Christmas had been chaotic but they enjoyed every minute of seeing the joy on the kids' faces as they opened their presents. Hank and Olivia were more than grateful to their family for the trip to Paris, which they couldn't wait for. It was getting closer to the time that both Erin and Olive were giving birth. They were both planning to work up until the births.

SVU and Intelligence were working on a case together. Michelle, Fin and Jenna were on their way from New York as it was a case that Manhattan SVU had worked on 15 years ago. Erin was at the District with everyone else gone when she started having contractions. She tried to ignore it but they started coming closer together and then her water broke.

"Shit! Not now!"

Erin tried to get a hold of someone but had no luck. Jay wasn't answering his phone, Hank wasn't answering his and Olivia wasn't answering hers. She figured Justin wasn't going to answer his either but she called him anyway.

"Hey, Sis."

"Oh, good. I need you to get word to Jay and Mom and Dad that I'm having contractions and they're maybe 10 minutes apart."

"Mom and Dad are right here. Hold on."

"Ok."

"Erin's having contractions and they're maybe 10 minutes apart."

"Which means we'll probably be hearing from the other one soon too."

"No doubt, since their due dates are around the same time. If you can handle this on your own, I'll go."

"I'll be fine. Tell Erin that Olivia will be there as soon as we can get someone to her. I'll get Platt to come get you. We'll get Jay there as soon as we can."

"Ok."

"Erin, Dad is calling Platt to come get Mom and she'll be there as soon as she can. He also said they'd get Jay there as soon as he can as well."

"Ok."

Justin hung up as Hank was calling Trudy.

"What's up, Hank?"

"Can you come get Olivia to take her back to SVU? Erin is having contractions and they're maybe 10 minutes apart. We're expecting to hear from Olive soon enough."

"Yeah. No problem. I'm on my way."

"Thanks."

Hank told Trudy where they were and as soon as Hank hung up, Trudy left. Then Justin's phone rang again. This time it was Olive telling him her contractions had started and hers were probably 10 minutes apart.

"Now Olive's contractions have started, so I guess I better go with Mom when Platt gets here."

"Ok. We'll be fine."

Trudy arrived and then Olivia and Justin left with her to head back to their respective Districts. Hank tried to get a hold of Jay.

"Jay."

"Go ahead."

"Both Erin and Olive are having contractions and are both 10 minutes apart. Platt came to pick up Olivia and Justin and Olivia will get her to the hospital. This is one of the most important moments of your life and you don't want to miss the birth of your daughter."

"I know."

"Let me get someone to take over for you. I'll be there as soon as I can."

"Ok."

Hank contacted Antonio and then they got someone else to replace Jay, so he could head to the hospital and then Hank told Erin Jay was on the way. Hank then contacted Atwater to have him replace Justin, since he had to go be with Olive. Olivia and Erin were just arriving at Med. They had contacted Will, so he met them outside.

"I hope Jay is coming."

"Yeah. Both squads were working on a case together and Mom was the only one I could get at the moment. Platt had to come get her to come get me. Justin got a call that Olive was in labor as well, so they should be here too."

"Ok."

Will wheeled Erin in and took her to get registered, while Olivia went to park the SUV. Jay arrived not too long after.

"Jay."

"Hey. Is Erin in a room yet?"

"She called Will and he met us out here."

"Ok. Hank said he'd be here as soon as he could."

"Ok."

"Is Erin ok though?"

"Yeah."

Olivia and Jay walked in and went to find out where Erin was. Then Justin arrived with Olive. Justin pulled up in front of the door and then helped Olive get out. Someone came out with a wheelchair and took her in, while Justin went to park the SUV. Olive was taken to get registered and then once Justin came in, they told him where she was. Erin was taken to her room, while Olivia went to the waiting room. Olive was take to her room as well. Olivia called Pauline, since she had the kids because both Mouse and Alyssa were sick.

"Hey, Olivia."

"Hey. I hate to do this but can you stay later? Both Erin and Olive are in labor and who knows when they will be giving birth."

"Oh, no problem at all. The only thing that would cause a problem would be if Sarah goes into labor."

"Oh, that's right. She's due soon too."

"Yep. She is beyond thrilled that she's having a girl this time."

"Have they chosen a name yet?"

"Stephanie Elizabeth. What about Erin and Olive?"

"Justin and Olive wanted to name the baby Camille if Daniel had been a girl, so they're going with Camille Olivia and I think Jay and Erin decided on Nadia Margaret."

"Wasn't Nadia the girl that that psycho killed?"

"Yes. Erin wanted to honor her by naming their daughter after her. If they were having a son, it was going be Henry William and he'd also be known as Hank. Is Trevor's dad going to deliver the baby?"

"That's the plan. She does want Steve in the delivery room too. Rita and Joe have pretty much adopted Sarah and Greg's kids as their grandkids too, since both of Greg's parents are gone."

"My former Captain is the adopted grandpa to our kids and that includes Justin and Erin. He also loves Daniel. He told me to let him know when Erin and Olive have the babies."

"I need to let my sisters know when Sarah goes into labor."

"I still need to make a trip to New York to meet the newest Carisi. So far, I've gotten pictures of her."

"What did they name her?"

"Billie Mabel. Amanda was finally able to convince Jesse's father to surrender his parental rights, since he has made no attempt to meet her. He said he really had no intention of coming back to the States anytime soon. She worked with Trevor, since he can still practice law in New York. Sonny will be her daddy as soon as the adoption is finalized."

"That's a good thing, right?"

"It is. Sonny is the only daddy she has known."

"Same with Emily and Trevor. Keep me posted."

"I will. Thanks."

Olivia hung up the phone and then Hank came in.

"Anything new with the case?"

"Nope. The son of a bitch probably knows were waiting for him, so he is probably gonna stay in hiding until we leave."

"No doubt."

"Antonio told me to be with my family. There are 3 Sergeants there, so it should be fine. I trust them all."

"Yeah, I do too. I just called Pauline to see if she had a problem staying with the kids and she said she didn't. The only thing that would be a problem would be if Sarah went into labor."

"If it does happen that way, we'll figure something out. We always do. I know Mouse and Alyssa weren't planning on getting sick."

"It happens. I can't wait for our trip."

"Me neither."

Hank kissed Olivia and then Trevor and Greg came in.

"Hey."

"Hey. Anything on Olive yet?"

"Justin said he'd keep me posted. Erin is in labor too. Pauline is hopefully going to stay until we get home unless something happens with Sarah in the meantime."

"She's figuring it might be soon. Her back has really been bothering her today."

"If Lisa and I can do anything to help, let us know."

"Thanks, Trevor."

"No problem. How's that case going?"

"It's not. Michelle, Fin and Jenna are on their way here as we speak, since we worked on a case involving the suspect years ago. Fin would be the only one that would have remembered it besides me."

"How long ago?"

"15 years ago. Alex was around then, so she's filling Casey in the best she can. I think you might have been the Defense Attorney."

"Sorry. If I can do anything to help with the case, let me know."

"I know you're sorry and thank you for offering."

"I know you probably don't want to hear this but do you think Elliot would remember something about the case?"

"The less I have to do with him, the better. He is the last person I want to ask about a case. I'd talk to Cragen and Munch about it first."

"I get it. I know he's still giving Ed a hard time."

"He'll never change."

"Is he still obsessed with you?"

"Yes, he is. I have told Kathy and the kids that I want them in my life but not him. If he comes to visit Lizzie again and he comes anywhere near me, I'm not responsible for what Hank does and if Hank decides he wants to have it out with him, I'm not going to stop him. I don't know why Elliot thinks I want him. I wouldn't want him if he was the only man on earth. He'll never be the man Hank is but yet he thinks he's better than Hank. Until he can treat me with respect and accept the fact that I'm happy, not to mention completely in love with my husband and I'm friends with certain people he doesn't approve of, I don't want him in my life."

"That's your choice. I don't get why he can't get over his hatred of Ed for their children."

"Yeah, I don't either. You would think his son's happiness is more important but then again, Elliot always did make everything about himself. Lizzie said they have all had it with him. Dickie won't even talk to his father anymore. Ed has mentioned that he and Maggie are planning to take an Alaskan cruise this summer and they're hoping to leave the boys with Kathy while they're gone. Dickie said he's fine with his mom taking care of them but he does not want his father with them."

"They were taking about that at Christmas. How would they stop him from seeing the boys if he sees his kids?"

"That I don't know."

They talked and waited some more. Hank went to find out what was going on but neither one was all that close to delivering. The squads were no closer to getting done with the case. The group from New York arrived in Chicago. Jenna ended up bringing the whole family with her and Melinda came with Fin. Michelle, Fin and Jenna went to the District to find out what was going on with the case, while everyone else headed to Hank and Olivia's. Pauline told them that Erin and Olive were in labor, so they were at the hospital. Dickie left the boys with Pauline and then they all headed to the hospital. When they arrived, they went to the waiting room, where they found Hank, Olivia, Trevor and Greg.

"Hey."

"Hey. We knew Michelle, Fin and Jenna were coming but we didn't know about the rest of you."

"I needed to get away."

"That makes sense."

"We don't need an excuse to come visit the family here. Lucia went to Miami to visit some of her relatives, so Rafael is on his own with Lucie for the weekend."

"That I would love to see."

"No kidding. Michelle told Kevin to take pictures."

"Did you bring the boys?"

"We did. They're with Pauline at your house. Anything on Erin and Olive?"

"They're still not really that close to delivering yet."

"Dickie, Trevor brought up a valid point. If Ed and Maggie are planning to leave the boys with your mom when they go on their Alaskan cruise, how can your dad not see them if he goes to see Eli and Olivia?"

"That's not even happening all that much lately. My sisters know why I don't want him around the boys and they have pretty much said that he can't see their kids either. Eli doesn't even want to see him anymore. He's old enough to be able to make that decision and Mom supports it. He told Mom that he wants primary custody of Olivia and she told him no mainly because he's not in the right frame of mind. When we were all together for Thanksgiving, we went to see Grandma Bernadette and she doesn't even hear from him anymore. Not that she ever did a whole lot in the first place. Mom told her that he has a sick obsession with you and you're now happily married. She said he needs to get over it and leave you alone. It's unhealthy to be pining for someone he can't have and if he can't accept that, then he needs to let you go completely. Mom told Dad that and he basically said he won't accept it nor will he let you go. He claims you're not as happy as you want everyone to think you are you'll come to your senses eventually. Mom told him he was full of shit."

"That's never going to happen. That just shows you that he doesn't know me the way he thinks he does."

"Funny thing, I've known you for a long time and I've never seen you this happy."

"Thank you, Mel."

"You're welcome."

"If he wants to get to me, he has to go through Hank, Justin and Jay, plus my current and former squads and Hank's squad. Both Trudy and Elaine, the Desk Sergeant at my District, know not to let him up. Our nanny knows not to let him in. Even all of 51 has said they will run him down with the truck if they have to. I'm not responsible for what Hank does and at this point, I wouldn't stop him from doing it. "

"You got me too, don't forget."

"I know that. Thank you, Edward."

"Same with me. I know he's our dad but he's just being an ass lately.

"Whatever is wrong with Elliot is no little thing."

"It's like ever since we ran into him in Hawaii over a year ago, he has tried to sabotage my happiness. I was never going to come between him and your mom. I respected her and all of you too much for that."

"Mom doesn't blame you for any of this and neither do we. Personally, I think he needs help. We all think he does. It just seems like no matter what I did it was never good enough for him. I joined the Army to try to make him happy and then I became a cop. Part of his problem is that I have a good relationship with the person he hated the most within the NYPD. It isn't like I haven't heard both sides of it because I have. I've also seen what IAB has to do because I've been shot before. Honestly, I don't blame Jenna's dad for treating Dad the way he did. Dad thought he could get away with a lot of the crap that he pulled. I'm trying not to be like him. I'm trying to be around for Josh and Jordan as much as I can because I want to be a better father to them than our father ever was to us. I have felt so much better with everything since I've told Dad what I think of him. It's all about his ego and we've all told him that he needs to get over himself. He also seems to think that if he hadn't retired, he'd be in charge of SVU right now."

"I don't think Cragen felt that way and honestly, I wouldn't have wanted him as my Commanding Officer. I did compare Hank to him when we first met but Hank has mellowed and has been a lot better since we have been together. Hank's top priority is his family and he takes threats made to any of us seriously. When I was told to take the Lieutenant's exam and asked Fin to take the Sergeant's exam, he said he didn't want it. Nick Amaro said he'd be interested in doing it and when I mentioned that to Ed, who was the one that told me to take the exam, he said Amaro would be overlooked because he was "damaged goods". He had too much against him. Chances are, Elliot never would have been promoted either for that exact same reason."

"There's no way in hell the NYPD would have ever promoted Stabler. At least Amaro and I have worked out our differences like adults."

"Exactly and you're civil to each other whenever you see each other. I think Dickie is right. It's all about Elliot's ego."

"Did Erin and Jay ever move in with you?"

"They did. As soon as the addition downstairs was done and Justin, Olive and Daniel moved back down there, Erin and Jay moved in."

"Now you have the entire family living with you."

Greg got a call from Sarah saying that her water broke.

"I need to go. Sarah's water broke."

"Why don't Ed and I go back to Hank and Olivia's and stay with the kids, so Pauline can go to the hospital?"

"That's fine. I will get a hold of Lisa for you and keep you both posted on Olive."

"Thanks."

"If one of us has to, we can go to your house and stay with the boys."

"Crap! I was going to pick up the boys and take them to Trevor's basketball game."

"I got that. Maggie can stay at Hank and Olivia's."

"Ok."

"I'll stay with Olivia."

"Ok."

Greg, Trevor, Ed and Maggie left and headed wherever they were going. Olivia called Lisa.

"Hey."

"Hey. How are things going?"

"We're starting to think he's not even here. Intelligence just went into the house. How are Erin and Olive?"

"Still nothing. I actually called to let you know that your sister is in labor. Jenna brought her parents, Dickie and the boys. Greg and Trevor have been here for quite a while. Maggie is going to our house to stay with the kids, so your mom can go to the hospital and Greg had said he was planning to take the boys to Trevor's basketball game, so Ed is doing that. If you want to go be with your family, it shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure Kyle can handle things."

"Thanks. I'll go talk to him. I do want to be there."

"Your mom said Sarah wanted your dad in the Delivery Room with her."

"Yep, she does. It's been a thing with both of us that Dad has been in the Delivery Room with us each time we have given birth. Since Trevor's dad didn't deliver Becca and Charli, he was assisting though, so we had both grandpas in with us."

"You two talking about having another one?"

"We pretty much decided we're done. We thought we wanted to try for a son but we don't miss everything that comes with having a baby. We're fine with the 5 we have."

"I know how that goes except now we have to deal with the terrible two's and Lexie is already into everything as it is. Now we'll basically be going through it again with the new babies, since they'll be living with us. This trip isn't coming soon enough for us."

"Just a few more days."

"Yeah. I'll talk to you later."

"Ok."

Olivia hung up the phone.

"Anything on the case?"

"Lisa said your group just went into the house. They're starting to think that he's not even in there."

"That wouldn't surprise me at all."

"I remember the case when it happened in New York."

"He was supposedly out on parole but left New York, so once he gets caught, they'll have to take him back there. If I remember right, he hated Elliot."

"Then it makes me wonder why he's in Chicago. You don't think he's targeting Lizzie, do you?"

"Maybe he doesn't even know she's here."

"I hope so. I'm doing the training for ESU."

"That's great. I'm really proud of you."

"I didn't want to spend the rest of my career on patrol."

"I don't blame you for that."

Hank's phone rang and he noticed it was from Antonio, so he answered it. When he was done talking, he hung up.

"The suspect was found dead but now they're looking for the person that killed him. They're waiting for the ME to arrive, so they can eventually get the bullet and whatever other evidence we need. Everyone is talking to witnesses to see if anyone saw anything."

"You know how well that will go over. More times than not, no one knows anything or they don't want to get involved."

"That's true."

Some more time had passed and it was time for both Erin and Olive to deliver. They were both taken to their Delivery Rooms and a little while later, Nadia Margaret Halstead and Camille Olivia Voight came into the world at the same time. Their respective parents got to hold their daughters and then they were taken to get cleaned up and weighed and measured. Nadia weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces and measured 19 inches, while her cousin weighed 8 pounds even and measured 18½ inches. They were taken back to their mothers and then Jay and Justin took them to meet their grandparents and the rest of their family.
