(The scene cuts to the next morning back in Kauai, Hawaii at 6:00am. Gio's flight back to New York City would take off at 10:00am, so there were four hours left to go until Gio would leave his Ohana for good. As the time changed to 6:00am, Gio's alarm clock went off, and like he got used to, he quickly hit the "Snooze" button, and sat up...)

Gio (yawns): Well...today is the day... (gets out of bed) August 31st...my final day here in Hawaii... (puts on bathrobe) Time for a leftover breakfast special... (exits bedroom and goes downstairs)

Stitch: (Climbing down the elevator shaft from Lilo and Stitch's bedroom, not wanting to wake Lilo yet) Psst, cousin! Good morning.

Gio (jumps): AAAAHHHH!

Stitch: Sorry, Gio! (Perks ears and sighs in relief) Scream not loud to wake Lilo. Had big fun yesterday. Not wanna wake her this early.

Gio (chuckles): Well, hopefully she gets to see me off. I need to head to the airport in 90 minutes after I finish breakfast.

Stitch: You doing chocolate chip pancakes? That Lilo's favorite.

Gio: Actually, I'm heating up several leftovers from yesterday! (smiles) I don't have time to make anything new.

Stitch: Leftovers? Maybe chocolate chip pancakes are in leftovers!

Gio: Oh, I'm sure there are!

Stitch: You be reheating leftovers on stovetop? Microwave makes leftovers good, but not as delicious as day before.

Gio: Nope...better! The oven!

Stitch: That tons better, cousin! Can meega help with pouring into cups and setting table?

Gio: Oh, sure! I will never exclude ohana!

Stitch: Yay! Let's go doing it!

Gio (walks into the kitchen): What would you like?

Stitch: Meega like french toast, sausage links, and coffee cake for meega breakfast, with milk.

Gio (opens fridge and begins pulling out multiple food containers): When do you think Cousin Nani will wake up?

Stitch: (Perks ears up) Nani still sleeping too but wake soon. She always leaves door little open, so smells wake her.

Gio (gets out plates): Alright...(begins plating up Stitch's food)

Stitch: (Sets out to lay out glasses and silverware on table) Check, check, check, and done!

Gio (chuckles): Thanks, Stitch. You're a great ohana!

Stitch: (Perks ears up) Jumba awake. Pleakley crash out of bed. Jumba laughing at him.

Gio (looks confused): Huh? I don't hear...

Stitch: Meega super hearing. (Smiles) Benefits of being alien cousin!

Gio: Well, if they come in here soon, I'll prepare plates for both of them!

Stitch: Want meega to go ask them? What they want for breakfast?

Gio: Oh, sure! Go ahead!

Stitch: Okay, be back! (Sprints into hallway, heads upstairs, and knocks on door. Jumba opens it up)

Jumba: Ah, 626. What be going on?

Stitch: Cousin Gio heating up leftovers. He wondering what you and Pleakley want for breakfast?

Pleakley: Did I hear that Gio's preparing leftover breakfast? (Behind Jumba as he's focusing on his wardrobe for the day) Sign me up for some scrambled eggs, biscuits, and a chocolate muffin, along with orange juice!

Jumba: Bacon, plain pancakes, Cinammon Toast Crunch cereal, and water for drink, 626.

Stitch: Ih! Meega go tell Gio. (Perks up ears) Nani talking in sleep. Be up soon. (Heads downstairs, across hallway, returns back to kitchen, and tells Gio of Jumba and Pleakley's request for breakfast)

Gio: Well, no problem, Stitch! Just make sure they're at the table by the time it's all heated up. (preheats oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit)

Stitch: Ih! (Ears perk up) Boys taking turns with boy bathroom. Be in kitchen in few minutes. (Turns slightly) Ah, Nani finally up!

Gio: Great! I'm sure she's happy this morning!

Stitch: (Nods) Meega go ask Nani. Boys finishing bathroom and on way to kitchen table.

Gio: Sure, go ahead and ask!

Stitch: Ih! (Goes off into hallway from kitchen, heading south to Nani's bedroom door, and knocks on it)

Nani: Yeah? (Door's open a wee bit, but Stitch doesn't come in, knowing that Nani really craves privacy)

Stitch: Stitch wondering what you want for breakfast? Cousin Gio heating up leftovers for breakfast.

Nani: Leftover breakfast? Awesome! Okay, let's see, chocolate chip waffles, fritters, marble cake, and white milk!

Stitch: Ih! Meega go tell Gio!

Nani: Great! Let me have a refresher in the bathroom, and oh, is Lilo still sleeping?

Stitch: Ih!

Nani: I'll wake her up when I finish with the bathroom, alright?

Stitch: Meega heard you! See you in bit! (Moves away from bedroom door, heading through hallway, seeing Jumba and Pleakley walking into kitchen, and joins them in, and tells Gio about Nani's order.)

Gio: Thanks, Stitch! Man, I can't believe I'm going to be in New York again soon!

Jumba: I know, it being weird...

Pleakley: And to think, this summer felt like it lasted forever.

Gio (sighs): Once again, I'm sorry I misjudged you guys at the beginning.

Pleakley: Hey, the past is the past. I suppose in perspective, those disguises in the beginning felt like a trick of sorts.

Jumba: We no know if you were good person before we met you, bigger boy. And now, I comfortable to call you Gio sometimes.

Gio: But...you had a reason to do so...a good reason, at that.

Jumba: Yes, we protect ourselves...even from other family...you know your parents not be told about this as you protect us, yes?

Pleakley: Jumba has a point. Luckily, your special tablet is password-crypted.

Gio: Will it look like a regular tablet around my parents?

Stitch: Meega asked Grand Councilwoman momentarily after she gave special tablet to youga. Grand Councilwoman say it look and feel like a regular tablet to parents and mainland people. (Perks ears up and looks over to the doorway) Lilo, Nani!

Nani: (Waves) Morning, boys.

Lilo: (Smiles with a yawn) Morning, Stitch. Something smells good.

Stitch: I got cousin Gio to heat your favorite, chocolate chip pancakes!

Lilo: Really?!

Gio: Yep! Hey, I gotta do one last good deed before I fly off to New York City today!

Nani: Good deed?

Lilo: Oh, I got a great idea! How about a family picture with the whole ohana which means the cousins and David?

Gio: All of them?!

Jumba: If cousins sit on spots atop house, with tallest in the corners, with us in front, picture can be possible.

Lilo: Yeah, I have a stand for my camera, and Stitch can help out figuring out the angle of the camera so the picture can be perfect!

Gio: Well, I would LOVE to do a final photo...but after I finish eating and packing first!

Nani: Sounds good to me. Breakfast first! And before you ask, I think having a final photo with you in it counts as a good deed.

Gio (nods): Well...thanks for this trip, Nani.

Nani: (Smiles) No problem, Gio. It sure was great to have you here. We all had fun, eh?

Gio: Yes, we did!

Lilo: Then what are we waiting for? Let's eat some breakfast, help you pack and put the luggage into the jeep, and then do the photo!

Stitch: Meega special call to get them here.

Gio (nods): Alright...(sees oven is preheated) Perfect! (begins taking out food containers and begins plating up all food)

Jumba: Thank you for making last Gio special breakfast.

Pleakley: Yes, I am going to miss your style of preparing meals left and right.

Gio: Hey, you could try to do it yourself!

Nani: He's right, Pleakley, between you and me, we could try it out for the weekends. After all, we have seen how Gio cooks and everything.

Pleakley: You have a very good point, Nani.

Lilo: Sure looks good! Let's eat all of this, guys, before it gets cold!

(The scene cuts to show everyone eating up the leftover feast that Gio warmed up for everyone. Needless to say, after waiting for only 5 minutes for Gio to put all plates in the oven on a metal tray and warm everything up, they were happy to enjoy something prepared by Gio one last time, despite the fact that it was only leftovers he reheated. About 15 minutes later, halfway through the breakfast, Nani went into her bedroom, got onto her computer, and printed out Gio's return plane ticket. As Gio continued to eat and drink his final Hawaiian breakfast, Nani went back into the dining room, and handed the printed ticket to Gio...)

Nani: Hey, Gio, here's your plane ticket, bound for New York City.

Gio (looks up): Oh, thanks...(takes ticket and folds it up)

Stitch: (Drops ears in sadness) Being real now.

Lilo: (Pats Stitch's head gently) Aw, Stitch. I know. I feel like that too. But hey, he can call us on his special tablet, send us letters, and email us pictures and maybe recipes. (Glances at Gio) Right?

Gio: If you want, I have no objections!

Stitch: Yay!

Lilo: That's the spirit, Stitch! Let's finish this so we can help Gio pack. You heard Gio, there's still a hour and some left before Nani drives him back to the airport.

Gio: Lilo, Stitch, I'm more than capable of packing my own bags!

Stitch: Oh, can weega still carry them to jeep for youga?

Gio: Nah, I'm good.

Lilo: It's okay, Stitch. We can still call out the cousins and David so we can decide where they sit/stand for the family picture while Gio packs and takes his stuff to the jeep. Sounds good?

Stitch: Ih!

Gio (continues eating): Well, I guess this means I'll never be able to see Hawaii again once this trip is over.

Nani: (Smirks) Actually, you can still technically see Hawaii again, with pictures. We can email/send you pictures, heck, maybe a video!

Gio (Sighs): But it's not the same.

Nani: Maybe, but it's better than nothing, right? And besides, like we always say, Ohana means family, and

Rest of family: Family means nobody gets left behind or

Gio (smiles): Forgotten...

Pleakley: Indeed. We aren't going to forget you, and you won't certainly forget us either.

Gio: That's a fact! (Smiles and continues eating)

Nani: That's all figured out! Let's finish this breakfast, gang!

Gio: Gang? Gangs are crooks...

Nani: Oh, the term of gang can be used for good too. Have you seen the Goonies? The kids call themselves a gang sometimes.

Gio: I... have not seen it, no.

Lilo: (Smiles) Then that's your movie to watch with your parents when you get back, and then you email us to say if it's any good and stuff!

Gio: What?!

Nani: Lilo, remember that Gio has choices!

Lilo: (Looks down sheepishly) Sorry.

Gio: Woah, Nani, no need to raise your voice...

Nani: Sorry, Gio. As you're still under this house for the next couple of hours, Lilo gotta remember that you're still a guest, and of course, family.

Gio: And I'm sure she does know already. I mean, it's been 3 months. But you don't have to raise your voice at her for nothing more than making a suggestion.

Nani: (Nods) Habits of a big sister and woman of this household. I am sorry, Lilo.

Lilo: (Smiles a little) It's okay, Nani. (Looks at Gio) You don't have to do that if you don't want to.

Gio: Well, maybe I'll give it a chance.

Lilo: Cool.

Stitch: Food's getting into room temperature!

Gio: Anyway, Nani, will yelling at Lilo be a problem once I'm gone?

Nani: No, it won't.

Gio (sighs): Oh, okay. I understand you might get upset at times, but yelling isn't the answer.

Nani: Yelling is a waste of time, trust me, I know.

Gio: And it's not nice.

Nani: That, I agree with. Now, let's hurry. You heard Stitch, food's getting cool.

Gio (continues eating): Well, this is my last meal here...and it's making it taste all the better!

Stitch: Ih!

(The scene then cuts to show Gio back upstairs in the guest bedroom about 15 minutes later, inside his private bathroom, doing his oral hygiene routine. As he was, Nani went into the bedroom to check on him...)

Nani: Gio, are you in there? (Looks around bedroom before glancing at the open bathroom door)

Gio (brushing teeth) (nods)

Nani: (Comes closer) Well, I was hoping to tell you one more thing. You're personally invited to come back to Kauai next summer, Gio.

Gio (stops brushing): Huh? (Rinses mouth out) Say that again...?

Nani: You heard me. You can come back to Kauai next summer by personal invitation.

Gio (gasps): You...you really mean it?!

Nani: Yep. It's clear that you really have enjoyed being part of this ohana, and face it, Lilo loves being a cousin to you, and Kauai has done a lot of good for you, Gio. Somehow, it has changed you, and you have given joy and appreciation to the island, and to us.

Gio: Yes, I admit I have changed...

Nani: (Smiles) Glad to see that you recognize that. So, write it down in your plans for next summer. We'd be so glad to have you again, Gio.

Gio: Does Lilo and the others know?

Nani: They knew since yesterday morning when we were making breakfast. I was waiting for the right moment to bring it up, and now here we are.

Gio: When can I tell them that I know?

Nani: You can tell them right before the family picture, and then they will have happy thoughts with bright smiles. But first, you gotta pack, right?

Gio: Oh, right! Yes! I'll be downstairs in a bit!

Nani: (Nods) Great, see you in a bit. (Leaves the bedroom, and closes the door)

(Meanwhile, outside the house, as all of the alien cousins arrived one by one, Pleakley, Jumba, Lilo, and Stitch waited patiently for Gio...)

Lilo: Slick, right there, no, a smidge to the left, that's perfect! (Sees Nani coming out of the house) Hey, Nani!

Nani: Hey, Lilo. Looks like you're getting it. (Glances at the roof, deck, stairs, seeing so many cousins shuffling and finding their seats with the biggest cousins walking/waddling behind the house)

Lilo: Yep!

Nani: Gio will be so amazed with this final picture!

Stitch: He taking time to pack?

Nani: He said that it would take a bit, probably a few minutes as I saw that he got his other clothes out on the bed.

Pleakley: What will the guest bedroom be like without our guest?

Jumba: Be weirdly empty, but we have memories of bigger boy to remember, and pictures when we feel like looking.

Lilo: Wait, how can we give Gio this photo if his parents can't find out about the aliens?

Nani: Copy it into the computer, and then send it to his special tablet.

Lilo: Oh, okay!

Stitch: David! (Sees David sprinting up the driveway)

David: Am I late? Did I make it?

Nani: Oh, no worries, David! You did make it, yes!

David: Whew, that's great! So, where do I take my spot?

Lilo: You stand next to Nani, and I stand front of you two with Stitch on my side, with Jumba on Nani's left, and Pleakley on the left front of Jumba! Now, we gotta wait for Gio!

(The scene cut to 10 minutes later, when a fully dressed Gio emerged from the front door, wearing a white dress shirt, a red tie, a blue V-neck sweater vest, brown pants, white socks, and brown sneakers. He held his 2 suitcases, his duffle bag, and laptop bag in his hands, same as he had before he came to Hawaii...)

Lilo: Wow, you look snazzy good!

Nani: (Smiles warmly) Let's get them into the jeep, and then take the picture, unless you're forgetting something? (Referring to the invitation.)

Gio: Oh, right...(turns to everyone) Lilo? Stitch? Pleakley? Jumba? David? Cousins? I...I'm pleased to announce that next summer, on 2007...I'M COMING BACK!

Lilo and everybody else: YEAH! WHOOO-HOOO! ALL RIGHT! (Cheering and laughing)

Gio (hugs Lilo): Yep, I accepted the invitation!

Lilo: I am so happy you're coming back, Gio! Oh, right, let's take the picture! Cousins, back to your spots! (Heads to the tripod with camera, and smiles with a wave as she sees two somebodies coming up) Hey, Mrytle, good timing! Ready to join us, Gigi?

Gigi: Yep.

Mrytle: I sure was surprised when I heard her talking, but I guess you're right about her being a cousin even if she really looks like a dog.

Gio (looks around): Wait, can I put the bags in the jeep first?

Lilo: Go ahead. I gotta direct Mrytle and Gigi to their spots.

Gio (Walks over to jeep): Well, this is it...(opens trunk and places all bags inside) My final photo here in Hawaii. (closes trunk)

Nani: All good? (Sees Gio coming back up the first flight of stairs.)

Gio (nods): Yep, I'm all packed up to go!

Lilo: Great. Alright, Gio, you go to the middle almost behind Stitch.

Gio (Gets into position): Alright!

Lilo: Perfect! Alright, everybody, this is the family picture! Copies for the whole ohana! (Clicks the timer and runs to Stitch, standing with a smile) Everybody, say aloha!

Gio (with everyone in unison; smiling): ALOHA!

(The sound of the camera clicked with a flash, and Lilo then went to check the picture on the back of the camera)

Lilo: Oh, it's perfect! Great job, everyone!

Gio (steps out of position): Well, everyone, this is it. Before I go, I have something very important to say on behalf of everyone.

Stitch: (Asks for everybody) What that be, cousin Gio?
