Izuku Midoriya, the vigilante Quirkless, was screwed.

He wasn't going to die, if that's what you're wondering.

He was just going to be killed by Eraserhead, one of the best heroes he's ever known. Considering that Aizawa is one of the most sought out underground heroes, he most definitely has the ability to slit a throat, not that he would.

But he could.

That was how Izuku was going to die. Not for anything illegal, but for something way worse.

He took the last of Aizawa's juice pouches.

"MIDORIYA! Come back here so you can die like a MAN!"

'FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK'

Izuku ran as fast as his legs could provide, and he weaved his way through the high school campus, trying his best to dodge the crowds inconveniently blocking his path.

He took a peek behind him, and paled, forcing his legs to move faster than he thought possible.

The Eraser hero wasn't just angry at the vernadette…

He was pissed.

"MIDORIYA!"

"Look man, I didn't mean to!" He barely dodged the capture gear as he screamed, almost tripping in the process.

"DIDN'T MEAN TO MY ASS! I TOLD YOU TO BE CAREFUL OF HOW MUCH YOU TAKE FROM ME!" He roared as he missed the counselor by a hair. "STAY STILL SO I CAN MAIM YOU!"

Izuku panted as he jumped onto a wall, panicking as the capture gear brushed against his ankle. "Could you BLAME me? Don't get the mango flavour if you know that I'm going to take it!" He hissed when the scarf whipped against his arm. He once again glanced at the teacher, shrieking at the sight.

The sleep deprived teacher had activated his quirk. Despite the action not working on Izuku, it was still scary as hell to see a demon chase you.

Izuku looked ahead of himself, crying in relief at seeing Tsuyu and Jirou working out on the lawn. He rushed to them, kissed them both on the lips, and threw the two very confused students at their teacher.

They were more confused when Aizawa nimbly dodged the girls and heard the vernadette scream "I owe you both a date for this one!" As he continued his role of a mouse in the chase from the cat.

Jirou looked at Tsuyu. "Take him up on it?"

The latter nodded. "Ribbit."

"Cool."

"I told you I'm sorry." Mumbled the now mummified Izuku Midoriya, who could only stare at the scarf covering his eyes.

"You know, I would have just given you a stern lecture on why taking advantage of one's kindness is terrible, but since you wasted my nap time and threw two of your girlfriends at me, I'm starting to reconsider."

Izuku tried to stifle a groan.

"However, what you've done deserves a punishment."

"How about a slap on the wrist?" The mummy asked, hopeful.

"Not on your life." Aizawa's tone was a whip.

"How about I promise that I won't do it again?"

"No."

Aizawa grinned, not that Izuku could see it, and he unwrapped the boy. Izuku started sweating at the sight.

"Who do you hate most in the school?"

Izuku didn't bother to answer. The teacher chuckled as he paced near the boy.

"Don't answer that, because you'll be spending the whole prep period with Nemuri."

Izuku glared at the home room teacher. "You wouldn't dare."

Aizawa's gaze was sharp. "Oh I do. I just sent her a text. Her prep period, show up tomorrow at eight. Consider this an opportunity to bond with her. She's still scared of you, but if you two spend some time together, maybe both of you will have a change of heart."

He walked out, hands in pockets. "This was just mercy, but I really do think you both should bond. I know her actions are less than desirable to you, but she's really toned down. I expect both of you to have had at least a decent conversation." And with that, he left.

Izuku slammed his head on the table next to him. "FUCK!"

"So, Eijiro, what have you learned about one for all so far?"

Izuku and Kirishima were both in gym Gamma, the former with a notebook and the latter with his workout equipment. Both had stretched and were ready to progress with their training.

The redhead hummed, his finger against his chin. "Well, I've learned not to hit objects or people at 100% yet. It's too strong."

Izuku nodded. "I see. I remember All Might telling me he broke all of his bones when he started, but his body quickly adapted to the quirk. Maybe he was already strong when he received it?"

Kirishima shook his head. "No, I remember he told me that he was scrawny when he received the quirk but it adapted as he trained. He was quirkless, so maybe the quirk just grew into strength enhancement as he trained?"

"You're probably right."

"I've also noted that I can lower the energy output from my strikes, by percentages."

Izuku cocked an eyebrow. "Do tell."

"All Might can constantly hit at 100% without recoil back in his prime, so right now I've only mastered about eight percent, thanks to my quirk."

"So your quirk assists with defense as well as offense?"

"Yup!"

The vernadette smiled in manic glee. "Eijiro, let's test this out."

Kirishima nodded. He stood in a generic boxing stance as he activated One for All. "One for All, attack style: eight percent!" As he activated, he grinned.

Izuku almost dropped his notebook. When his friend activated his quirk, he was expecting his skin to harden more like his regular quirk, but his skin shone in the lights of the gym, almost like steel. Red electricity danced around the body, and it seemed like the boy had more energy than before.

Izuku yelled out "Now punch me!"

He quickly dodged a punch that sent wind headed next to him. Glancing back, he noticed the hole in a steel barrier. 'I'll die at this rate.' "Are you trying to kill me?!"

"You said to punch you!"

"Well not enough to take my head off my neck! Fine. I'll try to dodge, try not to decapitate me."

Izuku grunted as he continuously evaded punch after punch. He noted that every time the fists came close to him, he could feel the arms getting more powerful every time.

After about half an hour, Izuku decided to halt the training. Kirishima looked at the vernadette in confusion, which led to realization.

Izuku was embedded in the wall.

And he was still conscious.

"I- I think that's enough training for today. Would you mind bringing the wall to recovery girl?"

{A few days later}

Izuku sat in his office, writing in his notes. He had several sessions today, all he was looking forward to. Especially his first client.

The blond's gaze pierced into his very soul, almost like the boy was trying to get a reason everything Izuku was thinking. It almost made the counselor shudder.

"Bakugou! How are you? It's been a while since I've talked with you, especially considering our last meeting." He shook his head at that. He especially didn't like what he found out happened to Bakugou. Aizawa may have calmed the boy down, but his method was a tad too much in his opinion.

"The fuck happened with your face?"

Izuku chuckled. "Nothing to worry about. My eye is fine."

Bakugou smirked. "You get wailed on by your girlfriends?"

Oh, so his childhood friend knew about that too? Lovely.

The vernadette shook his head. "Like I said, nothing to worry about. Now, let's talk." He thumbed over a file in his hands. "In this folder, I have several counts of your behavior as of late. Any guesses as to what I'm hinting at?"

The blond shook his head.

"You've been isolating yourself from the class, Bakugou. While it is commendable that you follow orders without question now, my concern is that you don't ever throw in any creative input."

Bakugou didn't bother to answer.

"However,"

Bakugou cocked an eyebrow.

"My main concern is that you don't try to make friends either. I've seen you at lunch and in your class a handful of times. You prefer to just sit on your own, and sometimes in the battle class you just sit back with the others."

Bakugou glared at the counselor. "Your point?"

Izuku sighed. "Where's that creativity I used to see and know? Why won't you collaborate with the rest of the class? It might do you some good."

The blond looked at his hands. "Why should I? It's not like anyone else wants to be near me, no less work with me. I fucked things up, so this is the price I have to pay."

"No, you idiot! That's not it at all!"

The student glanced at Izuku. "The fuck?"

"Do you honestly think that the reason no one talks to you is because they don't like you?"

Bakugou nodded.

The vernadette shook his head. "The reason why they won't talk to you is because you don't make an effort to be friends with them. I know a handful of kiddos that want to approach you, but you don't give them an opportunity."

"Kiddos?"

"Anyways, just be more approachable. Just try, at least." He glanced at the clock. "Your hour is over, go ahead and sign out; I'll initial it when you leave."

"You want me to leave the door open or what?"

"Yes please." He smiled to himself as the blond left. 'I really hope he takes my advice.'

"Daddy, can we play with Tsu Tsu and Satsuki and Sami?"

Izuku smiled at the bouncing Eri. "Let's see what she says-" his eyes widened as his ears picked up on a whoosh like sound that gradually grew louder. He whipped his eyes to Eri and Kota -both unaware of what was going on- and grabbed them both. "Get down!" He dropped to the floor with both in his arms, just in time for an explosion to shake the room.

Both Eri and Kota were shaking. "Daddy?" Eri whispered.

Izuku looked up at them and placed a finger over his mouth. "Stay quiet, and stay hidden. Daddy's going to be right back." Kota shook his head. "Dad, it's dang-"

"Kota, just do what I said. Stay down and hidden. I'll be back, promise." He gave him a light smile as he crawled away from his kids. Shooting Shouto, Natsuo, and Fuyumi a text, he slightly rose into a crouch.

'Where's the bomb?' He moved closer to the kitchen, and rushed to a wall when he noticed movement.

Peeking over the wall, he caught a glimpse of a giant humanoid like figure, with purple colored charred skin. The thing tossed Izuku's coffee maker aside. Izuku also noticed that the source of the flames were from the… man's?… body.

What was most unnerving was the phrase the thing uttered.

"Quirk…less…kill."

Izuku's eyes widened at this. He slowly backed away and threw himself to the floor. Luckily for him, the creature didn't seem to notice him. He started crawling away, hoping to reach his kids in time.

Or at least he tried. He paled when he felt flames shoot over him.

"Quirk…less?" The thing rumbled.

'Oh fuck.'

"KILL!"

Izuku screamed as he sprinted towards his kids, flinching a bit as a stream of fire slammed against his back.

Eri screamed at her father's grunt; Kota tried to stand to use his quirk, but Izuku stopped him. "Kota. It isn't aware of you at the moment. Please stay quiet, don't use your quirk, and focus on protecting your sister." He looked behind him, gasping when the creature was walking towards them. He turned back to Kota. "Please, you two go outside. I'll catch up. I'll even buy you and Eri Ice cream! But please, go!"

Kota was in awe at the tears that streamed down his father's cheeks. He shook his head. "No! You'll die!"

Izuku chuckled. He grabbed a knife from the table next to him. "No. I won't." He started walking to the creature. "Kota, go."

Getting the message, Kota grabbed onto his sister's arm. "Eri, let's go!"

"But daddy.."

"He'll be okay! He's dad! He'll beat the fire villain! But he told us to go outside so let's go!"

Eri sobbed. "No! Not without daddy!"

Kota glared at her, catching her off guard. "Dad says go. We do as he says. Come on!"

Izuku cried out as the fire creature singed his sleeve.

He glared at the creature before staring directly at his children. "Eri, please. Stay safe. Daddy's got some business to take care of." He smiled brightly. "Okay?"

Before she could even react, a pair of hands wraps around her, and Izuku nods at the figure who lifted her.

"Shouto, good timing. Keep them safe."

And so Izuku turned his body towards the intruder, his eyes locking with the fire man's. They narrow.

Izuku steps towards the man, his momentum increasing as his walk turns into a jog, which turns into a sprint. His throat screams as a plume of flame barrels into him, yet the vernadette continues.

His hands reach towards the intruder as they're shoved through the hallway wall, drywall dust littering the air as burning arms wail on fire.

Izuku gasped for air when the man he's fighting slaps his eardrums, and with that split second he's knocked through another wall. He screams as he grabs for any weapon he could, which so happened to be a crossbow. With nothing but primal instinct taking over, he shoots.

An arrow lands in the man's leg.

Another lands in the man's stomach.

A few land in the exposed brain.

A final arrow lands close to the heart.

Izuku scoffs at the downed figure, and continues beating on it.

He doesn't hear the shouts of policemen who try to force Izuku off.

He doesn't register the feeling of ice cold hands that wrapped around his shoulders.

He doesn't notice that the intruder's eyes were completely glossed over.

...

The sound of sirens all blurred together as the night went on, the sky dark as the fire ended. The smell of smoke never went away, and the yells and grunts of multiple pro heroes were heard as the area was evacuated.

A can of soda was passed toward our hero as he sat on the back of an ambulance with his kids cuddled next to him. His eyes were devoid of all emotion as he wordlessly stared at the cinders and ashes that were his home.

Tsukauchi looked at him in sympathy as he glanced at the report. "We'll find your possessions, Izuku. I know we will."

Silence answered as the vernadette didn't break his stare.

"We'll find you a new home too, no worries."

Silence once again answered him.

"Izuku, what's wrong?"

Izuku stood and stretched. "Watch the kids."

"Izuku?"

Cold eyes whipped to the detective, and shot back to the burning ruins in a heartbeat. Tsukauchi nodded. "Got it. Watching the kids."

Izuku sprinted towards his home.

Making his way inside, he moved to where he knew was the kids room, and scanned at his surroundings. He walked towards the smoking area and shoved some of the beams that collapsed aside. Grabbing whatever pictures he had in that room, he made his way towards what used to be his room.

Taking his dresser, he threw it to the floor, exposing a safe behind it. Izuku opened the safe, and grabbed the treasure he searched for.

Pocketing the items, he turned to see a young man with jet black hair, purple scars, and a a hand outstretched.

"Dabi." Was all Izuku spoke.

The man smiled. "Let's go."

The vernadette tilted his head, Ignoring the smoke wafting into his vicinity. "Why?"

"I said I was your ally, didn't I?"

Izuku nodded. "That you did."

"Your kids are waiting, as is my family. Izuku."

Izuku stopped for a second. His eyes shine with understanding as he starts his trip. "I see. You're the Todoroki's brother, aren't you?"

Dabi said nothing.

"Your family is the happiest I've seen, they'll be happier with you in it, you know."

As they left the apartment, Dabi looked to the ground. "I can't. I've been gone so long, and with what I've done I can't join them."

Izuku placed a hand on Dabi's shoulder. "Just trust me. At least say hi. Any sibling of Shouto is a sibling of mine." He clapped his hand on the jacket and smiled. "You'll be fine. We're allies, right?"

With that, he walked to his kids, who jumped into him with tears in their eyes.

Dabi smiled. "He's exactly as Shigaraki said he'd be." Looking at his own family, he grinned. "Showtime."
