The sun shone bright on the castle, where the king of Amphibia was waiting for Anne, Jean and the Plantars. Marcy led them through the castle, as her visitors stared in wonder at it.

"Dang, girl. This is where you've been hanging out this whole time?" Anne asks her friend. Marcy chuckles, waving her off. "I wouldn't say I "hang out" here, but yes! Staying at the castle has been awesome!"
Flossie squeals. "This is AMAZING! We're about to meet the king!" She pumps her fist as she walks. The axolotl was still wearing her cloak, not wanting to draw too much attention to herself.
Sprig nods, agreeing with Flossie's statement. "Yeah! I can't believe we're here!"
"Ditto!"

Jean was a little more concerned. Yes, she was equally as excited and nervous to meet the royalty of amphibia, just like her fellow companions. But for the last half hour, she felt another emotion…anger? Hatred?
And with each minute, it was getting worse. The human couldn't understand it. For now, she was attempting to shove that feeling down.

Hop Pop looks around, walking behind the others. "Wow, just look at this place!" He stops, insecure thoughts filling his head. "Am I dressed okay? Should I have worn my silk ascot? I'll go back and get it!" He tries to go back to the fwagon to retrieve the ascot, when Marcy stops him.
"Hey, hey. Don't stress, guys! This is no big deal." She tries to reassure.

The doors at the end of the hall opens, and out comes Lady Olivia. She hurries towards the travellers. "Okay, frog family. You're about to meet King Andrias. This is a big deal." She says in a darker, strict tone. Everyone gulps, now anxious.

Flossie's smile falls, as she looks at Lady Olivia, then at the large doors before them. Memories from the previous day with Lilly swarmed around her head. In just a few seconds, the axolotl felt dread filling her gut, as she pulls the hood further over her head.

Marcy looks over to see Flossie was now quiet, nervously looking at the large doors. She kneels down next to her, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Hey, Flossie Blossie. What's wrong? Aren't you excited to see the king?" She asks.
Flossie whimpers, looking between the ground and the doors. "Y-yeah. I-i am excited to see the king! It's just…" she pauses, tears beginning to form in her eyes.
"Just what?"
"W-what if he doesn't like me?" She looks up at Marcy, her gut twisting in anxiety.

"Whaaaat? That's crazy, Floss! Andrias likes everybody, and I know he's gonna love you!" She says matter-of-factly, pointing at Flossie's chest. Flossie looks down. "How do you know?"

Marcy holds Flossie's hand, eyes sparkling with determination. "Because you are an adorable little thang, who spreads love where ever she goes." She states. The axolotl smiles. Filled with new confidence, she wipes away the stray tears, nodding her head. Walking forward, she follows after Lady Olivia.

Jean places a hand on Marcy's shoulder, sending the girl a thankful smile. "Thanks, Mar-mar." She says softly. Marcy grins, giving her a thumbs up. "Hey, no prob!"

Lady Olivia led them into the throne room. Angelic voices sing as they enter, and the intricate designs captivated everyone. They gasp in wonder, approaching the throne. Lady Olivia bows, introducing the king.
"May I present to you Andrias Leviathan, Lord of Amphibia, Peacekeeper of a thousand years and the first of his name."

Everyone looks up at the throne, gasping. "Now that's king-sized." Anne breathes. Flossie's jaw drops, eyes sparkling. Before them sat the king, partly obscured from their view by the light shining behind him. The giant newt stares down at them.

"Hello, Plantar family!" The king greets, a huge grin covering his features. He starts cackling at their reactions. Getting up, he steps down from the throne, arms wide open. "Oh, bring it in, you guys. Bring it in!"
Hop Pop ushers the kids to bow. But the king merely picks them up, hugging them. "It's so good to finally meet you!" Andrias laughs. Flossie, Polly, Sprig and Hop Pop found it hard to breathe for a moment, but he just as quickly put them back down. Polly gets up first. "I LOVE this guy!" She yells excitedly.
Flossie was the next to get up, flapping her hands excitedly. "I was just hugged by the king of amphibia!" She breathes, grinning widely.

Lady Olivia walks over, unamused by the kings behaviour. "Dear King Andrias, just once, it would be nice if you followed proper castle etiquette." She says firmly. The king blows a raspberry. "Oh, etiquette smetiquette!" He scoffs. Glancing over to Anne, Jean and Marcy, he turns to face them. "Ooh! And what do we have here?" He asks curiously.

Anne waves nervously. "Hey." She says. Jean gives him a peace sign, smiling. "G'day, mate."
Andrias kneels down in front of them. "And you two must be Anne and Jean! Sup! Am I saying it right? Sssup?" He asks, directing the question to Marcy. The girl gives his majesty a thumbs up. "You got it!"
The king cackles at this. "The thumb of approval! And here's a thumb for you too, girls." He gives Anne and Jean a thumbs up. The wind from his hand blows both girls hair. "Oh, uh…right back at ya." Anne hesitantly gives him a fist bump.

The king looks down at his hands, bursting into exuberant laughter at this new trick the human had taught him. He jumps excitedly, causing the floor to shake due to his size. "Delightful!"
The force of the mini quake causes not only Anne and Jean to fall over, but also the axolotl. Flossie falls onto her face, the bottom of her cape covering her head completely, leaving her to struggle against the cloth.

The king spots her, as Marcy helps her two human friends to their feet. "Need some help, young one?" He asks, kneeling down. Flossie waves her arms around, attempting to fix it. "No, no! I think I got it!" She says hurriedly.
Andrias helps lift up the end of the cape, in the process lifting her hood and flicking it back. Revealing her bright red hair and pale complexion.
Flossie stands up, brushing herself off, before realising Lady Olivia and the few guards were staring at her in shock. Patting her head, she hurriedly pulls her hood back on, cheeks heating up in shame.

She looks up at Andrias, expecting a look of disgust. But she was surprised to see a look of admiration.

"By the mother olms, I don't believe it!" He cried out in glee. He gently picks up the axolotl, holding her up at eye level. "I haven't seen an albino amphibian in such a long time!" Flossie hesitantly pulls back the hood again, smiling shyly up at the king as he continued. "And what might your name be, little one?" He asks. Flossie smiles, as she stands on his palm. "I'm Flossie Harveston, your majesty." She bows. Andrias laughs. "Please, drop the formalities. Call me Andrias! That goes for all of you, too." He states, placing Flossie back on the ground next to the Plantars.
"So, tell me! You wouldn't happen to have any unnatural abilities, would you?" The king asks curiously to Flossie. The axolotl was ecstatic. "I do, as a matter of fact!" She exclaims.
"Well then, let us see it!"

Taking a deep breath to calm herself, Flossie concentrates. For a few seconds, nothing happened. But soon a droplet of water appeared. Then another, and another. Pretty quickly, the group were surrounded by small, dancing droplets of water. Everyone "oohs" and "ahs" at the performance. Even Lady Olivia was captivated, reaching out a hand to touch a few stray droplets.

Jean grins, watching her little sister showing off her talent with pride.

Nobody noticed the kings smile falter for a brief moment, a look of recognition crossing his features. It was gone as soon as it had appeared, and he chuckles excitedly, touching the droplets mid air. "Extraordinary!"

Hearing a yelp, everyone glances over to the source. Jean held her head in her hand, groaning in pain. The droplets fell to the ground, as Flossie rushes over to her friend. "Jean! Are you okay?" She asks worriedly.

Jean hisses in pain. While she was watching her friends, an immense head-ache had formed. The teen couldn't explain why.
"Y-yeah, I'm fine. I think I gotta go sit down." She mutters, rubbing her sore head. She felt like passing out, which she did NOT want to happen.

Andrias shakes his head. "Now, that just won't do! Lady Olivia, would you mind leading Jean to where the Plantars will be staying? The Plantars will surely keep her updated later." Lady Olivia, after putting her book away, gives the king a nod and a bow, guiding the human out of the throne room. Flossie watches her go, concerned.

"I hope she'll make a swift recovery." Andrias said. He turns to Marcy and Anne, rubbing his hands together. "But enough with the introductions, let's get down to business: getting you girls back home, safe and sound."
Standing up straight, the king hums in thought, shaking his head. "Alas, without the music box, I'm afraid there's nothing I can do. Marcy doesn't have it, and, well, I assume you don't have it either. Unless, of course, Jean has it?" He questions hopefully, sitting down. Anne perks up.

"Oh! Uh, actually, I do have the box." Anne says matter-of-factly. At this announcement, Andrias and Marcy are shocked. "What? Are you serious?"
"Why, this is marvellous news! Come, come, let's see it!" Andrias presses. Anne hesitates. "Well, I don't "have it, have it". Hop Pop left it with some contacts to see what they could learn about it." The human explains.
Flossie glances over to Hop Pop, who chuckles nervously at being in the spotlight.

"But I do have a photo of it!" The brunette says, holding up her phone. Andrias chuckles. "Yes, yes, a photo… Let's see here." Putting on a small, pink pair of glasses, he inspects the photo.
"Hmm, how peculiar…Marcy, didn't you say the gems were coloured? Look here. They're… they're grey." The king points out. Anne looks as well. "Hey, you're right. I never actually noticed that." She rubs the back of her neck awkwardly.

Andrias thinks for a moment, taking off his glasses. "This will require further study in the deepest of our archives. Give me a few days to work with this information. At that time, we shall reconvene and set a glorious plan in motion." The giant newt exclaims. Anne grins.
"Great! Mar-mar, what can I do to help?" She asks her friend.

"Can you translate ancient Amphibian runes?"
"I sure…can't!" Anne says positively. Marcy chuckles, placing a hand on her shoulder. "Don't worry, dude. I got this."
Anne gives her finger-guns. "Nice. Just like group projects back home."

"Until then, my dear Plantars, go forth and enjoy the sights of Newtopia! We've booked you a suite at the Hemisphere Hotel. My treat!" The king says gleefully. "And here…pick a hand!" The king holds out closed fists.

Anne walks over to the newt king after fixing up her hair. She looks up at the king, who clears his throat, gesturing to his right hand. Anne chooses. "This hand?" She asks, patting his right. The king opens his palm….to reveal nothing there.

"PSYCH!"

Anne groans, as the king laughs at his own prank. "But wait, what's this?" He asks. Flicking his hand, a golden card appears. Flossie gasps. "Whoa! Could you do that again!?" The king chuckles. "Maybe another day, young Flossie. Here."
The king hands the card to Hop Pop. "The Royal Credit Card! It will grant you access to do anything in Newtopia. Be safe with this now. Wars have been waged for less." The king explained.

"Whoa, ho, ho, ho! We get to explore Newtopia with unlimited money? This is a dream come true! Onward, family! Time to see Newtopia!"

"What do you mean, nobody wants to see Newtopia?" Sprig asks, baffled. They had now arrived at the Hemisphere Hotel, where they found Jean already resting with an ice-pack on one of the beds. The gang had caught her up on what happened while she wasn't there. And right now, the rest of the family were laying down on the remaining beds, not wanting to do anything. Almost all were in bathrobes.

Hop Pop was reading from a book, and didn't even look up at his grandson. "Not happenin'." He mutters. Polly, laying beside him, let out a content sigh. "Polly happy right here." She stated simply. Sprig wanders over to Anne and Flossie, who were laying on another bed. "Anne, Floss, come on. You're with me, right?" He asks hopefully. The two simply shake their heads.

"Sorry, dude. The only thing I want to explore is that gift basket." The brunette states, straining to reach for the gift basket but failed. "Floss, could you-?"
"Sure thing, Anne." Flossie says tiredly. Lifting up her hand, a watery hand lifted up the basket, placing it on Anne's stomach. "Thanks, dude."
"No problem. Sorry, Sprig. I'm kinda worn out." She explains, before promptly passing out.

Sprig groaned. "But we have the Royal Credit Card! The city's our playground!" He exclaimed, smooshing Anne's face in an attempt to wake her up. Hop Pop shakes his head. "Sprig, the city will still be there tomorrow. Probably." He mutters the last part to himself.

"Tomorrow?" Sprig glances between the Credit card resting on the bedside table and his grandfather. "Or… I could take the card, and…" he reaches for the card. At this statement, Hop Pop turned to Sprig.
"Sprig Plantar! Under no circumstances are you to take that card outside of this hotel!" He exclaims sternly, taking the card and putting it in his pocket. Sprig let out a defeated sigh. "I won't, Hop Pop."
"Good!"

Within seconds, the elderly frog is out like a light, fast asleep. With one glance around the room, he spots that almost everyone was asleep. An idea forms in his mind, and he smirks to himself, sneaking over to his grandfather. "He didn't say anything about using it inside the hotel." He chuckles deviously, reaching into Hop Pop's pocket and taking out the Royal Credit Card.

"Can't let you take that, Sprig."

Sprig yelps, looking over to see Jean sitting on the side of the third and last bed, looking at him with a blank expression. He chuckles awkwardly. "Um….so you won't tell Hop Pop, right?" He asks, hopefully. Jean raises a brow. "I'll have to sooner or later, squirt." She states. Sprig groans.

"Please! I'll bring it back after I'm done with it! Promise! If you really want to, you can come supervise me! Make sure I don't lose it!" He begged. Jean's firm expression changed to a smirk.
"Thought you'd never ask! Let's go adventuring!" She says, her facade falling. Sprig stares at her, confused. "Wait, you're not gonna tell?"
"Only if you don't."
"Deal!"

The two chuckle mischievously as they open the door, only to be greeted by a newt struggling to haul a trolley of luggage. She lets out a tired sigh. "Four years of Newtopian University and a mountain of student debt for this?" She mutters under her breath, but the two heard her. Jean winces. "Oof, growing up really is hard."

The newt looks up, noticing them for the first time. "Oh, hi there. Bella the bellhop, at your service. Got the rest of your bags here." She greets, hopping over with their luggage. Jean and Sprig let her in, holding the door open for her. All is awkward for a moment, as Bella stands there. She clears her throat. "How about a tip?"

Jean's eyes open in realisation, as she gives her an awkward smile. "Oh! Of course! Wait here a sec-" she says, walking over to their luggage.

Sprig, not understanding, nods. "Oh, sure! If you were to do one thing in the hotel for fun, what would it be?" He asks.

Bella thinks for a moment, ignoring Jean ruffling through the luggage. "Well, I've never gone, but everyone says the view from the top of the indoor Ferris wheel will change your life." Her eyes sparkle at the thought. Sprig grins, giving her a thumbs up.
"Great, thanks for the tip!" He says cheerily, leaving the room.

Jean hurries back to Bella, handing her a few coins. "I'm sorry, he's new to this." She chuckles awkwardly, following after the pink frog. "Thank you and have a good day!"

Jean and Sprig approach the elevator. The pink frog turns to Jean. "So, what happened back in the castle? Was the kings presence really that intimidating?" He asks curiously. Jean shakes her head. "At first, yeah. But after a while, I just felt comfortable around him. He has a nice dad vibe."
She chuckles at her own statement, before turning serious again. "So, no. I have no clue what happened. It just came out of no where. And as soon as we left the castle grounds, my head-ache just disappeared like nothing happened. It was so weird." She mutters. Sprig hums as they enter the elevator. "That is weird. But you're feeling better now, right? Now we can hang out together!" He exclaims. Jean grins.
"Yeah! We can have a Sprig and Jean adventure today! No Hop Pop telling us what to do!" The two giggle, as they head down to the bottom floor.

They reach the lobby. As the doors to the elevator opens, Jean and Sprig gasp in amazement, taking in the beauty before them. "Holy frog…"
"Whoa! This place is amazing!" Sprig says, as the two step out of the elevator. He lets out a gasp. "Look at that fountain! And ooh! That must be the indoor Ferris wheel!" He states, pointing at the giant Ferris wheel inside. Jean lets out a low whistle. "Wow. That newt wasn't joking. I'm sure the view from that thing would be amazing."

"I'm gonna save you for later." Sprig says, winking at the Ferris wheel. Hearing someone clear their throat from behind them, the two turn to see a fancy looking newt standing behind them, giving them an odd look.
"Excuse me. Are you winking at that Ferris wheel?"

Sprig whips out the Royal Credit Card, showing it off to the newt. "Yes, and I'm rich, so deal with it! Ha ha!" He cackles, bouncing away. The older teen face-palms. Well, he has a point. But that doesn't mean he should wave it around everywhere. Someone might try and snag it.

The newt shrugs, giving the young frog a smile and a nod. "Very good, sir." Jean chases after her frog friend, catching up to him in no time.

The two walk over to one of the many food stands indoors. "Two ant cream sundaes, my good man." Sprig says in a posh voice. The worker hands them their sundaes. "Napkin?" He asks, holding it out. Jean gladly takes one, while Sprig seemed offended. "What do I look like, a slob?" He asks.

Immediately, he starts eating like a slob. Jean cackles. "Sprig! That's gross!"

The two were now in a clothes store. Sprig had on a large t-shirt with the words "Big Frog", while Jean was sifting through clothes.
"Looking good!" Sprig chuckles, before tripping over his own feet. He knocks over the mirror, which fell onto more things, making them topple over like dominos. The store owner stared in horror.
Sprig pulls out the Royal Credit Card, and the two amphibians cheer awkwardly. Jean stares at disbelief at the wreckage.

Jean sat in the waiting area of the barber shop, while Sprig got a new haircut. She watched as the barber did a bunch of cool hair styles, all of which Sprig replied "Nope" to. Finally, puffed out, the barber takes a small break, doing one final hairstyle. Sprig gasps, eyes sparkling at the new look. Long, strawberry blonde hair with bows sticking out here and there. "Yes! Thank you, my good man." He says, paying the barber. He walks towards the door, meeting Jean there.
"And now, to put on my hat!"
Sprig places his hat back on. Jean could hear the barber sobbing as they left.

"Care for some Bug-accino? Made fresh daily." The newt lady at their next stand ask. Before Jean asked for one, Sprig hops between them excitedly. "Five, please!"
The newt seemed unsure. "Um, these are pretty strong." She points out. Jean nods. "Yeah, I don't think a kid like you should be drinking that much-" she adds, before Sprig cuts them both off. "Five, I say!"
The human shrugs, realising the only way for Sprig to realise this was a bad idea was to try it out himself. "Aight. I'll take one, please."

The newt hands one to Jean, while placing five in front of Sprig. The pink frog gulps down the five cups, spitting out the cups onto the counter. The human watches him carefully. "Ten, nine, eight…"
"Disgusting! But maybe Hop Pop will like it. One to go, please!" The pink frog states.
"Six, five, four…"
The barista handed him a cup, which he places in his pocket. "And she said they were strong. I don't feel a thing!" The pink frog cackles, placing his hands on his hips confidently.
"Two, one."

Sprig's pupils dilated, as a buzzing sound filled his brain. Looking around, he realises everything had slowed down. He zooms towards the waterfall, pulling the water apart with little effort. He grins maniacally.
"I'm the time lord now."

Jean leans against the counter, taking a sip of the bug-accino as Sprig zoomed off like lightning toward the water fountain, giggling maniacally as he babbled incomprehensible words.

The barista watches the pink frog, disturbed. "Ma'am, is he okay?" Jean nods, waving off Sprig's behaviour. "Oh, yeah, he'll be fine! ….probably."

The two stood on a balcony, eating food as they watched the ferris wheel. Sprig sighs. "Well, all that's left is to ride the Ferris wheel." He states. Pulling out the Royal Credit Card, he grins, spinning it. "And I have just the thing to pay for it."
Jean shakes her head. "Sprig, don't do that. You'll drop it." She says matter-of-factly. The pink frog laughs. "Oh, c'mon, Jean! Have a little more faith in me-"

The Credit card slips from his fingers, knocking his food down as it falls. The two let out a scream. "No! The Royal Credit Card!" Sprig yelps. Jean leans over the side, eyes filled with horror. "If Hop Pop finds out we lost it he's gonna kill us! We gotta get it back!"
Grabbing onto the frogs hand, she hauls him to the elevator. The two hurriedly press the button. "Come on! Come on! Come on!"

Finally, the doors open. The two pile in, ready to chase after the Royal Card. But as the doors shut, a newts hand blocks it. Jean looks up in dismay at the two elderly newts smiling back at them, holding open the door. "Excuse me, youngsters. Could you push the 19th floor?" The elderly male newt asked as they entered. Sprig awkwardly smiles back, going to press the button. "Uh, sure."

The elevator moved down one floor, letting out a ding as its doors opened. The elderly newts shake their heads. "Oh, shoot. Can we try the 18th?"
"Yeah-huh." Sprig replies back in a high-pitched voice, pressing the next button. Jean had to keep herself from groaning in frustration.

The pink frog looks out the window, spotting the Royal Credit Card on a nearby light. The elevator doors let out another ding, signifying they had arrived at the 18th floor. "Here we go, 18th floor!" The pink frog said hurriedly.

"Nope. This isn't the casino either. Looks like we'll have to go to every floor until we find the right one." The elderly newt explained. His wife nods. "It may take hours, but what do we care? We're old and have all the time in the world." At that, the two cackled.

Without a moments hesitation, Sprig uses the elderly couples canes to break the window, and jumps out. Jean leans out, face paling as her stomach flipped. "Sprig!"
Jumping from light to light, the pink frog slips on the one with the card, letting out a scream as they both fell.

Bella poured a few ice cubes onto her sandwich. Just as she was about to eat, her boss poked his head out from a nearby doorway, shooting her a glare. "Five minutes left on your break, Bella." With that, he disappeared, leaving her alone. Bella let out a sigh.
"Is this it? Is this the rest of my life? Oh, well. If the real world's taught me anything it's that magic is dead and miracles don't exist." She says sadly, holding out her hands.

The Royal Credit Card fell gracefully into her hand, and the newt opens her eyes wide in surprise. "Wha-"

Hearing a cut off scream and a splash, Bella looks up to see Sprig land safely in the water fountain.

Getting out, he looked relieved to see the card in Bella's hands. He walks over to her, laughing from relief.

"Oh, thank goodness. I was beginning to think-"

"SPRIG PLANTAR!"

Sprig winces, thinking that was his grandfather. But, to his surprise, he turned to see Jean rushing over to him. She pinched his cheeks, checking him over. "Are you okay!? Why did you do that?! What were you thinking?! You had me worried sick! Not only that, but Hop Pop would've brutally MURDERED me if something happened to you! You jumped out of the high elevator window…Oh frog, I think I'm gonna puke-" she keeled over, gagging as she covered her mouth to prevent herself from vomiting from all the stress. Sprig pats her back, awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck.
"Sorry, Jean. But hey, good news! We got our Royal Credit Card with unlimited funds back!" He says optimistically. Jean glares at him, rolling her eyes as she calmed herself down.

Bella's eyes widened, listening to their conversation. "Did you say, "unlimited funds"?" She asks. Sprig turns to her, grinning widely. "Sure did! Oh, you're gonna steal it, aren't you?" He asks, realising what was going on.

"Finders Keepers!" The newt yells, scurrying off. Sprig races after her, leaving Jean behind. The human looks up, spotting Sprig and the newt fighting for the card. Heading toward the indoor Ferris wheel.

Getting to her feet, the human rushes over to the ferris wheel. Sprig was already hopping to the top, while Bella was swimming up the waterfall.

"How am I supposed to get up there?" She mutters. She didn't have to. Hearing a scream, she spots Bella falling off of one of the carriages. The human gasps.

Blinking, her eyes shone a bright purple. She looks around, seeing everything had slowed down. Everything, of course, except for Sprig. He sped off, but not before the human grabbed his arm. Shocked, he looked up at her.
"Sprig! We need to save her!" She said, ignoring the shocked frog. He shakes his head, giving her a determined nod. "I know! Alright, grab as many blankets, pillows and towels as you can find! Pile them up for her to land on! Let's go!"

The two parted. Jean wasn't as fast as Sprig, but she grabbed as many soft objects as she could, piling them up next to the water fountain, in the area Bella would land.

When they estimated the right amount, the two stood next to the pile, watching as time returned to normal. Sprig caught the card, as Bella landed on the soft pillows and towels. With one blink, Jean's eyes returned to normal, and she rubbed them tiredly.

Bella's head popped out of the pillows. "What the…you saved me! Thank you!" She said gratefully, as the manager angrily walked over.
Grabbing Sprig's and Bella's arms, he glares at the two. "You two are in big trouble!" He seethed. "Nobody rides the Hemisphere Ferris wheel for free!"

Jean coughed, gaining the newts attention. "Actually, he did pay!" The human said, pointing expectantly at the card. His eyes followed her gaze, widening in recognition. "Oh, my mistake, sir!" He says, letting Sprig go. His angry gaze then turned to Bella.

"YOU, on the other hand, are FIRED!" He screams. Bella cowers, letting out a sad whimper. Sprig looks up at the manager, then to Bella. Making up his mind, he hops on the manager.
"Excuse me. Were you about to fire your best employee?" He asks in a posh voice. The manager looked confused. "My best?"

"This bellhop recommended the Ferris wheel, but also went above and beyond her duty by showing it to me personally." The pink frog explained. Bella's eyes glistened with tears of joy, moved that this small pink frog was standing up for her.
"I think the Newt King, who I happen to know, would be upset if she didn't get a raise!" Sprig finally finished. The manager newt's eyes widened. "The king?! Uh, yes, absolutely! Sound good, Bella?" He asks. Bella grins, saluting him as he walked off.

"Yes, sir! Thanks, kid. It's people like you that make me ever so slightly more positive about the future." She whispered gratefully. Sprig waves her off. "Don't mention it!"
Jean steps forward, putting a hand on Sprig's head. "Hey, wanna go buy 500 ant sundaes with us?" she asks the newt. Bella laughs.
"If you're paying, let's make it 1,000."

Opening the door to their room, the human and the frog let out a yawn. As Jean walks over and flops on the bed, Sprig crawls onto the roof, landing on top of her. The human didn't mind, though.
"What a morning!"
"You can say that again."

Anne's phone alarm beeps, waking up the sleeping Plantars and Anne. All yawn, their energy renewed. "Nothing like a nap to feel rejuvenated and full of energy." Hop Pop says blissfully. "You guys wanna check out the hotel?"

Polly, Flossie and Anne agreed, rushing over to Sprig and Jean and shaking them awake. "Rise and shine, kids!"
"Let's go, guys! Time for more crazy hijinks!"
"And adventure! I can't wait to taste the ant sundaes they have here!"

Jean and Sprig groan. "Go away." The frog says groggily, placing a pillow over his head. The others weren't having it, though, and started poking the two.

"Come on, kids. I want to get my adventure on!"
"Milk that credit card!"
"I hear there's a Ferris wheel!"
