The exercise seems pretty simple. For the team playing Heroes, they will need to apprehend the 'Villains' or the bomb to win within a certain time frame. However, if the Villain Team apprehends the Heroes or keeps them at bay until the timer ends they win. This is designed for cooperation with other members, so for some, it may not be easy.

Katsuki was one of those members, he did not play well with others. Even more so because his Quirk is volatile and he does not want another mishap like what happened a year ago. Another was that his teammate was the bluenette who is still on Eevee's shit list. If he is on her shit list, he's on his as well. However, he will need to keep his hostility in check for this training.

"Four eyes, what we need to do is sweep the floors as quickly as possible and be mindful of their abilities as well as keep some distance to avoid getting in each other's way." He growled to the tall teen, who is in full metal-like gear, looks like it was specially designed to resist the G-force of his Engine Quirk.

Iida nodded. "I agree, and we don't know much of either of their styles. I know that Tokoyami can control his Dark Shadow, but as for Miss Dragneel even though she does not have a Quirk, she might have something up her sleeve."

"That is where I'll come in." The blonde smirked, "If she is as tough as her brother says she is, I would like the first crack. If we see her first, break apart and you go to the next level to sweep while I distract her."

"That will keep one villain busy, and once you do see if you can incapacitate her. I'll call you when I have found the bomb."

Katsuki nodded in confirmation, and the duo waited until it was time for them to enter.

Meanwhile, inside the building, Tokoyami and Aurora were plotting where they could hide the bomb, which in size it was impossible as it was bigger than both of them combined. They do have a shared plan though, put it in a dark place so Dark Shadow can shine.

"Are you sure this will work, Miss Aurora? Dark Shadow may be a little wild." Tokoyami asked and his shadow appeared. "I am more vicious in the dark, Tokoyami will not be able to control me if that happens."

Aurora stood for a few moments in thought. "Well, we are the Villains so we need to be as unpredictable as possible. Worse comes to worst, we can use Bakugou's Quirk to nullify, which he would be the main priority to take down first." She then gave Dark Shadow a pet on the beak and he closed his eyes in bliss, purring at the touch. "He is so far our main threat to you, Tokoyami and Dark Shadow. I will fight him first on the lower floor to reduce the light, and your main objective is to keep Iida at bay and away from the bomb. He will be fast with his Engine so be on your toes."

"Agreed/Yes Sir."

"Heroes, you are now able to enter the Villains Lair, take caution yet apprehend both villains or the bomb within the time limit to win."

"Stay hidden, and good luck." Aurora said and ran down the stairs. Tokoyami just stared at her for a few seconds before slinking into the shadows.

Iida and Katsuki walked into the building and all they could say was that it was silent, too silent for their own liking. Looking at every corner for any sign of either Villain and/or the bomb but they had found nothing.

"Most likely they are a couple floors up, and there is a chance that they have it hidden in a place that is dark, with little to no light." Iida said, now looking for the stairs. "Should we head the next floor up?"

Katsuki looked around a few more times before nodding. "Yeah, that is the best bet, and if what you are saying is true then they will try to stop me first. Dark Shadow is weaker in any kind of light, my guess is that Scales will try to stop me before we reach the floor."

"Nice, you know our plan. Let's see if you can counteract it."

"Son of a-!" Katsuki fell to the ground as he felt something leg sweep him and Iida lifted his arm as he saw Aurora jump and tried to do a heel strike on his head, the clanging sound reverberating through the entire room.

She packs a powerful kick! I felt that through my brace! Iida thought and sent his Engine to first gear to provide a powerful kick to the dragoness. Aurora just twisted out of the way and started to run toward the next floor.

"Damn, she came out of nowhere!" Katsuki growled and proceeded to follow her. "Follow the next plan, I'll fight her on the second floor and you sweep the next!"

"Got it!" Iida yelled and went to second gear to immediately look for the next set of stairs.

The second floor was eerily silent as Katsuki looked around for the dragoness, he could tell that they were dealing with two tough foes. He perked his ears for any noise to locate Aurora, but despite her heavy punches, she moves light like a fucking ninja. It pisses him off that there was someone just as silent as his girl.

This is going to be a problem, who the fuck is she? Naruto-dattebayo?

Katsuki just walked around the corner and out of nowhere, something struck the underside of his chin hard, causing him to stumble backward and curse. He then felt a powerful punch below his diaphragm effectively knocking him over once again. He just laid there slightly stunned for a brief second before instinct told him to dodge, and he was grateful to listen as he saw a scaled leg almost nick him with a heel strike.

He looked up at her and she had a smile that apparently was the signature of the Dragneel family. Her tail shifted as she rebalanced herself. She stood in an unusual Kung Fu stance. The female's center of gravity was low to the floor and her arms were away facing behind her and toward Katsuki with her thumb, finger, and middle finger bent in a pincer formation.

"What kind of stance is that?" Izuku asked, watching the duo on the screen. "It looks ferocious."

Ojiro looked at the camera the verdanette was looking at and whistled. "That is a Dragon-Style Kung Fu stance, Northern Style. She is positioned to counter-punch, where they wait for their opponent to strike first and they can counteract appropriately, or they can strike first with a more aggressive approach to their opponent. She has very few openings."

"That would make things difficult for Kacchan then, he is always the strike-first-ask-questions-later type. He will need to adapt quickly." Izuku hummed and wrote the information in his notebook. "You said she is using Northern Style, are there others?"

Ojiro nodded. "Yes, the other one I know is Southern Style. That consists of rapid movements and dodging which is designed to constantly move and confuse the opponent, Northern Style is more stand your ground." He then gulped, impressed as she dodged Katuski's left arm and grasped a pressure point on his hand. "She has a lot of skill, she just hit a pressure point that just paralyzed his wrist and hand."

"What?" Izuku said in surprise and looked back up to the screen. Sure enough, he could see his brother's arm go limp, and try to shake the sensation off. "Just from that she effectively nullified his Quirk. He needs to be wary of his other side or he will be at a disadvantage."

"Let's just wait and see, depending on how hard she pressed, he could be like this for a while." The duo nodded and looked back at the screen, where they now saw the blonde smiling menacingly.

"You are quite tough, Scales." Katsuki smirked wildly, his adrenaline pumping the same way it did when he challenged Natsu. That fucking hurts, and I can't seem to create a blast! She knows where to block. "Fangs did say not to underestimate you, looks like I need to up my game."

Aurora smiled just as menacingly, her tail twitching in anticipation. This boy is aggressive, I like that. "Heh, you aren't bad yourself. Tell me, how are you going to act with just one arm?"

Katsuki chuckled but he was wary, he only had one arm he can use for blasting and he needs to keep it active, so he needs to keep it away from her to avoid any more injury. So, he lunged at her with his dead arm and tried to swing his gauntlet at the dragoness, which she stopped with her arm, and once she was focused on that the blond twisted his lower half and knee kicked her abdomen.

Aurora moved her other arm to protect her stomach and she stumbled a few steps back as it knocked her off balance, and for a brief moment, she lost sight of him and stumbled even further when he headbutted her. Now that stung.

"Dammit, now that hurts." She chuckled, and she could feel her stomach boil in anger and excitement. Aurora then lunged forward and switched styles and did a flurry of kicks and punches while twisting to avoid this heavy hitter. His knees buckled when she punched a few pressure points to the legs.

"Fuck!" Was all he could say as he fell face first, with his other arm trying to lift himself, but he was now dead weight. She was more like Neji than Naruto, and he was pissed. She took him practically out of commission.

"Hehehe, sorry, but I can't let you harm my teammate. Not yet at least."

Katsuki's eyes widened in shock at what she said. "You are going to unleash his shadow, aren't ya?"

"Bakugou, I found the bomb it's on the-"

Before Iida was about to mention where it was hiding a monstrous roar reverberated through the entire building and even the other members watching were covering their ears in shock and fear.

"W-what the fuck was that!?" Kaminari screamed, bending over as his brain was being abused by what he thought was something demonic. Tears were flowing down his face as the electrolocation amplified and put pressure on his head.

"Kaminari-kun, you ok?" Izuku asked once he saw that the blonde was in pain.

"No, whatever that is it's messing with my Quirk, everything is blinding right now." Kaminari huffed and eventually sat down on his knees and put his head on the ground, hoping the cold floor will help soothe the pain. "Is that Tokoyami's Dark Shadow?"

All Might looked at the scene nervously, as the camera where the bomb and Tokoyami were was covered in darkness, that not even the infrared could not detect. The only thing it could see was a massive eye staring back at it like a demon. "Young Tokoyami, are you there? Can you control your shadow?"

Another massive roar was heard, followed by an answer no one wanted to hear or wished to hear again. "I am Dark Shadow, no one can control me!"

All Might cursed and was about to call the training off when he was stopped by Kirishima. "Hold on, Sensei. It looks like Bakubro and Aura-chan have a plan."

"Hm?" All Might replied and again looked up at the duo on the second floor. Indeed, it does seem they are plotting something and much to his disliking, he will wait and see what this Quirkless mutant has up her sleeve.

Back on the fourth floor, the shadow laughed and Tokoyami was trying to control it. "Dark Shadow, listen to me. You are one with me! You must submit to me!"

"Never!"

Iida looked at the monstrosity in fear and shock, hiding where Dark Shadow could not see or harm him. This thing was faster and stronger, there was no way he would be able to reach the bomb. He needed his partner. "Bakugou, can you hear me? We are on the fourth floor, we need you up here now!"

On the second floor, Aurora was protecting Katuski as the roar shook several pieces of the ceiling on top of them. The blonde was still incapacitated and he was cursing at his weakness, even if it wasn't his fault. "Goddammit, how monstrous is that thing!?"

Aurora cursed as well as she underestimated her partner's power. "Fuck, looks like I misjudged. We need to get to the fourth floor. You will be able to regain feeling in your legs in a few minutes, so I'll carry you until then."

The dragoness grabbed Katsuki's arm and was able to carry him in a Fireman's hold, then started running toward the stairs. "Bakugou, can you create a big enough blast with just one arm?"

The blonde flinched as she asked that question. "I-I'm not sure I can, if I go full blast my arm will be incapacitated for a while and there is a chance for the repercussions on the shockwave. However, there is a way."

"I'm all ears."

"These gauntlets, they are made for more than just design. My sweat is stored in them, so basically the more sweat they contain the bigger the blast. That should work for Bird Brain, just pull the pin."

Aurora thought about it for a quick second. A massive fireball is dangerous in a building especially if it was already falling apart, yet if they don't light up the room Dark Shadow will create even more havoc. Both options have an increased mortality rate. "Kamisama, watashi wa Tokoyami no iu koto wo kiku beki deshi ta." She muttered in her native language. "I'll take full responsibility if Tokoyami or any of you gets hurt because of my decision…I won't be able to forgive myself."

He felt the guilt riding in her voice, and Katsuki knew that she didn't want anybody hurt. "Here, you should be able to handle the recoil. Don't point directly at them, you can blast open the wall."

"Ok, I am keeping you on the floor below. Don't come up until you regain feeling in your legs and can move." The dragoness said and removed the gauntlet from his left arm and put it on her own. "Jesus these are heavy, no wonder you have broad shoulders."

If they weren't in a dire situation, Katsuki might have blushed or boasted. However, he needs to set the training aside and help a fellow schoolmate. "Remember, Scales, don't point directly at them."

"Right." She acknowledged and proceeded to the floor above. Katsuki then went to his comms to let Iida know the plan.

"Four-eyes, Scales is heading up with my gauntlet, stay out of the blast radius and if you are able to, touch the bomb. We need to help Featherbrain."

"Of course, he is in a lot of pain right now. I will stand by."

Katsuki then started to massage his legs and arm to get them working again, and a few times he needed to help just in case. He just hopes that his other arm will be online to quell the darkness.

"Rrrrrr Aaaggghhh!"

Dark shadow was creating havoc destroying pillars and denting the fake bomb. Tokoyami was struggling, feeling like his soul was being torn apart from him, the boiling rage Dark Shadow was feeling was out of place, and he needed to quell it. Last he needed was to injure any of his colleagues.

"Tokoyami! Shield your eyes!"

Upon instinct, he did so and the next second his eyes saw white and felt massive heat on the right. Another second later he heard Dark Shadow screech in pain as the light consumed it and immediately shrunk back into Tokoyami.

"Tokoyami-kun, are you ok?" Aurora asked, setting the used gauntlet aside and rubbing the feathered teen's back.

"Y-yes, forgive me. I failed to control Dark Shadow." Tokoyami huffed, trying to regain control of his emotions. "I failed you."

"No, I am the one who failed you." Aurora said and knelt closer and gave him a tight hug, surprising the teen. "You warned me about the consequences, yet I didn't listen. You know more about your Quirk and Dark Shadow, I have hurt you both."

Tokoyami looked at the dragoness and he could sense the remorse in her voice. He gave her a light hug and assured her that they were fine, and no harm was done.

Meanwhile, Katsuki was able to get up the stairs and whistled at the massive hole his gauntlet had created. He then thought about the recoil it would have caused and looked for the dragoness, and he saw her hugging Featherbrain with one arm. He flinched horribly when he saw the left arm was broken, most likely it would need to be reset. He did tell her about the possible consequences but it still did not help that he felt responsible.

Katsuki then walked towards the damaged bomb and once he saw that Iida too was safe, he put his hand on the hunk of metal to end the training.

"The Heroes have obtained the bomb, this training is over! Heroes win!"
