Izuku crouched on a rooftop, goggles in hand. He was reflecting on what transpired earlier that night. The willingness to dedicate himself to what the vigilante does, Kirishima holds potential. Izuku knew that the redhead would make a great hero one day.
Better than what he was doing.
Izuku also thought about his new job. Lately, offenders have been on the down low, with fewer calls made and cases to be searched. This was the result of his own actions, and it made him proud that he had made a difference.
The public was unaware of his existence, which was fine. He enjoyed being anonymous, and smiled when he read an article stating that crimes related to sexual activity had gone down.
However, it wasn't completely wiped out. Izuku knew that there will always be a rapist or two, and there are always people that molested and harassed. They were just sneakier, more than ever. Izuku knew that having someone to back him up, someone to be a second pair of eyes, would be preferable.
In accordance to being a dean of students, as well as a first year counselor, Izuku knew this was a huge step. He was honoured that the principal would connect his skill sets to the job. The best way to stop crime in the long run is to start with education.
Izuku looked at his watch. 4:37. I guess I'm not getting any sleep tonight.
*CLANG*
An object dropped in the distance. It was a small sound, but in the dead of night, the drop might as well have been amplified three fold.
Whipping his body to the direction of the sound, Izuku narrowed his eyes, all thoughts gone silent.
Two minutes passed. Nothing came up.
Deciding against his better judgement, he decided to investigate. Something was seriously amiss.
If it weren't for his years of training and experience, he would have been struck by the knife that slashed in his direction.
Backing up, his eyes scanned for the source of the knife. He was getting irritated, since he couldn't find anything.
The hairs on his neck rose. Behind!
He leapt to the roof, rolling as he landed. He looked behind, and he saw a slim, feminine figure, eying him curiously.
The figure had blond hair, styled into two buns, and a smile adorned her features, as if she thought this a game. Her skin was stark white, as if she had the complexion of a China doll. Complementing her skin and figure looked to be a sailers outfit, complete with twin knives, one in each hand.
The most unnerving part of her were her eyes.
They were wide, unblinking. They peered at him curiously, analyzing him before striking. Her pupils shrunk, giving her a wild visage.
She was dead quiet, and in the silence her smiled just begged for him to say anything.
Izuku stood up, eyes narrowed. She looked around one or two years his senior. However, that wasn't his main focus. He noted that she was still standing still. He refused to speak, to give her what she wanted.
Ten minutes passed, not one of them speaking a word.
Eventually, one of them had to leave. Izuku still had his sights on her, ensuring she wouldn't do anything fishy.
She caught him off guard, though. She didn't rush him. She didn't throw her knives at him. What she did was giggle. She gave him a wink, and jumped off the roof.
Izuku was stunned, for once. Running to where she leaped, he discovered a piece of paper, wobbling slightly to the wind.
Who was she?
He wrote down as many details as he could remember. This had to be reported to Tsukauchi. Many questions formed in his mind. No answers came to pass.
He picked up the paper, noting a single word scrawled on it. He grimaced. It looks like it was written in blood. What he found fascinating was the word written.
Toga.
Yup, definitely not getting any sleep tonight.
Hundreds of students were sitting together in a an auditorium, waiting for the principal to address them. All students heard that there was some outstanding news, and were curious as to what the commotion was about.
Aizawa hated gatherings like this. How was he to raise the next generation of heroes with school meetings? It didn't make much sense to him, but Nezu did say he and class 1-A were required to attend.
Eventually, everyone saw a small animalistic figure walked to the podium. As soon as he stood high, all communication ceased. Everyone was anxious for the news.
The mouse-bear-dog principal tapped on the microphone. "Ah Hello UA high school! Good morning! I hope this day finds you well. As you all know, I have all gathered you today for some incredible news!"
Every student fought the urge to groan. It was far too early for The principal's intoxicating positivity.
Oblivious to their feelings, he continued. "As you all know, I was the Dean of student conduct. As of late, I've decided that another hero should take that role. On top of that, he will be acting as a counselor for all first year students, regardless of class!"
The school body was stunned. The teachers didn't even know about this move. Aizawa narrowed his eyes. It better not be who I think it is.
Nezu clapped his hands. "I would all like you to welcome our newest employee, Izuku Midorya!"
Aizawa groaned. "Iida." The student looked at his homeroom teacher. "Yes sir?" Aizawa looked more tired than he's ever been. "I'll be in the classroom if you need me. Make sure everyone is together when this is all done." "Yes sir."
On stage, Izuku walked out, nervously, and shook the principal's paw. He was wearing a black suit jacket over a black shirt with a silver tie. He wore black denim jeans, and red wingtip shoes with copper brown detailing.
He approached the microphone, and looked out to the student body, smiling as he saw Kirishima and Mina, sitting hand in hand.
I called it. Gotta tease him later.
"Good morning class of UA high! As Nez said, my name is Izuku Midorya. I do hope I get to meet you all!
"As you can see, I am not in my hero costume. You will soon. I won't reveal who I am, strictly because you will not know who I am. The public does not know about me, so neither will you."
Class 1-A was physically shocked. The same guy who assisted them in their class was now working for the school? This was so much to take in.
Kirishima smiled, knowing about this development. He was really telling the truth, eh? Heh, thought he was joshing me there.
Bakugo was stunned, and angry. How DARE HE. That worthless freak makes me think he's dead and now works for the fucking school? What the fuck?!
He growled, getting looks from his classmates around him.
He's always been looking down at me, huh? He thinks he's so much better than I am? We'll see. We'll find out who's better.
His class discreetly scooted away from him, not at all enjoying the murderous intent he spewed.
They all broke out of their musings when they realized Izuku was still speaking.
"I remember when I was smaller, I saw All Might for the first time. Of course, it wasn't in person. No, it was his debut. I remember feeling that I could be a hero too! So I trained myself. I disciplined myself, and now I can help you all become heroes too! Can I get a PLUS ULTRA?!" The entire audience cheered.
Kirishima was impressed. His teacher had the whole student body tied around his finger. He really was manly! So inspirational!
Unfortunately, Bakugo noticed how Kirishima wasn't remotely stunned. He narrowed his eyes. This discussion was for later.
Nezu and Present Mic lead their new coworker to an empty office, giving him a tour of the building along the way, as well as introducing Izuku to the staff and faculty.
They were nice enough, Izuku thought. The only issue he had was with Midnight. Everything she did and said to him shot red flags, as if she was one of the criminals he took in. He had to have a talk with her later.
Present Mic was pretty cool. A bit on the loud side, unfortunately. What he found in common was annoying Aizawa. When they discovered their love of teasing the sleep deprived instructor, it was like they were brothers.
Power Loader was cool too, just a tiny bit reserved. It made sense, he was always in the support workshop and didn't talk to the instructors very often.
Already familiar with Thirteen, he gave her a quick hug before she went on her way.
Aizawa refused to speak much to him, which wasn't surprising in the least.
Extoplasm was a bit on the cold side. He didn't make very much conversation, but when Izuku gushed about his quirk the multiple man warmed up to him. Nemuri said it was cute how Izuku looked when gushing, which prompted Izuku to close up and narrow his eyes at her, confusing both teachers.
Recovery girl was ok, in his eyes. She passionate about her students, which he respected.
Lunch Rush had to be one of his favourite staff members in the school. Why? food. They exchanged recipes and Izuku asked for tips, in which Lunch Rush happily delivered.
Cementoss was pretty cool too. When he opened up, he talked. A lot. It was unnerving at first but he made great conversation.
Hound dog was surprisingly positive when addressing Izuku. He'd always lighten up, and according to Nezu, it's because he can finally have a smaller workload.
Snipe was just ok. Before Izuku could properly introduce himself, Snipe had to excuse himself. Oh well, that could come for later.
Vlad King was pretty much the same as Snipe.
All Might was the biggest surprise for Izuku. Izuku was the biggest surprise for All Might. For Izuku, he was meeting his childhood hero! He could barely breathe.
For All Might, this was the kid that declined the transfer of his power to pursue his own aspirations. "I can't, All Might." The words still stung, even though he offered Izuku his abilities two years ago. "If I follow your path, I would never be able to go down mine."
All Might sighed. This kid. You've accomplished your dream. Youve become a hero. So why can't you take up the mantle as the Symbol of Peace? You'd be good at it. Great, even.

Izuku sat in his barren office, drumming his fingers on the desk.
So boring. Getting up, he decided to decorate the room. Soon, all walls were adorned with weapons of all types. As a dean of Students he had to look the part of scary, and as a counselor, he supposed he'd have to cover everything up.
Once again, there he was. Sitting in his chair, drumming his fingers on the table.
Sighing, he pressed a button on the side of the desk.
"Hello?" Nezu's voice sounded throughout the room. "Oh! Izuku! Am I correct in assuming you've finished setting your room up?"
Izuku nodded. "Yeah Nez. Thanks for checking up on me. But that's not the reason I called."
Nezu sounded intrigued. "Oh? Then what do I owe the pleasure of this conversation?"
Izuku breathed out. "Send me Midnight, if you please."
Nezu chirped. "Of course, she is on her way now."
Izuku smiled. "Thank you very much. See ya later!" He ended the call, grinning. "Now to discipline a naughty girl, if that's how she wants to play."
Midnight walked towards the new employee's office, confused. She didn't know why she was being called in.
Maybe he needs some help or something. She chuckled. Maybe he just needs an excuse to stare at me. He is a teenager, after all.
When Nezu delivered the news after the student body meeting that morning, he informed the instructors and staff that Izuku was in fact fourteen years old, the youngest human employee in the history of UA. He had warned them to address him as an equal, not a minor.
She smirked. She thought she had this in the bag.
For a teacher so smart, she never knew how wrong she was.
Knocking and walking in, she noticed there wasn't anybody in the room. There was just a note that said Sit, Midnight. So she sat and waited.
Ten minutes passed. She played on her phone. Eventually, she became bored of the device and looked at the room.
Why does he have so many weapons? I don't think I recognize most of these.
"Hello Nemuri."
Her head whipped around to the door. She didn't even hear him come in!
The voice belonged to the new employee, who wore a glare. He closed the door, locking it before walking to his desk.
He turned to her. "I'd like to officially introduce myself. My name is Quirkless."
Her eyes shot up, wide as large plates, immediately recognising the name.
In short, she was fucked, and not in the way she liked.
