream at noon, and I was wondering if you can tune in on any mobile devices you have to watch it.

Jumba: Streaming?

Pleakley: A YouTube channel? That sounds new and a bit scary.

Gio: Oh, I'm sure Nani and Lilo will walk you through it.

Nani: We certainly will when we are able to.

Lilo: Here comes our server!

Gio (looks up): Finally! Our food is here!

(The server smiles brightly, puts down plates, bowls, and little saucers) Server: Here you go, everyone.

Jumba: I starving!

Pleakley: I am quite excited to try out all of this.

Lilo: Alright!

Nani: About time, I am so hungry.

Nani: Wow, look at those deviled eggs! (Gapes at the size)

Lilo: A jumbo platter of popcorn shrimp, definitely have to go slow for once! (Giggles)

Jumba: Ooh, those Lobster Pop-Tarts look really flaky and soft! (Grins)

Pleakley: That looks good! (Nods with a glance upon the salad)

Gio: This is what "Baton G" is known for...dinner theater at your table!

Nani: Remind me later to thank Aunt Angela for making the reservation, but right now, let's dig in!

(The scene cuts to everyone having finished their entrees and appetizers...)

Gio: Oh, I'll order all of us a dessert!

Lilo: Oooh, can we do the cotton head giant thing? I saw other people having it.

Gio: Actually, I got a BETTER idea in mind!

Gio: I'm getting us the Chocolate Treasure!

Lilo: Yes! Let's do it! (Claps hands excitedly)

Jumba: Sounding delicious!

Pleakley: This is quite going to be a treat!

Nani: At least it's summer...I hope this sugar rush better not get Lilo up too late...But I love chocolate too...I am so going to have a sugar hangover in the morning...but no regrets.

Gio: Speaking of tomorrow morning, I wanted to tell you...I'm GREAT at cooking! I can cook most items for any meal. Just saying!

Nani: You'd do that?

Gio: Every once in a while, yes. (Smiles)

Gio: (Chuckles) Yes, I'm really good at it. Could you let me cook every now and then?

Lilo: So if you're really doing breakfast tomorrow, can you do pancakes, please?

Gio: It'll be up to me, Lilo.

Lilo: Okay, Gio. I won't push anymore. (Hears a noise and giggles as she looks over) Is that a chest? (Sees their server carrying a ton chest, and put it down on the middle of the table)

Server: Hello, ladies and gentlemen. As you've requested, the Chocolate Treasure! (Flourishes with a hand as he opens the lid, and everyone gasps in awe)

Lilo: Alright! Look at all the chocolate! (Claps hands excitedly)

Jumba: Truly looking like coins, jewelry, silverware, except being made of chocolate.

Pleakley: Indeed! I can't wait to taste!

Nani: That's the motherlode of chocolate, alright. (Nods numbly in amazement)

Gio: Well, dig in!

(So, everybody did, and it took quite a while as they don't want to be sick if they ate too fast with the chocolate, and soon, it was time to pay the bill, tip the server, and leave the restaurant)

Nani: Thank you again, Gio, for this wonderful meal. It's so rare to eat out like this, especially dressed up.

Gio: Well, if everyone shows me respect, I can make this happen every once in awhile.

Jumba: Even for one day already, big boy good and clever! You earning my respect, big boy.

Pleakley: Jumba's right. You are clearly raised to be a good person, and that has earned my respect.

Lilo: You're still learning to trust my dog, but you care for us, and that's what ohana means. I don't know how to do respect, but I know I like you!

Nani: Of course, Gio, you're my cousin, and besides, you've earned my respect. But remember, we take ohana seriously around here. Betraying isn't allowed around here in this family.

(The scene then cuts to later that night at around 10 p.m. when everyone was getting ready to go to bed...)

Gio (hugs Nani): Well, I better get to bed so we can have a great day tomorrow.

Nani: Good night, Gio, sleep well. And yes, tomorrow is going to be a clear, beautiful day, thanks to David's report when he watched the news in my place. See you in the morning, and speaking of, what are you going to make for breakfast? Just curious, that's all.

Gio: I never said that I was going to make breakfast tomorrow. I said that on random days, I'm going to surprise everyone to make breakfast, but that does not imply that tomorrow will be one of those days.

Nani: Oh, I guess we misunderstood there. Please tell us about those sort of things so we can't make assumptions or mistakes, okay, Gio?

Gio: I did...Anyway, good night. (Goes into bedroom)

Nani: (Chuckles) At least he isn't a handful like Lilo. (Turns to head to her bedroom, past the tube elevator)

(In Lilo & Stitch's room, we see Lilo scrambling up into her bed, with Stitch and Sparky joining her with their favorite storybook. Sparky didn't go home when Stitch asked him to, when he heard the car coming up the road, and so, he hid up here while Gio was distracted with everybody else)
