As the years passed, The Pine Twins were able to have relatively normal lives, Mabel was currently going through rehab to get her back to normal, well as normal as she can get. Since her time with Preston caused serious damage to her, it would be near impossible for her to enjoy sex but she didn't care sex was the last thing on her mind. During that time Dipper was trying to focus on his studies, he didn't want to but Mabel insisted, now Dipper was in his final year in college as he was about to leave for the day saying good-bye to their friends he accidentally bumped into someone, dropping her stuff.

"Oh sorry about that." He said as he helped the person pick up their stuff.

"It's my fault, I was in a hurry." A familiar feminine voice said. As they looked at each other memories flooded their minds.

"P-Pacifica?" He asked. Pacifica looked shocked, they stood up and looked at each other.

"D-Dipper!" Pacifica said in shock, the two stood there not knowing what to do or say. Dipper got a good look at her though. Her long hair was in a ponytail, she had on a worn-out hoodie over a purple t-shirt, dull gray skirt, and black flats. "W-What are you doing here?" She asked me to pick up her stuff.

"I go here, why are you doing here?" He asked

"Oh, I'm… w-working." She refused to look at him.

"Oh, are you a tutor?" He asked.

"S-Something like that, sorry I have to go!" She said running past him, but as she did Dipper noticed that she forgot a piece of paper with an address on it.

"Pacifica wait you forgot…" She was already gone, but at least he knows where she is going.

-Elsewhere-

Pacifica was sitting on the bed. A nervous look was plastered on her face as a man walked it.

"You know, I was expecting a lot more from a Northwest, but getting you here is pretty much worth it." the man said as he sat next to her and wrapped his arm around her. Copping a feel on her breast, Pacifica didn't move; she struggled to stay still.

"A little nervous? Don't be, I know you've done this before, no need to act scared." He said as he moved behind her and sniffed her hair. He pulled her jacket down and cupped both breasts.

"Huh, these feel real to be implanted, but let's see if we can see those scars." He said as he forced her down onto the bed and was about to lift her shirt, but he heard a knock on the door.

"I'm busy, go away!" The man said. The knocking soon became more violent.

"Hey, I said I'm busy!" He said as he got up and went to his door only to find Dipper standing there. "Who the hell are you?" He asked

"Hey sorry to bother you, but I'm looking for my friend."

"Well, she's not here so get lost." He said as he tried to close the door it wouldn't budge. Dipper then pushed him in and closed the door behind him, he then looked around and saw Pacifica covering herself. She refused to look at him, but Dipper put two and two together.

"Pacifica let's go." He ordered

"Hey man, do you know how much I spent on this bitch!" The man said, Dipper tossed him bills. "There that should be enough." He said grabbing her hand and pulling her out of the room, when they left the building, Pacifica broke free from his grasp.

"What the hell do you think you are doing pines!" She yelled.

"Oh I don't know saving an old friend, what the hell do you think you're doing!" He yelled back.

"You wouldn't understand." She said.

"Try me," Dipper said. Pacifica sighs as she talks about the last few years. Since separating from the twins, Pacifica and her mother tried to live a normal life separate from Preston, but his actions have affected them too much to the point that Priscilla had to sell herself once all the money had reached its limit. It wasn't until Priscilla had to leave her in an orphanage but once there the others found out about her father, the girls bullied her while the boys tried to molest her repeatedly saying that "This is payback." Pacifica had to beg the people in charge to keep her separate, to which they agreed, during that time, she focused on her studies till her eighteen birthday where she moved out and worked several jobs to take care of herself, she hasn't heard from her mother in years, but she did hear a rumor that she was remarried with another tycoon, but she knew that couldn't be true. After Pacifica told her life story, Dipper was silent. He didn't know what to say, he figured that Pacifica was going to have a rough life, but for her to live like this isn't something he was going to accept.

"Hey, do you want to come back to my place, for dinner?" He asked, making Pacifica a confused look.

"Oh No I'm good, I…" Just then her stomach gurgled. Dipper then grabbed her hand and took him back to his place, a small one-bedroom apartment.

"Have a seat, I'll make something quick." He said placing their stuff near the door, as Pacifica sat on the tiny couch. She looked around and sighed. Soon a cup appeared in front of her.

"Take it, you've probably had a long day." He said Pacifica took it.

"Thanks." She said as she took a sip. Dipper then sat next to her.

"Pacifica, why didn't you come back to Gravity Falls? We would've taken you in." He said, making the girl freeze as she puts her cup down she sighed.

"I know that why I left, if I had stayed who was going to stop people from harassing me or my mom about what Preston did, I didn't want you guys to deal with that." She informed me. Dipper soon took another sip.

"Yeah, I guess living with an Ex-con man would be overshadowed by the heiress of the Northwest family, but honestly seeing you every day would be more tolerable." He said. Making her chuckle. "Plus Mabel and Carla have missed you a lot." He said

"Oh yeah?" She said.

"Yeah, but not me." He said shocking the girl.

"R-really?" She asked, hiding her disappointment. Dipper then pulled out the silver ring.

"As long as I had this, it felt like you never left." He said until he realized what he said. "Oh well, what I meant is…" Pacifica then stopped him.

"I know what you mean Dipper." She said as he pulled out ther ring.

"I'm the same way." She said they then stared at each other. That is until they smelled something burning.

"Oh crap!" He yelled getting up from the couch and towards the kitchen. As he left Pacifica placed a hand on her chest.

"Stews on," Dipper called out.

-After Dinner-

Pacifica and Dipper were back in the living room having a little talk, but Pacifica couldn't keep her mind straight. It wasn't until she looked at the time.

"Oh crap, it's this late!" She said getting up and grabbing her things, but Dipper stopped her by grabbing her wrist.

"Wait why do you have to leave?" he asked

"I kinda live in a women shelter and if I don't get back soon, I'll be locked out." She said

"But why not stay here?" He offered. Shocking the girl, she thought about it but she sighed.

"I'm sorry but I can't, I just…" Dipper then placed a hand on her shoulder and turned her towards him. Dipper then pulled her close and kissed her. Pacifica was shocked but fell into it loosening up, Dipper slid his hand down into hers intertwining their fingers. As they parted they stared into each other's eyes.

"I made a mistake, I shouldn't have let you leave, it took some time and i'm still trying to figure things out but what I do know is that I want you to be with me." He said as he reached up and grabbed his mother's ring.

"Pacifica, would you marry me?" He asked. Pacifica remained silent as she started crying, Dipper slid the ring on her hand again. Dipper kissed her again and this time she accepted it.
