Nani: It's still a bit hard to believe that Morty is the angel of death. I mean, not that it's bad or anything, but it's a huge job.

(The scene then showed Michael weakly walking down the hospital's hallway towards the exit doors...)

Morty: Michael, Stop!

Michael: No!

Morty: Michael, it doesn't have to end now!

Pleakley: Morty likes Michael, respects him and all. Even angels of death has soft spots, after all.

Stitch: Morty not bad or good!

Gio: Morty did all of this to Michael, let's not forget that!

Nani: Morty did it to teach Michael a very important lesson, and we heard Michael say it as he realizes it at last. Family comes first.

(The scene cuts to Michael exiting the hospital, where up ahead, Ben and Samantha were waiting for their car to come and get them. Sad music was playing in the background, and it was raining and thundering)

Lilo: Something bad is going to happen.

Stitch: Ih.

Gio: Something tells me that with the combination of the sad music in the rain, this is not going to end well.

Nani: You got that right.

Pleakley: do you think this movie is trying to teach us a lesson?

Lilo: It is! I think it's teaching us not to waste life.

Gio: But then again, it's only teaching me that if I don't appreciate my life, a crazy guy will come in and take it all away.

Nani: I don't think that would happen in real life, Gio, this is only a movie.

Gio: But this is confusing the kids because they're going to think that an angel of death is watching over them when that's not really the case.

Jumba: Little girl think all she wanting. All being normal there. And all people having beliefs, different beliefs. Not matter if being right or wrong. But respecting all the same.

(The scene showed a weak Michael exiting the hospital and trying to run after his son who is far from him...)

Michael: Ben...(runs after him)

Jumba: He being too weak to make it all way. Legs being rubber, not obeying him.

Gio: How come no other doctors are in the place to stop him?!

Jumba: It's being a future hospital, maybe most technology and people are being automatic, like robots.

(The scene cuts to Micheal continuing to run towards his son in the rain, all while some sad music played...)

Nani: Oh no, he's going to fall. His legs are getting really wobbly.

Gio: Yeah...

Lilo: Come on, Ben, hear him.

Michael (Falls over on his stomach but cries out): BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN! BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN!

Jumba: He weak but still getting strength from deep.

Pleakley: Yep, he's stubborn, all right.

(The car pulls up and Ben prepares to go inside...)

Michael: BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN! BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN, DONT GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Ben (turns and sees a dying Michael): Dad? DAD?! (Rushes over to him) Dad, what are ya doing?! Are you okay?! (gets by his side)

Nani: Oh, no...Here comes the waterworks...(Tears form)

Ben (looks left and right): HELP! HELP!

Samantha (exits car and rushes over): Oh, my god! (rushes over with her mother and Bill)

Michael (dying): Ben...Ben...Ben...

Ben (tears up): what?

Michael: Family...comes...first...

Ben (nods): Family comes first...

Jumba: He saying it! (Tears falling slowly, joining in with the others who are neither wiping their eyes or taking deep breaths)

Michael: Honeymoon...honeymoon!

Ben (nods): Honeymoon...(turns to his wife) I love you...

Stitch: Ben now being his own person.

Michael: Samantha...I...d-didn't make 200, but I still love you always...

Pleakley: Awww!

Gio: And here I thought Adam Sandler only did comedy films.

Nani: I guess he wanted a change of pace.

Gio: But I don't think he can pull it off very well.

Stitch: SHHHH!

Gio (pauses movie): Stitch, don't you DARE shush me!

Stitch: (Lowers ears and shrugs) Sorry, meega not mean to shush you. Meega want to watch whole scene without people talking over scene plus really good hearing in ears. Not want to miss even a second, and meega get annoyed, shush you, very sorry!

Jumba: 626 has point. This is clearly being climax of movie, and we not wanting to miss anything that...forgetting words for earth figure being of speech...

Pleakley: We are literally hanging on the edge of our seats?

Jumba: Thanking you! That was what I looking to say.

Gio: But no one shushes me while I'm around. I'm that serious about filing charges against anyone who makes me mad.

Stitch: Oh, sorry, Gio. Meega not do shushing again. Can please watch scene now?

Lilo: You'd charge someone for telling you to be quiet?

Gio: Yes...and I wouldn't lose a bit of sleep over it.

Nani: You are a enigma, Gio, but hey, you're our cousin, part of ohana, and it's all that matters.

Gio: Don't call me names!

Jumba: No, no, Nani meaning you're a mystery. Enigma meaning mysterious.

Gio: That is an insult to me because I am not a mystery.

Lilo: Oh, we hardly know you so far because you've been here for two days...Luckily, we have all summer to get to know you and stuff.

Nani: Lilo has a point. I knew you when you were a toddler, but now you're a teenager, and I don't know about your favorite things to do besides cooking and doing live videos for Youtube. 13 years is a long way to change somebody's body, height, hobbies, you name it.

Gio: I...uh...

Stitch: First time meega see Gio speechless!

Gio: Anyway...(unpause movie) Let's continue...

(The ohana watches that Michael is surrounded by his family, dying in the rain)

Lilo: No...(tears up)

Nani: Dang it. (Tears form)

Michael: Bill...

Bill (looks at Michael)

Michael: (gives Bill middle finger)

Stitch: (Choked voice) Michael still sassy!

Gio: Oh...yeah.

(Then Michael gave Bill the 'okay' gesture, and Bill nodded, smiled)

Michael (looks at his ex-wife)

Morty (appears): Michael, The note you wrote her...it's in your pocket.

Michael (pulls out the note which says "Will you still love me in the morning?" And shows it to Donna)

Donna (Sees note and tears up): Forever and ever, babe!

Morty (gets down on one knee): It's time to go...

Pleakley: (Sobs) I can't bear watching this anymore!

Jumba: (Pats Pleakley's back surprisingly gentle) I getting you, noodle-head.

(Michael's eyes close and he finally dies. As he does, Ben sobs over his father, and the camera zooms out as the storm gets worse...)

Lilo: NOOOO!

Gio (hugs Lilo)

Lilo: (Sniffles) Mahalo, Gio.

Gio: It's okay,...

Stitch: Meega wanna cuddle too! (Scoots over, and jumps into Lilo's beanbag, hugging Gio and Lilo with now-appeared four arms)

Gio: Oh...but it's not real! It's not like it's bringing back bad memories...

Stitch: Meega know it not real, but you needing to remember that Lilo's parents went through similar situation.

Gio: Oh...(hugs them back)

Lilo: This feels nice. Thanks again, Gio.

Stitch: Yeah, thanks, Gio!

(The scene cuts to the movie ending of Michael waking up and the famous ending scene of the remote being tossed away...)

Nani: And to think it was all a very crazy dream that he had! Morty had some serious powers to do that.

Gio: But...it was a great movie!

(Murmurs of agreement echoed around the living room until Nani noticed the time that it's early evening.)

Nani: Lilo, it's bedtime for you!

Lilo: Aww, Nani, it's summertime! Can I stay up longer?

Nani: (Sighs) Well...you don't have hula class for tomorrow...Tell you what, I'll allow you to listen to one of your Elvis songs before you go to sleep.

Stitch: Meega want story too!

Lilo: Oh, yeah! Gio, can you tell us a story? Not a book, but like make-believe imagination!

Nani: It's up to you, Gio, your choice. When they ask for this type of story, it's usually a adventure one as I never gave into Lilo's pleas for a scary story, not wanting to give her nightmares even if she's not much bothered about it, having watched scary alien movies and stuff.

Gio (shakes head): S-Sorry, Lilo, but that's not something I do or would be good at. Besides, Lilo, you shouldn't toss things at me do to without asking me how I feel about them or telling me your likes and dislikes.

Lilo: Oops...Sorry, Gio...I thought since you came from New York City, there must have been so many stories to tell! I mean, haunted houses, scavenger hunts, even dares to do crazy stuff! I hear gossip about that kind of stuff, and sure, we have a haunted house and dares from kids, but I bet things aren't boring over there in New York because well, you're like 25 feet away from so much fun in every direction!

Gio: Yes, that is true, but I just don't want to tell stories. I'm sorry.

Lilo: That's just fine. Come on, Stitch, we can read your story after we dance to Elvis for a bit.

Stitch: The Ugly Duckling?

Lilo: (Grins) With a twist! How about the Vampire Duckling?

Stitch: (Gasps and laughs) Wanna hear it, Lilo! (Walks together, heading to the elevator tube, leaving the others alone)

Pleakley: Well, it looks like the night's ours for a couple of hours more. I am going to read my magazines, and perhaps have inspiration to make something for tomorrow.

Jumba: I be checking the ship, bringing back the beanbags. Bigger boy, you wanting to see ship?

Gio: I'd rather not if it could almost get me killed.

Jumba: So day looking better than night, eh? That's being okay with me. You being a teenage boy, sooner or later, you being curious to see ship, and asking for a ride to outer space. Little girl and 626 been to outer space, especially 626 more as he's alien experiment.

Nani: (Sighs) Yeah, it really happened. And you'd like the ship. It's really fast and very quick maneuverability at corners and stuff. I've been in it one time when Lilo was taken by Gantu.

Gio: Uh...no way. IF I get on that ship, something bad will probably happen like it has in the past.

Pleakley: Gio, we're not a normal family. We always go together through bad and good things. We covered each other's backs, making choices not just for one, but the whole family. It's like what Nani and Lilo always says. Ohana is family, and family means nobody gets left behind...

Jumba & Nani: Or Forgotten.

Pleakley: So, you won't be alone in anything or anywhere, and in the ship, you will always have me, Jumba or Stitch as designated drivers. But it's up to you to make that decision to ride the ship one day. We're not pushing you or anything, just informing you of the fact.

Nani: Pleakley's right. We don't care if any future adventure is crazy or whatever, but we do care that we stay together as a family, and family sticks together no matter what.

Gio (rolls eyes): I don't need a lecture...I just don't know if it's something I wanna do yet. A tour maybe, but a flight? After what I went through with Hamsterveil, probably not for a while.

Jumba: Tour being fine with me.

Pleakley: That's a good call. Now if you excuse me, I got plans. (Leaves the others, heading to the boys' bunkroom)

Jumba: Well, I be going. Being back in a while. Ship needing lockup. (Grabs beanbags, puts them on his shoulders and chest with no problem, leaving Nani and Gio alone, heading to the back door in the laundry room)

Gio: Nani...do you think I'm uptight?

Nani: Honestly? (Gio nods) I admit you have some rules, and yes, telling us about them, I understand the significance, but the way you said them, to Stitch, to Lilo, to me, it's...off-putting. You are wary even after being here for two days. I don't blame you for being like that as you are in a new place, a whole new world from New York, but it doesn't mean you should act like that. Your parents had said that you really needed to relax, just let go of stressful things, and I have to say that I agree with them. So, yes, you have been quite upright.

Gio: Nani, I'm sorry, but it's not my intention. You see, I wasn't prepared or even thought they'd ask me to tell them a story that's made up, but...(sigh): It's just not my thing and it felt like she was begging me to do one just because I'm a guest. But it's not my cup of tea. You might not like or do certain things, and so do I. So...I don't mean to be uptight, but...I don't know, I'm just not a fan of being "surprised" with tasks like that. And the whole "please keep a eye on Lilo and Myrtle" at the beach thing...Well, I'm sorry if I came off as uptight, but I would rather not like to babysit children nor am I certified to do so. I'm not trained in CPR, and I wouldn't know what to do if something medical emergency-related happened to her. And I'm just not ready to take on such a task anyway. I'm sorry if I came off as uptight, but I'm not a bad person!

Nani: (Widened eyes and blink as she processed Gio's words) Wow...Okay, I see where you're going with this. It's just that you're family, and I have to trust you when it comes to tasks, yet I get what you mean. And I should have talked to Lilo about this sort of thing first before you came, and I didn't. She's only seven, and children ask about many things. She's innocent. She's not naïve, no, but still...

Gio: I'm not naïve!

Nani: You aren't, Gio, I know, but I just...I care for Lilo so much. She's my little sister.

Gio: But when you said "I have to trust you when it comes to tasks", did you mean to tell me that I have to watch her and stuff? Like I said, I'm not a qualified babysitter nor am I trained in CPR or anything needed...

Nani: Not watching Lilo, you have clearly different plans. I was only suggesting house tasks like keeping your room clean, grocery shopping for yourself as I am sure you have favorite cereals and such.

Gio (nods): Oh, okay.

Nani: (Smiles) Since that's all cleared up, I am heading off to grab a good night's sleep after some bathroom stuff. I have a shift in the morning after breakfast, and won't come back until mid-afternoon.

Gio (hugs Nani): Thanks for everything...but...I got a confesssion to make.

Nani: (Blinks in surprise) This sounds serious...Do you want to talk privately in your room?

Gio: Yes...

Nani: (Smiles reassuringly) Let's go, then. And don't worry, this is just between the two of us, and besides, I am the closest one in age, yeah?

Gio (goes into his bedroom)

Nani: (Joins him and closes the door firmly, checking that it's all the way in before looking over at Gio who sat on his bed) Alright.. (Grabs the one desk chair, brings it over near Gio, sitting down with a patient and curious look) What's bothering you, cuz?

Gio: Today...while I was out getting the movie...I saw one of Stitch' s alien cousins and I found out that he was on Gantu's side. So I tried to kill him by tying him to the train tracks.

Nani: Oh, Gio...You shouldn't have done that. Stitch loves his cousins, even the one on Gantu's side, and besides, in the few times I saw Gantu, the little guy didn't even help him or do anything bad. He's more interested in being a couch potato and eating sandwiches. And he is happy to be ohana even if he doesn't have a name.

Gio: I was scared!

Nani: He didn't hurt you, did he? He's harmless for goodness sake!

Gio: I was freaked out, okay?! I'm not perfect!

Nani: (Sighs) You will get used to the uniqueness of Stitch's cousins. Cannonball is one of my favorites as he helps out in making waves, encouraging people to come and rent at the shop, asking for surfboards and stuff which is my job.

(Chuckles) Of course there are always a new experiment to help rehome thanks to Lilo and Stitch. They have been doing this for the past several months, and speaking of, next month, it will be Lilo's birthday.

Gio: What about it?

Nani: Well, I was wondering if you would like to help me plan the party!

Gio (grins): Oh, my money and I will do a lot better than that. In fact, let me take over the party planning entirely without any help, and I will make it worth your while.

Nani: Just don't go overboard. Simple is better than fancy.

Gio: Where I come from, nothing is simple. I'll do everything to make her birthday perfect and improved from previous ones such as a bakery specialty cake, and maybe even some rentable carnival rides as well.
