"Powerful Creatures Speaking"

(Mid Chapter Authors Notes)

I sit back in my chair, arms behind my head.

"So, what the heck was that?" Note deadpans.

"I was able to tap into a little bit of power from... the thing." I explain.

"The thing?!" Basaku gasps.

"I doubt I even brought out one percent of the power, though."

"I see." Erito lowly mutters. "With your current mastery, it isn't even a challenge for Super Saiyan."

"Eh." I shrug. "I might be a slight challenge for Note... maybe... honestly it depends."

"Oi." She pouts.

"Yeah, you're probably right." I agree with a small sigh. "I have plans for how to make it not only be on par with super Saiyan, but surpass it, though."

Forte frowns and blinks slowly at me, seeming slightly suspicious of my schemes.

"Anyways, it looks like your power increased quite a bit, eh?" Beat grins.

"Yeah." I slowly nods. "The thing apparently really helped out. I'm not sure if it was residual energy... or I got the mother of all zenkais... but something definitely happened."

"Ugh. If you can put it on top of super saiyan you are going to be absolutely horrifying-" Note begins, only to get abruptly cut off.

"Note, would you like to fight, Beat?" Our teacher asks.

"Nah, I'd like to fight Glace, though!" The girl grins as she stands up.

She floats down to the arena and stands across from our teacher.

"You... want to fight Glace?" He asks slowly.

Glace is our current number one, she's a frieza race and had surpassed both of the Kais after entering her second form.

The changeling in question pauses as Note smiles directly at her, enters a dragon ball charging state and begins shaking the arena with her power as her hair begins to stand up.

It flickers gold. "HAAAAAAH!"

A brilliant golden aura explodes out from her as her hair flashes gold, her eyes turning from black to teal.

"…"

"I give up." The Changeling girl deadpans.

"I see..." Our teacher slowly mutters. "Uhhh... Beat, would you like to Challenge Erito now?"

"I can turn super saiyan too." He states. "Can I just go ahead and fight Note?"

"I-" our teacher freezes. "You can also turn super Saiyan?!"

"Most of us can." Basaku grins.

This is one of the first times I have seen our teacher legitimately surprised by something.

"I- what?"

Beat stands up and struts down to the arena, his hair spiking slightly as he walks down the steps, there is a flicker of gold around him every couple of seconds.

I look to the group. "Well, I can sort of already see how this is going to play out. I'm going to go get some training in. Now that you are all super saiyans I need to work extra hard to keep up. I'll see you guys later... I don't think I'll be going to school the rest of the week, though."

"What?" Basaku asks. "Why?"

"Eh. We aren't really required, are we?" I ask. "Besides, I really need to work on some stuff."

"You lot will know where to find me, of course." I hum.

"The crevasse?" Erito asks.

"Yep." I nod. "I'll see you guys at the tournament. I hope you all kick some real ass."

"Times five..." I whisper as a crackling red aura surrounds me, I shoot a barrage of blasts forwards, each freezing in the air.

My aura drops a moment later as I let out a long breath.

It doesn't hurt as bad as it did when I attempted the times one... this system really is miraculous...

'lets try something differient...'

"Kaioken... point one."

A red outline surrounds me, it's not even an aura, just a simple outline.

I flick one of the ki orbs back at me, it moves extremely quickly, in fact I can barely see it.

I barely dodge it under the effects of ten times gravity.

The red outline fades.

"Times one."

I duck the same orb as it rockets towards me.

The kaioken aura drops.

"Times one." I repeat, dodging the same ki blast.

I have been doing this for the past six days now, spending basically all day doing this and only this.

The tournament is supposed to start tomorrow, from what I have gathered, it looks like our four strongest are going in, Viola, Basaku, Forte, and Erito.

I seriously doubt they'll get past the first round...

But they MAY have a chance in the 'unluckies' tournament which starts on the third day.

I seriously doubt it, though.

The unluckies tournament is made up of people who faced INSURPASSABLE odds in the first rounds of the tournament, like a first year going up against a sixth year who not only is stronger than the first year's super saiyan in their base form, but also has access to super saiyan three.

That sort of thing.

I'd place my friends at around second year levels of strength. There's probably a couple there who can become super saiyan and stuff like that, but I seriously doubt there will be many.

"Times one." I whisper as I bat away the ki sphere with a small frown

It is incredibly heavy, the weight of the ki is that of someone five times stronger than me, so of course it'd be a little difficult for me to manage.

It's a little strange that they kept the same strength after I dropped out of kaioken, I could probably use this to create far more durable barriers and constructs.

I punch the swiftly approaching blast as hard as I can, wincing as I feel my knuckles shift slightly.

'ow ow ow ow.'

'Power through the pain!'

Why the hell did I create more than one of these?! I can barely keep up with one!

I sit in the stands, right beside my best buddies as the arena's noise assaults my ears.

"How good do you think we are going to do?" Basaku grins next to me.

"…"

"Do you want what you want to hear or do you want me to be brutally honest."

"Uhhh honest?" Beat asks.

"They are going to be absolutely obliterated."

"What?" Basaku pouts. "No we aren't!"

"You're probably on par with most second years, definitely impressive, but at the same time... year three probably has some super saiyan twos, year five possibly has super saiyan threes, and year six might even have a super saiyan four... each with base power possibly exceeding your super saiyan state."

"…"

"Ouch. You really don't think we are going to win, huh?" Basaku frowns.

"It's being realistic." I deadpan.

"He's right." Note shrugs.

"You miiiight be able to get slightly far into the unluckies tournament, but I honestly don't see you winning that either."

"Damn, dude... you're really killing my self conscious." Basaku pouts.

"Confidence." Erito interjects.

"Confidence." Basaku repeats.

"You shouldn't focus on winning." I state with a small smile. "You should focus on impressing mentors. You being super saiyans in year one is probably enough to gain their attention... but you need to impress them. Show them that you have incredible potential."

I watch as the Saiyan elite just behind me frowns and cups her chin.

"The brackets have been decided!" A chipper voice announces, speakers all around us projecting his voice.

The area around us is a massive stadium, bleachers all around, before us is a massive arena, apparently made out of katchin.

A set of massive jumbotrons hangs upon a floating island, four in total. a clear bubble of ki surrounding it.

The sheer scale of this is astounding... in the distance I see a couple islands floating about, from what I can tell, people like goku watch from there.

Upon the jumbotron is a massive scrolling list.

The first fight that catches our attention is Forte against some third year by the name of 'Ice'. Clearly a frieza race, but I don't understand how they managed to get the name 'ice'. I would have thought the cold-based naming thing was almost tapped out.

If I don't see a 'frozone' sometime I'll definitely be disappointed.

Anyways, the next fight we have to worry about is Basaku fighting against a sixth year...

He's fucked.

The next two fights might actually end in our favor, Erito against the second year rank ten, and Viola against the second-year number one.

"Oh good. Most of your matches are early." I mutter.

"What, are you gonna leave in the middle of the tournament?" Basaku asks.

"Well, yeah. I'd like to get some training in." I shrug. "The faster I get stronger, the better my chance of kicking this tournament's ass next year."

"He has a point." Forte shrugs. "He's weaker than us so he has to work harder."

"I'm weaker AND I can't turn super saiyan." I cut in. "So I have to work even harder... but I've got an idea on how to match you guys. I don't think I'll be able to do it until late next year, though."

"A way to match super saiyan?" Beat frowns.

"If anyone can do it, it's him." Basaku grins.

The tournament begins, the first few matches fly by, then before I know it, it's Forte's turn.

She stands across from a large lizard like creature- frankly xenomorphic in appearance.

People probably think she's about to be obliterated.

A golden aura appears around her as her hair spikes upwards, it flashes gold as her eyes turn teal.

From what I can feel, the gap between them is only like... five percent or so.

I look up to the monitor.

'oh, they have a power level meter.'

First Year Rank 3: Forte
Power Level: 5,938,700

Third Year Rank 11: Ice
Power Level: 6,253,634

Sort of astounding that she could be within spitting distance of a third year.

"Begin!" The speakers command.

They blast forwards, meeting in the middle, hands clashing as the girl narrows her eyes at her opponent.

The Changeling's tail lashes out and smashes into her side, sending the saiyan girl flying through the air, she stops her momentum with a ki wave to the side, the blast propelling herself back towards the Changeling at rapid speeds, I see his eyes widen briefly as her foot makes contact with his face, snapping his head to the side.

Forte points both hands at the large xenomorphic alien and unleashes a point-blank beam of ki that washes over him.

As the smoke clears it reveals Ice on his hands and knees at the edge of the arena, bio armor scuffed and cracked.

He lunges forwards with a shout, purple aura crackling around him as he appears in front of the super saiyan.

She crosses her arms and blocks a brutal haymaker that shoots her down into the arena, she bounces off the floor and flips backwards just in time to avoid a diving kick.

She shoots a point blank ki blast into the boy's chest, staggering him.

His tail snakes out and sweeps one of the girl's legs, she is sent into an impromptu cart wheel, his elbow finds its way into her sternum a moment later, shooting her away from him.

She rolls to a stop just before falling out of the arena and slowly gets to her feet.

She wipes her mouth and glares down at her hand.

Her head snaps up as the large alien appears in front of her, she barely lurches around a punch, smashing her shin into Ice's, she leaps up and flips over him.

His tail lashes out, aiming right for the saiyan's stomach, but she holds her hands out, catching it before it meets its mark.

The Changeling's hand snaps up, shooting a point-blank beam at the girl that crashes into her, she gets flung across the arena once more.

Ice charges across the arena, deciding to end this little fight, but he is suddenly blasted backwards by a pulse of power.

Forte slowly raises herself up, she has gained quite a little muscle mass, her hair has changed from a golden yellow to more of a bleached yellow color, she lets out a long breath of annoyance.

She clears the distance between them instantly, smashing a fist into the frieza race's face, snapping his head back.

She lands a quick trio of punches that I can barely see, then spins around and smashes her leg into Ice's side.

She hurls a ki wave at the white and black xenomorph, launching him well out of bounds, creating a small crater out of the arena.

"FORTE WINS!" The voice cheers as the girl raises a fist and drops out of super saiyan.

The crowd goes absolutely wild.

It is commonplace for someone to beat someone of a higher year, typically a number one place defeating someone from lower down in the rankings of the next year... but it is almost completely unheard of for someone to best someone TWO years older than them.

Forte is definitely going to be getting some master requests.

I turn to look at the others. "When the heck did Forte learn how to do grade two?!"

"I dunno." Beat shrugs.

I cup my chin and let out a low hum.

"He's got the thinking expression again." Note states.

The others look at me, causing me to glance over.

"Oh, it's not that much of an idea right now... I just wanted to suggest something to Forte."

"What were you going to suggest?" Basaku asks, I can barely hear him over the crowd.

"For her to skip over mastering base super saiyan and try to master grade two."

"oooooh." He hums with wide eyes. "I've never heard of someone trying that."

"That's because after they master Super Saiyan they immediately go for Super Saiyan two." Note cuts in.

According to the scouter-net it's also possible for people to master Super Saiyan two, and Super Saiyan three, the latter of which requires the saiyan to have a tail.

But those idiots don't realize... that if it's possible to master both, reasonably there's a grade two and three for each as well, right?

I nod to the girl who is slowly walking out of the arena, her nose is bloody but she has a victorious- and slightly savage- grin on her face. "She'd probably be able to do it considering how early she figured it out."

"Yeah." Basaku grins.

He looks up to the board.

"My match is coming soon! Wish me luck." He states.

'Basaku your optimism is probably your best feature.'

Watching Basaku wail on a sixth year in his base form was... disheartening...

The fucker didn't even move! He blocked all of his attempts with a finger! Then threw him out of the arena by powering up!

It was a human! A human's who's base power level was well over forty million!

In the next fight, Erito absolutely trashed his opponent, another human, with around twice the base power as him, yet could only manage a kaioken times eight.

He finished that fight up swiftly, coming out as the victor in no time.

As for the final match?

A blue-ish super saiyan clashes with a second, this one gold, there is a fair gap between them... and my classmate isn't winning.

Her opponent, a male saiyan with a greenish gi, smirks cockily as he weaves in between the girl's punches.

He lands a blow on Viola's stomach, but she hammers a fist into his cheek, snapping his head to the side.

This seems to piss him off, his eyes narrowing as he lunges forwards, reappearing behind the girl, he grabs her hair and smashes her head into the katchin floor tiles, grinning savagely as he does.

Viola's leg arcs out, her heel smashing into the back of the saiyan's head, causing him to let out a groan as he is flung forwards, he flips and lands on his feet as Viola shoots a ki wave at him.

He responds with his own, the beams meet head on, the blond Saiyan's blast quickly approaching the bluette's

From here I can read the lips of the irksome saiyan. "You? Legendary?! Bullshit! You are utter garbage!"

"Man. I hope Viola snaps and breaks this cocky bastard in half." I mutter.

"Mn." Forte hums in agreement.

There is a pulse of green that tints the entire arena, followed shortly by a pulse of white.

Viola's beam begins steadily moving back towards the saiyan opposite of her. Her power spikes.

The boy widens his eyes and puts both hands into his attack, pushing out more energy to cause the beams to settle in the middle.

There is another pulse of energy, this time reddish.

"Oh goodie. She's snapping." I hum.

Viola's hair spikes up even more and flickers a sickly green as her pupils shift to yellow.

She lets out a roar as the beam clash quickly shoots towards the cocky saiyan, her muscles bulking up-

Someone instant transmissions into the arena, knocks her out, then teleports the both of them away, eventually the saiyan left in the ring manages to fight off the blast- now that it has lost its energy source- and deflect it off into the sky.

"I wanted one thing today..." I sigh as I watch the Saiyan wipe off a cold sweat and raise his hands in victory.

"This guy is pissing me off." Basaku lowly growls.

Honestly a little impressive considering how happy go lucky Basaku normally is.

"Man... I hope he's still in the tournament next year... I'd love to kick his ass." I state.

"Same." Beat nods.

"Ditto." Note agrees.

"I as well." Erito nods.

"Mhn." Forte hums.

"Do we have to wait?" Basaku grins.

"Rule one." I deadpan.

"We'll go outside the city." He states.

"Rule two." I continue.

"It's just sparring! We won't cripple him!"

"He'd beat any of us in a one on one. That'd overinflate his ego even more that 'weak saiyans had to gang up on him to even stand a chance' Let's wait till that isn't the case." I state.

I stand up. "Well, if Viola comes back- I don't think she will for a while as I think the kais are going to have to fix her seals- tell her that I wish her well, and that she did good. I'm going to go train so I can beat the ever-loving shit out of what's his face next year."

I look to the monitor.

First Year Rank 1: Viola
Power Level: Error

Second Year Rank 1: Treble
Power Level: 12,249,650

"Treble." I nod once, narrowing my eyes.

Even if I wasn't friends with Viola... his arrogance pisses me off.

One of these days, probably next tournament, the cocky bastard will get what's coming to him.

Pov: Elsewhere, two weeks after the Conton Academy Grand Tournament

Hn. Strange. This is the spot where it happened yet...

No new kais have declared that they have become 'supreme'. No new god ki signatures have made themselves known...

It was just a sudden burst... then nothing...

A pink haired, petite kai frowns as she cups her chin.

Another supreme kai would have been extremely helpful. Not only the physical abilities of a kai gets increased by the transformation, but their magical abilities as well.

And, well... Conton pretty much relies entirely on the kais to make it work. They grow the island, supply the oxygen, keep the plants tended to, create buildings from nothing... without them, this island would be nothing more than the original.

A floating metal platform of katchin barely a few thousand feet wide without any serious plant life around.

Maybe they should consider making the island a planet...

The kai shakes her head.

That isn't important right now! What is important is finding the anomaly!

Why is the supreme kai of time herself searching for an anomaly in Conton instead of asking someone else to do it, you might ask?

BECAUSE SHE'S BORED!

Paperwork and watching scrolls for hours on end really grates on her sanity sometimes, so she goes out to visit around the town quite often.

The case of the missing god ki is just another thing to sate her craving for something- nay ANYTHING- fun and interesting to happen!

She frowns slightly as she lands atop a cliff.

The radiant aura was right around here if she remembers correctly.

She closes her eyes and senses outwards, her eyes cracking open a moment later.

'Oh? Someone is here?'

She peers over the edge to see a boy weaving between several curving ki blasts, a long monkey-like tail behind him.

A red aura flickers around him, fading into nothing more than an outline as he continues dodging between the blasts.

"The kaioken?" The kai mutters. "We don't teach saiyans that..."

There are two possible options here.

Either he knew it before he got here which would be fairly interesting.

Or he figured it out on his own... which would be really interesting.

He hasn't dropped out of his kaioken for a while now that the woman thinks about it.

He lets out a long breath, holding out a hand and halting every single ki blast swirling around him.

He wipes his forehead and lets out a yawn.

He rolls his shoulders, still sitting in kaioken.

The red aura disappears completely, leaving him with nothing more than a red tint.

He... mastered kaioken?! That was possible?!

Move over missing god ki- which was probably caused by a supreme kai using instant transmission slightly wrong- This kai just found something far more interesting!

Watching a little boy out in the wilderness all alone!

Wait! That came out wrong-

I deflect three ki blasts with a glare, my hands shuddering from the force.

Each of those blasts are three times my own power.

I have been doing this for the past hour, no breaks, no slowing down.

I am going to make the kaioken technique my bitch.

I'm making considerable progress already.

The tournament pretty much ended with Forte's win, she fought against a fifth year in the next round and got promply defeated, then she got taken out pretty early in the unluckies tournament.

She might have been able to beat one of the worst third years, but the weaker fourth years is still far too much for her.

I backflip over a ki blast and shoot another at one of the other two swiftly approaching blasts, detonating it prematurely.

About a month has past, I haven't seen my friends for a while, we all agreed to go our separate ways for a while to train. School starts in another two days. That's when we are going to meet up.

I backhand the last ki blast as hard as I can, sending the sphere whizzing out of control and into the last ki blast.

I let out a long breath and slowly walk over to my bag, I turn down my gravity belt and flop onto the floor.

I reach into my bag and retrieve a bottle of water.

'let's see where I have gotten to.'

I have made incredible progress...

'allright, I should have at the very least have gotten to level forty- eh?'

Kaioken Level 40 (Mastered to current ability)

'WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN 'MASTERED TO CURRENT ABILITY'?!'

I look down to the skill itself.

The kaioken, a technique developed by the North Kai to double the user's power, yet he could never master it. Goku got considerably closer, drawing out more power from the divine technique, yet who knows if he truly reached the Kaioken's full potential.
1: you may perform the Kaioken technique, your maximum 'Safe' level for the Kaioken is x20
(Maintainable Kaioken: x5)
5: The strain of the kaioken within your 'Safe' levels is 20% less.
10: Your Kaioken lasts 20% longer before you are hit by the backlash.
15: The strain of the kaioken within your 'Safe' levels is a further 40% less.
20: Your Kaioken lasts another 40% longer before you are hit by the backlash.
25: You may maintain any kaioken under a x2 with no strain to yourself at all.
30: The level of Kaioken you may 'maintain' is equal to 1/4 of your maximum 'safe' multiplier.
35: your Kaioken counts as if you had called out a number 1 higher no matter the output you call out without the strain or backlash increasing at all.
40: you may efficiently use Kaioken within a transformation, however, the strain is multiplied by the multiplier of the transformation.

I have mastered it to a point far beyond what goku ever did... he never tried to maintain the kaioken... but he could technically use it within transformations- albeit with incredible strain.

There's a couple of neat changes to the kaioken my system made- which is apparently VERY achievable even without the system.

Firstly, the aforementioned mastered kaioken state... then secondly instead of multiplying my power level by the number called out, I just simply have it added onto myself the number of times I call out.

This technically allows me to push the kaioken beyond its limits, granting me a times twenty one multiplier instead of a times twenty.

I squeeze the bottle, shooting some water into my mouth.

I let out a sigh and swiftly stand. "Well, I should probably test this out."

I sit the bottle down and stand up, walking a short distance away as to not get dust on my stuff when I power up.

I enter my 'saiyan beyond god' state, multiplying my power level by ten.

"Let's try this out, then."

This has always been the plan... my plan to surpass super saiyan.

'I should be able to manage a times one like this.'

"Kaioken!"

A crackling aura explodes out from me, surrounding the white aura that was already there.

My eyes widen. 'wait... I feel no strain at all from this? But I can't maintain a times ten kaioken endlessly?!'

I feel as if I could keep this forever if I wanted.

The thing that would stop working first would be the 'Saiyan Beyond God' state... not my kaioken... does this fall within my 'mastered' limit?!

Kaioken's Limit has been broken.

I look into my skills page once more.

Super Kaioken Level 40 (0.1%)

Nothing else has changed...

"Times two."

The aura intensifies.

Okay, yeah, now I'm getting some strain...

"Times Three."

Easily manageable. I'd equate this to a times ten regular kaioken... maybe a little more.

"Times Four."

The aura darkens as I let out a low hum.

Once more, that's only like a times fifteen.

"Times five."

This time I feel a little bit worse than times twenty- oh right. The strain reduction.

Does that mean... technically for every kaioken... it counts as four?

I feel like I should do a bit more research on kaioken before I proceed.

I sit with my back to the wall, scouter over my eye as I scan through article after article.

The kaioken is... really underutilized...

The apparent limit is twenty...

Nobody has ever tried to master it. Nobody ever uses it in transformations- except the frieza races, but those are technically their base forms instead of transformations, so they don't count- they also haven't discovered the 'addition' variant of the kaioken...

Addition... hm... that does give me some ideas...

I'll work on that after I've mastered the super kaioken.

This training ability of mine is frankly... busted.

I've had it for only two months, yet I've already developed something that puts me on par with super saiyan grade two.

And it'll only get better!

I might even break the kaioken limit.

I scratch my chin.

Wait... I feel as if I am forgetting-

The Kaiwareman grand championship.

It starts in ten minutes.

I hop up, a white aura springing to life around me.

"FUCK!"

I let out a low pant as I sit the large plant pot down in front of me.

"I'm here to enter." I state to a man behind the counter.

A namekian looks up with a bored expression, spying my kaiwareman's head poking out of the pot.

"You're cutting it close, kid." He scoffs. "fifteen hundred Zeni."

I lay down the coins on the table as he quickly writes down something and hands me a card.

#348

"Please go inside. They'll scan your Kaiwareman. The top thirty one get a place in the tournament."

'The thirty second is for Nappa, hn?'

I pick up the plant pot and slowly walk inside, I see dozens of people, ranging from adults, to children younger than I am, most have their kaiwareman suspending in bubbles beside them, the little blue plant things clearly poorly trained and thrashing around in rage.

"Number one sixty."

I watch a changeling step up to a stage, kaiwareman suspended in a bubble.

He tosses it into some form of device.

"Four hundred and two." The announcer states.

Up at the top I see a list of thirty one names, the weakest being at a power level of five hundred and fifty while the strongest sits at nine hundred.

'These poor dudes.'

I sit in silence as the list continues on.

"Number three forty eight."

I step up with Kai's plant pot.

I look towards Kai, he looks back.

I nod to the machine.

"Keee kee ke." He states as he climbs out of the pot and walks into the machine.

The door seals behind him as he looks around.

I flicker my power, causing his eyes to lock with mine.

I slowly raise my power causing the saibamen to let out a muted saibamen noise and power up.

"F-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED?!" I hear the announcer shriek.

I see dozens of people immediately pale; their dreams of winning being tossed out the window instantly.

The door opens as Kai steps out, he slowly looks around, then climbs back into his pot, sinking into the soil.

I pick up the pot and give everyone a small wave before hopping off the stage.

Why the hell is everyone so afraid of my boy?!

They all just gave up immediately! What the hell? Who cares that my saibamen is almost ten times stronger than your own?!

I stand across from an extremely tall, bald, muscular saiyan with a mustache, he gives me a confident grin. "So! You're that brat who's causin' a ruckus in the tournament."

I nod slowly.

"Your Kaiwareman's impressive. I'll give you that! But I won't be backing down like those other chumps!"

A tiny blue plant creature lands in front of him. "Kekeke!"

"Kai." I state.

The head pops out of the plant pot.

He looks over to me.

I nod towards the arena, causing him to climb out and stand across from the other blue saibamen.

"…"

"Well now." Nappa grins. "It looks like everyone wasn't crazy. How'd you get him up to four thousand, kid?"

"Eh, I did a couple things in his growth process." I shrug.

"I see." The saiyan grins.

"The final round of the Grand Kaiwareman Tournament will begin on the count of three." I hear someone off to the side shout.

"One..."

Nappa whistles at his saibamen, causing it to look at him, then he nods, causing it to look over with a glare.

"Two."

Kai lowers his body slightly and raises his claws, sensing hostility.

"Three!"

Nappa's kaiwareman lunges forwards-

Kai backhands it, sending it spinning out of the arena where it lands with a loud crash.

"…"

"Contestent three hundred forty eight's Kaiwareman wins!"

Nappa tsks then lets out a sigh before a smile splits his face. "Ah well, couldn't be the champion forever~"

"You're Kaiwareman's definitely impressive, kid. Congratulations." He compliments as he steps over to his own prone kaiwareman.

He picks it up by the scruff. "Alright come on, you."

Nappa points at me. "Don't get too comfortable at the top, kid! I'll figure out how you made your Kaiwareman so damn strong eventually!"

He turns to his Kaiwareman. "We need to get back to training."

It lets out a weak groan. "Kree."

Kai waddles over to me, I pat his head causing him to let out a quiet 'Keke'

Then he climbs back into his plant pot.

An easy fifty thousand zeni right to my pockets.

I could buy like... one hundred Kaiwaremen with that.

I could buy a pack of deluxe food paste with that!

I COULD BUY LEGITIMATE FOOD FOR ONCE WITH THAT!

I pick up the pot in one hand and let out a low hum.

Nah. I'm going to save up for a better gravity belt.

Well, Nion is living the good life! It took a while, but it looks like he finally developed something that will take Conton by storm! Plus, he might be inclined to say how he did it... provided the people learning pay a lot! Soon enough he'll be able to stand on the level of his ancestors! Yet to get there he's going to need A LOT of grinding.

Also Chronoa is now stalking him.

Fun.

Anyways, my life has been good... but I got a review that absolutely just confused me and convinced me that some people just DON'T READ. He complained about the gamer system.

"Ugh. Didn't think you'd ruin your story by adding Gamer elements on it."

Someone clearly didn't read the summary.

And the AN for chapter 2.

And the AN for chapter 3.

Guest 001: Thanks!

Guest 002: hoo boy. This is a long one. Yes, the other forms of super saiyan would help with his current god state (eventually) much like goku black did in the anime its possible to combine that godly state with base super saiyan forms (Resulting in something like Rose, but not GOD Rose). SSB is SSG+SSJ, SSR (At least the non-god variant) is SBG+SSJ. And yes, if he didn't cheat like he did, it probably would have taken at least another year to learn Realm of the Gods and unlock the system. And no, he can't designate 'no focus', sadly. For now at least.

The reason why Viola remains in control is because of the dozens upon dozens of seals, it is also why her hair is blue, much like mind controlled broly in the DBZ broly movie, yet she retains her full control. For simplicity let's call it 'Restrained Legendary Super Saiyan'.

Honestly I sort of... forgot... about Oozaru for a moment? He hasn't used it enough for it to gain any sort of real boost, however, so it is sitting at like level 1 or 2.

The reason why Kai is so intelligent is because of Nion's growing method and the fact that he is allowed to remain inside the pot... think of it like he is a blade being tempered by extreme heat.

Guestyperson: Soon, my friend, Nion is getting the general idea for it now, but he's going to push regular kaioken to its limits before attempting anything like that.

Guest 003: The thing about 'Saiyan Beyond God' is that it doesn't ACTUALLY give him god ki. It just allows him to sense it while he is in the state. And yes, I miss the UI as well... yet I didn't want to give it to him right off the bat.

JustAFan123: He can't use god ki as he is, sadly. He needs to level up 'Super Saiyan God' A LOT more to even try it.

Guest 004: No, gohan's potential unleashed form is called Mystic. This is the form Goku used against final form Frieza in Resurrection F... they look really similar, now that I think about it...

Well, I hope you all enjoyed the chapter! I'll see you all next time!
