A/N: I'm sorry for the 3-4 month hiatus. I got carried away with my ToH book hahahahahahah...anyway.
If Jean's or Flossie's personality seems out of character then that's my bad. I can't be bothered to reread my book.
Beware, my writing has gotten way, way worse.

It is a bright and sunny day, and Anne, Jean, Sprig and Flossie are sitting on the Plantar's roof, enjoying the new spring day. A dragonfly flew over head, carrying an unfortunate frog.
"Yep. It's been three months. Still up here." He called out. Sprig let out a content sigh. "Spring is finally here." He commented. Anne hummed in response.
"Alright, Sprig. New season, new possibilities. I'm ready to blossom into my best self." She said. Jean nodded, leaning her back onto the roof. "Yep! Time to start anew." She grinned.
Sprig eyes the two girls out of the corner of his eye. "So, you two feeling better about the whole Sasha incident?" He asked curiously.
Jean and Anne went quiet, having flashbacks of that traumatic night. Anne grinned at the frog nervously. "Yep. Totally fine!"
"Nothing wrong here!" Jean chuckled nervously, scratching the back of her head.
Ever since that whole incident, the older teen had felt guilty about what had happened. She should've known that Sasha would've pulled a stunt like that. She was her friend, after all. After that, she felt a need to protect Anne, the Plantars and the Harvestons. She didn't want something like that to ever happen again.
Flossie, who was sitting beside her, gave Jean a worried look as Sprig continued.
"Oh, cool. 'Cause if I had to fight like that, I'd be devastated." He exclaimed. Anne and Jean stared at him, unamused. "Heck, I'd be upset just hearing someone talk about it-"
"Oh look, Hop Pop and Polly are back!" Flossie said quickly, changing the subject. Sure enough, Hop Pop and Polly were driving back on Bessie, pulling a wagon behind them. The two teens and amphibians climbed from the roof, but Anne slipped on the way down.
Sprig was the first to reach Hop Pop and the wagon. "Whoa, Hop Pop. What is this thing?" He asked curiously, as Flossie walked over to it. Climbing up the steps, she had a look inside. "Ooh! So roomy!"
"Impressive, huh?" Hop Pop chuckled. "This here's an all-terrain, custom-model family wagon. Calling it the fwagon!" He exclaimed, giving it a pat.
Flossie and Sprig were impressed, yet Jean and Anne shared a glance at the name Hp chose. "Fwagon? Really?" Anne asks blankly. Hop Pop nodded. "Cheap too."
"The previous owners died in it!" Polly pipes up, grinning maniacally from atop Hp's head. Jean tilts her head, looking up at the caravan. "So...why do you need a new wagon?" She asked.
"Fwagon." Hop Pop corrected. Jean stared at him. "Not calling it that."
"Well," Hop Pop sighed, looking out to the mountains. "With the snow melted and the mountain pass open, we can finally travel outside the valley to Newtopia!" His eyes gleamed with excitement.
Flossie gasped, shaking Jean's arm. "Oh. My. FROG! You're going to Newtopia?!" She squeals, eyes wide with glee. Jean and Anne shared a glance. "What's in Newtopia?" The brunette asks curiously, as Sprig and Flossie started jumping up and down on the spot.

Hop Pop lay out a map of Amphibia on the table inside the fwagon, pointing directly in the middle of said map. "It's the beating heart of Amphibia. A bustling metropolis full of ancient knowledge, run by the wisest of newts. If anyone can help you two get home, it's them!" Hop Pop explains, holding up a picture of a newt. Flossie lays her chin on the table, eyes sparkling. "So majestic." She whispered. "So mystical." Sprig added.
Jean and Anne grinned. "I don't believe it!" Jean says, shaking Anne's shoulder. "You mean this could actually be our ticket home?" Anne asks. Pulling out a photograph of Jean, Sasha, Marcy and herself on it. "Not only that, but maybe out on the road we'll find Marcy!"
Hop Pop nodded. "You betcha. Pack your things, kids. You too Jean. I already spoke to Pebbs. We leave tonight!" He announces. Everyone cheers, except for the axolotl.

"We're going to Newtopia!" Sprig and Polly cheer, jumping out of the fwagon. Sprig tossed his little sister in the air excitedly. Flossie watched them, saddened.
The elderly frog turned to the humans. "Say, girls, since you don't have a lot to pack, could you give Chuck the spare key when he swings by?" He asks, holding up a key. Anne tilts her head, confused "Who's Chuck? She asks. Sprig and Polly turned to her. "We played bug ball together." Sprig stated. "He grows tulips." Polly added, falling onto Sprig's head. Anne places a hand on her chin as she hums in thought. "Nope, not ringing a bell."
"Why does he need a key?" Jean asks curiously.
"Because I hired him to protect the house from all the things waiting to destroy it." Hop Pop says casually, alarming the two humans. "Wait, what!?"
"And empty house is vulnerable, girls. Needs protectin'" Hop Pop explains, pointing to their own home. "Not to mention our crops, the very soul of a farm. Left alone to face wildfires, locusts, tornadoes, flaming locust tornadoes. Anyway, here you go!"
With that, he hands Anne the key. The two humans look down guiltily. "Didn't realise you guys are risking so much to help us." The younger teen said, looking over to her frog family. Flossie, Sprig and Polly popped up between the two humans. "Eh, he's just being dramatic." Sprig stated. Flossie nodded. "Yeah, it's not all that bad!" She added.
Screaming filled the air, and Jean and Anne turned around just in time to see a windmill be destroyed by a flaming locust tornado. The amphibians didn't flinch. "Mostly."
Sprig, Polly and Hop Pop headed inside, leaving the two humans and Flossie alone outside. Jean looked down at Flossie, seeing her sad expression. "Hey, aren't you gonna head home and pack?" She asks. Flossie shakes her head, looking at the ground. "I'm not going." She said quietly.
Jean's eyes widened. "What? Why not?" She asks, kneeling in front of the axolotl. Flossie looks up at the Plantar's home. "This is their adventure. Your adventure with Anne! There isn't any reason for me to go. It's okay, though!" She forced a smile, waving her hand. "I'll be fine! Mum's started growing her own farm. I'll help her around the house while you're away." She replied.
Jean frowns, looking back at the house. "Stay here with Anne. I'll be right back."
With that, she gets up, walking into the house.

Hop Pop was busy folding his clothes into tiny piles, then carefully packing them. The human knocks at the door, grabbing the frog's attention. "Oh, hello Jean! What do you need?" He asks, pausing in his packing. Jean scratches the back of her neck, an upset look on her face.
"Hop Pop...would it be too much to ask if Flossie can come? This trip would mean the world to her." She asks sheepishly. She glances at the elderly frog, who had a stern expression. "No can do, Jean. Floss has her mother to take care of her. Besides, we barely have enough room for all five of us." He rambled, shaking his head. Jean let out a defeated sigh, turning away and leaving the room.
Hop Pop watches her go with a knowing grin.

Jean stepped back outside, hands in her pockets. So, Flossie couldn't come to Newtopia with them. The human, although excited to find Marcy, didn't want to leave the axolotl behind. She'd made a special place in Jean's heart, and the thought of leaving her made her feel guilty and upset.
Walking back to the place Anne and Flossie were supposed to be, she started panicking seeing both girls gone. In their place was a frog covered in wasp stings, who Jean realised must be Chuck.
"Anne? Flossie?! Where are you?!" She called out frantically.

"I'll take ten!"

Flossie is helping Anne gather supplies to disaster-proof the Plantar's home. Currently, Anne was ranting about how the Plantars deserve the best of the best, and the axolotl whole-heartedly agreed.
Walking out of the shop, arms loaded with shovels, Flossie spotted Jean running up to them, out of breath. "Anne! What are you doing? You had me worried there!" She said angrily.
Anne and Flossie share a guilty glance, then look back at Jean. "Sorry, Jean. I just wanted to help disaster-proof the Plantar's home. And Flossie offered to help." Anne apologised. Jean let out a sigh. "It's okay. Just tell me next time. I'm sorry I got angry."
Anne, putting her equipment down, gave Jean a pat on the back. "Hey, it's all good buddy. So, you wanna help us disaster-proof the Plantar's home?" She asks, giving the older teen a little nudge.
Jean glances between her long time friend, then to the amphibia looking up at her with an innocent smile. She mentally sighs. This would be the best time to spend time with Flossie before she left. No time like the present.
"Sure, why not?"

Sprig kicked open his own door. "I'm finally going to Newtopia!" Cheering, he cartwheels into his room. He wrapped an arm around one of his action figures. "My first trip outside the valley." He exclaimed, eyes sparkling.
Getting out his suitcase, he takes a look at the empty bag. A fly buzzes off, as the pink frog hums in thought. "Hmm. But how to pack for the most important journey of my life?" Eating the fly out of the air, he makes his way over to his closet chuckling. "Well, I need my trusty slingshot. Duh!"
He squints his eyes as he opens the door. "But which trusty slingshot?"
Placing his hands on his hips, he looks on his collection of various slingshots. "I mean, Rocky's got the most launching power. And Slingerton's better for close-quarters combat. And Silver Bolt, you've always had my back." He giggled, pointing to it.
"Is it weird I talk to my slingshots?" Sprig asks no one in particular. He then adds in a deep voice, "No, Sprig. It's normal and cool."

The pink frog gives the sling shot Silver Bolt a grateful look. "Aw, thanks, Silver Bolt. Ugh, this is hard!" He groaned. Gasping, he covers his eyes. "I know! I'll let fate decide!" He announced.
He reaches into the closet blindly, grabbing a random slingshot. Taking a look at the wonky weapon, he throws it aside. "Let's try that again."

Loggle hummed a tune as he watered a plant. Hearing the door of his shop open, he turns to find Anne, Jean and Flossie standing in the doorway. Each were carrying a back pack of tools. "Oh, huya girls! Let me guess. Disaster-proofing your house?" He asks curiously. Anne pointed finger-guns in his direction. "Oh yeah. I got everything we need for the house. Just need something for the crops. The very heart and soul of a farm. You got anything?" The younger teen asks, as the trio walk over to Loggle's counter. The wood smith nods. "As a matter of fact, I do."
Silence fell over the small group, waiting for Loggle to say something more. "Hmm, that was weird." Anne stated. Loggle nods in agreement. "Yeah, didn't feel right."
Jean, confused, looks between Anne and the wood smith. "Am I...missing something here?" She asks.
Everyone ignored her question, though, as Loggle led them to the back of his shop. Pulling aside a curtain, he gestures inside, where a large barrel sat in the dark, a glowing green substance leaking through the cracks.
"Behold! My latest concoction!" Loggle says eerily, opening the barrel lid to show the three girls the goo inside. "This gunk won't just protect your crops, it''ll awaken a power within them. A power, some would say, that's better left-"
"I'll take it!" Anne interrupted the now creepy wood smith. He turned to her, shocked. "Wait, really? Don't you wanna hear the rest of my cryptic warning?" He asks. Anne shakes her head. "Nope."
Flossie scratches her chin, eyeing he substance warily. "I don't know about this, Anne. This is kinda fishy." She said. Jean nodded in agreement. "I'm with Floss on this one, Anne. Maybe we should..."
"Already up and loaded! Now come on, we don't have all day!" Anne shouted, rolling the barrel outside. It gets stuck in the doorway, and with a grumble the brunette tips the barrel to loosen it. A drop of the goo falls onto a plant near the door, temporarily making it glow.
Not having seen it, Jean and Flossie share a glance, shrug, and follow their friend outside. On the way out, neither noticed the plant start growing.

Polly threw her bucket in her suitcase, slamming it shut. "Boom! All done!" With that, she hopped into her grandpa's room.
Hop Pop was still busy folding his clothes. Polly bounced up to his door. "Hop Pop, I'm bored." She groaned. Hop Pop glanced over his shoulder, lifting up another cloth. "Well, I could use some help with these ascots." He pointed out. Folding it slowly and carefully, he demonstrated it to Polly. "They require a very delicate fold."
Polly slams his door shut, not wanting to hear anymore of her grandfather's boring folding technique. "Pass!"
Rolling into her brothers room, she gives him a grin and a wave. "How's it going...bro?" Her smile falling, she gives Sprig a concerned look.
The pink frog is standing in the middle of his room, surrounded by boards with pins, red string and pictures of slingshots. He starts pacing. "I had a packing crisis." He admitted. "Went a bit overboard. I admit it. But, uh, it's fine." He chuckles, striking a pose in front of his detective board. "I figured it out!"
Polly dared bounce further in. "Great. I'm done packing too. Wanna play?" She questions. Sprig stares down at her. "Done?"
Laughing maniacally, he places a hand around her. "No, sweet, sweet Polly. I figured out what slingshot to bring." Holding up a slingshot, he shows her the one he chose to bring on their journey. He places it in her flippers, walking away. "Now the real packing begins."
An evil grin crossed Polly's features. "Maybe I can help! What's next on the...oh. You picked this one?" She asks, holding up the slingshot and taking a closer look at it. Sprig, sensing something is wrong, hurriedly knelt at his sister's side. "What, what, why?!" He asks frantically. Polly waves him off. "No, it's great. I'm sure you picked the right one. Pretty sure...maybe."
Sprig pulls his hat over his face, and let out an agonised muffled scream.

Anne slaps on a pair of construction goggles and a construction hat. Flossie copies her, but her curly hair only pushes the hat back off. She watches it roll for a moment, before waving it off. "Pff. I'm sure it'll be fine." She giggles.
Jean crosses her arm, smiling at the two younger girls as they got to work.

Jean places a barb-wire fence along the outside of the Plantar's home, by Anne's instructions.

Anne and Flossie place all the tools they collected into a large hole. Flossie, taking a long look at one weapon in particular, decided to touch the pointed end out of curiosity. Anne drags her away before she could try.

Anne, Jean and Flossie are now hammering spikes into the roof. Flossie slips, almost falling off, but Jean manages to catch. The older teen lets out a relieved sigh of relief.

Anne and Jean finish setting the last of the traps. Looking around for a moment, the two admire their handiwork.
Flossie sits on the ground, crossing her arms. Jean had deemed this part too dangerous for the young axolotl to take part in.

Anne finishes putting barb-wire around the mailbox. "Now, for the final touch."
She walks over to the barrel she had bought from Loggle. Jean and Flossie were already there, waiting for the brunette. Together, they lifted the lid of the barrel.
The young teen starts reading the instructions. "Let's see here..."Give your crops a fighting chance with Loggle's Miracle Glop!" Blah blah blah."
"Boom!" With that, Flossie kicks the barrel over. The glop falls into the crops before Jean had a chance to read the instructions. The vegetables glow an eery green for a moment, then return to normal.
Finally, Jean read what was left on the barrel. ""Just be careful not to use too much". Anne, Floss, I don't think we should've done that." She says, looking at the vegetables. Anne waves her off. "It'll be fine! This is for the Plantars!" She replies.

Hop Pop opens the door, carrying a suitcase in one hand while Polly sits on his head. Sprig follows behind, very obviously stressed as he drags his own luggage.
"Whelp, let's get the fwagon loaded, shall we?" The elderly frog points out, walking up to the three waiting girls. Anne raises a brow at the pink frog. "Whoa, Sprig, are you okay?" She asks, concerned.
Sprig looks dead inside as he replies, "Yes, great. How are you?" Polly giggles knowingly as she stares at her brother.
Hop Pop looks around at their new weaponised home, amazed. "Wow. Chuck really outdid himself. Ain't nothing happening to this place while we're gone." He exclaims. Anne chuckles, giving Flossie and Jean a nudge.
Jean looks down at Flossie. The young axolotl was visibly slouching, as she stares at the Plantar's luggage. The older teen sighs, as she kneels next to Floss. "Well, I guess this is bye. But I'll come back, I promise!" She says, giving the axolotl a hug. Flossie doesn't say anything. Instead, the axolotl only hugs her back tighter.
Hop Pop, watching them, puts down his suitcase. "Since we still have a bit of time, I just want to share a little news with ya'll." The elderly frog says. Before he could continue, however, the ground starts shaking.
Everyone looks around in confusion. The vegetables burst out of the ground, growing legs, eyes and mouths, turning into hideous alien-like monsters. They all let out a roar, approaching the amphibians and two humans. Hop Pop gasps. "Veggie monsters!"
"I've had this nightmare before!" Polly screams, as all of them back up against the wall of the house. Anne looks around. "Oh, wow. How could this have happened?" She asks innocently, obvious she knew what had happened. Jean held a protective hand in front of Flossie, sending a ferocious glare at the monster vegetables.
Sprig steps forward, brandishing the slingshot he had packed. "Don't worry, fam. I got this!" He exclaimed. Pulling the sling back, he points it toward the veggie monsters. "Fly true, Silver-"
The slingshot snaps, hitting him in the face and causing him to fall. Polly bursts into laughter.
The pollywog's laughter turns into a scream of terror as one of the veggie monsters grabs her, holding her prisoner.
"Polly! Alright, everyone! Action time!" Anne yelled. Reaching behind her back, she pulls out her sword and her tennis racket. Jean pulls out her own sword, while Flossie brings out her trident. All let out a war cry as they charged toward the veggies.
Anne slices the head off one of the veggie monsters. It lets out one last hiss before its body hits the ground, it's head landing in front of the brunette.
Jean chops the legs of one of the veggie monsters. It lets out a scream, until Flossie jumps in, driving her trident into its head. Jean catches her as she falls, placing her back on the ground with a grin.
Hop Pop pulls out a cheese-grater from his suitcase. He attacks one of the monsters, slicing it down to almost nothing.
Sprig chucks his broken slingshot aside. Bringing out his original, he snatches Polly from the veggie monster's tongue. The pollywog gives her brother a hug. "I'm sorry for messing with ya. Now sling me!" She screams. Sprig does as she says, slinging through two veggie monsters and cracking them in half.
All strike a dramatic pose, looking out at the destroyed veggie monsters. Only one remained, a surprisingly cute baby. It stood amongst its fallen comrades, before face planting the ground with a grunt.
Flossie cheered. "Woohoo! We did it!" Jean ruffles her hair, as Anne nods in agreement. "And the house is undamaged!" The trio high-five.
The ground rumbles and shakes once more, and everyone turns to the veggie monsters. They were forming into one giant monster. Letting out a scream of rage, it punches the Plantars, knocking them out. Grabbing Flossie, it flings her in the same direction. The axolotl manages to catch herself with a water bubble. Jean clutches her sword tightly. "Guys!"
The monster approaches the two humans. But it steps on the traps the humans had set up. Anne lets out a laugh. "Yes!"
The monster trips forward, stepping around the humans. Anne gasps, realising where it is heading. "Wait, no! Don't go that way! That's toward the house!"
The monster trips, falling right onto the Plantar's home. There was a loud crash, and a large cloud of dust flew into the air. Waving her hand in front of her face, Jean coughs.
As the dust clears and the monster gets back up, the two humans could see the huge mess. The entire Plantar home was demolished, leaving almost nothing but rubble. Anne and Jean stare at all their hard work, the one thing they wanted to protect while they were away, now destroyed.
"The house. Everything we worked so hard to protect." Anne muttered under her breath.
Jean looks down at her sword, seeing her own shocked expression in the tinted red metal.

You failed.

How are you going to protect them if you can't even protect a house?

A shadow fell over the two humans. The monster raises its foot, bringing it down to crush the two teens. The two merely step aside, not even looking up.
"Oh, you just made a big mistake, buddy." Anne said, glaring at the monster. Her eyes flash blue.
Clenching her teeth, Jean raised her sword, bringing it down into the monsters leg beside her. The monster let out a pained shriek, and attempts to punch them. Anne jumps onto its fist, letting out a war cry. Running up its arm, she uses her sword to slice it off.
Jean charges forward too, swinging her own sword into its second leg, slicing it through just as Anne stabs the monsters eyes. The older teen's eyes glow purple, as she silently watches the monster fall apart.
Anne, landing on the ground, spits out a left over vegetable. "Eat your vegetables."
Hearing something shuffle behind them, the two teens look behind them to see the same cute veggie monster get to its feet. The three have a staring contest, until Anne motions for the monster to get out of here. It scurries off, leaving the two humans to stand alone in the mini war-zone.

"Anne!"
"Jean!"
Sprig jumps into Anne's arms, while Flossie runs into Jean and wraps her arm around the humans waist. "That was so cool!" The axolotl cheered. Sprig laughs. "Cool? That was amazing!" The pink frog exclaims.
"You guys saved our tails!" Polly added. Jean and Anne share a small grin, before their gaze returns to the broken home. "Yeah, but the house..." Anne says sadly.
Hop Pop smiles comfortingly at the two girls. "The important thing is we're all okay. It's not your fault a mysterious green energy turned the crops evil." He pointed out. Anne, Flossie, and Jean all share a guilty glance, as Anne spoke up. "Actually, it is." she says.
The Plantar's let out a gasp. "Say what?!"
"But why? How?" Sprig asks. Anne chuckles nervously. "So, uh, it's kind of a funny story. I got rid of Chuck."
"Then we fortified the house..." Jean added, scratching the back of her head. "And then we sorta fed the crops some evil curse magic Loggle made." Flossie pipes up, almost a little too optimistic and innocently.
The Plantars were even more shocked. "You what?!" Anne let out a sigh. "We just wanted the house to be safe while you guys were taking this big trip for us."
The Plantar's walk over, giving the two girls a reassuring hug. "Anne, Jean, we're not taking this trip for you. We're taking it with you." Hop Pop explains. Sprig nods. "We got your back, no matter what."
The two teens sniff. "Thanks, guys." Jean says, placing a hand on Flossie's and Sprig's head. "That means a lot to us." Anne adds. "We can hold off on Newtopia. We'll fix the house first." The two humans were about to walk off, when Hop Pop stops them. "No need." He chuckles. Bringing out a horn in the shape of a tulip, he blows into it. The sound echoes, and in no time a large dust cloud swept over the recked house.
When the dust clears, Chuck stood out the front of a newly built home, holding a hammer and saw. "I grow tulips." He exclaims.
"Hoopa da boopa!" Anne says in astonishment, slapping a hand on her forehead. Jean had her jaw hanging open as she looks at the house. "Crikey..."
Hop Pop chuckles at their reactions. "Why do you think I hired Chuck in the first place?" Anne grins. "Sorry I doubted you, dude!" She calls out. Chuck simply tips his hat to her. "I grow tulips."
"Yes he does."

"Alright, kids! It's a two week journey to Newtopia, so we better get going." Hop Pop exclaims, swinging the door to the fwagon wide open. Anne and Sprig jump right on in. The elderly frog looks around for a moment, crossing his arms as if waiting for someone.
Seeing Jean, Anne and Flossie standing together, he walks over to them. "Alright, now you girls better not cause this much trouble while we're on our trip." He announces. Flossie looks to the ground, rubbing her arm sadly. "At least you don't have to worry about me..." she mumbles, mostly to herself. Jean, over-hearing, gives her a hug.
Hop Pop smiles. "Well, about that. I was trying to tell you earlier before the whole veggie monster thing. Flossie, you're coming with us!" He announces. Flossie, Anne and Jean's eyes widen in surprise and shock. "Wait, what?!"
Hop Pop chuckles. "Yep! I talked to your mother, Floss. Took a lot of convincing, but she agreed. In fact, she should be arrivin' any minute with your luggage." He says, taking another look around. Jean was deep in thought. "Wait, wait- then why did you tell me Flossie couldn't come?" She asks. Hop Pop chuckles. "Didn't wanna ruin the surprise now." He points out.
A loud whistle caught their attention. All four turn to see Pebbs driving Boris up to the house. She had a relieved grin on her face. "Oh thank frog! I thought I'd miss you guys entirely!" She says, hopping down from the wagon.
Flossie runs up to her. "Is it true? I can go to Newtopia!?" She asks, eyes sparkling with hope as she looks up at her mother. Pebbs chuckles.
"Now, listen here before you get too carried away. Floss, I know how much going out to see the world means to you. But you have to be careful. I don't want you getting hurt, okay? Keep out of trouble while you're with Hop Pop, got it?" She says sternly. Flossie squeals, before putting on a fake serious face. "Yes ma'am!" She salutes. Giving her mother one last hug, Pebbs hands her the suitcase. "Thank you, mum."

The axolotl carries the suitcase into the fwagon. When she was out of ear-shot, Pebbs turns to Jean with a serious expression. "Jean, I need to ask you a favour." She said. Jean grins. "Hit me."
Pebbs let out a sigh, looking over to her daughter sadly. "Flossie's...biological mother is in Newtopia, and she knows it. She'll try to find her. If you happen to come across her...could you make sure she doesn't hurt Floss?" She asks. Jean, seeing how serious the newt is, gave her a reassuring pat. "Don't worry, I'll take care of her. I've fought toads, cannibal frogs, a veggie monster and a weasel. I think I can handle one axolotl." She chuckles. Pebbs shakes her head, giving Jean a hug. "Don't forget to take care of yourself, too."

Hop Pop is waiting to close the door of the fwagon for the rest of the kids, when Anne turns to Hop Pop. "Hey, Hop Pop. I was thinking...wouldn't it be a good idea to bring the music box with us on the trip?" The elderly frog glances guiltily over his shoulder, to the very tree he buried the music box, before shaking his head. "Uh, no, no, no. Uh, it'll be safer with my contacts for the time being." He explains. Anne smiles. "Alright, HP. I trust you're judgement!" With that, she climbs into the fwagon. Hop Pop guiltily looks to the ground, as Flossie and Jean climb aboard.
Slamming the door, he jumps into the driving seat. "Well, let's get this fwagon on the road. No turnin' back now!"
"Did we give the key to Chuck?"
"We're turning back now."

"Bye, mum!"
"Bye Pebbs!"
Jean and Flossie wave to Pebbs from out the window, until she was out of sight. The newt stands by the Plantar's home, waving the family, humans and her daughter off.
The smile she had slowly starts to fade, watching the fwagon disappear on the horizon. She didn't want to let Flossie go. But she knew there was a possibility Jean wouldn't come back. If the human didn't return with the Plantars...it'd break the axolotl's heart. So, against her better judgement, she let her go.
"Please, be safe out there."

"Finally. Now my little plan can begin."
