Author's note: I'm going, to be honest? I for the first time in almost twelve years, I decided to do a second draft of a chapter. The reason being the first draft felt like such a mess. I wanted to start over from scratch without deleting the original parts that worked in that draft. Show your support and leave a review. So, I own nothing but my plot. If you want to know what my plans are for this story, please check the final notes.

The long walk was filled with tension. What they were told and what they've seen? Had made one thing noticeably clear. This wouldn't just be a cut and dry situation, and what they would be asked to do would not be as simple as Anyone would first think? As the click-clack of the noise of the armored guard. They followed behind them. Their minds were going over everything they would possibly have to do and what they would see in the pensive.

Coming into a large meeting room opulently designed, it looked like a fancy boardroom, and considering everyone that was standing around the table, and it's kind of gave off the feel of it as well. There were no more than three other people in the room. Making what Hermione had already surmised as everything that had been discussed will be discussed and would further be discussed as a top-level secret; only the highest of the high officials knew what's going on.

"Alright, to be clear, what is within in the pensive here? We have verified memories of everything, including but not limited to the originally attempted coup of Avalon, the founding of magical Britain, and the discussion of Godric Gryffindor and Rowena Ravenclaw to build a school in Scotland away from society. The law implementation of the international magical community. In the internal discussions of what caused the complete isolation of Britain as it is now. Would you like one of us to go with you, or would you like to see it for yourselves and immerse yourselves in it?"

"Honestly, I think I want to see it for myself and make my own choice about the matter?"

"The truth is always best seen when you see it for your own eyes as the old saying goes," Hermione looked up at both Lorna and Kat with and understanding book, tapping a finger into the pensive bowl getting swept into the memories with a nod of acknowledgment Harry did the same.

Knowing that it might take them a few hours to go through all the memories, they settled in and even called for lunch. Seeing everything that they knew about written revisionist history and everything else, they even added in memories of how Avalon governs its countries and how magic education works in other countries. Because realistically, they need to see the staunch difference between what they are learning in school and what every other country gets out of their education. Including the fact that every other country other than Britain has elementary schools, middle schools, and colleges, for Merlin's sake.

Keeping in mind that to review all those memories might take a while, they decided to get comfortable in their seats. The three superiors. Who were also seated in the conference room?

We're requisitioning the provisions that they asked for in order to go back, including the letter.

Hoping to quickly get an answer out of Miss Granger and Mr. Potter. The faster this is done, the faster that we use the time, Sir, the quicker we can get on with our lives, which is the thought process here.

As well as the fact that everything has already been lined out. The game plan, the battle strategy, everything that we have to do in order to set the timeline correctly. Has already been stated and restated within the battle plan. We just need those two to agree, and then we can begin.

Bracing herself cool they all were bracing themselves for the tongue lashing in the arguing in the debates, and the secrets are going to have to divulge. This wasn't going to be an easy conversation, not by a long shot. Hermione was a vault of questions, and that's just putting it lightly.

Harry himself isn't going to be the easiest person to explain what their plan is. Even if he agrees, there is a possibility; he doesn't understand what's at stake.

Though considering the fact. He's been drained of all the potions and all the other thing that was done to him. That affected him had been removed; he might be a little more receptive to the plan. We are keeping in mind the fact that in order for the plan to work. All of us are going to have to divulge a bunch of secrets. More personal than anything else we have done so far. in order for our trust to be cemented that we are just trying to do the right thing here. The plan won't work if they can't trust my judgment and to make sure that there are no slip-ups or mistakes in the plan.

Seeing history uncensored with the perspective of those who were there? It was fascinating and irritating that all of this was outright erased to facilitate the lie of Britain as an independent country. Hermione thought as she saw it playing out before her.

We had seen all the ways Britain's had attacked and taken both credits and acted as if they were the ones in charge when it was quite the opposite. The attempted coup of the crown and the attempted kidnapping of the crowned prince. Avalon was generous. Any other country would've smashed a country pulling this. Decimated them for acting out and for trying to be rebelling against the established government, but they were fair and just only punishing those involved. They had a modern view of justice and only punishing those that are involved. Not everyone for the actions of just one.

Hermione looked to the left; Harry stood next to her. As engrossed as I had been and still truly was. Realizing they had been holding hands unconsciously seeking comfort in each other.

They found themselves in the cobbled streets following a man who was seemed to be trying to walk as inconspicuously as possible. The thatched homes and the man in stocks being pelted with rotten vegetables and fruits. There seems to be the building that predecessor of what would be Buckingham Palace in the distance. Taking a left and showing the leaky cauldron or as it is titled Ye Olde Leaky.

The intended coup where they presented a high nobility young woman to be the consort of the Avalon king only for the envoy and even herself being trained assassins to kill them and take the crown for themselves. The attempted poisoning and the destruction of property and when none of those attempts worked? And they realize they would not be able to get out from under Avalon's thumb and take over outright? The discussion high nobility magical Britain at the time, of warding and blocking them from entering the island those of Avalon's descent cannot reach its shores. We found ourselves in the middle of the scene where the noble families of Britain at the time.

"Lord, Nott?"

"Yes, Lord Selwyn?"

Are you sure that we can get a lot of support for Britain closing our borders to Avalon?

When we came up with the proposal to become completely independent of Avalon's laws and their rules.

I didn't believe we could a feasible way to do so but with the ward stones and spellbinding that Goyle and came up with and the intricacy Lord Lestrange came up with.

If the proposal gets support, we can put it into motion and finally be free to live freely under our own laws and power and we can run the country as we see fit.

Try to keep quiet about proposing this to the blacks and Carrows by having their support. We can have the plan come to fruition without alerting the likes of the Potters, the Longbottoms, and the Peverell.

"If they catch the wind, they will stop the plans in their tracks the ones who benefit most of the Avalon monarchy and have been the most loyal to the crown."

"Now they will have to accept the new reality where they are just citizens, not the trusted mage knights not the trusted the diplomats." There was a malicious chuckle out Lord Nott who seems to have his own personal grudge against those families.

They are just like all of us and they are going have to accept it. Since once the stones are in place no one will know to remove it. One of those involved will know their locations and even then, only those of British citizenry will be able to remove the stones from where they are placed.

To be fair we would have to be sure that no one ever decides to allow their rule back.

It will take a lot of work but it's worth it to be free of them.

"That it is! To having freedom!"

"To freedom, my dear friend!"

By years we will never have them commanding us like the rest of the rabble who follow their laws as if it were law. The only right of it they got right was separating us from no magic trash that lives in London.

For that will be the glorious beginning of a promising and free future for us all.

Only for the scene to change and there was arguing in an antechamber

Assembled members of the Wizards' Council of Britain please behave yourselves. How can you ask us to behave ourselves? How dare you!

Do you see what hell that has spawned?! Britain is in shambles! We can barely hold ourselves together we depended on Avalon to supply us with what we needed! So, we didn't have to deal with Britons' unsteady economy and their harvest. We can focus on magic and they focused on some of the other things that we did potions, basic herbology that we could manage. The needs of the magical world these were the things we did how are we supposed to supply ourselves now! Where is still how are we supposed to defend ourselves or innovate most of our best scholars went to Avalon to study that from their mages how we supposed to learn now we are trapped like rats in a cage they haven't been in our vicinity in five years and now we have been at most in a civil war with the goblins are at our necks. The centaurs have been unruly as of late even charging into London proper!

"Don't even get us started on the mermaids or the Giants it has been a hell-storm!" One of the members seems to stand up looking at him he looked like Neville maybe a relative. He seemed stronger and spoke picking steam with each word he said. The anger at the events he had to live through.

"They tried to march on both Hogsmeade and Hogwarts proper if not the schools' defense they might have actually been able to make a dent to Hogsmeade. But their looming makes it impossible to live their lives now!" He said his annoyance being agreed by many of those who sat with him.

"Even the Dragons have started attacking!" One of the members chimed angrily

And do you think this is a utopia? This is what forcing us into exile was going to be?

"If anything, we were better off under Avalon's rule; we had protection; we had supplies; we didn't have starving masses and attacks from magical creatures every other week!" One man yelled out angrily.

"This is ridiculous and what are you supposed to do about it. Oh, chairman of the Wizards council!" Another man yelled

"Wasn't it, your grand idea to lock up our border and make sure that Avalon couldn't rule us again? Isn't that a great plan, which bit us in the ass!" One of the members of the council said as annoyed as everyone else though some but almost unworried unbothered by the situation though they were just as effective as everyone else.

Making it clear that they were too stubborn to admit but they were at fault for everything that's happening! For all the relatives that they've lost to magical attacks from the sentient beings that were pissed and now have to be confronted.

"We need to come to a consensus!" One man with red hair, down the front of the seats, yelled out to the agreement of the others in his side.

"Here! Here! All say!" Could be heard throughout the crowd of assembled wizards. All of them with their own grievance and annoyance.

We need to find a resolution before we are being burned at the stake or worse!

We just were able to create some normalcy for ourselves after losing the one thing that came to keep our little society running and functioning correctly.

The kingdom of Avalon helped us create Diagon alley they helped us create this council; they helped us create Hogwarts for merlin's sake, so please tell me once more? How are we supposed to move forward when we barely know how to function as a true government?

"We learn the way most countries learn!" One rather gruff man said in the crowd.

"We take just like every other country on the planet! This is our opportunity people!" This voice was a deeper but the not from earlier who hatched the plot to begin with." How long has Avalon's tyranny controlled us? How long has it been? And now we're free we are truly free to run the country as we want! Rejoice brothers of magic we are free." He sounded like a lunatic from Hermione's perspective. Like he was living a in a fantasy world instead of the reality that's happening right in front of him.

"Free? Free! The entirety sentient magical beings are at our throats! The rest of the magical community wanted nothing to do with us, not in academia or in sports or anything! We can't get supplies outside of Britain anymore." The man in the red hair yelled angry now realizing he looked like a Weasley or maybe a Bones family member hoping there not because that would make an accusation of inbreeding within magical Britain would-be clear-cut case.

"We have become the pariahs of the rest of the magical community internationally! We are not free we are trapped in a cage of your making! And we can't even go over there to pardon ourselves to beg for their forgiveness!" One man said despondently.

"Since they can't even touch the ground here and we can't touch the ground there since they barred us from going to their island! It was a two-way street at least that's what I've heard from the few French Contacts I have left!" One man said with a rather deep voice and posh and eloquent.

We are not free we are now alone. Abandoned and now have to fend for ourselves like an abandoned wolf in the middle of winter. You can rejoice in our misery, but I would like a solution to the Dragons, I would like a solution to the Giants, and I would like in at least a peace agreement with the centaurs, the goblins.

"Because at this rate there won't be a magical Society of Britain for exceedingly long!" Who said it was clear, but half of the council agreed to that statement by stating there's aye of agreement?

In five years, we've been decimated how many families have been completely eradicated?!

"The Willoughby's! The Argons and let's not forget the Clifton's while they slept, and dragon unleashed an inferno." Many voices started yelling family names that they had never heard of only in passing.

"Those are the ones we know are dead countless others are just up and missing!"

"We can barely contain all the magical nonsense exposures as that's happened, we don't have those Dragons leashed. So, I don't want to hear about your freedom I don't want to hear about how this was the best for the country." One man stamped his foot angry knowing he wanted to put those pricks who brought them into this mess to know his fury at what they have been stuck in.

"Because you're wrong and everyone who agreed, help, and condoned your actions were wrong. And now we have to see what you have wroth on us."

The memories changed and at the same time, we see the advancements of the other magical societies. The way they dealt and deal with the changes in the nonmagical world and adapting to these moments. When the telephone was invented, they took the moment to study it them and work around it. As well as keeping the statue of secrecy but working around them. Since if they can't adapt, they will have issues being able to keep the secrecy of the of magic intact.

How Grindelwald rose to power was because he was being expelled from Hogwarts then getting himself involved with the dark families of Britain and realizing the by using their own anger, he could start an army. His ignorance and stupidity by telling the only other person smart enough to latch on and even want to be a second in command in that same army would be the start of his downfall. Learning about Dumbledore learning about the truth of their world and how insular and lonely it is as well as what why the other attempts at returning Great Britain did not work. Bad timing, not getting anyone to confess to what they know. Some of it being losses information or in needing higher clearance to find out that statement since it's very profoundly hidden within the ministry itself and the list of problems went on and on and all the complaints and things that muggle-borns beg for elementary schools where they would be with others like them and learn about the world they are joining and feting a well-round education, but the differences between the education systems between Britain and the rest of the world was staggering though. Looking at the rest of the world compared it's like getting an education of a glorified and weaker version of what everyone else is learning. How can you call Hogwarts or Premier school when children have died here in the last 70 years of Dumbledore's tenure as headmaster or have been the death of 20 students? And the fact that he lied saying no one has ever been expelled under his tenure also makes everything he says would a green assault, not that they weren't already thinking like that, to begin with. The fact remains that it's clear Avalon has the right of it. They know how to run a society functionally, even from a distance. They could keep secrecy internationally without having to do brain damage to every nonmagical person they've met or come across. Able to integrate magic with technology showing Avalon the fact that the centers are wearing suits and goblins are just running around with cell phones says everything. Britain is the one in the wrong here, and it needs to be fixed. Everyone else is moving forward, and Britain is still stuck in the 1600s.

"Look at them they think they are doing themselves a service!" Harry said the shock clear on his face.

"He had some nerve and he's delusional those agree with him."

"He said this was a utopia with dragons attacking them in the street as well shedding the light on the goblin rebellions. That we are essentially just trapped rats being fed a false story that they don't know the specifics of the founding and the true history of the country. We have to essentially give up our lives. No other magical country asks something so ridiculous of its citizens.

Look how they live. They have tv stations and can call their families and use cars and carpets her mind whirling with all the possibilities and of loss of not being able to have something similar as they have. Calming her my one question at a time.

Finally reviewing the memories and realizing that after everything they had seen. For Hermione, she had a few questions, but it now made more sense why they didn't want us asking questions and the lack of basic classes like literature, math skills, and writing. Like the first six years of elementary would be enough or the homeschool education everyone else gets. Like look at the system in place and the way Britain is run, I should've known something was up. No wonder the Beauxtbatons and Drumstrang students complained. If, based on their own experience Hogwarts would be a subpar institution when you really start to see it from their perspective, I thought they were underpaying or undercutting or outright exaggerating. I was fluent in French. I overheard them talking about missing their favorite shows and unable to call home, having to send letters like they're in the middle ages. I thought it was a bunch of muggle-borns Beauxtbatons students I didn't for a moment think that that really is how it is in the rest of the world, and we are the ones stuck behind. It makes me feel even angrier because I got a letter from abroad schools and I dined them because of McGonagall's recommendation that is the best school.

But then again, if I hadn't gone to Hogwarts, I would've never met Harry at all anyway, but everything that I have just learned from these memories is going to be tormenting me until I get answers. And I have a week to ask my questions and find out the truth and realize what will change for Britain? if Avalon would take over.

Finally, leave the pensive with a lot of thoughts.

To the safety of everyone sitting around the table, most looking expectant or curious but not really knowing what to say here yet.

"Everyone?" Harry said looking to others in the room.

"If it's all right, I want to spend the day really thinking it over." Harry finished his thought scratching the back of his neck and seemed reflective and thinking.

"We really understand what we've just learned?" Hermione said her mind already analyzing what she has learned.

"Understandable, but remember you have a week to decide if you have any questions; we're here; anyone and everyone can answer them," Lorna said with a soft smile with the superiors chiming their own thoughts.

"We have nothing to hide this Castle is for you for you to roam and see."

"You have free reign to go and see anything or everything in the Kingdom you are trusted guests here. You're not captured or prisoners! You are free to roam and talk to anyone that you like. You can see it for yourself. What it is you will be bringing to Britain if you decide to do this."

But let us show you to your rooms if you want to roam right now that's fine but we need to at least let you know where you'll be staying while you're here.

Spending days doing as they had been advised by the few advisors that know about the plan. Talking with the citizen who lived in the kingdom as well as the way the lives went Hermione found out the castle has a library and she went for a deep dive of their library as well talking to the librarian.

While Harry got taken to a professional broom racing match. As well as seeing other magical sports as well seeing that it was like for the especially when he talked to the citizens, but most were happy including werewolves who they ran into that work for the palace. Explaining that werewolves internationally can do versus Britain. As well as the fact they are Legally by law allowed to get an education as well as access to medical and all the other rights of any law-abiding citizen and the known countries that they preside over. The only country that doesn't allow where Wolves that have the same citizenry rights as everyone else is Britain and all the countries that Britain has in it so mean that are protected by the same wards. And from X Britons we can find out that there is a giant propaganda machine within British society. That tells those affected by lycanthropy that they will not have anything close to the right that they have within Britain and Adobe haunted and killed just for stepping outside. That it's well acknowledged that outside of Britain they'll be hunted like animals which isn't true. It's a blatant lie, something well-acknowledged and told to the expert pacts if they ever decide to explore their options. The only time there are people who are just living on the fringe's society within the international magical world are those who want to be a beast. And clans like that are few and far between with maybe 2 packs and all love Western Europe and eastern. And maybe one rather wild pack in Canada I think they just natural-born survivalist elite want to live like that, but they don't attack people to just mind their business and live in the Woods. But realistically Britain is the only country where Wolves are not given any rights if anything is being hunted. And have caused a giant schism between those who just want rights and those who just want to be monsters. Those who feel like they are contributions and their worthiness as a person are being invalidated by the government's position on how they should be treated.

Really getting a sense and an idea of the way they are a better force than the British ministry of magic. Realizing after talking about everything they had learned they had decided, but they wanted assurances and what.

"OK after reviewing the memories after really thinking it over between the both of us we see and understand why Avalon wants to intervene and basically put order back in its place. And to be totally fair?" Hermione said matter of factly knowing she research and backed up what they had been saying and even taking their time to really be sure that this was something verifiable

"If I had known about this from for here, I probably would've been helping you from the very beginning. I rather like living in a world that isn't in the middle ages. So, I honestly want to be on board. But I need some clarification?" Hermione said with a flourish most who knew her were used to, but the group were nodding for them to continue.

"Why are the King and Queen of Avalon? So dead set on sending a bunch of teenagers to go and solve the problem that has gone on for centuries? How can they be so sure that we five will be able to resolve this problem on our own ability to deal with the issues at hand?" Harry started seeming to be on the same page as Hermione not willing to beat around the bush or not confront the question directly.

"And not only succeed where every other team that's done this has failed? But does such a good job that for all intents and purposes will be done as quickly as we start that we will probably run into very few bumps at along the way?" Harry said half a dozen questions on lips and Hermione seemed to be bursting to ask as well.

"Do you want me to be honest with you?"

"That would be nice honesty for once."

"I already gave my vows to both of you. so, I'm asking both of you to also keep a secret of mine. It's not something I like to talk about, and it isn't something that I would wish upon anyone else. But the reason the King and Queen believe in us and the fact that we can all work together as a team? Is simple it's because of a natural-born ability that I have. I'm a seer and my gift of sight is what's going to save the day in this plan compared to all the other people who have tried to do this...

Final note: OK I'm going to be honest with all of you after everything J.K Rowling has pulled? Transphobic behavior insidious underline racism. This story will be the second to last story I write about Harry potter. I have a Harry Potter crossover story I swore I would write, and I have written like over 20 k words for. To me, there is a limit to something I love, and I would let it go if the author is bad and implicates the world with it.
