Nora let out partially-muffled moans against her pillow, as her current client, Frank, thrusted against her soft backside, pumping his length deep into her core. Firmly holding onto her hips, he pulled her rear back against his pelvis at each thrust, producing a series of loud slapping noises. Just the way she liked it. Soon enough, his ministrations began to intensify, signaling that he was getting close to finishing, but it was quickly driving Nora towards climax as well, causing her moans to grow louder, and the grip on her sheets to grow tighter.

Then, with one fluid motion, Frank moved one of his hands from her hips, sliding it up her torso to take hold of her neck, almost swiftly pulling her up into a kneeling position as his speed increased further, which drove her over the edge. Letting out a final whine, Nora felt waves of pleasure shoot through her being, her entire body shuddering as she was practically dropped onto the bed. Though she had no problem with being treated a little roughly. In fact, most of the time, she preferred it.

Panting heavily as her orgasm faded, Nora slowly became aware of her body again, feelings returning, and the haze disappearing. Once she could manage to pick herself up, she turned to Frank, somewhat hoping that he had finished too, but upon closer inspection, it was clear that he was not done quite yet. So, shifting onto her knees, she took hold of his member, leaned in, and got to work, doing one of the things she did best. At least according to her clients.

The texture in her mouth had always come off as strange to her. Oddly... silky, for lack of a better term, even compared to a woman's breast... But she liked it no less, and she was damn good at it. Though that was sort of needed, given her particular occupation. As Nora worked, bobbing up and down his length at a steady rhythm, she could feel hands running through her orange locks, tensing, yet not pulling. Frank was a good regular, never hurting her unless specifically asked, and always paying for exactly what he got. She liked Frank.

Suddenly, Nora felt him jerk, gasping, and with a harsh yank, she found herself pulled all the way down to the base of his length, warmth flowing down her throat as his member throbbed in her mouth. While she had absolutely no issue with clients finishing in her mouth, or in this case, down her throat - or hell, even in or on most other places - this was... a bit sudden, with barely a sign before she was swallowing his seed. Though that was not to say that she could not handle it. Far from it. Once he was completely done, Frank released her head, allowing her to slowly pull back and sit on the bed.

"Gods, Frank, whatever happened to heads up Nora?" Nora questioned, thinking back to the other times that he had actually warned her before finishing. "What if you did that to Sandra, huh? She probably hasn't trained away her gag reflex like me."

Frank reached up to rub the back of his head, seemingly realizing his crush from work was quite different from the prostitute in front of him. "My bad, I uh, got a little carried away. Forgot how good you were that."

After a moment, Nora accepted the answer. "Ugh, no harm, you're fine..."

Frank smiled. "Thanks, Nora." He responded, getting up off the bed to begin collecting his clothes to get changed. Upon donning his jeans, he reached into his pocket and brought out his wallet, pulling out what appeared to be one-hundred and fifty lien... Even though a standard session was only one hundred. Quickly picking up his deep-green golf shirt off the floor, he held out the money. "A little extra for the trouble."

Nora merely stared at the money in front of her. He was trying to pay fifty more lien than he needed to, which was only necessary if a session included anal... She felt like she was ripping him off. So Nora looked up at him with a stern look. "Frank."

"Take it." Frank quickly insisted. "Call it a thanks for always brightening my day, buy yourself a little something."

Nora let out a sigh, but could not resist a tired smile, finally taking the money. "Thanks, Frank."

Frank smiled again, returning to getting dressed. Once he was fully clothed again, he looked to the redhead, seemingly realizing that she had been just sitting there naked the entire time. "You okay over there? You look a little lost."

Nora simply nodded. "Yeah, I'm good, just a little tired." She partially lied. "You uh... really took it outta me today, thinkin' of Sandy again?"

Frank chuckled a bit. "Yeah, you got me there. You at least have a good time?"

Nora managed a small smile. "You're always a good time, Frank, highlight of my week."

"Well, sorry I can't see you more often then."

Nora shook her head. "You've got better things to spend that money on. Use it on wooing Sandra, 'kay?"

Frank chuckled once more. "I will. Thanks for another great time."

Nora nodded. "Take care of yourself, Frank."

"You too, Nora. I'll see you next week." Frank nodded back, finally exiting the apartment, leaving the redhead alone.

Looking down at her still-nude body, Nora let out a quiet sigh. Guess I should at least put something on. She thought, pulling herself up off the bed and heading over to the dresser, picking out and donning her favourite pink bathrobe. Once it was on, Nora walked around her tiny apartment's main room, picking up the discarded clothes and underwear that had been tossed around earlier. Though after she had thrown all of that into the hamper in her closet, she sat back down on her bed, and was left with... well, nothing to really do. With Cinder gone, living somewhere much better, with someone much better, Nora had nothing to distract her from work, and visiting her friend was not nearly as easy as simply walking down the hall. Now... things were suddenly far lonelier than they had ever been before...

And Nora was beginning to lose her passion because of it.

She had a few other sessions earlier in the day - a newly-divorced, bi-curious woman, a local teen who wanted experience because he did not lose his virginity until his eighteenth, and a quiet, tattooed gang member that used to be scary, until she opened up about her painting hobby - but none of them were quite as fun as they normally would be. Hell, even with the gang member, who loved to whisper in her ear while plowing her against the wall with a strap-on, which drove her crazy any other day... she did not finish. Though that was something that she kept to herself. After all, the gang member was actually a closet romantic that used the redhead as a vent for the love she was unable to give to others, and Nora could not bear to disappoint her. Only Frank was able to bring her to orgasm, and even that was because he was really going hard due to thinking of his crush from work...

She wished Cinder was still living there with her...

Nora was well aware that it was exceptionally selfish to be thinking that, but... she could not help it. She missed her friend so much... All the fun they had together just hanging around, the makeshift therapy sessions, cuddling, eating together... all the times they made love... The redhead let out another sigh. While Cinder was likely in bed with her stone-cold fox of a boss, Nora had barely done anything since she moved out.

Well, that was not entirely true. There was few days ago when she was invited to go mini golfing with Ruby, Weiss and Yang, which was admittedly a lot of fun. Not only the outing itself, but just being able to hang out with her new friends. Nora had never gone mini golfing before, but she had always wanted to. So when Ruby asked if she wanted to join them, she was ecstatic, even if she acted rather coy on the outside. Though that did not stop her from informing them that Cinder said she could be a bit... disruptive in public, which of course led to some banter with the older woman before all three of them assured her that it was fine, and that both Ruby and Yang were like that sometimes too, earning pouts from both of them.

Falling backward onto the bed, Nora sighed once more. That outing was so much fun, and... she wished things like that could happen more often...

Then an idea popped into her head.

Nora knew exactly what she wanted to do today.

The closer to The Perch that Nora got, the thirstier she became... But not in a sexual way, as she had experienced about enough of that today... Even though she had a client coming over later... Yeah, that might require a little bit of... preparation beforehand.

Man, Yang really knew how to whip up a mean Strawberry Sunrise.

Approaching the front entrance to the bar, Nora stopped for a moment, taking a deep breath before stepping forward to practically throw the door open - though of course being careful not to slam it against the wall. "Here's Nora!" She burst, a huge grin on her face, only to be met with a completely empty room. No one in any of the booths, or at the bar counter, or even behind the bar... Certainly an unexpected sight to see. Especially given the fact that it was a Friday afternoon. Though before Nora could get a chance to call out into the empty bar, she caught a glimpse of the bathroom door opening, and Yang strolling out into the main area, taking a moment before noticing the redhead standing near the front entrance.

"Oh, hey, Nora." Yang greeted, offering a warm smile as she made her way over to the bar hatch, briefly flipping it open to position herself behind the bar. "What brings you around here? You know Cin's off today, right?"

Unfortunately, Nora had to shake her head. "I was a little bored at home, so I wanted to drop by and surprise her, but I guess she's not here..." Then she looked around at the empty bar. "So uh, where is everybody? I thought this place was supposed to be all the rage?"

Gazing around the room, Yang shrugged. "Yeah, we usually don't get many people around here until later, 'specially on Fridays, where the place is pretty much empty until a big rush in the evening. Thankfully it's not too bad, at least when my uncle actually decides to show up." She grumbled. "He was supposed to be here almost an hour ago, but..." She continued, before letting out an aggravated sigh. "Never mind. What'll it be? Another Strawberry Sunrise?"

Nora immediately grinned. "You know it!" She beamed, before a realization hit her. "But what about uh, your other coworker? Y'know, the biker chick, Weissy's girlfriend. Uh... shit, I'm usually really good with names..."

Yang quirked a brow as she began to gather the ingredients for the drink order. "You mean Vernal?"

That was it. "Yeah!" Nora confirmed. "I've been really lookin' forward to meeting her!" Then another realization hit her. "And where's Weissy? I haven't seen her around at all since my first time here a couple weeks ago... I'm startin' to miss her!"

Upon hearing that, Yang's preparation slowed, her gaze falling to the counter in front of her. "Well... I dunno when she'll be around here next, 'cause uh... she and Vernal... broke up." The blonde almost mumbled, almost earning a gasp from the redhead. "Vernal doesn't like being emotional so she's probably taking time off to handle it. While Weiss has been crashin' with me for the past few days, and aside from her work shifts, she hasn't really felt like going out much."

Nora was silent for several moments, unable to believe what she just heard. They... broke up? But... last time she saw her, Weiss seemed so happy to be talking about her... well, now ex-girlfriend... "How... did it happen?" She managed to wonder, feeling an immediate wave of sadness from the news. "'Cause... I know a bunch of relationships that ended 'cause of failed communication... People don't talk enough, then it gets harder and harder, then... it ends..." Nora took a deep breath. "It's what happened with Ren and me..." Then she noticed Yang's puzzled expression at the mention of her own ex. "My ex-boyfriend from a while ago. I couldn't admit that I didn't want him to leave, and... well, it was easier to be self-sacrificin'. I dunno, I like Weissy, and I don't wanna see her be hurt..."

As she completed the preparation of redhead's drink, Yang reached up to awkwardly rub the back of her head. "Well, it's a difficult situation... but it's not really my business to tell."

After a moment, Nora nodded, accepting the fruity beverage. Then she managed a small grin. "Fair enough, can't have you gossipin' about little Weissy, now can we?"

Yang let out a slight chuckle. "Hey, I don't mind some gossip." She defended. "For instance, I recently learned that she sleeps all splayed out like an octopus."

Taking a sip from her drink, which was absolutely delicious, Nora almost squealed. "Aw, adorbs! Does she drool in her sleep too?"

Yang shook her head. "Nah, but she drools over my cooking just fine."

"Gods, she is so cute!" Nora burst between sips. "How can you stand having her at your place? I would've just eaten her up by now!"

Through a smile, Yang rolled her eyes. "She needs good friends more than anything, Nora. She didn't exactly come from a healthy family."

Nora could only shrug. "Neither did I, but I know I'd love a nice gal like you or Weissy to come home to everyday." She smiled, before realizing something. "But maybe not in my current place, too small for another person." Clients were one thing, but having someone actually live there with her? It was not large enough.

Yang raised a brow. "I thought Cin told you not to hit on us?"

"Aw, but it's so hard!" Nora whined. "You're too hot and Weissy's too cute!"

Yang let out a chuckle. "Yeah, she is, 'specially when she tries to be really punk."

Nora immediately quirked a brow as she sipped on her incredible beverage. "She goes further than just the black hair and jacket?" The redhead questioned, leaning forward a bit. "Oh my gods do you have pics?!"

"She swears up a storm, but she's got a fancy Atlesian accent and it never sounds natural, and then she forgets she's trying to be punk and she's just so polite it hurts, there's no hard edges anywhere, it's adorable." Yang explained, though unfortunately without answering her friend's question.

Nora remained quiet for a moment. "I say again, do you have pics, Yang?"

"Of course I do!" Yang quickly assured. "Tons! It gets better when she's drunk."

Upon hearing that, Nora briefly put her drink aside started leaning into the counter. "Lemme see, lemme see, lemme see!"

Yang laughed at the redhead's enthusiasm. "Alright, alright, don't get your panties in a wad, give me a sec." She requested, reaching into her pocket and pulling out her scroll. Switching the device on, she began to tap away, likely navigating to her photo album, soon turning it toward the her friend.

The first image that was on display showcased Weiss, looking fairly normal, but in a full punk outfit. Completely jet-black hair, deep-purple band T-shirt under a studded leather jacket, ripped black jeans, and to top it off, all-black makeup and deep-orange contact lenses - since there was no way in hell that could be her real eye colour. She appeared to be giving a toast with a lidded smirk.

"So this is Weiss two drinks in." Yang began. "She always goes for Vodka, and right here she's still trying to be rough... Then she starts craving sugar, so she gets whatever cocktail someone makes for her..." Then the blonde minimized the photo and tapped another one, causing it to expand to fill the scroll's screen. This one showed Weiss sitting on one of the bar's tables, sipping a different drink from an cute little curly straw, still in full-punk attire, but with a bright smile on her face. It was absolutely adorable.

"This is Weiss five drinks in." Yang continued with a smile. "By this point, she's stopped caring about chairs and wants to be tall, and if you take a picture she gives you this big bright smile that makes you heart skip a beat..." After staring at that photo for a few moments, she minimized it and moved on to the next one. It featured Weiss in the arms of a tall, strong, redheaded woman, in a bridal carry. Her jacket was off, and her jet-black hair was loose and flowing down her shoulders, and she appeared to be laughing along with the woman who was carrying her. A rather pleasant sight, to see her so happy.

"And here she is six drinks in." Yang explained. "She wants to touch anything and anyone, and if Pyrrha is here- the woman who's holding her, she becomes her unofficial babysitter."

As Yang showed the redhead more and more photos of Weiss, herself, Raven, and the rest of their friends, all just... having fun together, Nora could only manage to think one thing.

She was so happy that Cinder found this amazing group of people.

Out of all the strange feelings that Weiss had experienced, using Yang's shower certainly took a top spot.

Sure, she had been staying with the blonde for several days now, which meant this morning was not the first time that she used her shower, but... it was certainly not an easy thing to get used to. Standing in the exact same place that Yang did when she was naked... shampooing her beautiful, silky hair... washing her... incredible body... Perhaps... even touching herself...

Weiss attempted to shake away those... less than appropriate thoughts, blaming them on her... well, rather inflated libido, so to speak - seeing as she was going from sex at least twice per day to none at all - but it just made things worse, only increasing her anxiety over the whole situation. Now that she was... alone, how was she going to handle... taking care of her urges? Considering it had already been a tad... difficult even after just a few days... Weiss did not own any toys of that nature, and she had not needed to touch herself since moving to Vale, due to... obvious reasons... Oh gods, what if she is unable to control her desires while Yang was in the apartment? What if she hears me?!

Nope. Stop thinking about that. Focus on cleaning.

Letting out a sigh, Weiss returned to the current task at hand, breaking down and throwing out a couple leftover takeout containers. Throughout the past few days, she had been doing her best to occupy her free time with tidying up the apartment. Something that she used to do for Vernal, though to a lesser extent. Her... now ex-girlfriend never liked the apartment to be too clean, as she put it. Yang on the other hand, well, it appeared as though she cleaned her apartment, but her version involved shoving a lot of things out of the way, resulting in things looking clean, but the mess was just hidden, rather than actually gone.

Unfortunately, the more that Weiss cleaned, the more she realized that her friend's messiness might be a symptom of depression, and it appeared that the blonde was only able to power through it to an extent. Which was more than she could say for herself back before moving to Vale. Weiss recognized that she was deeply depressed when she lived in the manor. The maids took care of any cleaning that needed to be done, but she was one-hundred percent sure that if they did not, her room especially would be a complete mess. Then, after escaping and moving in with Vernal, her urge to clean came back, and she realized that she was beginning to get better again.

Yang's depression on the other hand looked liked it had steadily drained her... well, her fucks to give about order, seeing as the farther Weiss went into her apartment, the messier things became. Though thankfully, it was a challenge that she reveled in, not only in terms of the cleaning itself, but... in helping her friend. Weiss felt like she should be helping Yang much more than the blonde had helped and was helping her, realizing just how important she had become over the past year, and... honestly how little she had truly done for her friend in return. All she had to do was take the current situation. There she was, intruding on Yang's life and livelihood, all because of her own foolishness, and what did she do in return? Eat her cooking, think extremely improperly of her, and pry into her belongings...

Yeah, some friend I am.

Though, it's not like I was any better a year ago. Weiss thought, organizing the DVDs and video game cases under the television, before moving onto the blonde's bedroom for the first time - Something that she had been hesitant on doing at first, but warmed up to the idea once Yang gave her permission, even though it still felt a little like invading her privacy.

In Atlas, she wanted to be free, to have her own life, and... Vernal gave that to her. Sure, it was not the perfect life, but at least it was her own. Sadly... it did not pan out. Weiss then went from a life that she thought she loved, that she thought loved her, to... finding out it was all just her naivety. And that was frightening. Suddenly she was at a crossroads, and she was scared to walk.

As Weiss made her way through her friend's bedroom - straightening the books, DVD box sets and figurines on the single bookshelf, properly making the bedsheets, and picking up and putting away discarded pieces of clothing - she spotted what appeared to be a leopard-print bra underneath the bed. On instinct, she got down on one knee to reach down and pick it up, but froze, realizing just what she was about to do. Sure, Yang had said it was okay to tidy up her room, but... touching her underwear? That had to be over the line. Though... the blonde never specified to keep her hands off of anything... So, Weiss figured it would be fine. After all, the only thing she was doing was transferring it into a hamper.

Unfortunately, the moment Weiss picked up the bra, she froze again. Holy shit, this thing is huge! Against her better judgment, she turned the undergarment in her hands to get a look at the tag on the back, and- Fuck, she was an E?! Lucky bitch... Weiss then held it up to her own chest, observing just how many sizes larger it was compared the bra that she was currently wearing. Gods, this was just what she needed. Another reminder of the fact that she wished she had at least average-sized breasts, not the... bug bites that currently made up her chest. Letting out a sigh, Weiss shook away the rather depressing thoughts, standing with the undergarment in hand, and walking across the room to toss it into the hamper that sat in the corner.

As Weiss continued to straighten things out, putting anything away that needed to be, thoughts of Yang began to slowly flood her mind. Memories from the past year, how much she cared for the blonde - and in turn how much the blonde cared for her - how close they have become... and... how lucky she was to have met her. Then, just as Weiss was adjusting the various picture frames that sat on her friend's dresser - one of Yang, Ruby and their parents at the Rose-Xiao Long house from what had to be years ago, one of Yang and Qrow at what appeared to be a motorcycle show, a rather awkward one of Yang and Raven, and... Oh my gods... There was one of her and a possibly drunk Weiss from her birthday last year... with Yang's arm around her shoulders, pulling her close...

She could not believe her eyes... Her friend owned a framed picture of just the two of them... in her bedroom, along with the ones that included family members... As if Weiss was family as well... That knowledge alone, that Yang kept a physical photograph of them, and... Vernal never did... only served to further fill her mind with doubt, with fear, with... self-loathing and regret... The sudden realization that her ex-girlfriend never kept any pictures of them... it was too much, and she did not know how to handle it alone. She was so lost...

So... with tears beginning to pool in her eyes, Weiss felt herself practically crumple to her knees, then to the floor, the tears streaming down her face. She did not know who to turn to anymore... Or... perhaps she should not turn to anyone. After all, this entire situation was her fault... It was... all her fault...

Sometime later, Weiss was not entirely sure... she heard the sound of Yang arriving back home from work, but... she could not even manage to move, merely remaining curled up on the carpeted floor, back turned toward the door as she continued to quietly sob. She heard her name be called a couple times, but still, did not move. Eventually, the sound of footsteps grew closer, as the blonde seemingly walked through the apartment, looking for her friend, until they stopped in the doorway, as her pathetic form was finally seen.

"Oh my gods, Weiss!" Yang gasped, rushing over, dropping to her knees and carefully turning the younger woman over, one hand holding her shoulder, the other cradling the back of her head, in order to better get a look at her. "Are you okay?!"

Even if she had not said anything, Weiss could see just how worried the blonde was worried for her, and... Seeing the fearful look in her beautiful lilac eyes... only made things worse. So much so that she was not even able to meet her gaze. Eventually, Weiss turned onto her side to curl up once more, this time almost against her friend's knees. "I'm so sorry... for worrying you..." She whimpered, squeezing her teary eyes shut. "So sorry..."

Immediately adjusting her position so that she was lying on the floor next to the younger woman, Yang wrapped her strong arms around her, pulling her close. "Shhh... Shhh... It's okay..." She gently soothed, lightly petting the back of her head as she spoke. "It's okay, Weiss... It's not your fault..."

The two remained there for a while, simply lying on the floor, with Yang's arms firmly around her friend, holding her close to her ample chest. It was... strange, yet comfortable to be held like that by someone. But... it certainly helped. Eventually, Weiss began to calm down, the tears stopping, and her breathing steadying.

"Hey, would you mind if I picked you up?" Yang inquired, leaning back a bit, which was a bit awkward on the floor. "I could move you to my bed if you want, since it's much more comfortable than the floor." After a few moments, Weiss merely nodded in response. So the blonde slowly released her, getting up from the floor and moving around her friend. She then slid her hands under the younger woman's body - one under her back, the other under her legs - and carefully lifted her up off the floor, earning a slight gasp as she did so.

Soon enough, Weiss found herself being gently laid down onto Yang's bed, her head landing on an extraordinarily comfy pillow, before the woman herself climbed onto the mattress, lying down next to her. The blonde then reached over, taking hold of one of her hands. Weiss instinctively moved over, cuddling up to her side. She did not want to be alone right now.

"So uh, we can talk when you're ready, or not at all, whatever you feel comfortable with." Yang informed after a brief, slightly awkward silence. "Just know I'm here for you, 'kay?"

Weiss was quiet for a time, merely lying there against her friend. "I-If it's alright with you... I'd... like to stay here... a-at least for a while..." Unseen by her, Yang managed a warm smile, looking down at her friend.

"You got it."

Being scheduled to work the later shift after her day off really ensured that Cinder would be bored today.

Well, at least she had all the non-refrigerated groceries to put away from the prior day's much-needed shopping trip, which served to be more difficult to sort out than she thought, given Raven's... admittedly disastrous way of organizing her cupboards... If one could even call what she did organization. So unfortunately, properly structuring all the kitchen cupboards was added to the top of her to-do-list - considering she could not put things away if they did not have set places to go.

And so, that was what Cinder used most of her time alone for. A few hours spent pulling out and organizing almost everything from the cupboards and shelves before eventually restocking it all, finally leaving her with relatively clean kitchen. Honestly, she had absolutely no idea how Raven had lived so long with a pantry this... messy. She could not even imagine what the other areas of the apartment must look like, such as her bedroom or bathroom. Though that gave Cinder an idea. Perhaps... she could move onto those rooms to clean them as well... After all, it was the least she could do for Raven, especially given everything that the older woman had done for her.

Pulling herself up from the couch, Cinder began making her way down the hallway that led to her friend's bedroom and attached bathroom. Though upon reaching the door, she froze before grabbing the handle, as a realization quickly hit her. While Cinder wanted to clean more for the older woman - both to pay her back and for fear of more of her apartment looking like the pantry - but... to just enter her bedroom without her permission? That was most certainly an invasion of privacy.

Eventually, Cinder merely returned to the living room, plopping back down onto the couch, once again left with nothing really to do. So, picking up the TV remote, she went to turn the device on, but before she could, an extremely unexpected, yet very familiar knock rung upon the front door.

Knock knock knock

"Cindy."

Knock knock knock

"Cindy."

Knock knock knock

"Cindy."

Cinder immediately furrowed her brow, turning to face the source of the noise. Was that... Nora? Pulling herself up off the couch, she made her way toward the front door, opening it up to find a bubbly redhead standing on the other side.

"Hi, Cindy!" Nora beamed, flashing a bright smile at the older woman.

Cinder merely stood there for a moment, rather confused. "Hello, Nora... How did- What are you doing here?"

"I was just wonderin' if you wanted to come hang out with me! As long as you don't have work soon of course!" Nora excitedly answered. "I would've come yesterday on your day off, but I got hung up lookin' at pictures of Weissy with Yang, and I had prepare for a client that came over last night. But I'm here now! And Yang let me go through the back room so I didn't have to walk around the building."

They were looking at pictures of... Weiss? Certainly an odd pastime. "Well, I do have a shift later, but it's not for a while, so I have some time." Cinder informed. "What did you have in mind?"

Nora brought a hand up to her chin for a moment, seemingly in thought. "Wanna go out for ice cream? My treat."

Cinder merely shrugged. "That sounds nice, Nora." Not like I'm doing anything else until work anyway.

And so, after grabbing her glove and slipping on her shoes, they were off. Though as the pair walked down the old, metal stairs that extended from Raven's front 'porch' down to the pavement, Cinder found it rather odd that she had been living with the older woman for several days, yet the redhead had not berated her with a single question about her being there with her crush. Then she looked over, and was met with the slyest smirk on her friend's face. And, here they come.

"So how is it livin' with that sexy boss of yours?"

"It has been... an experience to say the least." Cinder attempted to inform. "On one hand, being able to have someone to just... fall into a routine with is a pleasant change, but on the other... there was an... incident a few days ago..."

"Oh, what happened?" Nora inquired, leaning closer to her friend as they turned onto the sidewalk from the parking lot. "Did you accidentally walk in on her on the can? Or maybe break one of her favourite coffee mugs?"

If only it were so simple. "Not exactly..." Cinder admitted. Gods, where do I even begin? "Well, it happened the morning after we fell asleep on the couch together, watching some nature documentary, which itself occurred due to us having an insomnia-caused drink at about three AM." She explained, much to the slight confusion of the redhead. "Anyways, we wake up, still holding hands from the prior night, and Raven wants a glass of water for her hangover, so I get her one. We talk a bit, decide that we want to go to a café for breakfast, and then she gets up to go change. It was at that moment that I remember that Raven was still not wearing any pyjama pants or shorts, because her panties had ridden up as we slept, so I was practically able to see her entire ass. Her pale, voluptuous... fuck..." Cinder trailed off, as memories of that morning flooded back into the forefront of her mind. "Nora, words cannot describe such a... beautiful, perfectly-shaped sight. I feel like I could have sat there for hours and not even noticed any time passing."

Nora only chuckled at her friend's slight rambling. "So it's huge?" Cinder could only manage to gesticulate a rounded shape with shaking, grasping hands in response, a look of intense exertion on her face. Thankfully, she understood. "Oh, it's thicc."

Lowering her hands, Cinder shook her head. "I believe the word thick is an understatement... I think." Something tells me she doesn't mean that in the traditional sense.

"I need to sneak a peak next time, drop a pen or something so I get a good look!" Nora excitedly requested.

"If she ever worked outside of her office, believe me, I would." Cinder defended. Though if I dropped that many things around her, she would likely become suspicious. "But that was not even the best part of that morning."

Nora actually gasped at that. "It gets better!?"

Oh did it fucking ever. "In some ways yes, but in others... infinitely worse." Cinder clarified. "To put it simply, as she was sauntering down the hallway towards her bedroom, that woman just stripped off her top, right there, in front of me, like she didn't even remember I was there! Then she turned her head, and rather than saying anything, she smirked at me before heading into her bedroom. And mind you, she was not wearing a bra, so I could see the sides of those... melons that she calls breasts!" And that would be an image that Cinder remembered forever.

Nora appeared as though she was about to start drooling. "Mnn, melons..."

"My thoughts exactly." Cinder immediately agreed. She was what people would call a boobs woman. "I only wish that she had turned around."

Nora looked skeptically at her friend for a moment. "You know... you could have probably followed her, maybe."

Cinder just let out a chuckle at the ridiculous suggestion. "Yeah, sure, as if that would have ended well." Probably with a 'what the hell are you doing, Cin?'

"Oh come on, there's teasing and there's throwing up gang signs!" Nora countered.

Cinder only rolled her eye, knowing that her still relatively-new friends had strange ways of teasing people. "Oh yeah, then what do you think would have happened if I actually did follow her, hm?"

"Sexy times of course." Nora quickly answered, a grin spreading across her face. "Booty smackin', clam jammin', horizontal foxtrots, le coitus."

Cinder could not help but laugh. "You're ridiculous, Nora." She shook her head, unintentionally observing the area around her. Barely any cars on the road, not one person on the sidewalks... I suppose everyone is at work. "But enough about that... situation, how are you fairing without me?"

Nora just shrugged. "Oh you know, good aside from the office work, tedious, boring, mind numbing."

Cinder chuckled a bit at the explanation. "Ah yes, the type of office work that has you on your back?" She wondered. "Or on your stomach? Or up against a wall?"

Nora giggled. "The stomach was my favorite."

Cinder managed a smile. "I know, Nora." Then she paused. "But... have you ever thought about doing... more?"

Nora brought a hand up to her chin for a moment again. "Well, the whole online stuff still kinda scares me."

"Not what I meant. I'm talking about what you could do instead." Cinder corrected, reaching over to click the crossing-button for the fairly empty intersection they had just reached. "You're a smart girl, Nora, and I realize that you don't have the strongest qualifications, but I know that you've always wanted to be more than... this."

Nora was quiet for a moment, as the pair waited for the red light. "Yeah, but what I've got is stable, everyone wants sex, especially if it's well-priced and safe. Things just kinda work, and I don't wanna rock the boat."

"But we both know that you're capable of more, that you want more." Cinder attempted to press, while the two crossed the street "Don't hold yourself back just because your current situation is stable enough."

Nora's gaze just fell. "Cindy..."

Looking forward, Cinder was able to see that they were getting relatively close to their destination, so she stopped, grabbing the redhead by the face and staring into her teal eyes. "Nora, if you were to properly apply herself, you could do great things for the world. I know it. You know it. You have the heart for it. The only thing you need is the drive."

Nora only bit her lip in response. "You really know how to make a gals head swell."

Cinder just smiled at her friend. "All I'm doing is helping you realize your potential." Nora smiled right back, and pulled the older woman into a tight hug, which she quickly reciprocated. "I miss you, Nora."

"Miss you too, Cindy." Nora almost whispered into her ear, before releasing her friend. "Now let's get some ice cream, on me!"

Cinder actually laughed, allowing the redhead to pull her onward down the sidewalk. Soon enough, they arrived at at their destination: Two Scoops of Vale. The very same place that currently employed Weiss. As the pair entered through the front entrance, emphasized by the ding of a bell hanging above the door, the first thing Cinder noticed was thankfully, the parlour was not very busy. Weiss was behind the left side of the counter, talking to a tall, olive-skinned blonde, who was already holding a waffle cone topped with two different flavours of ice cream, and another female worker stood closer to the cash register near the middle.

She must be a regular here.

Observing the admittedly huge amount of flavours advertised above the counter, she realized that she actually had no idea what she wanted to order. She was never the hugest fan of ice cream, so there were not many flavours that did it for her, but still... There were so many available... Unfortunately, that meant that she - as well as Nora, surprisingly - ended up merely taking a look around, her gaze eventually landing on the wannabe punk and her customer friend, resulting in a tiny bit of eavesdropping on their conversation.

"So you're staying with your friend now, yeah?" The customer asked, licking her colourful ice cream. Seems like they're discussing Yang.

Weiss nodded. "That's right, I've been there for a few days now. It's been... really nice."

"I'd be worried if it wasn't." The customer added.

Weiss chuckled a bit. "You say that like you're not still worried."

The customer just shrugged, continuing to eat her frozen treat. "It always pays to be a little worried, you're going through a tough time."

Weiss managed a smile. "Well, I appreciate you coming by to hang out, Robyn. It's always a pleasant surprise to see someone other than a..." She trailed off, leaning closer to the... older woman? She appeared as though she could be around Cinder's age. Though, looks could be deceiving. "A brat walk through the door."

"Oh come on, you don't love seeing the little tykes all hyper and happy to see the ice cream lady?" Robyn inquired with a sly smirk.

Weiss let out a sigh. "I will admit, it was rather adorable at first, but sadly it quickly became an absolute chore to deal with them."

"Ah, they'll grow on you again someday." Robyn assured. "You're just in the post-honeymoon period."

Weiss only rolled her eyes. "Please, I've been trying to find something to like about them for ages. I don't think I'll ever find anything."

Robyn shrugged again, mid-lick. "Time will tell. I bet you looked adorable as a baby."

"Everyone is adorable as an infant." Weiss defended. "It's when they grow into a child that their cuteness becomes overshadowed by how fu... annoying they are."

Robyn quirked a brow. "Now you as a child, that I'd love to have seen."

"You would have to contact my sister, Winter, for that." Weiss informed. "I don't own any pictures from my childhood anymore."

With her brow still raised, Robyn smirked a bit. "Winter, huh? Cute name, sounds frosty."

Weiss let out an amused chuckle. "You don't know the half of it. Though she can actually manage to be warm when she's not working, which... certainly doesn't happen often." She explained. "It would be nice if you two could meet someday, as I'm sure Winter would love to know the customer who always comes to check up on me. Just don't try to hit on her. She doesn't respond very kindly to flirters."

Robyn just laughed at the warning. "She can't be much worse than you."

"Oh, I beg to differ." Weiss challenged. "If you ever meet her, you'll see."

Robyn laughed again in response, just as Weiss looked over, and actually made eye contact with Cinder, causing her to blink in surprise, surely not expecting to see her of all people at an ice cream parlour. Even so, she managed a smile, motioning for her to come over.

"It seems we are being called over." Cinder mentioned to the redhead, gesturing over to the wannabe punk.

Nora just gasped as they began walked over. "I didn't know we were where Weissy worked!"

And that was a lot of W's, one after the other.

As the pair walked over to meet up with their, Robyn turned to notice them, but did not say anything. On the other hand, Weiss offered another smile. "Hello, Cinder, Nora. What brings you here of all places?"

Cinder just tilted her head towards the redhead next to her. "Someone wanted to get ice cream, and this was the only place I knew."

"Hi! I'm someone." Nora grinned, before taking notice of Robyn's hair. "Oh my gods, your hair is awesome! It's like fairy floss!"

"Thanks." Robyn smiled. Then she checked her watch. "But uh, I gotta go, work's a bitch. See ya later, Weiss." She quickly finished, nodding before backing up with her still-half-finished ice cream.

"Take care, Robyn." Weiss bid, to which her friend waved on her way out the front entrance.

"She a regular?" Cinder wondered, turning back to the wannabe punk

"Something like that." Weiss answered. "She claims that she visits so often in order to check on me, but I think she just really enjoys the ice cream here."

"Or she has a crush on you." Cinder suggested with a slight smirk.

Weiss let out an amused huff. "She's not exactly my type."

"Oh, and what is your type?" Cinder questioned. "Blonde and busty?"

Weiss just rolled her eyes. "Brunette and bitchy, duh."

"If you say so." Cinder shrugged, looking up at the signs above them. "Any flavours you recommend?"

Weiss paused, actually looking down at the various tubs of ice cream below her. "I'll always shill for pistachio, and the triple choc fudge is popular though, and we always go through at least half a tub of mint chip on a good day."

"Hmm, perhaps I'll give one of those a try." Cinder partially decided, before smirking a bit. "Should text Yang, tell her you say hello?"

"She's knows that she's appreciated." Weiss countered.

"I'm sure she could use a reminder." Cinder defended, her smirk still present.

"Free ice cream is a good enough reminder." Weiss informed.

"Aw, she gets free ice cream? No fair!" Nora whined.

Weiss only rolled her eyes again. "It comes out of my pocket, because she's barely letting me pay rent as it is."

That sounds a lot like Raven. "How generous of you both."

"Friendship is full of sacrifices." Weiss added.

Considering what she had to put up with when it came to Nora and Yang, Cinder could not agree more. "Oh is it ever."

While the other two were talking, Nora was merely standing there, looking between them, seemingly waiting somewhat patiently. "So are we gonna get some ice cream? Or just keep talkin' to the cutie behind the counter? 'Cause I'm good with either at this point."

Weiss actually chuckled at the complement, but gestured to both the sigs above her, and the various tubs of ice cream below her. "We have a fine selection on offer, if you care to browse."

"Three scoops of rainbow sherbet in a sprinkle cone!" Nora burst, a huge grin on her face. Of course, the most sugary option on the menu. "But before that, I'll be right back! Gotta run to the little girls room!"

As the redhead skipped off to the bathroom, Cinder and Weiss shared an awkward moment of silence. So, the older woman decided to merely wait off to the side while Nora was away. Though, that led to her being able to witness Weiss and her coworker speak to one another, and it certainly did not seem like said coworker was a very pleasant person.

"You shouldn't be talking to the customers so much before they order. It's a waste of time." The other girl behind the counter huffed. Dirty blonde, nose piercing, eyeliner wings, appearing to be still a teenager... Yeah, she definitely seemed to be the right kind of person to be working at an ice cream parlour.

"No time enjoyed is wasted." Weiss defended, not even looking at the girl talking to her.

"Order first, talk later." The coworker instructed, almost likes he was mocking her. "You should know the drill by now."

"Yes, because we're holding up the line with our idle chit chat." Weiss countered, gesturing to the lack of a line in front of the counter, rolling her eyes. "Besides, sometimes people need a good conversation as much as a good treat, as Port always says."

The coworker clicked her tongue. "Tch, always about Port. You just follow every little word he says, don't you? No wonder people find you both annoying."

Weiss narrowed her eyes. "He's a nice man, and he gives us employment, you should show him respect."

"Yeah, sure." The coworker spat. "Hey, Weiss? Your daddy issues are showing."

Weiss only sighed, leaning her head against the cool surface of the ice cream fridge behind her. "Whatever, Clara."

As Cinder observed the two interact, she narrowed her eye. No wonder Weiss despises this place so much. Bratty kids to deal with on the regular, and a complete bitch of a coworker. At least Vernal had the common decency to be polite... At least most of the time, and she was not an annoying teenager. Cinder wanted to do something, but was not sure if there was anything she could do. Perhaps she could put in a complaint with the manager or owner... Then, as if the universe was listening to her, the perfect opportunity presented itself. That dumb girl was looking at her. She had to resist smirking as she approached the counter.

"It is rude to stare." Cinder firmly chastised, actually catching Clara off guard.

"Oh, sorry! Sorry, I didn't me-" Clara attempted to stammer.

"Where is your manager?" Cinder questioned, cutting the girl off.

"I-I am the manager today..." Clara barely answered, almost mumbling.

Cinder eyed the girl. "I see standards have fallen." She practically spat, before turning to her friend. "Weiss, who is your employer?"

Weiss blinked, not expecting to be called upon. She appeared to be enjoying the confrontation, even if her face only barely showed it. "Mr. Port, he's on a hunting trip."

So he owns an ice cream parlour too. Quite a diverse portfolio... Port... folio... Gods damnit, Yang. "I would like to make a formal complaint." Cinder decided, glaring at her friend's coworker as she spoke.

Then a sheer look of panic washed over Clara's face. "No please, I'm sorry ma'am! I didn't mean to offend yo-"

"Then see to it." Cinder snapped, once again interrupting the girl. "You do not gawk like a buffoon at any individual that differs from whatever vapid models adorn your bedroom posters."

Clara appeared unable to even form a proper response, her mouth hanging open like a trout. So she just nodded a bit, and backed away, nervously heading through the door behind her, likely into the break room, or something. Weiss on the other hand appeared to be hiding how joyful she had to be, putting on a customer service face as she held back her extreme amusement. It felt good to put a girl like that in her place... A girl that Cinder used to very much be like. Typical high school Queen Bee. Even now, she had a hard time believing that she once enjoyed being that much of a bitch.

Cinder then leaned closer to the counter - somewhat blocked by the glass case that covered the ice cream - gesturing for the younger woman to come closer as well, which she did. "The workforce is suffering enough without silly little girls and their games." The older woman whispered. "Don't tolerate it, and call me if you need me." After a few moments, the wannabe punk managed a small, yet much more authentic smile.

"I... suppose you could always come by every so often..."

Weiss did not expect to wake up in Yang's arms the next morning... or still cuddled up to her at all.

Not only had she wrapped her arms around the blonde's midsection while they slept, but Yang had actually unconsciously pulled her closer, so she was now trapped under her friend's strong arms, her head laying upon her soft... ample chest. Was this... what cuddling really felt like? Had it always been this... comfortable? Weiss had never really experienced it before. With Vernal... it was never actually cuddling, rather... her just snuggling up to her now-ex-girlfriend after sex. No spooning, no hugging... The average person would likely never even consider that cuddling. But now... being held so close by Yang, feeling the warmth of her body against her own... Weiss could not help but smile at a realization. Even asleep, this woman really know how to make her feel loved and cared for... So much so that she did not want to leave. She could just... remain there... all morning... Hell, even all day...

Though unfortunately, there was a single thing that was preventing Weiss from doing just that. The calling of nature. Of course, she considered holding it, staying in her current heavenly position until her friend woke up, but it quickly grew from a slight discomfort to a real annoyance. So, with a small, quiet sigh, Weiss began to carefully extract herself from Yang's hug, as slow as she could possibly manage. She began with pulling her own arms back from around the blonde's midsection, which thankfully caused no changes. Once those were free, she ever-so-slowly slid her way under Yang's strong arms, resulting in a bit of a stir, but nothing more.

After Weiss had successfully extracted herself from her friend's snuggly grasp, pulling herself up into a sitting position, she let out a quiet sigh of relief, surprised that she was able to get up without waking the blonde. Something that had never once happened with Vernal. In fact, she could barely even get out of bed without disturbing her ex-girlfriend from her slumber, which was made worse since she was not at all a morning person. Although, because she had not woken up her friend, Weiss actually had a good view of her sleeping form. It was... the first time she had ever let herself look without... feeling ashamed that she was being inappropriate. But now... Yang appeared more like her mother when she was asleep, since there was no smile gracing her features, and all that remained was the fatigue. Even so, she looked... peaceful.

Then Weiss made the mistake of looking at the rest of her body. Due to Yang currently being in the orange tank top and black short shorts that made up her usual pyjamas, the younger woman was able to have a fairly nice view of her thighs, and... her cleavage... Oh my gods, she's not wearing a bra... I can see her nipples under her shir-

Nope. Stop that, right this instant. Weiss immediately told her... very stupid self, as she almost went down a certain rabbit hole of inappropriate thoughts... again. She could not believe she was about to leer at her sleeping friend. Gods, she was disgusting for almost letting that happen, especially given the fact that the blonde was not even conscious. Attempting to shake away the desire to continue on that path, Weiss reached over, grabbed the sheets that were currently at the foot of the bed, and pulled them up over Yang's body, doing something to preserve her modesty. Though just before she got up out of bed, she took one more moment to observe her friend. Before now, Weiss had always felt a bit guilty for looking at Yang, given her relationship status, but now... she did not feel that guilty anymore... So she was able to see her for what she truly was. Beautiful.

Finally getting up off the bed, and stepping onto the nice, carpeted floor, Weiss quietly made her way out of the bedroom - making sure to carefully close the door behind her - and headed into the bathroom to relieve herself. Which... after spending a good amount of time trapped under Yang's embrace, was exceptionally satisfying.

After washing her hands, Weiss caught the first glimpse of herself in the mirror... Her reflection, her clothes... and... she did not like what she saw. Not anymore...

Even her hair, which she had actually quite liked black, was really beginning to revert to it's natural ivory colour, since she had not bothered to go out to get it dyed in... months. So she had a little more than just white roots. But even so... as Weiss kept staring at her reflection... she realized that she could barely recognize herself. The only thing that remained of her self was her frosty blue eyes, and even those she attempted to cover. She ran away from her family, trying to hide every shred of it with... the identity of someone else, and now... she was unable to see either in herself. Just... uncertainty.

Weiss was coming to the realization that Vernal had defined everything that she was. Or rather, she had used her ex-girlfriend as a template to model herself after. To abandon all of what her father expected Weiss Schnee to be, and create her own identity. Unfortunately, in attempting to do so, she merely adopted someone else's.

But that ended today.

Opening up the drawers of the bathroom counter, Weiss located a pair of styling scissors, and hastily pulled them out. She would not live under another's shadow any longer No more... Gathering a sizeable amount of hair in her hand, she almost-harshly tugged the locks out straight and held the scissors up to them, clenching her teeth as she prepared to chop off every bit that was dyed. Of course that would leave it exceptionally short, and... rather horrible, but... Weiss did not care. All she wanted was for all this to be gone... to have her own identity...

Then she realized what she was about to do. Lowering the styling scissors, she stared at them with wide eyes. She was... really about to cut off what amounted to over half of her hair... Like an complete moron... Weiss then let out a heavy sigh, dropping the scissors back into the drawer and shutting it. She could not believe that she almost let herself do that, to be so... irrational. For all the lessons that had been drilled into her back in Atlas, there were still a few valuable ones. Every mistake she had made boiled down to her... spiteful irrationality, and she was not about to let that happen again.

Weiss was going to start changing herself, finding her own, true identity, but... she was going to do it right. And that began with helping her friend. Unfortunately, that friend was still asleep, and since she was not exactly a good cook, there was not a whole lot she could do for her at the present moment. Though, there was something that she could do to at least kill some time. Exiting the bathroom, Weiss turned off the light and headed into the living area, approaching and kneeling before the clothes bag that currently sat next to the couch. While she was unable to realistically chop off half of her hair and have it look good, there was something she could at least start doing to change herself.

Moving her bag out of its place, Weiss unzipped it and began pulling out the various pieces of clothing that filled it, and... as she suspected, every bit of it could have been taken straight out of Vernal's closet. It only caused her to sigh again, as she realized that this was going to take a lot more than just sorting out some clothes. So, Weiss took some time to think about Yang... and the signs she was starting to see. It was not nearly as obvious when the blonde was dating Coco, but recently... her happiness had been fading, and... depression was setting in. Weiss was beginning to recognize some of the same things that she herself had gone through back in the Schnee mansion. Cold and isolated, just... going through the motions, day after day...

Before she was with Coco, Yang needed someone to help her, and now, after the two had broken up... she needed help once again. Perhaps... they could even help each other. After all, the blonde had done so much for her, not just over the past few days, but the past year, and it was about time to pay her back.

Then, as if on cue, the sound of a door opening was heard from behind her. Turning toward the source of the noise, Weiss watched as Yang slowly emerge from her bedroom, tiredly rubbing her eye, and heading into the bathroom, not even taking notice of her friend. A short time, toilet flush, and brief sink use later, the bathroom door opened, and the blonde came out, furrowing her brow as she approached, noticing the younger woman was on the floor along, along with the majority of her clothes.

So Weiss attempted to offer a smile. "Good morning, Yang."

Yang did not smile back, only observing what her friend had done. "Morning... What uh, why've you got all your clothes on the floor?"

Looking down at her clothes, Weiss realized that she had created quite a mess. "Oh, I'm just... sorting some things out. I'll clean it up soon."

After a moment, Yang just nodded. "'Kay, no rush." She almost mumbled, walking around the pile of clothes and into the kitchen, where she began taking out ingredients for breakfast. Eggs, mushrooms, ham, peppers... Oh, it looked like they were having omelettes today.

As Weiss watched her friend begin to prepare breakfast, she noticed how... dull she appeared. No cheery smile, no upbeat attitude... just like the past few days. She already regretted not saying anything before, but today... it almost seemed... worse. No, that was it. Weiss was not going to just sit back and watch this any longer. "Hey... Yang? Are you alright?"

Yang merely continued, grabbing a pan from under the stove and placing it onto the metal surface. "Yeah... Yeah, I'm good."

That was not going to cut it. Picking herself up off of the floor, Weiss stepped over her clothes and joined her friend in the kitchen, though she was not noticed. So, she walked up behind her, and wrapped her arms around the blonde's midsection, pulling her close, and causing her to cease the preparation of breakfast. "No, you're not, and that's okay. I just want you to talk to me."

What followed was a brief silence, as Yang only stood there, staring down at the currently-empty pan. "Really, Weiss, I'm fine. Just... a little tired."

Weiss could that was a lie from a mile away. "Yang. Are you alright?" She asked again, more firmly this time. "I'm your best friend, and all I want is to help you, to be there for you, just like you have been for me." Then she tightened her hug. "So please, let me be there for you."

A few moments passed, with Yang remaining silent, until letting out a heavy sigh, which hopefully meant she was going to speak. "I uh... I've been thinkin' about the breakup a lot, and... it's pretty lonely without her around..." Then she sniffled, tightening her grip on the pan in front of her. "I know we weren't right for each other, and... I get that, but I still really wanted things to work out with her... I just... wanna stop feeling so... empty all the time..." Yang took a shaky breath. "Y'know, it was kinda like living with Ruby again. We could go on and on about fuck all and it never got boring. I didn't feel... alone... I... felt like I was making someone happy again..." Then she let out another sigh. "Thought I found someone that I could really be with, but... just turned out we were tryin' to force a relationship from what should've only been a friendship..."

Weiss could only manage to hug her friend tighter upon hearing all that. She was never very skilled at comforting others. All she could really think of was to physically show the blonde that she was there for her. "I... understand that, Yang. I know all too well how painful breakups are, but it won't hurt forever. While you two might not have worked as a couple, I don't doubt that you have the potential to be the best of friends. Even if your breakup came at the most... inconvenient of times."

Yang actually let out a laugh in response, certainly surprising the younger woman. "Me too, Weiss." She agreed, reaching up to rub her face of something. Was... she crying? "And uh, sorry again about ditching you on your first night here, and... y'know, almost bangin' Coco while you were trying to sleep."

Weiss merely shook her head against the blonde's back. "It's okay, Yang, I promise. We're friends, we'll always be friends... and you had just come home from a romantic evening with your girlfriend. I only wish things had worked out between you two. Though on the bright side, I was able to catch a fairly nice glimpse at your rear the morning after. So I suppose it's not all bad."

A moment passed, and Yang just burst out laughing, turning in Weiss' arms to wrap her friend in a tight hug. It felt really nice. Once she calmed down, she loosened her embrace. "You can thank Coco for that, since she bought me the lingerie, as well as a shit ton of other bras and underwear." She explained. "But uh, I'm still really sorry about that whole night. I can't imagine having to listen to my friend and her partner fuck after going through a breakup."

Weiss was quiet for a moment, as an idea popped into her head. One... that could actually help with her future. "Well, I suppose you could pay me back somehow."

Loosening her hug further, Yang leaned back to raise a brow at her friend, her eyes red, cheeks tear-stained. "What, should I pull my shorts down again?"

Weiss had to resist the intense urge to immediately accept that offer, as getting to gaze upon that... glorious rear again... Yes please. Though, she had more important things to think about. "You could take me shopping for some new clothes."

Yang just blinked, seemingly not expecting such a simple request. "Oh, sure!" She beamed, brightly smiling at her friend. "Did you forget some or..."

Weiss shook her head. "No, I just... want a change of pace... a-and a haircut."

Yang paused for a moment, Yang warmly smiled again. "Then consider it done, m'lady."

Weiss rolled her eyes so hard that they might has well have packed bags and fled to Atlas. Which caused Yang to laugh through still-teary eyes, pulling the younger woman into a tighter embrace, pulling her close into her sizable chest. It was there that they remained for a time, simply standing there, enjoying the warmth that the huge provided, until Yang broke the silence.

"Thanks, Weiss..."
