Elizabeth had been at Hogwarts for a few weeks and she enjoyed it. She liked her new friends and her classes.

Well, she liked her classes until it was Gryffindor and Slytherin together in one class room. Talk about playing with fire.

Elizabeth was walking back to her dorm when she saw it.

Evan Rosier, Avery, and Severus Snape. Three Slytherin boys, who were likely going to be into the dark arts Elizabeth had a feeling about that already, were targeting Phoebe Collins.

They had her corned in the empty hall. They didn't know Elizabeth was there. Elizabeth hid herself, she could still watch what was happening but wouldn't be spotted.

"Filthy Half-blood! I can't believe they still let people like her in here!" Avery said.

"I know, Avery. Why would they let filth into our school? Pure-bloods are superior. Always have been and always will be." Severus Snape said.

'Really Snape? What would your muggle-born friend think if she heard you say such things?' Elizabeth thought.

"If only her mother married another Pure-blood. Lorelei had so much potential to be great and threw it all away for a filthy muggle!" Evan said.

Phoebe gave them the death stares. She looked as though she could kill. Elizabeth understood and respected this. You simply don't bring up someone's family like that. Elizabeth didn't know every little detail about what happened with Lorelei Collins. Lorelei was born into a Pure-blood family and then instead of marrying another Pure-blood, like she was expected to, she married a muggle.

The boys lifted their wands as if they were preparing to attack. "Do you assholes even know how to use those?" Phoebe laughed.

"HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO USE LIKE THAT YOU FILTHY HALF-BLOOD!" Evan Rosier yelled.

Elizabeth couldn't stand there any longer. She had her wand in her right hand, ready to fight.

"If you assholes thought you could do a three on one, you are oh so sadly mistaken." Elizabeth said, making herself noticeable.

Snape turned to Elizabeth. "A Pure-blood like yourself should stick with us. This filthy Half-blood has no place here."

Elizabeth laughed. "Snape, last time I checked you were a Half-blood too! Your mother married a muggle, not a stuck up Pure-blood like you want everyone to believe!"

Snape slapped Elizabeth harshly, causing her to fall to the hard floor.

"You're going to regret that. If you're gonna kick her ass, well guess you're going to have to kick mine too, because I'm not going to just let you out number her." Elizabeth said, getting back to her feet.

"Try us darling. You will get hurt." Evan threatened.

"Flipendo!" Elizabeth said, casting the spell causing Evan to get knocked back.

"You little bitch!" Avery cursed.

"Flipendo!" Elizabeth and Phoebe both casted at Avery, causing the blow to be doubled and more painful.

"You want a turn, Snape? We'll gladly hook you up." Phoebe said.

Snape backed away and went to his friends. "THIS ISN'T OVER!" Snape yelled back at the girls.

The three Slytherin boys ran off like scared cowards.

"Thanks." Phoebe blurted out.

"For?" Elizabeth asked.

"For helping me with those Slytherin assholes." Phoebe said.

"No problem. Those boys had it coming anyway." Elizabeth replied.

"I've not been that nice to you and you've not done anything wrong. And despite that, you still save my ass? Why?" Phoebe questioned.

"Because I couldn't watch an unfair three on one happen. Normally, I'd be expected to join in with them, but I couldn't do that. You might be a bit of a bitch, but hey so am I." Elizabeth said.

Phoebe laughed. "Well, you're a nice bitch I guess then. Suppose you could say Posh Girl saved the day!"

Elizabeth rolled her eyes. "Not that Posh Girl shit again!"

"Oh yes! You're never gonna escape that nickname." Phoebe said.

Elizabeth shrugged. "Oh well. Could be worse."

The girls went their separate ways to their dorms. But they knew they were actually friends now.
