Hello again those who came to read a little something to say before we start, I won't have a schedule to upload as I'd feel restricted and likely end up ruining any quality my writing may have had. Now for the Reviews of others

Whwsms: Not magic Fey, in Celtic myths Fey were harmed by cold iron the meaning of that is split between being metaphorical as Iron used as a weapon to kill, and literal as cold forged or Iron weapons made at room temperature, but with Toaru's phases it allows both forms to be utilized to a interesting effect in my eyes. And yeah the mysteries of Index's stomach will baffle magicians and scientist for years to come and we haven't even reach the stories namesake.

On to the story

Chapter 5

Lies and deceit to those of myth

After Index, the Amakusas and Imagine Breaker disappeared from sight, the Banshee sighed to herself. "Were we wrong?, they acted completely different from how we were told." She then smiled to herself as she turned to leave "The Imagine Breaker, I don't dislike him." her face then changed to one of anger "So I have some words for the one who set us down this path." Turning a corner she noticed something off, there was no one around. This was odd because as far as she knew there were no people clearing fields of any kind up. A savage grin then graced her face "I wasn't expecting you but this is perfect, I have a few words for you" she then turned and took a deep breath but before she could let out a scream she felt the touch of cold iron pierce through her chest as the cold forged iron tip of a Ivory spear came out through her back. The figure before her frowned and said with their voice muddled as the Banshee was dying. "Such a shame you figured it out, thought it matters not, I expected you at least to realize my lies Aoife Aislinn"

"Don't think you can lie to us and live, the others will figure it out, and will come for you" the Banshee said in weak defiance. As her body began to fade.

The figure smiled an unsettling grin and the last thing Aoife Aislinn the Banshee heard before she ceased to be was "That's part of the plan."

They had managed to escape the Banshee and head to an area in the district 21 mountains that was away from prying eyes. After making sure the area was secure from any hostile fey Index, the Amakusas, and Kamijou Touma took a break.

"Damn this ain't good" Touma said stating the obvious. "How am I gonna get any schoolwork done now?" he then said causing Index to stumble and eliciting a few snickers from the surrounding Amakusas

"Even now you're more worried about your attendance than you are that your life is being targeted?" said Tatemiya with a form of wonder on his face.

Touma put his hand behind his head and rubbed it sheepishly "Well no, I'm more doing it to keep my sanity. However I have been through worse so I am fairly confident I'll get out of this alive." he then put his hand down with a serious look on his face. "Where do we go from here then? We suspected it but that encounter with the Banshee I feel proved it, they were lied to, the fey that is." Tatemiya nodded "Indeed something felt off If they had done their research they'd know you only acted when threatened, so doing something like this would be tantamount to suicide."

Itsuwa continued for him "Meaning their leader the the Leanan Sidhe must have some other goal, and is confident enough that it can survive the other fey in it's charge turning on it." Index then piped in "The Leanan Sidhe still needed to do research though, meaning that I would need to visit public places to get them, you said the church was surveying them right Tatemiya?" he nodded allowing her to continus "If we can find out what info the Leanan Sidhe gathered that was not related to me and Touma, we might figure out it's goal". It was at this time that Tsushimia and the others who went after the maiden fey controller returned battered and wet.

"We lost her," Tsushimia said exhausted. "We chased her close to the river before a

Selkie leaped from the water and retrieved her. They escaped on the body of a Ent before we could give chase. How did things go on your end" she finished.

"The Gindylow and Selkie are likely the same ones who fled after we arrived to defend Kamijou-kun," said Tatemiya. "After which Kamijou figured out some, worrisome possibilities"

Itsuwa took a breath and continued for Tatemiya "First of all it's very possible the Fey have been lied to by their leader the Leanan Sidhe, and second the Leanan Sidhe may be able to feed off of AIM instead of the usual Creative energy."

Tsushimia's face grimaced "If the latter is true then who knows what It'll be capable of, often Leanan Sidhe mean no actual harm and are actually accepted by the one they attach themselves to. But we are lacking too much Info. In fact while chasing the maiden me and the others had a thought" she looked around waiting for everyone's attention.

"Why is a leanan Sidhe their leader, when they have a Maiden? The young maiden was by no means a pushover if she could command a Barguest, Gindylow and a Selkie. It felt off especially since she was the only human we found among them, one who could wield magic that controlled fey that powerful and yet not break a sweat."

Index then had a thought "You think she was planted there? As like a spy feeding info to someone else?" Tsushimia nodded "We are missing some crucial piece of the puzzle somethings going on, and I don't like it."

In a dim lit room in a large apartment building a beautiful girl stood near the door waiting. Her pale silver waist length hair and lavender eyes, her inhumanely beautiful body utterly enchanting those who beheld it like a fairy queen. A small knock came on the door and she opened it slightly to see who was there. "Muireann, your back? What do you have to report?" she said her voice like a calming chime in the wind, a small smile gracing her face.

"I failed to kill the Imagine Breaker. I'm sorry, however we now know more about his tactics. I shall put more effort next time" Muireann said her head lowered as if expecting punishment.

"No need to apologize, we knew this wasn't going to be easy the moment we targeted the Bane of fey themselves but." She turned towards the inside of the room glancing at the bed where a form slept, black shoulder length hair with pink highlights visible above the covers and on the bed stand next to her a pile of papers with writing on them. "I feel once I put our little plan into action he'll fall." she then shut the door and walked to the foot of the bed "now then, I think it's time for another verse don't you say?"
