Well, here we are, the end of this romp of insanity. Hope ya'll enjoyed the ride of criminally insane maladjusted team RWBY!
"Blast it!" James Ironwood swore, smashing his flesh and blood hand onto the desk. He seethed, stewing in his anger and resentment at the foolishness of his superiors. Yes, the raid was a success. Yes, they executed or arrested dozens, if not hundreds of various soldiers of both the Red and White Queen's private armies (and he refused to think of their gangs as less than enemy combatants at this point). And yes, neither the queens nor their pet enforcers had been seen in a month. But that didn't mean they were dead! James knew what finding no bodies meant…the four were alive, somewhere, just biding their time.
But his bloody fucking superiors did not grasp the concept! They refused to allow him more room to hunt down the remnants of their organizations! They claimed he'd already blown too much goodwill, sending tanks down the streets. Said it made the citizens fear them more than the gangs. Pfft. As if those soft-spined citizens understood what real fear was. They had no idea what faced them.
James was broken out of his increasingly dark thoughts by a soft knock on his office door. "Enter," he replied exasperatedly, glancing up at the door to see his newest intern, a dark-haired young faunus man named Billy. The damned fool could barely keep his head up, constantly ducking it out of shyness. It exasperated James to no end.
"What?" James snapped, Billy flinching in place. Silently, the black-haired Faunus held out the coffee mug. James rolled his eyes, sighing. "Chin up, soldier. No need to be so scared." James took a sip from his mug, turning his back to stare out the window. The day was overcast, cloudy, darker than normal for nearly noon. The rain that began falling down suited his mood perfectly as he took another sip, letting the warm liquid warm his core, slightly dulling the edge of his bleak mood.
"Alright sir, I won't be afraid," came the cheerful voice from behind him, nothing like the quivery one he was used to. Every instinct in James' body spurred into action, his hand slipping to his waist to grip at his pistol as he spun but…coming up empty. His eyes went wide as 'Billy', holding his pistol in hand, smiled sultrily at James. James snarled, moving to take a stance to protect himself when he found his vision blurring.
In seconds, every ounce of strength seemed to leave him, his knees buckling as he barely managed to grip the edge of the desk in time before falling. Arm quaking under the pressure of holding his weight up, he glared up through bleary eyes, seeing…the mug! "You…you put something in the coffee?"
'Billy' giggled at that, reaching one hand up to his eyes to remove a contact. As the second one came loose and he looked back over at James, the drugged man's eyes went wide as he saw the bright amber colored eyes staring back at him. "Belladonna!" he hissed, his voice cracking in the middle of it.
"Guilty as charged, Captain. We thought we'd repay your visit is all!" Blake slowly stepped towards Ironwood, twirling his gun in her hands as she practically skipped over to the desk. Hopping up on it, she crossed her legs as she looked over at Ironwood with a smile.
"You…you're going to fucking die, Belladonna! My men will figure out something is wrong soon!"
"Oh, I will absolutely die, Captain, that is for certain. But your men? What men? You mean…these ones?" Blake pulled her scroll out, turning the screen around to reveal what appeared to be the security cameras inside the building. James' eyes went wide, wider still, horror written across them as he viewed the absolute carnage shown through the cameras. Bodies strewn about, blood spattering the walls, pieces of people plastered to the walls. Nothing moving in the halls, save the brief flicker in the camera heading to his office. Blake smirked, double tapping on that particular camera, the image zooming to fill the entire screen.
Arms folded behind her head, walking as if she had no care in the world, Yang strolled along, seemingly chatting about something to the two women walking behind her. Behind, carefully checking her gun with one hand, came Weiss, the other hand holding the hand of Ruby, the Red Queen almost skipping along as she replied to something Yang said.
James just looked up at Blake, body still refusing to cooperate as his arms finally gave out, his body collapsing to the floor with a clatter. Blake spun about, ignoring him as the door slid open, the other three women stepping inside.
"Blakey!" Yang cried out, smiling wide as she strode forward to pull Blake into a kiss that was not appropriate for polite company…or any company for that matter.
"Where's ole Ironwood?" Ruby asked, peering around the two wrapped up women. Blake broke off the kiss, smiling down at Yang as she jerked her head in the direction of the desk before reattaching her lips to Yang's. Ruby casually skipped over, looking down at the prone, half-conscious form of James Ironwood collapsed behind the desk. "Why hello there, Captain! So glad to finally meet you! Yang, do you mind?"
Yang growled for a moment, before reluctantly breaking off the kiss with a sigh. Stalking around behind the desk, she gripped Ironwood by the arm and yanked him to his feet, seemingly not noticing the dead weight. Blake casually stuck her leg out, getting her foot behind the desk chair's back and spun it over into place for Yang to manhandle Ironwood's form into the chair. As she finished, she turned back to Ruby and arched an eyebrow, letting out a silent cheer when Ruby nodded, her smile not fading. Yang skipped back over to Blake to continue their reunion, as Weiss stepped forward to stand next to Ruby.
"Captain James Ironwood. A pleasure," Weiss said calmly, giving the slightest inclination of her head. "We apologize for our intrusion, but our gratitude to you was simply too great to ignore any longer."
James' head lolled to the side, his blurry vision barely able to focus as sweat dripped down his brow. "W-what?" he managed to croak out with great effort.
Ruby stepped forward, hopping up and sliding over the desk smoothly, landing on her feet on the other side. Leaning against the edge, she spun his chair to face her, smiling widely. "Well James, can I call you James? See James, you did me and Weiss a solid."
"Weiss and I," came the deadpan correction from Weiss.
Ruby rolled her eyes. "Weiss and I. Anyways, if you hadn't almost blown us up, why, we'd never have had our lovely romp in the sheets and realized we're so deeply in love, like my dear sister and the psychopath."
"Antisocial personality disorder is what it is now, Ruby!" Blake called as she broke off her kiss with Yang.
"Yeah, and I think that's all of us anyway lil sis," Yang retorted.
"Will one of you let me finish the story?!" Ruby snarled. Blake giggled, Yang snorted, and Weiss simply let the corner of her lips twitch up as Ruby turned back to Ironwood, rolling her eyes again. "So rude, so rude. Anyways, as I was saying, you managed to get Weiss and I together! So, we decided we needed to return the favor! Of course, you're married to your job, so couldn't help you much with that, but we figured something even better out!"
Weiss eye twitched. "Ruby…must I say this?"
"C'mon! We talked about this!"
"It's…foolish." Ruby turned to Weiss, eyes wide, lip quivering behind the ever present smile. Weiss stared Ruby down, eyes locked, finally letting out a long sigh. Turning back to the slumped form of Ironwood, Weiss deadpanned. "We decided to make sure you too…were fucked."
Ruby clapped gleefully as Weiss facepalmed. Turning back to James, Ruby's smile widened further. "We thought about drawing this out, but honestly, I wanna get back to fucking Weiss in our lovely new office. And those two are so thirsty for each other ever since Blake began this little undercover job they ain't gonna wait much longer. So we'll make this nice and simple, Captain." Ruby grabbed his chair and moved it over towards the large window behind the desk, positioning it so it faced outwards. Kneeling next to him on his left, she casually threw an arm over his shoulder.
Weiss approached behind Ruby, hand gripping her shoulder as the other two separated enough to step to Ironwood's right. Ruby smiled once again as she spoke to the barely coherent Ironwood more, waving her free hand forward as if gesturing out at the city view ahead of them. "Look out there, James, the city you tried so hard to protect. But don't you worry none my friend…we'll look after it for you. It's about time for you to retire, I think."
Yang slammed her hand down on his shoulder, a wide grin on her face as he felt something soaking into his clothes. Rolling his head to the side, he could see something spilling out of a small bottle in Yang's hand, soaking down his side. A moment later, the soft orange glow of a match lit, Blake striking it carefully and handing it to Yang, the blonde woman's grin going wider. He felt, more than saw, Weiss reaching to her hip and retrieving her pistol, aiming it at the window in front.
Ruby climbed to her feet, stepping behind Ironwood's chair and leaning against it. With a snicker, Yang dropped the match, the gentle flame flickering as it fell through the air. Moments later, it hit his jacket, the accelerant Yang had poured lighting instantly. He had no voice to protest, to scream, to even begin to fully comprehend as the flames began to spread, to cover over him, slithering across him like a serpent of flame.
Weiss' gun roared out in the confined space, bullet after bullet smashing into the reinforced glass to weaken it, specially chosen to break and shatter the glass in front. Ruby, her widest smile yet, let out a cheerful cry as she kicked the back of his chair, sending him careening out the breaking window, unable to move, to scream, to fight…sending what was nothing more at that point than a corpse out the window, for all the world to witness.
Ruby stretched her arms wide, letting out a gleeful moan as she felt the tension fade. The clouds began to part, sun shining down onto the shimmering, shattered glass before the women, the scent of burning flesh slowly filtering away in the wind. Ruby glanced down, twenty, thirty stories down, barely able to see the large, burning pile of body parts that was all that was left of Captain James Ironwood.
"Whelp, we did good work today, team. I say we go home and relax, eh?" Ruby remarked, basking in the warm sunlight. She felt a hand reach up and pull one of her arms down, another cool hand sliding into her own. Ruby glanced over to see Weiss, a tiny smile crossing her lips.
"Let us return to our home, Red Queen. I expect you to keep to your word, after all," Weiss said, eyes swirling with desire.
Ruby chuckled, gripping Weiss' hand tightly as she spun about towards the door. "Of course White Queen! Let us sally forth!" She pointed dramatically with her free hand towards the door, before pausing. "Yang, Blake, you gonna come along, or just gonna fuck in here?"
Blake chuckled as she gripped Yang's arm tightly, snuggling into her side. "No no, this office is tainted."
Yang leaned her head over and kissed the top of Blake's. "Yeah, we'll take Bumblebee and go home for the night. Maybe I'll leave a couple gifts for the FD but otherwise we'll keep it quiet."
"Works for me! Alrighty then, let's go home, Weiss," Ruby said, her smile softening as she gazed over at the white haired woman at her side.
Weiss returned the gaze softly, gripping Ruby's hand tightly. "Yes. Let's go, Ruby. Home."
