Chapter 2: A grim first encounter.

The rising sun warmly peeks through the horizon of the hills, and mountains. Letting its bright eyes shine upon the village that is surrounded by a field of grains. This village is named 'Bursa', a home of the Eihon clan, who originated from the southern part of the continent.

The family of the Eihon clan are made up of a humanoid species, known as 'Djinns.' The Djinns are native to the Desert region, and their society has similarities of Turkic cultures. Like their theme of bright clothing, and their nomadic lifestyle.

As for their anatomy, they are similar to humans. However, their elf-like ears, short twin horns, pale skin, and their ashen hair, and eyes are the traits that make them Djinns.

Beside their outlandish appearance, what makes Djinns remarkable is their talent for magic. The Djinns are capable of taming the unfertile soil and able to manipulate the growth of their crops through their secret techniques, and magic. Some say that they can even turn a desert into an oasis in a single day. That is why the Djinns thrive in the desert region due their capabilities to make a farm in unfertile land.

Sadly their gift is also their curse. Their talents become the envy of the eyes of men, and others. So, they are often hunted down, and enslaved by the other native locals. Thanks to it, the Djinns tribes such as the Eihon clan often move from place to place to avoid conflict with the others.

Due to the unavoidable conflict with humans in their region, and the upcoming threat of the beastmen country spreading to their lands. The Eihon clan were forced to drive away from their land, and crossed through the border lake to settle in the northern part of the world. Little did they know that they would end up stuck between the cold conflict with other human nations. Fortunately, their magic, and talents for agriculture aided them to buy their way in. By contributing a large levy of grains to the Empire, and the Slane theocracy.

The heavy levy surely brought hardship to their people. Although year by year they can manage to lift themselves up from this hardy life. Surely, one day that they will become a prosperous tribe, and reclaim the pride of their clan once more.

However, all their hope, and dreams will come to its end. When an army of hungry men gaze upon the Brusa village, along with the shadow of their flags looming over the field. Soon darkness will come upon the Djinns, and no one will save them from it.

"Attack! We are under attack!" The Djinn guard on the top of the watchtower, screams from the top of his lungs. As he watches a company of knights pouring through their village gate, and they stain their place with the blood that they slain.

Once the chaos rages on, the watchtower is put into a silence when the flock of flaming arrows rains upon their homes, and people. Burning the decades of hard work, just a single hail of the arrows.

"Pariya! Hold my hand, and don't let go." the Djinn teenage girl with a long braided hair tail, grabs the hand of her younger sister, and runs together with her as they join with the fleeing crowd.

"Sister Amira! I am scared.." the younger sister with braided pigtails holds dearly on to the sleeves of her elder sister.

"Don't worry, I won't let you go Pariya. I promise, I'll protect you." Amira answers with a confident smile. Yet deep inside her chest, she feels the fear leeching in her braveheart.

Despite the fear in her heart, she still forces herself to act bravely for her. Because she is her only sister, and it's the elder duty to protect her siblings. That reason alone is enough for her to cope with this fear, and bravely stood for her sister.

Not for long, the foundation of her bravery was challenged when the knight stood in front of their path.

The Djinn sisters freeze in fear when they witness the blood on his sword that the knight was holding, and a head of a young lad on the other..

"Is that Umar?….." Pariya said with a trembling voice, and her terrified eyes saw her decapitated childhood friend carried by the knight like it was a just a ball.

"Don't look…." Amira said, and she put her palm on the eyes of her sister just to hide her innocent mind from the horrors before them.

"Look what we have here! Aren't cha both cuties." The knight said as he tosses the bloodied head to mud, and he looks at the teenagers with his lustful eyes. "I bet young lasses like you fetch a good price. Hehehehehe…."

"Try me!" Amira unsheathes her curve dagger, and shields her younger sister behind her. "You are picking a wrong girl to mess with, you damn human.."

"Ohhh...ya feisty gal aren't cha. I like that!" The knight charges towards her with his sword aimed at her neck. "Lemme have a taste of your blade. Come on!"

The knight thrust his sword forward. However, the reflex of the Djinn girl is faster than him. So, she swiftly dodge down, and she retaliates by stabbing him on the leg.

"Aaarrgh!"

The knight screams in pain as he kneels to the ground. Then, Amira stabs the knight on his neck, and deeply pushes the blade to his flesh. Making the knight drown on his own blood until he is put into silence.

"That's for Umar..." Amira pulls out her blade, and kicks the corpse back to earth as she wipes the blood on the blade with her sleeves.

"Charge!" three knights rush their way into the bazaar as they slain anyone that stood in their path.

"Damn it! There's more of them." Amira grits her teeth in anger as she pulls out her bow, and arrow. While her younger sister hid behind her, and dearly held on to her sister robe.

Luckily, a group of Djinns warriors intercepts the knights, and slain them on the spot. After that, more warriors flooded into the bazaar, and began to assist the panic villagers to escape the place.

"Amira! Pariya! My daughters!"

The Djinn sisters shift their gaze behind them, and sees a middle aged woman with a few warriors following her behind.

The middle-age woman has the traits of the Djinns, and her ashen hair is done in a short braided tail that hangs on her shoulder. She wears scale mail armor over her entari dress, and carries a spear on her hands.

"mother!" Pariya jumps into her mother, and hugs her as she pours all her tears on her mother's bountiful bosom.

"Shh, shh, it alright my dear. I am here…" The motherly Djinn said with a bitter-sweet smile on her lips, and embraced her daughter's hug. She hugged her dearly in a way that a loving mother should do.

"Mother….." Amira said with a weary voice, and shows her face with the blood stain on her cheeks as she tries to put up a cheerful smile. Then, she buries her face on her mother's shoulder, and cries out all her fears into her.

"It's okay, my daughters. We are all facing this together…." the Djinn mother hugs them closer to her, and her tears of joy fall from her eyelids. Feeling glad that she found them alive, and well.

However, their family reunion was interrupted by the Djinn warrior with a fur hat on his head. "Chief Talas, the villagers have been gathered, and ready for evacuation. We are waiting for your word, chief."

The Djinn chieftain let go of her daughters from her care as she wipes the tears from their eyes. Then, her motherly aura shifts into a courageous warrior. Showing her daughters that this is no time for tears, and lament, but the time to fight the fear before them. Then, she faces her men with her courageous spirit standing before them.

"Good, let's all head to the temple. While we will cover the rear of our people as we retreat." Talas ordered her soldiers. In response, they all bow down, and obediently comply with her commands. "Let's go!"

Chieftain, the Djinns sisters, and the warriors began to retreat as they followed the rear of the fleeing crowd. At first, it looks like everything is going smoothly. Although, the chief and the elder sister felt that something was amiss. Wondering why there are no human knights chasing them.

"Get them all!"

A company of knights pours out from the alleywalk of the village, and confronts the fleeing crowd from the left side of the road. The knights clash against the crowds with their sword, axe, and spear aims at the unarmed civilians. Slaying every man, woman, and child that they met as they bathe their sword with the blood that they butchered. Then when they have a chance, they too abducted, and drag every young woman they met for the purpose of enslavement.

"Damn it, we are surrounded. Guards stop them." Chief Talas shouts in fury as she draws her spear.

The Djinns warriors began to draw their swords, and shields as they charged towards their enemies, and let their blades greet the human knights. Desperately, fending their ruthless enemies away from the civilians just to slow the progress of their advance. While, Amira stays behind the rear of her warriors, and assists any Djinn warriors who are struggling against their foe. By shooting their foe in the neck.

Steel, clashing with steel as their blood soaking everywhere on the mud. The few warriors of Djinns desperately holding the line, and trying to fight off the enemies that outnumber them. Despite this, they all bravely steel themselves, and stand strong even if they fall one by one in each side that they fight with. For they know that every minute they fight is a precious second that they delay the terrible fate of their people. That alone is enough for them to fight till the death.

As for the human knights, they continue to pour their massive numbers against the defensive formation of the Djinns. They are confident that they will soon overwhelm them. Surely, they will sweep through their feeble ranks as they shatter their honor, and glory like a chip sword.

"Rally, rally on me!" The leader of the Knight is waving his sword as he gathers his brothers behind him. Then, he points his blade at the fragile formation of the djinns, and shouts at the top of his lungs. "CHARGE!"

The boots of the zealous knights shake the earth, and their fury howl echoes throughout the burning village. While the Djinns warriors helplessly observe the mass of enemies charging towards them with their full might, and tenacity.

"FALLING TEARS" Amira loaded her bow with the arrow that basked in sunlight, and aimed it at the sky. She releases the string of her bow, and lets the shining arrow fly over the head of the advancing knights.

At a split second, the single arrow split into a hail of magical arrows, and it rained upon them. Dozens of knights were struck by the raining arrows which made them quickly stop at their tracks, and raise their shield instead. After slowing them down, one of the knights peek behind his shield, and saw a Djinn woman standing in front of her warriors.

Chieftain begins to glow in red as she moves her muscles into an offensive stance, and aims her spear in spirit form towards her enemies.

"TRIDENT OF WAR!"

The knights raise their eyes, and observe the falling spear that flies toward them. Upon impact, their vanguard has been shattered to pieces like glass that breaks into brittle shards. As the dust settles, dozens of limbless knights crawl on mud as they scream in pain. Calling for their brothers, and family name to help them from their suffering fate. This gruesome scene left a grim impression for the knights, and let their battle spirit be demoralized.

"Warriors of the Eihon clan. Follow my lead and let's send these bastards back to hell!" Chief Talas raises her spear as she rallies her men.

The Djinns warriors bravely shout their battle cry, and raise their swords as they follow their chieftain. Then, they push towards the scattered ranks of men with their new found courage in their chest.

As the chieftain and her warriors slaying any demoralized enemies on the field. The youngest sister sees the legs of the burning watchtower tilting towards them.

"Sister Amira, look at the tower!" Pariya said with a concerned tone, while she tugs the sleeve of her eldest sister, and points her index finger at the burning tower.

Amira lifts her chin in wonder, and lets her eyes trace the direction of her sister's finger. Then, her ashen eyes grew wide when she saw the burning tower tilting towards them with its foundation already on its last knee.

"Mother! The tower. "Amira warns her.

The chieftain hears her daughter's voice which makes her lift her eyes, and sees the condition of the tower. Her thoughts ran in panic when she saw it, and she quickly decided to warn her men.

"EVERYONE PULL BACK, GET TO THE OTHER SIDE NOW!"

The chieftain, and along with her loyal men quickly abandons their positions. Then, they retreat to the other side of the street while the sisters swiftly dive away from it due to their panic.

As for the knights, they saw the Djinns running away from them. Which made them wonder why they retreat in the time when they are in advantage? Unfortunately, before they find the answer they seek. The knights found themselves under the falling tower. Where they only saw was a falling debris of wood, and fires that came from the skies. Thus, the scream of the crumbling woods, and flesh echoes throughout the burning village along with the dust that blows to every corner of the street.

"Amira!...Pariya!" Talas shouts with her worried eyes searching around this dusty world, and wanders aimlessly through this chaotic land. Soon, she found herself standing in front of debris of woods, and flames of the ruined tower. Thus, seeing this made her realize that her daughters might get caught in its fall. "No...NO! NO! NO! Pariya!...Amira!"

"Mother? Is that you!?"

Chief Tala's heartbeat calms down when she hears her daughter's voice echo from the other side of the debris. "Amira! Are you girls alright? Where are you!?"

"We're on this side, it's blocking our path. Don't worry though, we are all fine." Amira replies as she holds her young sister dearly, under her protection.

"Thank the goddess you girls are okay…" Chief Talas said with the tears of joy falling from her eyelid. "Stay still my daughters, while I try to find a way to get you out of there"

The Djinn chieftain starts to look around in this burning pile of debris. Searching for a way to remove the debris that is blocking the road. Unfortunately, this debris is too much for her, and she can't see any alternative way to get them. As she desperately searches for the path, one of the wounded warriors interrupts her.

"Chieftain! We have to get out of here. Soon, those human mercenaries will regroup, and surround us." the Djinn warrior said, and he painfully held on his wounded arm. " With the condition of our warriors. I don't think we can fight them in this place. If we wait here for too long, they will cut us off from the path to the Temple."

The chieftain of the village, look upon his battered warriors. There she stood before the wounded, and dying men. Seeing their condition made her realize that she has a choice to be made. A choice that can't be taken so lightly.

"Damn it…" Chief Talas swears under her breath when she finally makes a choice. A choice that every leader should take, but also a choice that every mother should frown upon. "Amira, Listen to me!"

The elder sister raises her long ears, and attentively listens to her mother.

"Forget the temple. You would never make it in time. Just take your sister, and get out of here. Run as far away as you can, and never look back."

"What about you, mother?"

"Don't worry about us. We can handle ourselves. Just promise one thing ...take care of your sister, you heard me! She is all you got"

"I will...I will." Amira swears upon her heart, and hugs her sister closer to her.

"Good, now go! Get out of here."

"Let's go, Pariya." Amira said as she encouraged her trembling sister to stand on her ground.

"But, Sis...we can't leave Mother just like that" Pariya protests, and feels a pinch in her heart.

"Shhh...not now Pariya." Amira said while she placed her finger on her lips, and showed her bitter smile "This is no time for quarrel. The talk can wait. First, let's get out of here okay?"

The younger sister silently nods with a frown on her face. Satisfied with her answer, the sisters left the street, and creeped their way into the deepest shadows of the village alleys.

As soon as the chieftain no longer hears the footsteps of her daughters. This made her cue to gather her guards.

"Hurry up, men! Time is against us. We must leave immediately." Chief Talas shouts with a stern voice as she wipes the tears from her eyes. Then, she left her daughters to their own fate, and prayed to the goddess for the safety of her daughters.

Some Time Later….

The daughters of the Eihon clan, manage to slip past through the chaos of the village by silently creeping, and hiding from the mercs patrols.

After that, they find themselves at the edge of the town without alerting anyone, and they discover an untouched stable beside the gate with the live horse that is tied to the hitching post.

"Let's go." Amira whispers to her sister. They discreetly cross the muddy road until they reach the stable. Then, the elder helps her sibling to mount up on the saddle first. As soon as her younger sister sat on the saddle, Amira unhitched the horse, and she too rode on the saddle with her sister in front of her.

"What will happen to them..will mother, make it?" Pariya asks with a worried tone.

"Don't worry, Pariya. Mother, and others can take care of themselves. They will be fine. After all, she is a strong chieftain, and our warriors are strong too" Amira replies kindly, and tries to put up a courageous smile for her. At same time, she felt disheartened from her answer.

Amira shook the reign of her horse, and galloped through their way out of this chaos. Then, they dash as fast as they can, and leave their burning home behind without even looking back. Unfortunately, someone is watching them from the fields, and they are all observing the sisters with their hungry gaze.

Amira looks into the corner of her eye when she hears a howl of men singing throughout the road. There she saw a pack of knights on horses emerge from the fields, and shout their battle cries with their swords, and crossbow aim at them.

'Oh Goddess! If you can hear me, please save us!' Amira desperately prays for her deity as they gallop through the deepest part of the woods with the pack of horse riders chasing their tail.

"Hyah! Hyah!" Amira shakes the reign of her horse, pushing its speed into its limits. However, despite the horse's best efforts. The mercs horsemen still managed to catch up with them. So, all they can do is find a way to shake them off.

"Take out his horse, try not killing them!" the knight captain shouts. In response, they aimed their crossbow, and began to shoot at their target.

"Kya!" Pariya screams in fear, and ducks her trembling head as she feels the arrows fly over their side, and above their head. Then, Amira uses her body to shield her sister, and hoping her body is enough to protect her sister from the arrows.

"Hold on, Sis!"

Amira pulls out her arrow from her quiver, and puts it on her bow. Then, she twists her body to the side as she stretches the string of her bow along with her arrow. Once she let go of the string, the arrow flew through the pack of horsemen, and it managed to pierce one of the riders to the neck. Which led the dying knight to fall from his beast, and violently rolled through the grassy road.

"I got ya know." The knight said as he managed to steady his crossbow, and aim at the horse. Once, he pulls the trigger. The arrow blasts through the air, and hits the body of her horse.

*neigh*

"Shit!" Amira cursed as she felt her horse begin to lose its strength, and gradually slow its speed.

"Strengthen" Pariya places her glowing palm on the horse. "Stay with us, big guy!"

The sisters' horse was engulfed by a green light, and it felt its resolve strengthen its will to live. Thus, the horse starts to pick up its pace, and its gallop gradually becomes faster than the knight horsemen.

"Good job, Pariya!" Amira praises her sister, and she pats her on her box-like hat. In response, Pariya quietly nods, and feels a bit proud of herself.

After that small exchange, the elder sister turns her horse towards the deepest wood, and gallops their way through it while the knights' horsemen continue to pursue them.

*neigh* *neigh* *neigh*

Amira's horse begins to slow its speed, and roughly blows its air through its nose. Then, the horse loses its balance, and is forced to surrender its front knees to the earth. So, the djinn sisters disembark from the saddle of the dying horse.

"We gotta go!" Amira grabs her younger sister's arm, and she drags Pariya with her as they leave the dying horse all alone in the woods.

"Hyah! Hyah!"

"Amira! I can hear them getting close!"

"Shush, just keep running okay!" Amira said, and felt her heart pounding louder as she heard the sound of hooves getting closer to her ears. Knowing that they can't outrun them, she decides something that will give them a chance for survival. A choice that her sister will never like….

Amira takes her sister to the back of the large tree, and places her hands on her shoulder as she gently pushes her to kneel to the grass.

"We will never outrun them. Someone has to stay behind, and fight. So, the other can live." Amira said with a bitter tone, and she hands out her curve dagger to her sister. "It's gonna be you, the one who should live…"

"What!? No, I don't want to leav-" Pariya was interrupted when her elder sister placed the dagger on her bosom.

"Please don't argue with me, okay? Just do what I say, and be a good girl for me. Please, for the last time." Amira places her hands on her sister's shoulder, and she looks directly on her sister's woeful face. Then, Amira curls her lips up into a sweet, and bitter smile for the last time.

"I…." Pariya blankly stares back with her teary eyes, and feels the pain in her heart. The pain of losing another family in her life.

Seeing her distressed face makes Amira feel the same pain that her sister's felt. So to comfort her, Amira kisses her sister on her forehead for the last time.

"Don't worry, Pariya. No matter what happens to me. Just know that I always love you, and my spirit will always be by your side." Amira hugs her sister as she buries her head on her bosom.

"Sis…." Pariya sniffs as tries to hold herself from crying.

"Hyah! Hyah! Hyah!"

The Djinn sisters raise their long ears when they hear the echoes of the horsemen getting closer to them.

"Go! Now Go!" Amira pulls her sister from the ground, and shoves her away from her.

"But!"

"I said Go!" Amira pushes her sister to the bush, and waves her one arm as a gesture to drive her away from this place.

"There you are!"

Amira emerges from the back of the tree as she pulls out her bow, and arrow. Then, she bravely stands before the incoming horse rider.

"I got you now." The knight raises his sword, and continues to gallop towards the Djinn girl in full speed.

As soon as the knight swings his blade, Amira duck below, and rolls away from the horse. Then, she twists her torso as she aims her bow, and retaliates by shooting the knight on his nape.

"You gotta pay for that bitch." three more horsemen emerge from the woods with their blades aim for her life.

In response, Amira steps back as she aims her bow at her target. Once she sets her arrow free, it flies towards the incoming horsemen, and it pierces one of the horse's front knees.

"Gwah!" The knight fell from his saddle when his horse lost its strength, and stumbled to the earth. This stunt made the two horsemen stop on their tracks, to avoid trampling their comrade.

"This is for my hom-!" Amira bites her lips when a knight behind her just tackles her into the mud, and begins to bind her hands with a rope. "Let me g-!"

The knight on top of her just slap her on the cheeks, and slide his dagger under her neck.

"Stop!"

The knight rises from the ground with the help of the other. Then, he pushes the knight who helps him, and walks towards the djinn girl as he stretches his aching muscle. Then, he pulls out his blade, and points it towards her. When he raises his sword, Amira can see her fears in the reflection of his blade.

" Big Sis!" Pariya jumps in front of her sister, and raises her hands while the transparent shields appear on her palm. "Barrier!"

When the Knight swings his blade towards her magical shield. His arms bounce back while the powerful force blows Pariya away, and stumble herself to the earth while the dagger, and her hat falls with her too.

"You idiot, I told you to run. Damn it!" Amira shouts in anger, and feels horrified that her sister is here.

"I can't...I can't run…" Pariya trembles in fear while tears flow from her eyes. Then, she looks back to her sister, and shows her bitter smile. "How can I live in this world...if all my loved ones are dead.."

"Oh, I see both of you are siblings eh…." the knight said as he licks his lips, and feels his sexual desire to violate the girl in front of her. "Since you are willing to die….Let's make sure this funeral will be a memorable one for your sister."

Without any hesitation, the knight grabs the braided pigtails of the younger sister, and drags her through the grass while she is crying in pain. Then, he grabs her throat as he pins her against the tree.

"You fuckers!" Amira shouts in anger, and struggles to move her hand from the binds. While the knight on top of her put more pressure on her to keep her from rising. "Let go of my little sister, you bastards!"

"I will...after I fuck her. Hahahahahaha!"

"Let….me go!" The younger sister cries in fear as she tries to keep the Knight's hand reaching her Entari robe.

"Keep struggling girl, I like it. It's challenging!" The rapist knight says with a lustful smile as he pulls the girl pigtail, and grabs her baggy trouser.

Out of nowhere, a bright light flashes before them, and impairs Pariya's eyes. Then, she blinks her eyes to fix the blurry vision of her sight. Once she regains her vision back to normal, she gawks in awe, and disbelief when she sees a towering figure in front of them.

According to what she observes, this man...no, this creature wears golden armor as bright as the sun, and a cape that flutters like sunlight. It also possesses four muscly arms, a trait that she never saw from any race before. Lastly, it wears an intimidating helmet that conceal its identity and showing only its four otherworldly eyes that glow in murderous intent.

"What the fuck…."

In one single sweep, the golden creature lifts the rapist knight up in the air, and effortlessly tears its torso into two. It's like his body was nothing, but a stick to him.

Thanks to the brutality of this creature, Pariya pukes out when she witnesses the falling guts, and blood in front of her. Not only does the scene terrify her, the terrible cries of pain from the dying knight also traumatize her ears from listening to it.

"Holy Christ, have mercy! He just broke him into two like a twig!"

"Where the hell did he come from!? He just appeared from nowhere!?"

"Who the hell are you!?"

The golden creature raises its head when it hears their question. Then, the creature growls in anger as he tosses the half n half corpse of the knight in front them.

The three knights whimper like children when they see the lifeless eye of their comrade staring at them.

"NE KELL DA SOLIS…..SOLIS DA GA KUVA…..NE KELL DA ELIKSNI! (I am known as the Kell of Solis...the light that shines in the darkest time...I am THE FALLEN KING!)" The golden eliksni speaks in his ghastly, and muscular voice. With low volume that sounds like a voice of a demon that brings fear in the spirit of men.

"He speaks like a devil!"

"What the hell are we going to do!?"

"You call yourself a damn knight! Stand your ground. We are servants of gods. With our number, and blessing. We can send this creature back to hell!"

"DA GOVAKA URUMAR..? (should I try my exotic MG..?)" The golden creature growls, and feels offended from their response. So, he flexes the muscles of his four arms as the lighting chains begins to accumulate on his arms, and armor. "NE GAVA STRADA KU…( Nay, not worth of a single bullets..)"

"He is a Mage! Don't give him time to cast. Attack!" The three knights simultaneously charge towards the Golden Eliksni with their blade aim at him. Confident that they will be able to stop this creature from casting. Little did they know this made it easy for the Eliksni.

The Golden Eliksni dash in with his fist, and arm stretch backward. Then, he throws a lighting punch on the knight as it releases a chain of lighting. The force of his punch was so powerful that the lightning spread to three of them, and made their corpses fly away as they turned into a blue dust.

The Djinn sisters feel terrified what they witness before them. Judging its otherworldly power, they will stand no chance against it, and surely their lives will end quickly if this creature turns hostile to them. All they can hope for is to spare their life or worse case scenario at least give them a quick death.

"USTA DA STRU..(Ashes, and smoke..)" The Golden Eliksni turns its head to face the Djinns girls, and shifts his glowing eyes on the girl with braided pigtails.

"Hiii!" Pariya squeaks in fear when she notices this tall creature is looking at her. Which brings more tense on the atmosphere between the sisters, and him.

The Golden Eliksni notice their fears towards him. So, he decides to raise its four arms to show that he is unarm, and speaks in his less intimidating voice. "Ne Drak Ku Baik….(Fear not, I am here to help..)"

"Please...no, don't eat me" Pariya scoots away from the golden creature who is walking toward her, and feels her heartbeat pounding loudly from her chest.

"Don't you dare….I said get away from her." Amira grit her teeth, and tries to shake off the binds on her hands as she struggles to move her legs.

The Golden Eliksni stops his legs when he notices the hostile voice on their tone. Realizes that the girls didn't understand his speech, and the kind action that he is trying to convey to them. So, the Golden Eliksni scratches his head as he wonders how he will ease the tense atmosphere between them.

As he searches for an answer, the Golden eliksni blinks his eyes when he notices a familiar object under his boots. He bends down, and picks up the two objects on the grass.

On his giant palm, he is looking at the curve dagger, and a box-like hat. Observing these objects, made him realise that these things belonged to the girl with braided pigtails.

"Ura Bek Daku? (I believe this blade is yours?)" The golden eliksni presents the dagger to the younger sister.

"That is my dagger…" Pariya said nervously. At same time, the sisters gave their quizzical looks at the creature. Wondering what this creature is trying to say to them.

"Bek Ne Go Vaik. (Take the blade, and unbind your sibling)" The golden eliksni said as he extended his arms, and handed out the dagger to her.

"Are you giving it to me….?"

"Yuz…(yes)" The Eliksni nods.

Pariya gasps in surprise when she finally realizes what this creature is trying to do. "You are trying to help us…."

"Yuz! Yuz!(yes! yes!)" The golden eliksni furiously nods his head. Then, he moves closer to the youngest sister which made her feel scared for a moment. However, that fear dissipates when he gently grabs her hand, and places the dagger on her palm.

'His hand….it's big.' Pariya said from her thoughts when she saw how small her hand compared to his. Then, the eliksni let go of her, and he pleasantly croak beneath his mask.

"T-Thank you!"

Pariya stands up, and quickly heads her way to her sister. Then, she unsheathes the blade, and cuts the binds on her elder sister.

"Thank the goddess, Pariya!"

"Amira!"

The Djinn sisters hug each other dearly as they let their sweet tears fall from their eyes.

"I am sorry, Sister Amira. I am sorry for making you worried...I just can't leave you like that.."

"It's fine my lil sis. It's fine...what matters is that we are together again."

"Yes..we are together again." the sisters smile in joy, and wipe the tears from their eyes. Feeling glad that they manage to survive this ordeal, and happy to hold each other once more.

However, their happy reunion was cut short when they noticed a light that shine upon them. They both raise their eyes, and see the towering golden creature stands before them.

"Jazu Ga Vaku…(your hat, my lil friend)" The golden eliksni points his finger on the box-like hat that he is holding.

"That's my hat..."

Pariya blinks in surprise when she feels his giant fingers brush through her hair. She looks up, and she sees that he just put her hat on her.

"Thank you…" Pariya replies in her meek voice, and her rosy cheeks heat up like a ripe tomato.

"Gru Da Voka…(Ah, you look better)" The golden eliksni croaks in a pleasant tone, and he struggles to move his three fingers until he figures to show his thumbs up.

"I don't know what you are or what you are saying, but you have my gratitude for saving us." Amira said, bowing her head before the golden creature. "Thank you.."

"Suva Ge Truvaik….(I understand them, yet they don't. Troublesome.)"

"Ummm….." Amira raises her brow, and feels lost from his alien speech.

"Sister...I think he is asking for our name…" Pariya suggested.

"You understand him?"

"No you silly goose!" Pariya pouts her cheeks. "Since when do I speak that kind of language. I am just guessing ok!...Althooough, I think it's proper to introduce ourselves to him. After all he is our savior."

"You are right." Amira nods in agreement.

"Ummm…..my name is Pariya, the youngest sister." Pariya said with a nervous tone, and placed her hands on her chest.

"And I am Amira, her elder sister. And we are 'Djinns'..if you know whatever that means to you."

"Amira….Pariya." The golden eliksni, points his finger at the sisters in front of him.

"Yes, Yes! I am Amira, and she is Pariya.." Amira shows her bright smile as she points to herself, and her young sister.

"Hohoho...Ja Ze Ja Ze….(I see)" The golden eliksni pounds his fist against his iron chest, and speaks in his voice that is full of pride. " Ne Kell De Solis, Ragnar. (I am Ragnar, the kell of Solis.)"

"Swoool...is?" Amira, and Pariya try to pronounce the word together. And they think that this word is his name.

"Tzu Tzu! (Nay!)" The golden eliksni shakes his head, and waving his four arms simultaneously as he tries to correct them. " Tzu Ga Solis, Solis Kell. Ne Ragnar!( My name is Ragnar, Solis is the title of the kell!)"

"Oh, Solis. Your name is Solis." Pariya answers with a confident smile.

"Haaaaaaa….." The golden eliksni sighs in exasperation, and drops his knee to earth with his spirit fall to gloom. Then, he blankly stares at the grass, and he scratches his helmet. Wondering how the hell he will communicate with them?

While Amira, and Pariya just look at the creature with their innocent eyes filled with curiosity, and excitement towards their saviour. Feeling proud of themselves for managing to correctly pronounce his name.

Little did they know, that was not his name, and the language barrier between them put more pressure on the Eliksni compared to them.

To be continued…?

AN:

If you notice the chapter title, I decide to split this chapter into two parts because I realize how much it will take to write this in one chapter. It's so long that it might squeeze my brain to dry, and lose the will to write for months. So, it's better to split it, and take my time to write.

Anyway, that's all I can say. Thank you for your support, and review. Hopefully you guys enjoy reading this chapter. Cya~
