Thor dragged Surtur's crown across Asgard; taking it to be locked within Odin's Vault, far away from the power and effect of the 'Eternal Flame.'
Thor as he did so, even started to feel the flames of the Eternal Flame drawn the crown of Surfer to itself, which troubled him greatly. 'Father must return to his throne and soon. Our father is the only one who can truly stop all this from happening and to settle the unrest of the Nine Realm!' thought Thor.
.
Once the crown was locked away, Thor returned to Loki. "Now it is time, or father must be found... our father, Loki, must be brought home... There is grave danger afoot here!"
With a heavy head on his brother's shoulder, Thor forces him to help find their father.
"I will heed, brother, I shall see to it that he shall be found!" were Loki's words here through the pain.
"Very well, to the Bi-fröst."
.
Volstagg accompanies them and Skurge to the bridge. Thor turns to Asgardian, and states. "Heindall must be found... Guarding the Bi-fröst is his duty, his honour."
"It shall be done."
"Thank you, tell him all the false charges against him have been dropped. And that Loki shall be dealt with once father has returned."
Loki here lowered his head.
"For now Skurge you will control the bridge..."
Surge beamed from ear to ear for a second.
"Send us to Earth!"
"As you wish it, sir!" was his quick response.
He used Heindall's sword to transport Thor and Loki down to Earth. Thor and Loki walk into the light of the Bi-fröst. -Boom! - they had gone through the portal to Earth.
.
The two brother's stood on the roadside, where Surge had the ability to place them. "So now, brother, where is father?"
"I brought him to Earth. Left him to his own devices… In the belief that Earth had always been his home, his realm, forgetting all of Asgard!" stated Loki in reply.
"How could you!"
"Ah, how couldn't I!" was Loki's firm reply.
Thor heard voices, and looked back over his shoulder.
Loki grinned. Here he used his magic. And within a blink of a human eye, they were both standing there on the road now wearing normal street clothes. Thor carries an umbrella, with Loki dressed in a weird avant-garde suit.
"You never think, do you!"
"How was I supposed to know? I can't see into the future… I'm no warlock!"
"You might as well be… After all you've seemed to have come back from the dead... I saw you die…' Thor shook his head. 'I just can't believe you're alive… know that I mourned for you… hell I cried for you!"
Loki nodded his head. "Ah, then know that I am honoured."
.
Upon their arrival on Earth, Stephen Strange, the powerful wizard, senses their presence. "Trouble I believe, Loki is yet again on Thor!' and with that he used his magic. 'Loki must be stopped, Earth shall be protected."
.
Thor suddenly came to notice that something was going on. As around Loki he came to see golden lines, ancient symbols and circles formed around his brother. "What's this… what are you playing at, Loki?"
Loki looked down at himself, to see exactly what Thor had. He looked rather shocked at this. "I promise, this isn't me!"
The golden lines, the symbols and circles continued to move around his body, as Loki tried to fight it. Then there was an almighty glow all around him and with that the spell was complete. - Whoompf! -
.
Thor saw that Loki had dropped out of plain sight, and had truly vanished through solid concrete. "Loki!?" called out Thor, somewhat shocked at what had just happened.
Thor sees a business style card land on the exact same spot where Loki had been standing, just mere seconds ago.
.
Thor used his umbrella and poked at the business card and when nothing happened to him, he beant on down and picked up the card. He came to see that it reads - 177A Bleecker Street. -
The second it was in between his fingers, - Whoosh! - He vanished in a similar set of golden lines, ancient symbols and circles; as Loki. Thor was brought to the Sanctum Sanctorum in New York City.
.
- Whoosh! - Thor stood now on a pavement, looking up at a vast manor house, he approached the door of 177A Bleecker Street, the Sanctum Santorum, walking up the stairs. He knocked once, twice, and then as Thor now came to knock again for a third time - Whoosh! - he disappeared from the doorstep.
.
- Whoosh! - Thor is now suddenly standing inside Doctor Strange's own personal parlor. "Thor… son of Odin!"
Thor turns around on the spot, to look over into the dark far corner of the parlour to see a man. The man in a blink of the eye, came levitating off the ground towards Thor.
"God of Thunder, so I read!"
Thor holds up the ratty umbrella, ready to defend himself.
"That is not needed, I don't wish to fight you if I don't need to!"
"Ah, if you did wish to fight, know that you would lose."
"Just put your umbrella down!" stated Doctor Stranger.
Thor gives Doctor Strange a sideways glance, weighing up the man before him. Greatly satisfied, he then sets his umbrella down. When he looks back up, the environment is furnished. "Ah, magic I should have known!' addressed Thor, looking the man before him up and down. 'Now wizard, who are you? And why should I care?"
"I am Doctor Stephen Strange… the Master of the Mystic Arts.' he stated, continuing. 'I have some questions for you. Take a seat." And with that he waves his hand before himself.
.
Thor found that he was now sitting in a high-backed chair at a table, there before him was Doctor Strange. "Could I interest you in a cup of tea?"
Thor looked down to see that he now had a cup of tea in his hand. "I don't drink tea!" was his reply to this gesture.
Doctor Strange looked at the cup. "Then what do you drink? A coffee, perhaps!?"
"No, not a coffee either." said Thor, as he felt the change of cup in his hand, as now a cup and saucer was held in his hand.
"Ar, yes something stronger… I should have guessed… after all I've come to know of some of your adventures!"
Thor now has a stein of beer in his hand, a smile of pleasure across his face.
"More like it, hey?"
Thor nodded, as he now took a drink from the glass. And as the liquid touched his lips, he came to taste the best beer in the world.
After a few good gulps he lowered the glass expecting it to be less, however, as he wiped his mouth with his free hand, it had stayed full.
.
Putting the glass down and leaning in to look the Master of the Mystic Art's in the eyes. "Now you said you had some questions for me!"
"That I did…' commented Doctor Strange. 'Know that I keep a keen watch on certain individuals and beings from other realms that may be considered as a threat to this planet. Thor, your adopted brother is one of those beings!"
Thor raised a brow. "A worthy inclusion in deed."
Doctor Strange nods. "And with that in mind, God of Thunder, I must insist, tell me what is your reasoning for being Loki back here on Earth; after the death and destruction the god caused last time he stood on my plane!?"
Thor explains that, "We have simply travelled here to Earth, Doctor, in hopes of finding Odin!"
Doctor Strange inquired "So, once you have located your father Odin, would all parties concerned promptly leaving Earth and return to Asgard!?"
"Promptly! I assure you." Thor here stated that they would leave Earth, with a firm nod of agreement.
"Great. Then I'll help you!"
"You know where my father is?"
"Yes, I know your fathers whereabouts."
"That is splendid news, as my home is in danger, doctor!' Thor at this looked down to the floor. 'And as such, I fear that if Odin doesn't sit on his throne, to govern once again, then even your planet will also come to fall to the same danger, as those who Asgard hold off will no doubt come to attack Earth!"
Doctor Strange saw that Thor meant this, that Odin is indeed the only person that could protect Earth. The Master of Mystic Arts states. "If only to see Loki safely off Earth, I will agree to teleport them to Odin."
"Where is he!"
Doctor Strange stands up. "He's in Norway. The Norse blood called him to their shores.' The wizard again seemed to levitate across the floor back towards the bookcase. 'Traces of him were felt there a few weeks back."
