Episode 3: "The Emerald Forest Explosion! Grimm vs. Saiyans!?"

Silence continued as Yang and Blake and Son Gohan and Future Trunks continued to stare at each other.

It wasn't long after the Huntresses-in-training found out about the men's origins, and some of the after effects were still shown on the girls' faces. Like with Ruby and Weiss, Yang and Blake were astounded by these new revelations.

Blake was being extremely cautious, right now. She wasn't sure what to expect from the two Half-Saiyans. Whether they were friend, that would be fine. She could handle that no problem. But whether they were foe..., then she and her partner would have to take matters into their own hands.

Speaking of her partner, Yang had mixed feelings. On one hand, just like her younger sister, she was amazed. It was kinda awesome for her to meet someone that was not from Remnant, while also extravagant to meet someone with super powerful means. It actually felt like a one-time experience for her.

Wait till Ruby hears about this... Yang thought.

On the other hand, Yang was a bit nervous. Knowing the two men were aliens meant that anything could be possible, and adding to the fact that one of them killed a Grimm so easily, made her realize they were potentially as strong or stronger than her. However, as she thought about it once more, Yang now felt a bit suspicious.

If Gohan and Trunks are saying they're aliens, then why do they look human? she thought.

While Blake and Yang were going through their own thoughts, Gohan and Future Trunks were pretty much caught red handed. There was no point in hiding their secrets anymore, and even if they did, they wouldn't do so for long. It wasn't in their character to hide secrets from people, unless there was a very important reason to do so. Even knowing that, Gohan and Future Trunks never had any intentions in keeping secrets. They just didn't expect how Blake and Yang would react to this.

Now they have to hope that they can handle more of the truth.

"Well... more like 'half-alien', to be exact," Future Trunks started off.

"Half-alien?" Blake raise an eyebrow.

Gohan immediately steps forward and states, "Let us explain. You see, me and Trunks are both hybrids of two species. Half of our blood is human, just like you two, while the other half is from an alien race known as the Saiyans."

"So, that's why you look human," Yang pointed out.

"Well... kinda..." both half-Saiyans thought, while sweating a bit. They still weren't sure about telling the girls about how they had tails during their childhood. Thankfully, Yang nor Blake didn't press on that matter.

"So, what are you two doing here?" Blake asked again.

Future Trunks sighs and scratches the back of his head, before saying, "Honestly, that's hard to explain."

"As you heard earlier, me and Trunks are from a planet called Earth. I guess it's pretty much like yours, but with a few differences," Gohan began, with some of it being right off the bat. He and Future Trunks weren't sure there was civilization nearby, but they were certain nonetheless. "We were basically doing what we always do, like taking care of family, helping people, and other daily activities. But then...something happened. We're not quite sure exactly, but whatever happened it brought us here."

"And how long ago was that?" Yang asked in a more comfortable tone. She and Blake were now feeling a bit eased by how Gohan explained his situation to them, mostly on his and Future Trunks' hobbies. It almost pretty much certified the two as good people.

"Not that long, actually," Gohan answered, as he rub his shoulder, "I think it's been almost an hour since we got here."

"That recently?" Blake raised an eyebrow again.

Both Gohan and Future Trunks nod in response. "Trust us, we want to get back home as soon as possible. We don't have any business here," Future Trunks said, "But unfortunately, we're not the only ones."

"There are others like you?" Yang asked, her eyes widening.

"Yes," Gohan answered, "We sensed their Ki a short while ago, but we noticed they have been all separated from one another. We were heading towards the people closest to us, when we noticed the skirmish you two were in."

"Yeah, I kinda was in the moment back there," Yang looked away and sheepishly chuckled, while Blake just sighed at her partner's response. The blonde couldn't help it, though. Those Ursas ripped some of her hair off (even though it was only just a single strand).

Nobody touches my hair and gets away with it! Yang deviously thought.

Ki? Blake thought. She was curious as to what Gohan just said. The feline faunas never heard the word 'Ki' before. She can only guess that Ki was Earth's version of Aura, because they both have a similar ability.

"It's no big deal, really," Future Trunks reassured Yang.

"Well, how about we help you?" Yang announced, while smiling. Both Half-Saiyans lock eyes on her, as did Blake who felt a bit surprised by the sudden request, "Me and Blake, and many others, are in the middle of our initiation exam to enroll into Beacon Academy. It's likely possible that your friends may have come across them. If you come with us, then maybe it'll be easier for you two to find them. Plus, we're all heading towards one location, so I'm positive it will happen."

Gohan and Future Trunks look back at each other. They both felt it was a good idea to join the Huntresses-in-training. They were the first people the two Half-Saiyans met, so this may be their only chance to gain their trust. Plus, unlike them, Yang and Blake were aware of their surroundings. It would be a lot faster to find their friends and family.

While the Half-Saiyans were in the middle of their mental discussion, Blake whispers to her partner, "Are you sure about this, Yang?"

Yang switch her eyes towards Blake and replies, "Well, you heard them. These two don't have anywhere to go. So, what do we have to lose?"

Blake was a bit skeptical. She wasn't 100% certain on the two men. Sure, they did seem nice so far, but she's only known them for several minutes, and that did not help her. However, she did have to give some credit to Yang. Her partner was willing to help them, so there was not much she can argue with her. Plus, Blake didn't want to lose the trust with Yang…

Still didn't mean Blake could not keep an eye on the two Half-Saiyans.

Blake concedes by sighing, "Okay."

Meanwhile...

Back at the Cliffs above the Valley...

The Emerald Forest...

Such a perfect place to do.. anything, really. That is, if you were that specific person.

If you were a sightseer, you would then hike on the trails.

If you were a photographer, you would take beautiful pictures at different viewpoints.

If you were a camper, you would try to find an open area where you can call your campsite.

If you were a Huntsman,... then you would hunt the Grimm.

Currently, the Emerald Forest was being used by the staff of Beacon Academy for their initiation grounds. They were using this forest to qualify their students to be enrolled in their prestigious academy.

The rules and outcome of this initiation have already been discussed. But what wasn't explained was the length of time for the initiation. Normally, all the trainees would have been finished by the end of the day; not even one person had ever finish over the 24 hour mark. However, in the midst of it all, it would take some time for all the trainees to find their partners. Right now, it was getting close to that point.

But this year, that would not be the case...

Standing near the cliff to the Emerald Forest, were two people.

The first one was a man with short, silver hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a pair of shaded glass spectacles and a small, purple, cross-shaped pin on the cowl around his neck. His outfit consisted of an unzipped black suit over a buttoned vest and green shirt. He also was wearing black trouser shoes and long, dark-green pants. In addition, in his left hand, was a black cane.

This man was Professor Ozpin; the Headmaster of Beacon Academy.

The second one was a woman with short, light-blonde hair tied back in a bun and green eyes. She was wearing a pair of thin ovular glasses. She also had a pair of teal earrings that match the hanging pendant on her collar. Her outfit consisted of a white long-sleeved, pleated too that has a wide keyhole neckline and gauntlet cuffs that flare in pleats at the wrist. Her lower body is covered by a black high-wasted pencil skirt with bronze buttons and black-brown stockings. She also wears black boots with bronze heels and a cape that is purple inside and black on the outside. The cut of the cape is stylized to end in flames and arrows, with a row of diamond-shaped bronze beads on the back. Above the line of beads appears an emblem of a tiara that is her personal symbol.

The woman was Glynda Goodwitch; tutor of combat in Beacon Academy.

They were both supervising the soon-to-be students of their school through live-feed cameras that were placed throughout the Emerald Forest on their scrolls. They were also the ones that instructed the students to go take the relics at the temple earlier on.

Usually, every school year, they would casually watch over the students do their initiation through their Scrolls, grade their scores, and place them into their official teams.

This year, however, was nothing but different...

"What the hell...," Glynda cursed under her breath as she replayed the events that had transpired before her. She and Ozpin had earlier looked at a recording of the arrival of the unexpected visitors. The camera feed at first showed absolutely nothing in a designated area. Then, in a split second, there was a bright light that blinded the screen. From there, came several people lying unconsciously on the ground. Neither of the two have seen a phenomenon like this ever in their lives. Even if they did, they knew that there was no record on an incident like this before.

But besides their arrival, they were surprised by the raw strength and power of the ones that had woken up. They had watched a live feed of Son Goku and Vegeta very easily defeating a whole pack of Beowolves and also a live feed of Son Gohan using his hand to easily indirectly kill an Ursa.

The closest people that they could think of killing Grimm that easily were the Maidens. However, unlike Glynda, Ozpin felt that these people were hiding something... like they were holding back.

And he was right.

Not only were they also surprised by the raw strength of the Saiyans, but they were literally shocked by when they confessed that they were from another planet! It was very bizarre for something like this to even be heard of! But with the amount of power the Saiyans had released, they both knew that these individuals were not lying.

Luckily, the teachers were the only ones supervising this initiation. If it were the students as well, then... that would be a whole other story.

"This is.. interesting," Ozpin said calmly, as he finished watching the introductions between Blake and Yang, and Gohan and Future Trunks.

Glynda swiftly looked at her friend. Unlike Ozpin, Glynda was a bit frantic right now. She knew that these people, whoever they were or however they did it, were not suppose to be interacting with the students, or, at the least, not suppose to be in the area at all. She felt like these people were ruining the entire initiation. But, no matter the circumstances, she also knew that Ozpin had to make the final call.

With this in mind, Glynda marches up towards the Headmaster and said, "Professor Ozpin, if I may suggest, we need to get these people out of there!"

Ozpin calmly looks over his shoulder at her, "Why are you proposing this to me, Glynda?"

Deep down, the Headmaster knew what his colleague was feeling right now. It wasn't too often that he would witness Glynda in such a state. Usually, she would feel this whenever things were spiraling out of control, such as this for example. But, out of respect, Ozpin did agree with her... but only to a small extent, though.

"Because, they are posing a risk for the students here," Glynda answered, "From what these people have done so far, this could leave the students with no experience. They are suppose to learn how to fight the Grimm; not let people do it for them. If these people keep doing just that, then these students may not qualify."

Ozpin silently took his friend's words in, as he continues to look at her. While he was a bit worried that some of his soon-to-be students may not pass the initiation, he was certain that the people he had seen so far did not have any intent on interrupting the trainees' goals.

The Headmaster turn his full body towards his colleague, and said, "Glynda, just like you, I too feel surprised by these uncertain events. And while I do understand how your feeling, I don't believe we should jump to conclusions yet."

Glynda burrowed her eyebrows; feeling a bit irritated by her friend's answer. She did expect this, though. Throughout her time here as the tutor for the Combat courses, Glynda knew that her colleague would always be more patient than her. Not to say that she was not patient herself. She did know how to control her emotions.

However, as Glynda was about to respond, Ozpin's scroll began to buzz. With no hesitation, the Headmaster put his device in front of him and noticed that three people were calling him; under their aliases 'Oobleck', 'Port', and 'Peach'. Both teachers look at each other, wondering why their colleagues were calling the Headmaster at a time like this.

Nevertheless, it would be rude to not answer.

Without another second to spare, Ozpin accepted both calls and put them on speaker; so that Glynda can hear what they were saying. "Oobleck, Port, Peach, to what reason should I speak to you about?" Ozpin began, with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.

"Ozpin; we're terribly sorry to speak to you at this moment. But, we have something that we must tell you about immediately," a fast, rushed voice of a man answered on the other side. This voice belong to Dr. Oobleck.

"It's alright, Oobleck. What seems to be the problem?" Ozpin asked.

"Prof. Peach, Prof. Oobleck, and I have found strange specific individuals in our school," a humble, confident voice of another man was heard on the other side. This voice belong to Prof. Port.

Ozpin and Glynda look back at each other. They were out here dealing with the unwanted people in the Emerald Forest. Now, there were people trespassing inside school grounds!?

The Headmaster was now feeling concerned. Never did he remember anyone mysteriously popping inside or near school grounds before. If it was one person, Ozpin could certainly deal with that. But since this was a large group of them...he had to be cautious, because he knew a situation on a scale such as this could lead to bad consequences.

"Are these people causing any harm to the students?" Glynda urgently asked. Just like Ozpin, she was also concern. The amount of individuals that were near Beacon Academy was really starting to get on her nerves. This was all happening too quick for her.

Whether these people are good or bad, they are going to be a problem... she thought.

"No; not at all. Some of these individuals are unconscious actually, while there are others who have just awoken. The ones that are awake seem to be as confused as we are." a young, sweet voice of a woman was heard on the other side. This voice belong to Prof. Peach.

Peach's remarks relieved Ozpin and Glynda. The individuals inside the academy weren't harming anybody, which meant that they didn't pose a threat. It was good enough for them. However, they were still curious...

"Can you all give us a description on these individuals?" Ozpin asked. While he knew what the individuals in the Emerald Forest looked like, he wanted to know the same thing for the individuals inside his school. The Headmaster was a 'know-first' kind of guy.

"Of course. In my classroom, I found two individuals. The first is a human man and the second is a... uh... well honestly, I'm not sure what it is. It's not a Grimm; that I can assure you. But from what I can tell, it seems to be a big,.. round,.. pink thing. In my entire lifetime, I never seen a species of this kind before," Prof. Port said.

Suddenly, as Ozpin was about to respond, another man's voice was heard from Port's Scroll-line; and what he said was... interesting.

"Oi! Who are you calling my friend a big, round, pink thing!? He has a name you know!" an unknown middle-aged man said through the other side.

"...And as you can tell, the man is awake," Prof. Port added in an awkward tone.

"Are you sure this is what this being looks like?" Ozpin asked, while he and Glynda were slightly sweat-dropping from the moment.

"I'm positive," Prof. Port replied.

Just like the Grimm Studies teacher, Ozpin and Glynda were curious and a bit astound by this new specimen. Throughout their lives, the only species that were known to Remnant were Humans, the Faunas, and the Grimm. What Port described to them was anything but that.

"What about you Oobleck? What did you find?" Ozpin asked the History teacher.

"What I found in the cafeteria was extraordinary. Lying on the floor were six individuals; each one having a specific aspect," Prof. Oobleck began, "The first one is a human male with a crossed scar near his right eye. The second one is another human male, who is in a very old age. The third one is another human male, but unlike the last two, this one seems to have a third eye."

"A third eye?" Glynda repeated, a bit surprised by the description of the third individual.

"Yes, yes, yes, it seems very strange. I believe this male may have had a birth defect at a young age. But, I can't be sure. A birth defect like this has never been recorded in our world's history," Prof. Oobleck explained. "Now, the other three are way more interesting than the others. The first is a small, furry cat creature. The second is, what looks like to be, a humanoid doll with makeup, and the third is a pig wearing clothes... that is actually what I'm looking at right now."

Glynda's left eye visibly twitched by the description of the last person, while Ozpin just blinked. The cat creature and the humanoid doll; they can totally understand. But a pig wearing clothes? That literally seemed ridiculous for both them. But nevertheless, this was what Oobleck was telling them. So, they had to rely on that.

"That is... very interesting," Ozpin replied, "And you Peach?"

"Well, what I found is not anything bizarre to what Prof. Port and Dr. Oobleck found," Peach began, "I was in the library, when I found four women, four kids, and two baby girls lying out cold on the floor. The women and the kids are all awake now, while the babies are still sleeping."

"Well, that seems promising," Ozpin said, as he and Glynda both smiled. It wasn't everyday that they would get to see any babies on school grounds. There have been times where parents of the students would visit to see how they were doing. Some of those times, the parents would bring the youngest sibling in the family. It was heartwarming for the staff to see babies in Beacon. They were a prime example of the innocence that was still left in this world.

"So, what should we do with them Ozpin?" Oobleck asked.

"Have them stay in Beacon, for now. If you haven't looked through the live feed of this year's initiation yet, then it is best if we tell you what's going on," Ozpin responded, "Just like with the situation in our school, there have been sightings of unknown people in the Emerald Forest."

As to what had happened to the Headmaster and Prof. Goodwitch, the teachers in the school were surprised by this new information.

"What!?" Peach said.

"How can this be?" Port asked.

"We're not sure, specifically," Glynda answered, "However, we do have footage on how they arrived."

"There isn't much to it, but they appear to have arrived through some sort of strange occurrence. It be best if we show you this footage ourselves later today," Ozpin suggested.

"Is there anything you could tell us about these people?" Oobleck asked.

"Yes, we will…" Ozpin answered. He then went back to the audio footage on his Scroll, while keeping the phone line open. He swipes a few clips away, before stopping at footage of two people, that he and Glynda haven't focused on yet, meeting two more of his soon-to-be students. "Most of the people we found on footage look human. However, there is one individual that has caught our eye…" he explained more.

"Explain…!" Prof. Port started.

Meanwhile...

"It's definitely this way."

"I mean... this way! It's definitely this way."

"Alright, it's official: We passed it," Weiss finally conceded, as she stopped in front of her partner, who was sitting in the grass and casually picking up stray leaves.

{Notice!: This was as far as JLyman, the original author, got in Chapter 3...}

"Are you sure, Weiss…?" Ruby asked, "…I know where we are going…I think…"

"I know we're lost!" Weiss snapped loudly.

"Oh come on! Don't those two know their arguing is drawing more of these weak Grimm creatures to them…" Vegeta said to himself, holding a Beowulf in his hands, then snapped its neck in a twisting motion, killing it.

Goku said as he grabbed an Ursa's paw and barely pushed it away, sending the beast clear past the horizon, "They're kids Vegeta, this kind of thing happens all the time…well, that's what Krillin says anyways…"

"Regardless Kakarot…" Vegeta said to Goku, "…It's obvious that they should have been shown a map or something that will point them in the direction they need to go…"

"STOP CALLING ME A LITTLE KID!" Ruby shouted loudly at Weiss.

"THEN STOP ACTING LIKE ONE!" Weiss snapped back with the same volume as her partner.

Goku looked at the two with a confused look, while Vegeta simply growled in frustration at Ruby's poor sense of direction.

The two girls continued to argue and attack each other verbally, until Vegeta roared as his energy flared up, his shout sent waves of energy powerful enough to send all the Grimm surrounding them flying miles into the sky, and flattening several trees in the Emerald Forest.

This definitely shut the two girls up, especially as Vegeta shouted in the middle of the flare up, "ENOUGH OF THIS!"

The two girls cowered behind Goku at the display Vegeta showed, and Goku looked around and noticed that the dark presence the Grimm were giving off completely vanished. He walked up to his rival as Weiss and Ruby day on the ground, hugging each other comically.

"Hey Vegeta!" Goku asked his rival, "Why're you so angry for...?"

"Oh shut up, Kakarot!" Vegeta said to his fellow Saiyan, "We should forget following these two, we can find the others easily using that Instant Transmission of your's and getting them all together..."

"Instant Transmission?!" Ruby excitedly asked put her face, "What's that! Is it some kind of teleportation?"

"Uh…well…" Goku began to say, "Instant Transmission is…well…instant. You just find someone's energy, and lock on it. Then, you're just, there. And Vegeta, don't you think I haven't been trying since we ended up here? For some reason, I cannot exactly do it like always. It's like the situation when we were inside Majin Buu's head, something was interfering with me sensing the others' energy for me to use that technique. So don't get mad at me!"

"Oh shut up, you clown!" Vegeta berated his not-quite-friend, "Only an idiot like you can make such poor excuses, or screw up so spectacularly over simple things like this."

"Hey! That's not very nice Vegeta!" Goku retorted, only for Vegeta to continue, "Oh don't get me started on your blunders, Kakarot! Giving Cell a Senzu Bean! You not finishing off that bastard, Frieza! Reviving that said monster! Forgetting that charm that would seal Zamasu away! Convincing Grand Zeno to hold that Tournament of Power between universes! You're too stupid for your, or everyone's, own good! For all we know, us being here is your fault! IDIOT!"

"Uh guys?" Ruby nervously said, afraid of what happens to the Grimm will happen to her. But, the Sayians continue to argue, their flaring power levels sending most of the Grimm flying miles away.

"Since when and how is this my fault!?" Goku snapped, "I didn't do anything wrong!"

"When is it not your fault Kakarot!" Vegeta snapped back venomously, "Seriously! Answer me that, Kakarot!"

"Wahhh!" Ruby screamed, alerting Goku and Vegeta from their argument.

"Hey! Where are you girls!?" Goku called out, prompting Weiss to say, "On the back of this Nevermore!"

The two Sayians looked up in the sky and saw a large black bird flying away, actually heading the direction of the ruins, and where Goku and Vegeta sensed Gohan's energy heading towards.

"How the hell did something that big slip by us undetected?!" Vegeta said, which Goku replied, "I don't know, but we should cut off its escape by those ruins, it is where they were headed for already…"

Vegeta grumbled a little in defiance, but agreed as he put his hand on Goku's shoulder, then the Sayian of Earth used Instant Transmission…

Meanwhile…

With Gohan, Trunks, Yang, & Blake…

Two Minutes Earlier…

Gohan held a defensive position as three Ursa got in front of them, Trunks was doing the same with four Beowulves in the opposite direction.

Yang and Blake looked at the two Half-Sayians, then at each other, and with a nod from both of them, Yang walked up to Gohan, and Blake walked up to Trunks.

Yang put a hand on Gohan's broad shoulder, and said, "No offense guys, but Blake and I are in the middle of an initiation test to get into Beacon Academy. Leave these guys to us, or there would be no point in us even coming here…"

Yang winked seductively at Gohan, and instead from his usual obliviousness to romance, he caught on this time that he was being flirted at, and said, "I am married and have a daughter, so I'd appreciate it if you stop that Yang…"

Yang's eyes widened a little in surprise, that someone who looked so young was already married with a child. Her surprise was a moment, and replied, "Oh…well that's a shame…how about you, Trunks?"

"I…I already have someone…" Trunks replied while stepping behind Blake, who had a more obviously shocked face than Yang did at Gohan's rebuff of Yang's flirtation.

Gohan sighed as he said after pushing one charging Ursa into a tree a few yards away, "Alright…be our guest…"

Yang punched her fists together with a confident smirk, and charged at the bear-like Grimm. Blake got her weapons ready and charged at the Beowulves, Gohan and Trunks simply leaped onto a branch and sat down, watching the two girls fight the Grimm. They started commenting on how well they were fighting to each other…

"It seems that Xiao Long prefers melee combat, and those gauntlets of hers also function as guns of some sort…"

"Well…I've never heard of such a weapon before, and it sounds really impractical to me…"

"Trunks…if it works for her, that's good enough. Though I kinda agree, because from what I've seen in her Ki, she likely wouldn't need those weapons anymore with the proper training in Ki control."

"I-I guess, but what about Belladonna? It seems she has two separate weapons connected by some ribbon. The way she's swinging and throwing it around, makes it clear to us at least that she may have seen real combat before…"

Blake's ears, picked up on what Trunks said, and a bit of anxiety took hold of her mind, so she started to subconsciously hold back a little as she took out three of the Beowulves. Yang had no trouble with the Ursa as she was already down to the last one. She delivered a punch to the black creature's jaw, and it resulted in the Grimm's head exploding like a balloon.

Gohan and Trunks leaped down from the branch as Blake finished off the last Beowulf. Yang has barely overheard the half-Sayians' commentary, and asked, "Still think my Ember Celica is impractical boys?"

"You heard that?" Trunks said, rather impressed, to which Yang replied, "Yeah of course…a Huntress should be able to pick out sounds so she doesn't get sneaked up on by a Grimm lying in wait…"

Trunks apologized with a bow, which afterwards, Gohan said, "While we were up there, I spotted some ruins down a cliff in a clearing a few yards away…"

He pointed the direction he saw the ruins as he finished, "…That way…I take it that's where you were heading?"

Yang and Blake ran the direction Gohan pointed towards, and sure enough there was a small, circular temple (or what's left of one), with pedestals having black and gold objects on top of them…

"Yep! That's the place…" Yang said as Gohan replies, "Good…now let's get there soon, I sense one of our friends there. Hang on…"

Before Yang or Blake could ask what he meant by that, they felt the young man pick them up by their waists and faster than they could imagine, they caught sight of Gohan, basically flying them to the ruins. A journey that would take them a few minutes if they hurried on foot, was done in two seconds.

Gohan set them down, leaving the two girls to look at Gohan with confused expressions, but then stupefied when they saw Trunks fly in and land right behind Gohan.

"Wait! You can fly?!" Yang asked incredulously, "How?!"

Trunks explained as the two girls walked to the ruins, "Remember when we mentioned Ki? Well, that's why, it also allows us to do stuff like this…"

An especially large Ursa came after them from the bushes, and Trunks places his hand out and manifested a ball of ki energy, and blasted the entire upper body of the Grimm into oblivion, as its lower half slumped lifelessly to the ground.

Yang thought, D-did I just see that right?! Did Trunks just…fire magic or something at that monster of a Grimm?!

Blake thought, He…he destroyed a Grimm that powerful…so effortlessly…! His aura…it flared up for just a moment, and it surpasses anything I've felt in my whole life…!

Yang and Blake's eyes could've popped out of their sockets they were so wide at Trunks' demonstration. The two were left speechless, until Gohan sensed the ki he was feeling earlier, and noticed it felt familiar.

"I know who's here…!" Gohan said as he noticed something fluttering in the wind behind one pillar of the ruins.

He ran over, with Yang, Blake, and Trunks tailing close behind, and saw a welcome face he recognized…

"Piccolo!" Gohan exclaimed, ignoring an Ursa coming tumbling out of the woods, and a redhead girl landing beside the Grimm as it collapsed dead.

Yang and Blake noticed, but turned their attention to the one Gohan called Piccolo, and he looked nothing like the two half-Sayians. For one thing, he was a literally green man with elf-looking ears! He was wearing a purple gi not too dissimilar to the one Gohan was wearing, with a red belt, and he was also wearing a white turban and a white cape with shoulder pads that stretched past the shoulders, like he was a villain of sorts.

Piccolo stirred awake, causing his turban to fall off, revealing two antennae on his forehead, freaking Yang and Blake out a little as Piccolo looked somewhat like what they thought aliens looked like, but his face looked meaner and scarier than the little green men fiction told them aliens looked like.

Piccolo asked as he rubbed his head, "G-Gohan…?! What the hell happened? Where are we?"

The Namekian warrior looked pleased to see his pupil, but his gaze focused on Yang, Blake, and Trunks, and asked, "Who are those two, and what is Trunks doing back here from the future?"

Yang and Blake looked at Trunks with outrageously surprised faces as the way Piccolo worded his question towards Trunks meant one thing…

"You're a time traveler?!" Both girls exclaimed loudly, utterly floored that Trunks was a genuine time traveler.

Trunks replied nervously, "Yeah…I am…"

Piccolo's gaze zeroed in on Trunks when he said that. He couldn't place it, but something seemed…off about Trunks…

He decided to ask, "If you're here…I take it Bulma's time machine is with you, stored in its capsule form?"

Trunks slapped his forehead hard, how could he forget about the time machine his mother built for him to change the future. He quickly rummaged through his pockets and found his capsule case containing his time machine. He opened it up, and his neutral face turned to utter horror as he said, "The time machine…it's gone!"

"You have a time machine?!" A girls voice said excitedly, "Show me! Show me! Show me!"

Trunks was suddenly face-to-face with the excitable huntress-in-training, Nora Valkyrie. Trying to get Trunks to show her his time machine, despite his objections that it was gone, so she couldn't use it when she started to rattle off about what she would do with such a machine.

Piccolo noticed Trunks' reaction to his only means to get him home to his own time, and knew that reaction was very genuine, maybe he was mistaken. Gohan pulled Piccolo away from the craziness for a minute and briefly explained to the Namekian the whole situation. Yang and Blake were told everything about Piccolo they needed to know as they grabbed a gold knight piece from the pedestals.

Piccolo scoffed as he said to Gohan after his explanation, "Huh…I wouldn't be surprised if your father is why we all are here in the first place…"

Gohan stated, "I don't think so…the Tournament of Power was one thing…but…"

Piccolo sighed as he said, "Yeah…this is beyond Goku's level of idiocy to cause, someone else must be responsible for our predicament here on Remnant…"

"Who's Goku?" A young man's voice asked the two, causing the half-Sayian & Namekian look at a young man with long black hair, Nora's partner in the initiation, Li Ren.

Piccolo turned his gaze towards his right, sensing very familiar, and very powerful ki in that direction. And in a blink, two very familiar men appeared suddenly. They were Goku and Vegeta, two of a very few pure blood Sayians left alive…

Blake and Yang did a double take as Blake asked her partner, "Did two men just appear out of thin air?"

"Ah Piccolo! I thought that was your energy I was sensing!" Goku said as he went over to them, but was pulled back by Vegeta saying, "Kakarot! Did you forget about those two brats riding that giant bird creature?"

Gohan quickly explained to Yang and Blake that the two men were his and Trunks' fathers, the Sayians of their half-Sayian heritage. And sure enough, a large Nevermore soared in the sky, which Vegeta quickly shot down with a Big Bang attack.

Yang saw her little sister, and the 'Ice-Queen' Weiss falling down from the sky. Ruby jumped off the Nevermore before Vegeta blasted the black creature, and said blast propelled her into crashing into her big sister. Weiss wasn't hit by the Sayian Prince's attack, but she fell down like a stone. Then, a blonde boy jumped to catch her, then fell front-first onto the ground, with Weiss landing butt-first onto the boy's back hard.

"My hero…" Weiss said sarcastically to her 'rescuer', which the boy replied in pain, "My back…ohh…"

Goku cringed at the sound of Weiss landing on the blonde's back, it hit with such force that it made a bone-snapping sound, even though it seems the boy was just fine.

The Sayian walked to Weiss and the boy as he held a hand to help Weiss up first, then extended his hand to the boy as he asked, "Hey man, are you okay? That was one hell of a fall ya had…"

The boy groaned as he grabbed Goku's hand and was helped up to his feet by the Sayian, answering, "Other than eating a mouthful of dirt and grass, yeah…I'm fine…wait! I've seen someone with that same outfit before with my partner…"

Goku could sense this boy's ki, and was frankly amazed by the size of his pool of energy. With proper training, this boy could easily be the strongest human, as his ki reserves are as large as a Sayian's on average.

Goku wasn't the only one, Piccolo sensed it too, and noted the kid has potential, as he asked, "Who is that supposed to be…?"

Yang got a look at who Piccolo was talking about (while Ren held back Nora from Trunks in the background), and answered while squinting, "I think that's the guy who vomited when he arrived at Beacon yesterday. Jaune Arc, I think…"

Everyone present at the ruins felt the ground rumble, and heard trees snapping and bending from the forest, noticing the native birds flying away in a panic. From there, they all noticed a dark-red-haired girl wearing some kind of armor with gold details run out of the woods, along with a familiar face to the natives of Earth.

"It's Krillin!" Goku exclaimed happily at the site of his best friend, "Yo Krillin! Over here!"

Krillin was a short man with six dot-shaped marks on his forehead, though two were obstructed by his hair. He was wearing the same orange gi Goku and Gohan were, but he had an additional detail of his gi having the crest of the Turtle School on his back and over his heart.

Krillin noticed his best friend and shouted, "Goku! Get back! There's more of these Grimm things, and they're huge!"

Soon enough, Krillin and the girl (Jaune's partner, Pyrrha Nikos) were followed by around eleven Grimm of a few varying types, all of them gigantic, and riddled in bony spikes. This indicated that these Grimm were old, intelligent, and dangerous.

Vegeta noticed something different about these Grimm, not so much that they don't have a soul (they don't, he thought), it more so seems that they were having…what could be best described as an inverse of how he and the other Z warriors can usually sense ki. These Grimm were like an empty outline, as it feels like energy was being sucked in like a black hole.

This gives reasons for Vegeta to be on guard by the Grimm once more, despite his initial dismissal of these murderous monsters before…

Meanwhile…

Professor Ozpin was a man who rarely got surprised these days, despite being on guard for who he is up against. But this time, he was caught way off guard by the eleven extra-large Grimm that showed up on the security footage. These were close to alpha-class Grimm, usually the kind only professional huntsman & huntresses are allowed to take down. He figured one wouldn't be that much of a problem for his students (though he still will step in if it gets bad), but there's eleven of these guys, and they're of about seven different types.

"Two Nevermore, one Death Stalker, three Boarbatusk, one Ursa, one King Taijitu, two Beringal, & one Griffon…all are much larger than normal…" Glynda said as she watched the surveillance videos, "Professor Ozpin! We have to cancel the initiation, this has become too dangerous for the students!"

"I think this is an excellent opportunity to see what are visitors are truly capable of…they've proven themselves too powerful for the average Grimm, perhaps these ones can allow us to see what exactly they're hiding…" Ozpin replied, taking a sip of coffee.

Glynda looked at the old headmaster with a look that basically said 'are you joking?' and before she could say anything else, Ozpin said, "But, you have a fair point…especially if there are children present in the forest. We'll ready a bullhead and intervene if things get too dire…"

Glynda Goodwitch simply sighed as she headed off to get the bullhead, then a thought crept into her mind…

Wait…children?! she thought loudly in her mind, There are children in the Emerald Forest?! And Ozpin never thought to bring it up-…? Wait, if he didn't bring it up, does that mean…the children are not under threat…?

The combat professor shook her head and headed to the flying vehicle that brought teachers and potential students to the cliff…

Back to Goku and friends…

One minute later…

One Nevermore and the Death Stalker went after the students of Beacon (the future team RWBY & JNPR), but Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Trunks (future), & Krillin prevented the rest of the eleven supersized Grimm from getting past.

This left one Nevermore, one Ursa, one King Taijitu, one Griffon, two Beringal, & three Boarbatusk to fight the warriors of Earth.

Goku chuckled as he faced what looked like the most powerful Grimm among them (and the largest one at a glance), the Ursa. He said after he laughed a little, "These guys look tougher than the other guys we've been facing…I'm excited…"

"Like I would be outdone by the likes of you, Kakarot…" Vegeta growled as he faced the two gorilla-like Grimm on his own.

Piccolo took off his turban and cape, the articles of clothing crashing hard on the ground, as he said, "Either way, this should make a good warmup…"

One of the Boarbatusks charged at Gohan, only for it to get hit by a large energy blast. It surprised the fighters, as it didn't come from any of them present, and when they saw where it came from, they saw two young boys come running to them.

"Goten! Trunks!" Vegeta barked, "Where the hell were you two?"

Goten looked like a mini-Goku (on account of his hair style being exactly like his father, said Sayian) while there was a younger version of Future Trunks with him, the latter replying to his father, "We were following these two weirdos after they found us. A redhead girl, and a guy with long black hair…"

Gohan, Piccolo, & Future Trunks looked at the younger version of the blue-haired Half-Sayian, they knew who Kid Trunks was talking about (Nora Valkyrie & Li Ren), and were glad the boys were unharmed.

Vegeta just groaned as he said, "Nevermind…if you two are gonna fight, do it now. I don't trust these soulless monsters, so you two do that ridiculous fusion dance of yours…"

The sons of Goku & Vegeta stiffened at Vegeta's order, then they complied as they performed the fusion dance Goku taught them during the crisis against Majin Buu.

The two performed the dance quickly (miraculously not messing it up despite the speed), and in a flash, a boy with black & grey hair appeared.

"Tada! The Grim Reaper of Justice, Gotenks the Great, has just arrived!" the fusion Gotenks said while flashing a victory sign, the Grimm looked befuddled at what they just witnessed.

Vegeta slapped his forehead hard at Gotenks behaving like the Ginyu Force, down to the ridiculous poses. Piccolo noticed and said to the fusion like a drill sergeant, "Gotenks! Stop fooling around and take this fight seriously!"

Gotenks froze and replied nervously, "Y-y-yessir!"

Goku blocked the Ursa's swipe, he felt the power behind it and joked, "Wow! That actually stung a little! Piccolo is right, this will be a good warmup. How about I crank up the heat!"

And with a shout, Goku turned into a Super Sayian, his black hair turned golden yellow, and his onyx eyes turned a brilliant turquoise. Vegeta, Trunks, Gotenks, and Gohan noticed and they decided to turn up the heat themselves.

Gohan didn't have to turn into a Super Sayian, he opted to go to his unlocked potential state instead. Vegeta, Trunks, & Gotenks turned Super Sayian themselves, black, grey, & blue turned golden yellow, and all shared the same eyes. Piccolo and Krillin looked at the Sayians and thought that they might as well power up as well.

The seven warriors generated shockwaves with their ki, the force behind the waves so powerful, that the Grimm began to cower a little. Far away, Pyrrha Nikos felt their aura as she, Ren, Nora, and Jaune fought the large Death Stalker. She was impressed…

So impressed at what she was feeling, she said to herself, "Those strange men…that enormous power I'm feeling is coming from them, such ferocity…"

Ozpin felt the sudden spike of power himself too, he marveled at this strength he was feeling. If this is what those visitors are capable of, then the enemies of mankind stand a very good chance at facing utter defeat at the hands of these warriors.

As for the Grimm…well, to put it nicely, they knew they screwed up challenging these people…

Whoever they are, they are significantly stronger than any human they've faced before, almost like they're fighting their master.

Krillin sliced the Boarbatusks into pieces with his Destructo Disk technique, Piccolo used his Special Beam Cannon to decapitate both heads of the King Taijitu, Gotenks used his technique called the Galactic Donut to help Trunks obliterate the Griffon, Vegeta hit one of the Beringal with a Big Bang Attack, while Gohan decapitated the other with a swing of his hand.

Goku judo-threw the Ursa in the direction the students of Beacon Academy were, then fired his signature attack (the Kamehameha wave) at it, and completely obliterate the Ursa.

RWBY and JNPR both just finished the Nevermore and Death Stalker in time to see Goku's attack not only turn the Grimm into ash, but the attack had more power than Goku thought, and blew a chunk of a nearby cliff to the students. Leaving a gash in the earth as large as the ruins…

"Whoa!" Ruby said as she saw the damage done, "Hey sis! Did you see that!"

Goku got used to sensing Ruby's ki signature, and had barely managed to use Instant Transmission to get his friends to RWBY & JNPR.

Goku saw what he did to the cliff, and said sheepishly, "Oops…heh-heh…I got too worked up and went overboard…"

JNPR looked at the Sayian when he said that with stupefied expressions as Jaune exclaimed, "Wait…that laser that left that mark on the cliff, that was you?!"

Vegeta crosses his arms and said, "Went overboard my ***, Kakarot! Those things were stronger than the weaklings from earlier, but they still hardly worked up a sweat! Honestly, those things were hardly worth the effort to go Super Sayian!"

Gohan rubbed his head as he admitted, "I was more concerned about us finding our friends, so I went all-out with the ones I fought…"

Trunks added as he powered down, "Same here…"

Krillin chuckled a little as he admitted that he did the same too, as Ruby, Yang, Blake, and Weiss made it to JNPR.

"Wait…whaaat?!" Ruby said after JNPR explained what Goku said, and the laser that blew a chunk of the cliff came from him, "HE DID THAT?!"

"Yeah…" Goku said as he chuckled, his golden hair turning back into black, "…I try to hold back a little, after all, I don't want to accidentally blow up the entire planet with that attack. But those Grimm guys were determined, they even put up a good effort, though they were still not strong enough, but their ferocity got me worked up and well…"

"If you didn't angle that Kamehameha to fire harmlessly into the sky…" Piccolo said as he put his weighted clothes back on, "…You would've likely blown a chunk of the entire planet into smithereens, making the planet look like that moon presently in the sky right now…"

"Yeah, seriously Goku…sometimes you're too strong for your own good…" Krillin added.

RWBY & JNPR (minus Nora, who is distracted with her relic) were utterly speechless at Piccolo's observation. Weiss said in response, "You…have to be exaggerating…there's no way you guys are powerful enough to destroy planets…that's something that is impossible! And even if it is possible, only a god can have that kind of strength…"

Vegeta snorted as he held in a boisterous laugh, and responded, "Oh believe us…we're strong enough to match that kind of power…White…was it…?"

Weiss blushes in fury as she snapped, "It! Is! Weiss!"

Gohan added in thoughts aloud, "Isn't Weiss German for white…?"

Blake noticed Gohan mentioning that and thought, German? I seem to recall him mentioning something about, Japan, America, France, England, Egypt, & China before…are those, the names of kingdoms this planet Earth has…?

"Oh? If you're really that strong as you claim, then perhaps we can discuss this back at Beacon Academy…I believe most of your friends are currently waiting there…"

Everyone turned around to see an old man with a cane looking curiously at them, and a blonde woman with a riding crop beside him, glaring at the other-worldly visitors…

"Professor Ozpin! Professor Goodwitch!" Ruby exclaimed in surprise, "W-w-w-wait a minute! It's not what it looks like! Becau-…!"

"I am fully aware of the fact that these people are from another world entirely, Ms. Rose…" Ozpin said as he took a sip of his coffee, "…and I'm aware that they display powers far greater than that of most huntsman & huntresses, perhaps all…"

Vegeta scoffed/chuckled as he said, "Please…if we wanted to, we could wipe out this entire solar system off the face of the universe. Tell me why should we come with you, and why I shouldn't destroy you right here and now…"

Ozpin kept his composure very well, but it was clear to Glynda Goodwitch that Ozpin was nervous. This man, whoever he is, he was making Ozpin more nervous than…'she', ever did. And that was reason enough for her to ready to bring this 'Sayian' down, even if it's futile.

Ozpin answered the Sayian Prince, "As I've stated, I believe your friends are with us at Beacon Academy, no worries, they're safe. There's a large pink creature in one of our professors' classrooms…"

Goku perked up as he said, "Whoa! That sounds like Majin Buu! He's here too!"

Ozpin thought, So the pink creature's name is Majin Buu…I suppose Peter was right about that gentleman with this 'Majin Buu' character's name…

Ozpin explained that several individuals were present at the school, and the minute he mentioned a woman who was named Bulma, Vegeta demanded that he take him to his wife.

It was good they were leaving immediately (Ozpin added that despite the circumstances that the initiation was interrupted by the Dragon Team, RWBY & JNPR both passed), and they all boarded the bullhead. The last thing that was said as they took off towards Beacon, was Son Goku asking…

"Could we get something to eat at this school place? I'm starving after all that, I feel like I haven't eaten in ages…"
