Threat Assessment.
Threat Level: S-Class (Pending further review)
Name: Logic (Confirmed) (Working with a possible partner)
Classification: Refer to Notes.
Disposition: Unknown. Led attack on Simurgh. No known contact or interactions beforehand.
Location: Unknown.
General information:
Possesses immense hacking/software manipulation capabilities - broke into Dragon's secure line and the similarly secured armbands used during Endbringer attacks with ease. Dragon could not stop nor determine where the attack came from. It remains unclear whether 'Logic' is the one who created the ships, merely piloted them, or just helped hack the communication lines.
Because the Fleet joined in the attack on the Simurgh in Canberra shortly before it began, communications were short, and the observation period was similarly truncated. Notably ships were capable of both incredibly focused offense and defense - the variety of ships indicates a breadth of technological potential for a single tinker or a group of tinkers working in concert.
Some ships showed stealth capabilities, force fields, massively destructive 'bombs', rapid-fire suppression fire, implosion missiles, and most notably the ability to generate a localized black hole that it then closed once it was done.
Personality: Desired to help and asked before deploying their fleet, shows indicators that he is willing to work with Authorities. The only conversation that was held with Dragon was short and to the point. While it is being analyzed, the general consensus is that not much will be gleaned, and a more accurate personality profile will have to wait to be constructed.
Powers: Software/Hacking, Incredibly advanced aircraft construction, Thinker Power Nullification (Unverified)
Notes: Classifications are best left to individual ships as each one is capable of vastly different things - attach separate files with details. Assume every single one has a decent Brute rating as well as high Mover and Blaster ratings.
If anybody hears from Logic, please ask to open a line of communication for the PRT and Protectorate.
Look people, if Dragon's analysis is accurate, there is a rather large carrier ship that cannot be detected by any of our current technologies carrying around every ship seen in the battle of Canberra, including the Voidpiercer and the large bombers. That is to say, they could pop up anywhere, anytime, and we could do nothing to stop them from blowing damn near anything sky high.
As the only name that we currently have, Logic is a top priority. We need to contact him and learn at least something about him - Future plans, personality type, anything. He nearly killed the Simurgh, great, if he ever decides to turn that weaponry on anybody else? We're not gonna be in for a good time. All hands on deck for this one.
Also, it might just be a happy little coincidence, but Canberra was blanketed in a near perfect cover of the whole city with some kind of Anti-Thinker power strong enough to block the Simurgh. Do we think it's a coincidence? Not at all.
Do not try capturing a ship, should you find one, for future study. If the Simurgh couldn't do it, neither can we people and we cannot risk pissing them off.
Recommended Strategies: Diplomacy is the only route open to us right now. Do not antagonize Logic. Assume if it's digitally stored he could potentially gain access to it. Truly vital information should be kept paper-only, or on a completely off the grid computer system.
