Class 1-A was in a buzz. There was a reason to be excited, since the students were going to apply for internships!

Kirishima was the most calm, knowing who he was interning with. It was Izuku, of course, not that he'd tell anyone off the bat except Momo. She was the only one that knew.

Aizawa walked into the room and the class quieted down. The teacher looked surprised, but accepted that they were maturing, which was far from the case.

"Alright, so since you decided on your hero names already, it's time to apply for internships." He wrote names and numbers on the board, followed by placing papers on the desk. "These are the top ten students in this class with the most amount of requests." The class gasped at the numbers, as well as the names.

Eijiro Kirishima: 75623

Shouto Todoroki: 43675

Momo Yaoyorozu: 1567

Kyoka Jirou: 780

Ochako Uraraka: 268

Tenya Iida: 145

Tsuyu Asui: 130

Masahiro Ojiro: 22

Mina Ashido: 20

Fumikage Tokoyami: 15

"As you all can see, there is quite a jump in requests from the top two and the rest." He handed the papers for Iida to pass out. "I don't care who you choose. Just hand in the form by Friday afternoon.

The class paled. That's just two days!

Aizawa frowned as he heard a scoff. "Bakugou, if you could see me after class, please." His tone held no amusement.

Mina bounded to Kirishima's seat. "Wow! You got so many requests! Who's your favorite?"

Kirishima looked down the ten pages he received. "I mean, I received requests from Endeavor, Death Arms, and Kamui Woods, but I also received a lot from lower tier heroes. I think I'm going to intern with Quirkless." His name was closer to the back pages, but it was definitely there.

Mina smiled. "Well, better the devil you know than the devil you don't, right?"

"Exactly!"

"Wow, Todoroki! A request from Quirkless! That's awesome!"

Mina and Kirishima turned around to see Sero looking over Todoroki's shoulder, to the dual user's displeasure.

Kirishima smiled. "Hey, Todoroki! You got one too! Sweet! I hope you choose him!" He grinned when he received a nod from the reserved boy.

Tsuyu looked at the two boys curiously. She received a request too, and she was keen on selecting him. Her decision was made since she would be with people she knew.

Much to Kyoka's surprise, she received a request from the vigilante as well. She was originally going to intern with a hero that specialized in rescue, but she wanted in on some action, so she circled Quirkless.

Momo didn't even need to look at her choices. She immediately wrote down Quirkless, despite not receiving a request from him. She smiled at this excuse to spend time with him. She was also curious as to what he did exactly, and wanted to know what being a vigilante was like. Not that she wanted to become one. Possibly.

She just wanted to have some excitement in her lonely life.

The bell rang, and the class filed out quickly, ready for lunch. The only one who stayed was Bakugou

The cocky student walked to his teacher, and resorted to glaring at him. This threw Bakugou off, since he was usually the one who glared.

Aizawa cleared his throat. "This is about your internship. You know the reason you gained zero, correct?"

Bakugou nodded, his anger starting to flare up.

Aizawa continued. "You're not going to the prison system."

The teen only stared at the homeroom teacher, surprised. "What the hell-"

"Finish that sentence and you'll be going there first thing tomorrow morning."

Bakugou quickly clamped his mouth shut.

"I made a deal with Quirkless and detective Tsukauchi. You're not interning at a prison system."

He paused for dramatic effect.

"You're spending seven days of hell. With me." Aizawa shot his student with an unnerving grin, one that made Bakugou regret being born.

In class 1-B, everyone was more calm, due to the fact that only five students received requests from pro heroes:

Yui Kodai: 34675

Hitoshi Shinso:2765

Ibara Shiozaki: 998

Pony Tsnotoru: 744

Itsuka Kendo: 256

The rest of the students pretty much were on their own for deciding which heroes to intern with. Shinso didn't have to worry considering he already knew who he was working with, and Yui already wrote her answer down.

"Wow, Shinso! That guy is a big deal! I can't wait for you to work with him!" Pony was the most excited for him, due to the nature of their meeting. She of course knew about her friend interning with Izuku, but appearances are appearances.

Shinso smiled brightly at her, and his smile grew wider when she excitedly read her requests. In truth, both were grateful they received selections, unlike the rest of the class who chose the typical big names and new names, like Endeavor or Kamui Woods.

The class resumed as normal, the five students having their two minutes of fame. When the bell sounded, Shinso and Yui both handed in their forms.

Shinso waved. "Hi, Yui. Who did you fill out?"

"Quirkless."

Shinso paused. "Oh! Wow. I'm interning for him as well."

"Hmm."

Shinso sweatdropped. "Well, I guess we'll be seeing each other there then."

"Yes."

Shinso watched the reserved girl walk away. Chuckling, he grabbed his bag.

The thoughts of Yui leaving him, he reached in his pockets. No money again. Guess I'm winging it.

He walked out to the cafeteria and bumped into a girl with brown hair. She gasped when the two of them fell.

Quickly picking herself up, she extended a hand out to the guy. "Oh! I'm so sorry! I didn't see you!"

Shinso chuckled. "It's okay, really. I wasn't watching either." He was about to continue, when he heard the girl's stomach rumble. His expression changed from sheepish to concerned. "Do you not have any lunch?"

The girl looked down, embarrassed. "Not really."

"It's ok, I don't either. We'll ride this out together."

She looked at him and smiled. "I know someone! Follow me! She skipped away, leaving a stunned Shinso behind.

"Hey, wait!"

Izuku settled down at his desk, staring hungrily at the salad he brought. He almost drooled at the sight of the grilled chicken, bacon bits, and tomatoes he added in. Smiling, he placed a fork into the food-

Knock knock

Groaning, he set the fork down, his stomach begging for him to start eating. He sighed, regaining his composure. "Come in."

He smiled as he watched Ururaka and Shinso walk in.

"Ah, Miss Uraraka and Mister Shinso, what a pleasure!" He gave a curious look at the blush the brunette wore. "Aren't you two missing your friends at lunch?"

His curiosity turned to concern as Uraraka looked away and Shinso looked down. "I take it you two don't have a lunch today."

He sighed as the two nodded. He made a mental note to talk to Nezu and Lunch Rush about an assisted lunch program. He hummed, already standing up.

The two students looked at him curiously. "Mr. Midoriya, where are you going?"

Izuku smiled at the girl. "Come with me, you two." His voice held no room for argument. The two students nodded and followed him.

Shinso walked next to him. "So what are we doing?"

Izuku just calmly stared ahead. "Buying you two lunch."

Shinso and Ochako paused in astonishment. Before they could argue, Izuku held up a hand. "Miss Uraraka. You have combat training with All Might after this. You cannot and will not proceed with the class until you've eaten. You will quickly run out of energy and possible collapse." He smiled at the girl.

He turned to Shinso. "You, on the other hand, haven't eaten in the past week. Don't think I haven't noticed. I watch over all my students, and your grades are slipping. You sleep more in class, and you're close to last in ranking in combat training. You used to be closer to the middle. I'm surprised you haven't landed in the ER by now with your malnutrition." He chided the boy gently.

"I do this because I care about the both of you. I refuse to see you fall for something as simple to find a solution for, such as little to no lunch money or food in general." He walked ahead of the students, having arrived at the cafeteria.

The two students watched with guilt as Izuku spoke to Lunch Rush, who nodded and received a credit card.

Shinso looked to the girl. "It's no wonder you have the hots for a guy like him. He's caring and protective." He walked over to a beckoning Izuku, leaving a stuttering Ochako behind.

"Finally, back to my salad." With the minor issues resolved, Izuku sat in his office, his stomach howling in desperation. He grabbed his fork and stabbed into the lettuce'

Knock Knock

Izuku groaned. Slamming his head on the table, he whined in hunger. "Come in."

"Daddy!" Izuku smiled as Eri ran in, but his mood soured when he saw her crying. Wiping a year off her cheek, he hugged her closely. "Unicorn, what's wrong?"

"That meanie Kota called me a fake!"

Well, he managed to catch that much from her quivering chin. He looked to Kota, who just walked in, and rubbed his temple as the boy shrugged.

"Kota, what does that even mean?"

Kota shrugged again. "I dunno. I watched a video and thought it was a good comeback."

"A comeback to what?"

"She called me a waterboy. I called her a fake. Seemed Iike a fair response."

Izuku looked dumbfounded. "Kota, you can manipulate water. You're literally a water boy."

"Well, she meant it in a bad way!"

Izuku sighed, setting Eri next to her brother. "Kota, don't call her a fake. Eri, don't call him a water boy. It's not nice to call each other names."

The two pointed at the other. "But he/she started it!"

Izuku sighed again. "Listen, I don't care who started it. It's not nice to tease each other. Now, you two hug and say sorry."

Eri and Kota looked at each other, and turned away from the other. "No!"

"Come on, apologize."

"No."

Izuku could see that this was going nowhere. "If you two don't hug and apologize, I'm not reading you two any stories for a week."

Kota looked unfazed, but Eri panicked. "You can't do that!"

"I can and I will. Kota, if you don't apologize, you get your video games and videos taken away for a week."

This time, both children panicked. Sucking up their pride, they tentatively hugged each other, making Izuku snicker at the awkwardness of their actions. He smiled gently at the mumbled apologies.

"Good. Now, why don't you bug uncle Mic? I hear he'd love to have you two guest star in his english class." He laughed when the two students cheered and sprinted out the door.

He pulled out his phone and texted Hizashi with a heads up. He laughed at a miffed response. Sighing, he looked back at his salad.

"Finally, me and you."

The bell sounded, signalling the end of the lunch period.

"FUCK!"

The students walking by his door were scared off by the Katana that shot through the wall.

By the end of the day, Izuku received five acceptances for his internship requests, as well as two submissions for requests. To sum it up: he couldn't be more elated.

He already knew the Shinso and Kirishima would accept. One was accepted far before the sports festival, and the other worked with him on a regular basis.

The three he requested: Tsuyu, Jirou, and Todoroki, he was surprised they even accepted him. Most of all, he was surprised that Kyoka accepted. He didn't even expect Momo and Yui to submit requests to intern with him, both of which he accepted. The more the merrier, he believed.

Then it hit him. He did promise the two he'd give them an answer as to if he'd date them.

The deadline for that was in a week.

He paused. Was he ready? He knew he liked them, and Nezu gave him the green light without hesitation. The question was still abrupt. Was he ready for this stage of his life? Sure, he had two kids, and they both liked the girls, which was important.

He was pretty sure they'd eagerly tell him to date Yui and Momo.

He knew he had to run it by his kids first. They were the most important aspects of his life, and he'd be damned if he did anything to upset them.

He walked into the english teacher's room, and burst out laughing. The blonde was currently panting and dripping with sweat (maybe water) as Eri tied his hair into several braids and a ponytail while Kota painted his nails with black and red marker. On closer inspection, the colouring appeared to be permanent marker.

Izuku quickly snapped a picture, much to the radio host's begging and promptly sent the image to every teacher in the school…and Kirishima.

"Why did you have to send that to Aizawa?!"

"Because he'll laugh at it."

Hizashi pouted. "You're worse than the devil."

Izuku laughed, and stuck a tongue out at him.

"What are you, six?"

"No, I'm fourteen."

Izuku paled as Present Mic stood up slowly, and smiled deviously. He turned his head towards the vigilantes children, and smiled.

"Hey kids, how about we give dear old dad here a makeover of our own?" His grin grew wider at the children's cheers.

Izuku paled further and stepped back at the hero's dangerous aura, his eyes giving a maniac glow.

"Hey, Mic, buddy. You know the picture is just for fun, right? In a year or two we're gonna all laugh, right?"

He received a chuckle.

His eyes widened as he backed into a wall. His pupils never left the rising marker. "Hizashi, we don't have to do this. We can talk it out! Right, buddy?"

"Oh we'll talk this out, alright."

A marker closed in.

"Hizashi? Hizashi?! Hizashi!"

At six PM every teacher received an image of Izuku dressed up as a princess with marker coating his nails and glitter everywhere on his body. They all snickered at the angered, yet defeated look the teen gave.

Nezu smiled at the image, saving it. Unbeknownst to him, every teacher had the same idea.
