Fire everywhere. Bloody puddles decorated the burning shell of the number 0057 chopper. Considered destroyed as every one of the choppers used to exicute the plan. However, this one a bit close to the civilization unlike the ones that will rust on a 'mythical' Island, where nobody will ever find it. Just like that, a massacre happened unnoticed by the world outside. Except there's a survivor. Barely living.

Brendan Lightlife, also known as Cian, one of the trainer elites of team Rocket. He sustained heavy injuries when the flight crashed. Already bruised body now was even worse. However he's still the survivor who's breathing. His crew dead, which makes him the ultimate lone survivor. Even for a sinner, he's lucky for sure.

Brendan' eyes blinked few times before they opened, and finally seeing the fire surrounding him. He still inside the chopper while it's exterior was the only place fire was caught. But there won't be much luck if he laid in there. Sadly though, Brendan used every ounce of strength back in the island. All he could do is barely hold his eyes open.

As the fire intensified, he felt like being cooked alive slowly. Even though the rain pouring, it barely stopped the fire. Brendan knew he's done for. At least he had some strength to not give up back in the island. Now? He's just a helpless soul, waiting to be die.

Brendan closed his eyes. He remembered everything that happened in his life. Born in Kanto at small part of vermilion city. The ocean there taught him to dream deep and mighty. And he did. Dreaming everyday to become someone with a purpose. To travel across the said ocean and explore the regions he never seen before. Befriend trainers, gym leaders and catch pokemon and train them and become one of those trainers that will always be remembered by everyone. Well they did remembered him. They remembered him as a laughing stock. A worthless weak trainer. A dreamer who achieved nothing but bad names to his family. He remembered his family. The hatred and disgust his mother and sister had when they looked at him. They never wanted a him. He was just a mistake. His little sister was the perfection of the family. A little shooting star his mother could count on. She made everyone proud of her. She was always the one everyone wanted to be friends with. She's one time Indigo league champion. Won two pokemon contests in sinnoh and hoenn. A powerful trainer and performer. The grace of the family, she is. Even though his father passed, he also supported her. He however was the worst of the worst. He lost every battles when he used to travel kanto and Sinnoh. Had to challenge the same gym many times before he wins or they give him the badges themselves. His pokemon weren't the one to blame. So he released every one of them. He always wanted to be loved like everyone loves his sister and that's why he wanted to be a pokemon trainer. But he embarrassed them. He knew his pokemon deserves better and that's why he released them. He quit. In his free time he did everything to make his mother and sister happy. But they never cared. Maybe he's the part of their problem. Within two weeks of quitting his pokemon journey, he also gave up trying. Each day the distance between him and his family grew. One day he had enough and left the house. He remembered how messed up his mind was back then. He stopped caring about anything. He believed nobody deserves to feel happy when he's crying. He remembered how he found himself being recruited by some of the Rocket members. They must have wanted bunch of fucked up problem children like him and created a group of trainers that will attack the enemy or gather information while they travel around just like any normal trainers. That was his role. Overtime he committed crimes. Horrific ones. And even built up a strong team of pokemon. After many countless crimes and missions he's here, about to die. A horrible start must be ended just as horrible. Brendan achieved many things being the bad guy. He's glad he met Team Rocket before he starts to think of ending the suffering. Cian, a name now people fears. Not just him, but people fears the entire team Rocket. They fear him because he's the one who always did the clean up afterwards. Which includes shutting up witnesses. A little freak who never appeared in plain sight but destroyed everything on his way.

He was about to close his eyes when he heard one of his pokeball open. The red light materialized one of his pokemon outside the burning chopper. Not his old pokemon. But the one he caught some hours ago. The dark Tyranitar stood there with eyes closed at first, but eventually it opens it. Brendan saw that. The monster he caught. Maybe it's out for revenge. After all he stole it's freedom. Basically he and his crew invaded their home and he on top seperated this one from it's family. His mind were clouded that time.

Brendan watched it stare at him and then at the fire. Now all the monster have to do is help the fire with a final hyperbeam and he's gone for good. Maybe he's breathing for the last time. Tyranitar finally made eye contact with Him. A jolt of electricity rushed his spine up to his brain as he looks at the big creature' eyes. It must have felt the same, because the Tyranitar tilted it's head sideways as if confused. The aura around them intensified and he somehow could feel the emotions of the Tyranitar. It's not angry anymore. It's just confused and... relieved? But why?

Tyranitar moved forward, but he didn't felt any danger near it anymore. The big Pokemon used it's claws to rip apart metal and swings it's tail to blow away the spreading fire which was a half success. Finally the beast made it close to Brendan. If it was to kill him, it may have done it the second it came out of the pokeball. They lost eye contact but still he could feel it. He must have hit his head or something. The creature that almost killed him once not trying anything anymore, except it's... helping him?

It didn't waste any time and picked up the hyperball carefully and placed it top of Brendan and with one hand under him, Tyranitar slowly picked him up. Brendan screamed in agony. Tyranitar stiffened. It looks at him and with both hands held it's new trainer close. Brendan' injuries made him groan and scream, but eventually he calmed down. Tyranitar looks around as it's knows what to do next. It felt his emotions and feelings and clearly knows that he needs to go to hospital. Sure the Tyranitar don't have a clue, what's a hospital. But it's trainer knows. Tyranitar must have sensed something, because it began walking away from the site. First Brendan thought he was in middle of nowhere. But soon enough, he saw a city through the leaves of the tree's. The nighttime make the lights stand out more and he knew where Tyranitar is taking him.

Vermillion city. Shockingly, he's back where he left everything behind. Vermillion city. The place taught him to dream but didn't gave him any bit of it. A place where the hollow promises started to ruin his mind. He's back without wanting to. However he got no option here. He's too tired to worry about anything. Well, nobody won't pay him any mind. He was famous, but for the worst reasons. People forget worst things sooner. He's happy about that. But this time he ain't a loser as he entering his hometown. He's strong and brutal. If anyone messes with him. They will pay. He no longer have anything that may slow him down. He's a new person in this old town.

Tyranitar entered the city. Buildings everywhere and people roamed the streets. Night time doesn't matter here as it seems though. Tyranitar was visibly tense. Obviously it never seen civilization and concrete jungle. But it kept moving forward. As Tyranitar passed people, they stared at the creature astonished, amazed, fearful and in wonder. Nobody have ever seen anything like it before. A giant Tyranitar with an injured boy in hand. It's enough to guess that, it's trainer needs some serious medical attention. They seemed like low life' compared to this majestic beast. Brendan also heard people saying stuff about him. Like 'what happened to that boy', 'is he alive' many concerned comments. He find it funny. The same civilization that laughed at him now showing concern? Ironic indeed.

Tyranitar walked on the footpath as people gave it room to walk forward. Every eyes are on them. Brendan saw the pokemon centre a bit distance away. Tyranitar might have sensed him, and turned to that direction.

Brendan closed his eyes and was about to pass out but it snapped open when the automatic door to the centre opened. There were so many trainers and pokemon. They're here to heal their pokemon. But in his case, things are the opposite. Every eyes looks first at the different looking Tyranitar and then the blood flowing down it's body and finally Brendan. Few gasped in horror and surprise. Nurse Joy looks up from the counter and her eyes widened.

"Oh no." She gasped and rushed towards the towering creature along with two Blissey'. Nurse Joy wasn't scared of the giant Tyranitar holding Brendan. She's a nurse. And seeing a heavily injured boy attracted every concerns towards him. She reaches the big pokemon and looks at it. Tyranitar looks down at her and felt it's new master asking it to stay calm. "My god. It's really bad. It's not a hospital for humans." She mumbled to herself.

"Blissey bring a stretcher. And you contact a nearby hospital. Quick." She ordered both her pokemon. A small crowd gathered, but stayed away when the Tyranitar looks at them.

"Hey there Tyranitar. Stay calm." Nurse Joy sensed it tensing up and touched it's hard exterior. Tyranitar didn't got a hostile vibe from her so it calmed a bit.

"Place your trainer here, Gently." She asks the big pokemon as one of the Blissey brought a stretcher. Tyranitar didn't done it. It doesn't have any clue what is a stretcher or what's going on here. All it knows that, Brendan needs to be here. "Don't worry. We have to act fast. I promise your trainer will be fine. Trust me." She pleaded.

Tyranitar looks at the now unconscious Brendan. Tyranitar only understood her gesture, not words. But eventually it placed Brendan on the stretcher, revealing Brendan' injuries more clear. Everyone's eyes widened in horror. It's a miracle that he's still alive.

Other Blissey came back and Nurse Joy understood her. The doctor is on the way. Brendan won't make it all the way back to the hospital for humans. So they have to take care of him until the help arrives. Nurse Joy knows only so much about human healing process and she have to do everything in order to keep him alive. But she doesn't know that he's the infamous Cian himself. In her eyes he's a dying patient.
