In the far, off reaches of space, a figure goes down and kneels on the floor of his prison cell. In his knelt state he now raises up his arms high above his head in worship, calling upon his people's gods. "Oh our most divine creator, I seek thy hand, thy needed aim. I pray now for the health and posterity of all Sakaar, as we find ourselves divided and held captive. I seek for what you yourself have promised us... A promise through your own ancient prophecy, that one day in our hour of needs a great warrior, our true saviour will come to us."

The native Sakarrian believed that, wholeheartedly, his prayers will be heard and ultimately answered. And that the gods, above all else, will deliver upon his plea for him and his fellow forced gladiator's saviour. "Our true warrior, one who'll look into the eyes of death and stand his ground ready to fight! A warrior with boundless strength; whose power can win our safety, our freedom. One who in their battle will in his noble stance unite us as a race and nation once again!" He lowered his arms now and rested them on the floor before him in stilled worship.

And with one final thank you to his gods he stood up from off the floor, his worry eased somewhat.

.

Yet, as he later laid down on his cell bed and came to sleep, there was, just for a split second, doubt. Doubt, here, that his prayers weren't ever going to be answered and that their saviour would never come.

.

However, as he was about to drift off to sleep, there suddenly came this one true mighty roar of great rage and power. The being here shot up in bed instantly, his head turning this way and that, as he heard it echoing through the walls of the prison. The being's eyes were opened as wide as they could be. 'Oh our saviour, has he really come? Have my pleas truly been answered?' he questioned in his head. 'Oh our divine creator, how I hope so!'

.

Thor straps the fallen crown of Surtur up onto his back; and now stood ready to return to Asgard. Thor made an attempt to return to Asgard, in his first try, however, nothing seemed to have happened and there he still stood firmly on Muspelheim soil. "Heimdall… toil keeper of the Bi-fröst… I need to come home… I need to return."

And yet again for the third time there he stood as nothing had happened.

.

Back on Asgard, the far end of the bridge had started to flicker and glow, showing the toil keeper that a fellow Asgardian wishes to return home. However, Heimdall was actually nowhere to be found. Instead, another Agardian male now stood in charge of the bridge back to Asgard. 'Huh! Is that important?' though the Asgardian, as he turned suddenly to the Bi-fröst and now even though he was late rushed into action.

.

On Muspelheim, Thor still has Surtur's crown strapped onto his back. "Heimdall… I know there has been some passing of time, but you mustn't have forgotten my voice already…"

Noise could be heard now outside Surtur's chamber.

.

The main doors burst open.

Thor turned around on the spot to find that Surtur's remaining army had regrouped and had called for strong reinforcements, and that they were now charging into their ruler's chamber, and all armed ready to take down their leader's enemy.

Knowing the threat there before him, Thor had quickly called again to return as he came to see now more than ever that he needed to leave.

.

This time the portal of the Bi-fröst suddenly forms around him, and in an instant, Thor is gone, luckily brought to Asgard, just as the soldier of Muspelheim advanced on him.

.

In the shadows of his chamber, Surtur now staggers to one knee, placing a hand on his throne for aid and stability. "Damn you, Thor! Flee all you want, though Ragnarök shall not be stopped!" called out Surtur, after Thor had vanished.

.

- Boom! - Thor stepped out of the portal and on to the Bi-fröst, landing back thankfully on Asgard. He sighed in true relief 'That was a close call.' he thought, now glad that Heindall. Yet, as he was about to thank Heindall, even going as far as too open his mouth, he instantly fell silent the second that he came to come face to face with a fellow Asgardian, Skurge, who's a bald, strong and mean looking figure of a man, instead of Heindall.

"Well… well… well. Look who's decided to show their face back on Asgard!' stated Skurge, as he now pulled out Heindall's sword that controls the bridge. 'Maybe I should have thought better of allowing you home!" he jokes under his breath.

"What is the meaning of this… Skurge… and where is Heimdall?" questioned Thor, looking around, in a second hope to see the toil keeper.

"In truth, no one really knows where he is, he's a fugitive of the throne… A bloody traitor!" snapped Skurge.

"A traitor!?' Thor here scratching the back of his head, as this just didn't make sense. 'I'm sorry, but that can't be right!?"

"Ah, it's true… I tell ya and do you know what I think, the man's a bloody fool… Never knowing just when to fall in line!' he stated. 'Ah, I did though, I fought bravely by Odin's side on Vanheim… It was that bravery that got me this role… Your father knew greatness… and loyalty when he saw it!"

"What do you mean?" asked a confused Thor, who had seen time and time again Heimdall's loyalty to his own father, to him and to the people of Asgard and its defence.

"Know that the man was not ready to answer to your own father's wishes."

"Ah, my father's wishes indeed."

Skurge nodded, not picking up on Thor's tone here, after all when given acclaim and respect why would you start looking for things that are clearly wrong. "Odin wanted more from him… Wanted no threat to come to Asgard's door… Ah, bridge…' laughed Skurge, believing himself to be clever. 'Odin soon charged the man for neglecting his duties. However, before your father could pass judgement he had disappeared before his sentence… No doubt it's practically impossible to catch a person who can see everything in the universe!"

'Yeah, and it looks as if Loki knew that too… A traitor, ah, Heimdall is more of a seer!' Thor thought to himself, as he came to learn that 'Odin' had happened to order someone like Skurge to replace such a true and trusted figure such as Heimdall.

"And now, Thor, Heimdall had been declared as an enemy of Asgard!"

Vastly troubled by Loki's actions to set Heimdall aside, Thor knew that now more than ever Loki was using and flouting his power in the disguised as Odin with no thought for good no notion of the whole of Asgard; instead he turned his back on Skurge and started towards the exit.

.

Skurge, however, comes to stand in his way, going as far as to put a hand on Thor's chest. "Hold on, not so fast, there Thor… I have my duties you know to keep…' snapped the new keeper, here trying to stop Thor. 'Odin's orders, he had given me strict orders that I would announce your arrival!"

"Ah… well then when Odin returns, you can do just that!" and with that Thor walked on, Mjølnir in hand and Surtur's crown on his back.

Skurge was only left in dazy for a few seconds, before he came running out to follow Thor.
