Author's Note I own nothing but the plot. The last chapter had a few missing sentences. I noticed some errors, nothing major, but I did update again before publishing this chapter. FYI this chapter hasn't been checked over by my grammar checker. Oh yeah, I just realized! Every location and name of a city is a real place in England. But I used flourish to make magical settlements within. Because there's no way that every magical family just lives randomly in one town by themselves, this isn't Ro Dahl's the witches, and a witch is assigned to a town! Why would wizards basically decide to either live alone in some boonies or some random part of a major city with places like Grimmuald Place, Gaunt Manor, and The Malfoy Estate are a staple of dark families by and large and not something noted or seen from light families or neutral families either?

Xenophilius's Perspective

He was both angry and delighted. Anger at the lie, they had honest and open lines of communication. Her lying about the real reason she left France for England and even the trips she took on whims. It hurt; at this moment, he felt like he didn't know his wife. At the same time, he was delighted that his own inner musings on the falsified history of England had been verified. He was waiting on her currently, but he was excited, but thankfully the man can keep a secret for being a reporter/editor and founder of his own magazine. As she was seemingly mentioned that a few of the team had asked him to be the lead reporter, and they would give exclusive interviews and show him places and evidence that would finally blow the daily prophet out of the water once and for all.

All I could do was go through the motions, have an open mind about everything, and hope that the faith and trust I have in my wife, my treasure, wasn't misplaced. As he apparated to the city coordinates, she gave me praying that would be enough. As he opened his eyes and the gate and massive abandoned town by the sea stood. Walking felt goosebumps of powerful natural magic flowing all around him, walking towards him home, his heart racing with nerves and excitement.

Katherine's Perspective

"Katherine, we had a plan!" Lola hissed out; her anger was palpable and all-encompassing. She, for the most part, got why. She understood her sister's anger, but she also knew anything less than acting right now would take another two weeks. Since Crouch would have been going to a conference tomorrow for the trade deal over some pilfered produce and possibly have trade negotiations for cauldron imports? Though I wouldn't tell Lola about that. She's too angry to hear me at the moment.

And all I wanted was to make sure this goes as smoothly as possible the timetable time is of the essence and should be more prominent than my supposed 'reckless,', and we still have too much to do and not a lot of time to do it in. Realizing my sister was ranting and raving? I might as well act hospitably to our house guests. While my baby sister tried to read me the riot act for what I did and how worried she was about what I was doing.

"Hello, Harry, and welcome to your temporary chalet, at least until we get your godfather out of prison." A giant glimmer of hope was in Harry's eyes.

"Thiers still warm pizza in the kitchen and soda in the fridge. Your room is clean, but the free elves will take all the purchases to said room; you got the one to the left can't miss it. The doors are name-plated. Tomorrow we are going to get you some healthier food to eat because of this?" As she did an up and down display with her hands. Directed at him ignoring her sister entirely.

"Will cause me to find those greedy bastards in their beds and exact some justice myself."

"This conversation is not over!" Lola announced in annoyance. As the bags were taken upstairs and quickly placed where they were supposed to. Katherine could already see the cogs turning in Lola's mind. The way she was winding up and gathering everything she saw as fuel for what she was about to say. The way she noticed rather quickly that the umbrella was doing most of the work just like I had claimed I would be doing when they left her an hour ago. Making it clear this wasn't the free elves she had noticed were puttering outside that she could see from the living room window. The list of things she had done wrong was piling, and she could almost feel the anger pouring out of her. With the cartoonish color change in her face, wasn't

"Of course not! I already anticipated you getting mad at me going lone wolf. But I secured Selene Lovegood and got the map from Crouch Senior! I already sent a letter on his behalf saying he's taking an extended year-long sabbatical." Katherine said with an eye roll, the slice of pizza in hand that she called for silently.

"I feel like I did the right thing; what more can I say?"

"Are you out of your mind?! You know as well as I do the ramifications of what you are doing!" Red-faced, and it was just the two of them? She let loose. While I love her sister, she wasn't easy to make mad, so this was like a smack to the face, but she was a pillar in her resolve that she was in the right.

"You know it's too risky for us to use that time-turner! You might not exist right now! You know as well as I know the fundamentals of time travel! There is a limit to how much your body can stand before you cease to exist. Were you even thinking!" Lola hissed, the anger shaking from how much she rather yell at me but knew it would be dead air knowing how stubborn I can be to yelling. But she can't make me regret my choice to speed up the plan.

I was thinking it that that time was short. That this was perfect timing? That, it will be too late when the higher-ups at the ministry realize that he did the right thing and had a hand in opening the gate. It's not like they could care anymore; the public wasn't as sympathetic with the man so hard line with justice that not even his son could be spared. The British magical public is too submissive and straightforward to honestly think for themselves too hard. Not seeing that Crouch for all his faults was a man who upheld the truth. Sneaking his son out of prison is dumb as shit, and if that's not living proof, that true love is the most powerful thing on the planet, I don't know what is. Sending him to prison was within his rights; it would've been wise to send them through the veil, but … knowing it wasn't worth the air to talk about that, instead, I rather get to the point as quickly as possible.

"The fact is that I ramped up the timeline that can only benefit the mission! Sam and the rest of the guards are unable to assist us until the ward sealing the island is removed. You know damn well this ward will start hampering our health, too, so getting rid of them is essential to completing the mission. I want to have this done during the strongest magical day for something like this! During the new moon of a new year. Especially for the…" Harry walked in with a plate, and Katherine stopped talking, and Lola quickly figured out what she was talking about, giving her sister a cutting looking. Harry seemed suspicious but rather observed and eventually eavesdropped then tried to demand answers. For not rather interested in the room set aside for him. Taking his meal with him normally, he would find a way to listen but not right now, not this second the beauty of know the future to such precise detail where knowing when to talk openly and when to not do so.

"You aren't seeing the big picture, you are putting me before the mission, and you know as well I, that nothing, and no one is before the mission. It's too important, and we can't afford to slow down and take our time. Their too much at stake that just can't wait for it to be done with grace and my usual panache and tactical approach." She could feel herself going on a tirade, but this is serious, and Lola could be less understanding when it came to my safety, little sister or not; she was the more naturing of the two of us when it came to the plan. Considering she spent the last two years only alive because I intervened in her death, and we only died because my own soul got crushed, killing me too. Breaks and time off had been included in the plan, but I never agreed to it; this was too important to act like this was a leisure trip or that we could take out sweet time doing.

"Sirius Black's freedom can't, truly letting magical Britain be on the right track? Can't wait. Everyone finally living in harmony cannot wait. That also includes giving peace to all the races as they have been given the world over." Kat said with sincerely

"If you want this to work, you have to trust me; I made the right choice."

Still, sis, you need to let me talk this over with Selene talk. I know you can't keep still, so you working on your newest project.

"Yeah, I need to work on the potion coating solution for this continual jaw teeth alignment solution. I haven't been able to work out the when the solution lull point and reactivating again from your 20's for wisdom teeth." Quickly finishing the half dozen then working on another case of essential nutrition and repair potions since we will need months' worth and thankfully the free elves left me the ingredient they needed and I gave them the payment their people once were given for help a jug sweeten cream and elder tree acorn. And will be something once the wards tones come down they can use the second gift to the fullest extent.

I knew I was rambling, and Lola had left the room. I had found the solution, and she knew I had to; it was more to keep myself a bit busy as I worked on the way to use the potion to make an absorbing adhesive semi-solid mold. And that wouldn't take as much time as she wanted to admit. Taking the potion mixing the solution in a way that was familiar to her. Knowing that once they are in school, they would only have time for so much, and there will be way too many orders soon enough once they could get their business reestablished again. with a whole new line of marvels.

Her mind worked autonomously, placing the finishing the molds in a protective case with her two samples that she would use in the years to come, one for a friend the other for a housemate, changing their perspective and as leverage.

The house-elf that was around in the moment passed them a meal. None had noticed yet that the free elves had to take to reactivating the farms and fishing in town, making the town more or less fully functional for the purposes it had been founded for.

Selene, for her part, had been just annoyed when Lola relayed everything; she wasn't supposed to do verbal lashing for coming to get her when she could have waited for tomorrow. she knew better than to back sass her superior. But it was worth it to hear those words of awe.

"So, you snatched Harry Potter from where the order of roasting peacocks hid him from the death eaters against the moronic Beeman's orders? You two must have a giant set of lady balls to pull that off!" Selene was far from what any of the two sisters assumed was the kind of woman Lola and Katherine always aspired to be and well on their way of becoming.

"Ginormous ma'am." Both Katherine and Lola said together.

A tough-as-nails woman and unflappable professional in the field, especially as her husband had to be picked up and relocated to the location of his home, as well as truths she failed to tell him about…

Harry's Perspective

Done with looking around, adjusting to the nicely furnished and prepped room was not only his but was allowed to walk where ever he pleased; he found him outside the living room overhearing their conversation.

"We have done it twice once currently, and in the future, we just left behind. Both times the two of us are getting away with it. This time with no witnesses, apparently reporters had a general idea of where he lived and were watching the place.

"Katherine, Lola, I know he's a lynchpin to this whole plan. Though he's Harry freaking Potter! A bit of warning would have been nice." Katherine scoffed at that from Selene.

"I brought up Harry Potter six times that I had him under our care; the state of his condition and location don't get starstruck now."

"This can only work if we have a child of British blood to take the stones out; no one else could be a substitute."

"Anyone else would die trying. But I find it strange that you're doing so much for him; this is above and beyond."

"Well, it has to do with ending the dark jackass. The last place we need to remove a ward stone is Hogwarts, according to the map after that's a very busy day. When we add in the fact, we will also have to capture of Peter Pettigrew. As well as Avalonian knights, being able to storm in and seize the ministry of magic and all guilty parties. There's also the purification circle to consider! It's a lot. You haven't told him, have you?"

"You're we're trained as a Healer, same as me! That's basic training. We aren't supposed to."

One of the things he had overheard when spent that short time in Avalon was recruits talking about the requirements making the requirements for being an Auror pitiful in comparison and giving a lot more context and awe of the position Katherine, Lola, and Selene hold to be a part of this, to begin with. Remember, healing is a crucial part of Avalon's knighthood, much less a high-ranking position as the three of them held. If you can't heal your compatriots, then you will die in the field. The better healer, the more intensely you are allowed to learn combat and ancient magic that is the rule established. Your rank within the knights was something that took time and effort, and energy to do, not something done as a whim. Many people get invited like Katherine and Lola did and just join in an auxiliary capacity or in the reserves kind of way. They were invited to join but the first to be invited to Avalon personally to join the queen's personal guard since the order's founding. Much less from the youngest nation under the eye of Avalon. It was unheard of! Lola never was one to gloat about the accomplishment, but it was seen as a high honor in the community internationally.

"So, you should sense it the same as me, but maybe we should discuss this with him? Since he's sitting outside snooping." Katherine said, her voice very to the point and lacking any of her cheer and silliness of the day prior.

He came in knowing he had been found out for eavesdropping. Not trying to even pretend like he wasn't listening to what was going on. Even in the back of his head, he just wanted to know what they were hiding, and he knew he needed to ask. They had been honest and clear in what they wanted and what they were doing.

"So, what are you hiding from me?"

"At the moment, something somewhat inactive, but we could agitate if you were aware of it. We can't tell you what's wrong until we have everything in place! So, the faster we get the stones, the faster we can get our lives in working order."

"But why hide it from me at all?"

"Because you currently can't protect your mind. Regardless of Snape's trash lesson." Katherine said bluntly. Lola scoffed but seemed to know exactly how to explain, taking a deep breath deciding to be serious and no-nonsense out of the two sisters. She was the one who was the most consistent about what she was like, a kind and a softer heart of the two, a bit pragmatic considering what she had to do to make sense. Acting like a voice of reason next to her sister more shifting mask. Harry still not getting over their whiplash of Katherine being colder and more unemotional than ice and out of nowhere, seeming to be very silly and very serious, professional.

"Regardless, your body cannot and will not allow you to learn to protect it. Your body is physically unable to do so, so keeping you on a need-to-know basis is essential right now, At least." Lola said with the tone he had heard before when Madam Pomfrey was talking to him about his own body.

"Unless you want to mess this up? Tomorrow? We are removing five of the wards stones closest to central London there in rather random spots of the ward stones while leaving Hogwarts for last this Sunday. Think of it right now as the beginning of your health regimen. Since what we have to do is a medical procedure that a trained healer and runemaster can only accomplish and no one else. Right now, we still need to make the stores of nutritional potions for you as well as get you immunized for magical diseases. But that can wait for right now.

"We got a big day ahead of us."

"And I still need to make the replica of Hermione."

"What the hell? Why do you need Hermione's hair for a replica?!" Katherine said while holding a wooden doll and seemed to be quietly dipping the doll in a steaming cauldron that he had noticed when he wanted to ask about, but after everything, Harry looked scandalized

"I did ask her for the hair! And it's only for the day! Her parents do charity work, and she still has a week off school. It would seem too suspicious if we just showed up if we just said we were friends of hers and we were there to pick her up. Think rationally, Harry, how it would look?! Don't worry, we got it plan; we are your temporary guardians after all."

"You can run into her in the library. Or at least talk to her in the library after the holidays if the need is there for a cover story in the future."

"In order to make this work, I'm glad we got to Selene since she can do a significant part of the plan that needs someone that has access to places we don't. And with her years' espionage, she more than has the skeleton key to ninety-five percent of magical Britain. Tomorrow she's taking care of that half the plan that would've taken using the three months we originally planned on waiting."

"What's that?"

"Endear our secret supporters of the actual government."

"What does that even mean?!"

"Would you like explanations or would like to some action?"

"Katherine, go get some sleep, or so help me. I will slip a sleeping draught into your soda and won't wake you up until we are done; I don't care how fast you can do things? If you pop out of existence in the process of overworking yourself!"

"Yeah, yeah, I got it. I'm on light duty; you don't have to tell me what you want to do right now and tomorrow; I already know the plan. I got the message I'll take the back seat, be the Michelle to your Beyonce; just don't let me fall, okay?

"I have no idea what you're talking about. Just go to bed."

Katherine finally seemed exhausted; it couldn't have been any longer than eight pm, but she was completely worn out; she yawned and dragged her upstairs,

"I'm going to assume everything she pulled tonight and all the magic and the stamina potions she took to pull all this off, is making her finally collapse from true exhaustion; she probably won't wake up until six in the morning. If we're lucky! She forgets even if our bodies look how we mentally feel, she still has the body of a ten-year-old girl at the end of the day, and she needs to treat it better. Best psychic since the circle of Delphi doesn't mean, go lone wolf after already stepping seven years into the past; she knows we can keep playing with time knows better than anyone our minds and souls have to calibrate to existing in this time and place again."

"Sorry, Harry, but we need a mini nap, then we got to head out after midnight; just watch and learn kay?"

He nodded, feeling like he heard enough to know there was legitimate annoyance in Lola not to argue with over it considering the anger was so clear on her face for not acting like the team they all agreed upon being while I was just as mad and wouldn't want Katherine endangering herself and her life just to push the plan forward. But I couldn't lie and say that I wasn't happy that the plan was being pushed forward from the date they explained at the original meeting; they thought they might be done by May of this year if they were lucky and nothing went wrong. While as angry as I felt, I couldn't completely be staying that way even as my head hit the pillow to rest for whatever Mrs. Lovegood and Lola had in store for the night.

January 2, 1989, 2 Am At St Mungo's Hospital, London England

It was an odd trio made up of a child and two adult women strolling through the lobby of the magical hospital. The lack of security or foresight that someone would ever dare sneak working for them. The two Avalonian knights already putting in their minds make this a note of the places that security needed improvements and updates. Walking in like they own the place, the sleeping attendant past visiting hours quietly crept to the long-term spell damage ward. Finding five unfortunate souls but the two they were looking for sleeping fitfully. Their hair greying much too early. And weakness in their frames Frank and Alice Longbottom were a far cry than who they were at the height of the war.

"Here?" Harry whispered to two women, wondering what they were going to do to the Longbottoms; hopefully, it was something good.

"Yes, now watch us work out magic," Selene said with a soft voice

No restraint was needed; another side effect of their new state is deep sleeping. So, giving them the curing elixir was easy enough with a spell without them knowing or waking up.

While Selene was healing, Lola seemed to be spell casting pulling a hair off each of their heads and tying it up to a wooden doll.

Selene carefully placed the Longbottoms on her carpet

Lola tapped the dolls making perfect psychically replicas of the married couple in their place.

"that should hold for 6 months. This whole operation should be over way before that. Thank you, remote spell cancellation," Lola said with a rather happy sigh, but Harry realized so many people were in a similar situation as the Longbottom's; what about them?

"What about the other patients?" he said in a hushed whisper to the Avalon agents.

"That will be up to the officially qualified healers of Avalon when they show up with the rest of the guard. If we do all the leg work? How will the public trust its reinstated government? If their 'spies' healed everyone and hid it. From the public perspective, it's bad for the public image. Once Frank and Alice wake at 1 pm on the 5th? We will inform them and get them up to speed, hopefully, convince Augusta to come with us before that. Though I doubt it will be all too hard. She may be a battle-ax in a lot of ways, but the Longbottoms were part of light 14 families part of Avalon guard then. We explain the process they are getting healed, and she will be more than onboard." Lola nodded, and Selene seemed to nod in agreement.

"What's next then?" Selene seemed to take the Longbottoms out of there with her carpet with a tap of a finger; they were gone with a blip of blue warp. Harry was getting more and more familiar with the more he saw.

Are you up for up for a trip to the alley later? It's a twofer, but do the three of us need some sleep before we pull This off?

Now come on, it's a giant breakfast that I have being made as we speak, but we need to rest

January 2, 1989, 8;30 am, Diagon alley

After six hours of extra sleep, a hearty breakfast, and a decent look robe and appearance distortion spell and Lola and Harry were on their way to diagonally bypassing the bar altogether, flying through the aerial ward layer to get an undetected landing.

Lola shook her head, but only she and Harry could see it. As she softly told him that this would go smoothly as a hot knife through butter.

Morgana's Haven, January 2, 1989, 8 Am, Just Six Miles North Of Chichester

Selene took a deep breath, grateful that she had the giant breakfast and that Luna was cooperative and willing to come along.

Selene's only job is getting Augusta on board today and possibly relocating her estate or at least abandoning it temporarily. The fact she's bringing Luna with her to distracts Neville from his parents' bodies being spoken about. Selene knowing it will be a few days until they will be one hundred percent cured. So, getting her on board and in a safer area was vital. Consider she's met Augusta before? As well as knew her well enough when she 'apprenticed' under her for transfiguration and runes mastery, knowing that getting a bead on a citizen higher up in the chain will be the base for everyone else in her circle for the most part.

She should at least listen and believe Selene at her word. Also keeping in mind to apologize for not coming sooner.

Knocking, knowing if she tried to sneak in, Augusta wouldn't be kind. Luna happily bounced on her toes.

"Well, look at you, Selene! Last time I saw you were still a Papillion. How's Xenophilius? I know that my subscription to the quibbler has been enlightening, to say the least; the coverage on the back end deals from dark-leaning members of Wizengamot seeming to sell many artifacts to knock turn alley getting; tipped off; about; the raid."

"Miss?" Luna lookup to Mrs. Longbottom, who, while stern, looked down at the little girl.

"My mommy said you have a grandson I can play with. Is he here?"

"Oh, such a polite thing! The elves can take you to him."

At her words, a well-dressed elf in a very cute and clean dress appeared, taking Luna by the hand, and popping her somewhere in the house.

"Now, dear, I know better than to believe this is a social call. It's ten in the morning, and you were many things, but you weren't one for popping up unannounced."

"So, what are you really here for, Mrs. Lovegood?"

"It's not too long of a story but" quickly disrupting and breaking all the bugging charms and hexes throughout Longbottom manor.

"I know you will like to hear my proposition, but in exchange, you will need to relocate as soon as possible."

"Young lady, your proposition better have the best explanation on the planet." Augusta's eyes were hardened, and her hand shook from unexpressed anger that was bubbling under the surface, but it was palpable.

9 am Hermione Granger's house In Oxford England

At the same time as Lola and Harry were having their own task to do? Katherine had finished prepping her Hermione replica before setting off on her own journey for the day. It had been decided yesterday already which Selene agreed that we need to split the focus to get the work done faster but as punishment? She personally needed to hash out getting the Greengrass's support tomorrow with Lola present. While Selene alone would get the backing as well, alerting Augusta that her son and daughter-in-law will be waking up soon and capable of being able to raise their son. Once she knows that, everything else will be pretty smooth sailing. She will throw her vulture hat with the people able to cured her son and move them out of the dark ages.

Katherine's many things, shrewd, cold, calculating, and if you ask her family, the embodiment of an overachiever. Katherine, if this was any other scenario, would have been sorry for overworking herself. Putting a mission at risk, risking herself in the crossfire wasn't worth it usually. If the results weren't so perfect and now, they are way ahead of schedule. Instead of cobbling together a plan that will take a better part of a year to complete. When we could be done much faster so bringing Hermione along with me while I do a house call and a Hail Mary to the second half of the plan wasn't a big deal to me.

Her part of the plan was to bring Hermione up to speed and allowing her to do something to help while Lola and Harry go over his financial and inheritance situation dealt with before wanting to be Gandalf figured out something is up. But considering he was off in ICC conference for the next month, it's doubtful.

The house was relatively the same as the one she had visited seven years in the future, making her glad she saved her then and always picking her up now. Knocking on the door Bundled up like she was in the Arctic because it was unbearably cold, and using magic out indistinctly no mag neighborhood wasn't worth the trouble of hiding her spell casting. Opening the door was rather bright-eyed and bushy-tailed Hermione granger and what I assumed her sleeping, sitter.

"Did someone order a 9 am pick-up?"

After a lonelier New Year's Day, then one she could remember in a long time reminding herself her parents had made her wear a mouth guard to sleep, and they were contemplating putting me in braces in the next year. It was a smile that rose on her face that Katherine would be picking her up to the first half of the plan.

"Where are we heading today?" Hermione was curious; while she knew the timeline, she only got the gist of the argument and what kat had been doing last night.

"We got four stops, then lunch, and then I got some inventing. I was going to try if you want to be right hand?"

"Sounds like a fun day to me."

"Come on, the first stone is in the most south part of the island, and I have to apparate us to each of the coordinates."

The rest of the mission to remove the ward stones went swimmingly; we chatted about how esoteric and convoluted the entire scheme was, and it showed how bad inbreeding can be on a small community if this is what devolves into. Considering the life span of wizards, it's ridiculous this is what the country has devolved to.

"Well, I always say immortality would be a blight on innovation, not a blessing." As she made sure to keep table they were eating

"How so?" Hermione

"You know how it is - you put things off for a day, and next thing you know, it's a hundred years later." Katherine recited; I remember having watched the episode in the future since it technically isn't available in America easily, and the Nomaj archives in Avalon haven't finished recording the fourth doctor's era so far, much less the fifth or the current eight doctor.

"Wait a moment, you're a doctor who fans?! But, but!" Hermione, for once, just didn't know what to say. Not expecting the American girl to even be a fan of the show, much less quote the fifth doctor like that.

"Want to hear something insane? The doctor will be internationally referenced soon enough. I know he's your national touchstone, but the show will still be going after more hiatus than anyone show has ever been through. But that bit of silliness aside?" Rolling her head to the side with a soft smile but sharp eyes.

"When you live longer than others, it creates a dissonance, made worse when you realize that by purposely pretending the wider world doesn't exist, you sequestered yourself more in what's comfortable and familiar than progressing forward.

"So, imagine it. A wizard lives two hundred years easily; okay, that's pretty long-lived, but you have all the sentimentality and morality of when you were raised and born. Then add on that most of these people are in charge. You have a maelstrom of issues that to someone like you is clear as crystal."

And she could see living longer isn't necessarily the best thing when the world is rapidly changing, and you are standing still. Worse, refuse to see it in capacity or acknowledge its existence.

"I never realized that. I would think with such long lives …."

"Look how long Nicholas Flamel has lived, and the last thing of note he created was coauthored alongside the king of frauds and shams."

"The reality is magical Britain was doomed the minute they decided they knew better than their rightful government," Katherine said, her tone wasn't jubilant or seemingly hyper. More mellow and logical.

"When it's the upper crust, citizens wouldn't help with establishing anything or putting in the work outside getting away, and its lower-class citizens saw the works as beneath them."

"You have a whole heap of trouble. You saw the past, and it only got worse moving forward. Ninety-eight percent of produce within wizarding markets are stolen from non-magical truckers and doctor the papers to make it seem like it was a clerical error, but soon even that will be a problem for them. The only family growing version of conventional non-magical produce are the Weasleys." Katherine said matter of factly.

"Wait, what?!"

"Yeah, it's one of the reasons Molly stays at home and has so many kids. It just didn't pan out the way they hoped. Their extended family provides the other two percent their apple orchard and their chickens. Technically though the house isn't there's, they only get a percentage of the sale with the other half to the mortgage."

"Can I ask something? I get you are getting visions and all, unlike the fraud? You are able to back up your claims. So why bring us along at all? You said it yourself; you could still pull off this whole plan without us ever knowing the truth."

"Simple it would be us babysitting a scared small child. The Harry we would be working with right now? is not at all like the little boy who has been living in Durzkaban for eight years now. He would have been bordering on broken, sullen, and accepting of anything if it meant never going back. Your friend has pain legitimately deep within his bones pain. So, erasing it and allowing him a future with a family and friends that love him."

"You mean our friend, Kat," Hermione said. Katherine raised an eyebrow at the statement, clearly feeling like she was no friend of theirs

"You may not have known Harry as long as I have or gone through the thick of it. But you're doing all this, and it's all for the benefit of others with no acknowledgment of your participation in the plan. You're doing a lot for someone you recently met."

"You're not wrong, but for me to explain that aspect? Then I need your confidence; there's something that needs to be done near the end of the week. I need your utmost trust."

"What could be so secretive?"

"A ritual that needs to be performed on Harry, but he can't know what it's about."

"Please," pulling out a book from her bag, "keep in mind the ritual will remove the parasitic Voldemort soul piece being the key to bring all the pieces together and send them to the final judge of the afterlife." As she passed a book to her titled, The Abyss, The Darkest Forbidden Magic.

"Please read this book; it explains everything, even a case similar to the one that Harry is in right now. It's not safe to say out loud or to be discussed outside, getting rid of them and rituals to cleanse people and the world of their existence."

"After this ritual is done, no more Voldemort, no more dealing with others' nonsense," Katherine said with finality

"You can't guarantee that or back up your claims?!"

"Yes, I can, but please don't tell Harry we are preparing a ritual for him; if you tell him, it will activate and seize control. I know he's curious but telling him will get him killed." Tapping her finger with her temple.

"Along with death munchers finally getting what they deserve?" Katherine said with a Cheshire grin.

"And I can also guarantee that your general education, math, science, history, literature, and dreaded P. E. Will be coming to Hogwarts by the time you are students.

"Wait, what? You're not trying to derail me right or give me false hope?" Hermione's eyes became brilliant like stars, clearly swimming in the possibility of actual well-rounded education.

"Not a derailment, not a joke but something that was agreed on. Every country still has a standard education curriculum on top of magic studies?! How are you supposed to pass arithmancy without a basic understanding of algebra and trigonometry? How are you supposed to exist as a lawyer, much less healer, and unable to read above a sixth-grade level? That's the thing about magical Britain. I never understood how anyone can sit there and be okay knowing they are under-educated?"

"Where were you all my life?" She said in this awed way, it wasn't romantic. It was finally found someone who gave a damn about actually learning.

"Sadly, thousands of miles and a soul-shattering away." She said with a wry smile. A soft smile rose on Hermione's face.

"God, I can't wait for all the changes! The reshuffling, the overhauling of muggle studies into nonexistence," an almost evil smile appeared on Katherine's face.

"Why need it? If you have blended history class!" Hermione's caught on quickly, her mind figuring it out.

"I'm liking this already; when I say the changes will be felt, I mean it no more inessential electives. No more under-qualified professors. No more biased teaching. No more preferential treatment. Just children getting an education they deserve."

Hermione spun in joy. As they continued in companionable silence together when they got to the third ward stone, a quizzical look from Hermione.

"Katherine?"

"I didn't want to bring this up..."

"It's about Sam?"

"I know," sigh,

"Harry brought it to my attention," Katherine said in a bored and rather sad tone to it.

I know I'm not blind. I can't see him that way, not the way he wants me to."

He's already betrothed to another girl way before he ever met me. He liked her, grew up with her, he meets a pretty girl, and gets cold feet, and thinks he loves me. For missions, I trust him with my life and his intuition. But do I reciprocate? No, I could never. I never felt a spark for him, not the way he wanted from me.

Are you sure?

I know from your perspective we seem like we understand each other I can be rather serious formal at times. But that's how I deal with missions up until this moment. I was the captain even though Sam is the one directly related to the highest rank Avalonian knight. A captain has to be on task and be no-nonsense. But that's a part of a protocol that isn't who I am every second of every day. Sam wouldn't like the woman underneath. That's what I know. You would like the woman underneath so far, the scholar, the dreamer, the inventor, the ambitious jokester? No.

"Jokester you?"

"I know you got silliness in you too. I just saw you dance, and you watched doctor who! You can be silly too! The best joke is the ones that are good fun."

"Now come on, we got two more to go, and at the rate, we are going, there won't be enough time for us to do that inventing before your parents get back from work." Kat, for her part, gets her a soft smile while popping them rather close to where rather odd placed a vacant lot in central long and one stone inside big ben itself.

Knowing the though their quick tasks were done, it was far from over in a lot of ways since Katherine had to meet Selene later to bring her purification solution for one of their secrets after she finishes convincing Augusta to come with her. The only reason they were even taking so long is that Luna and Neville hit off and were playing all over the mansion. It's kind of hard to rip apart new friends.

Final Note: if you want an idea of when I started to write this? Quarantine had basically made of a resurgence, and it's only the second week of December. I knew exactly how I wanted this to go, but I also wanted to end this quickly. Most of you should know I have a . I've decided that I'm going to have a super-exclusive fanfic. Considering that's going to be my last Harry Potter fanfic. You might as well go big or go home. That story wasn't going to do numbers on FFn or AO3; anyway, I might as well monetize.

Oh yeah, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and have a kick-ass Kwanzaa and Festivus for the rest of us! (If you know the reference, you are a real one!) this is just a bit earlier than I expect to post it closer to the date in question, but I'm getting surgery, and I wanted to have this out before that.
