Glad y'all enjoyed that last chapter

Now, I'd like to welcome you guys to builders month. And no I won't spend an IRL month on this

While Luz spends a month fixing the Castle with help, of course, we shall focus on others in the story. Drop suggestions on anyone you want to see be focused on, today is Boscha =w= and to you know who you are, this is the development I was talking about, while it's only a drop of what's to come, there will be more.

Next one! Full steam ahead!

Luz was seen rummaging through the wreckage of her room, muttering to herself as she tossed large boulders around.

"Where… Aha! Here they are!"

The young Princess suddenly pulled out a stack of books.

Azura #1-4, number five being loaned out to one Amity Blight for the meanwhile.

"Man, these things are durable," She said, dusting them off and putting them on her partially destroyed desk. It was still standing, the wood being enchanted to be as strong as steel.

"Mija?" Camila stepped over the rubble, entering the room, "Are you ready to get started?"

"Si!" Luz said, saluting as she stepped up to her mother, "I'm ready!"

"I see you put on the uniform," Camila mentioned.

Luz looked at what she was wearing, the Glandus High Uniform, with the Brown tights as well to show herself off as a Member of the Construction Coven Track. She even had the small glyph of the Construction Coven on her right arm, courtesy of Lord Lovelace, of course.

"Yeah, Dad said that it was a good idea to fit the part… I don't know why I couldn't wear the Hexside Uniform?" She asked.

Camila walked over, making sure the uniform was properly fitted on her daughter, even dusting it off.

"Because cariño, a lot of the workers hired to work on the Castle live in Bonesborough and some have kids that go to Hexside too, with your cover being that you're here on an apprenticeship, coming from another school across the Isles-"

"It'll make any nosy people look in another direction, I got it…" Luz said, reaching into her messenger bag and pulling out her notebook, beginning to write in it, "I… got it…" She said, still writing in it.

"What do you even write in there so much?" Camila asked, crossing her arms, "I don't think I've seen you not writing in it, whenever someone talks about Magic," She commented with a laugh.

"Oh, sorry, Mami…" Luz sheepishly put the journal down on her desk next to her, "I just don't want to miss anything useful anyone says, I want to know about every little piece of magic that I can! I even discovered something new!" She said.

"Something new? En qué manera? Show me," Camila asked curiously.

"Oh- Really?" Luz asked.

"Verdad, enséñame, Mija," Camila said, crossing her arms with a small smile, "Is it so hard to believe that I'm interested in seeing what you found out?" She asked.

Luz scratched her head nervously, not sure how she should answer that.

"Well, yeah actually… I still remember for the longest time, you told me magic wasn't real and that all my interests in it were silly…" She said nervously, "So I guess it's still weird for me to see you taking an interest in Magic, all of sudden…" She said softly, looking down at her feet.

"Oh, Mija…" Camila went up to her daughter, holding her shoulders, "I guess I haven't apologized for my past actions, have I?" She said softly, "Cariño, I was only trying to protect you, I didn't know how I would teach you magic as a human, I didn't want to burden you with the truth…" She said.

Hearing that… It made something in Luz snap, if she was being completely honest. As if her mother had opened a door, that Luz herself didn't even know existed. It couldn't be closed now.

"How was that protecting me, Mom…?" Luz asked, suddenly pulling away from Camila's hold, shocking the Empress.

Luz only said Mom when she was distressed or... Angry about something…

Looking closely, her daughter had a hurt look about her, looking away from her mother as she held herself.

"What do you mean, dear?" Camila asked softly, concerned.

Luz sighed, looking up at the Ceiling to avoid her Mother's eyes.

"Mom, for the longest time I thought there was something wrong with me, or that I was cursed or something, at school and everywhere I went, something would happen, we had to move to the edge of town because of me…" She whispered, not too thrilled to be remembering that.

"Eventually the teachers in school heard about "Disaster train, Noceda". So the teachers just began to throw me to the back of the Class away from everyone cause I was just a walking disaster to them…" She whispered.

"I… No one wanted to be my friend cause I would accidentally set things around me on fire when I was scared or flood a science room when I got upset…" She said, looking back to Camila, suddenly a few things around the room began to leak water.

Luz quickly took a few deep breaths, stopping the leaking water. Her father had explained these phenomena to be common in untrained Witches and toddlers… Saying that their emotions would get the better of them and would mix with their magic…

She continued.

"I just… You saw everything happening to me and you never thought to tell me about the truth until two months ago, when I finally got expelled…" She whispered. "So, sorry Mom, I just don't know how I was being protected…" With that final sentence, Luz grubbed her bag and left the destroyed room, walking past her father.

"Luz are you-" Belos attempted.

"Not now, Dad…" She whispered quickly, moving past him and out of the living area where they resided in the castle, going to join her cover for the day on the other side of the castle.

Belos looked down the path his daughter had taken, silently deciding that he would give her some space… He went over to her room, seeing Camila standing there with a shocked and complex face, displaying several emotions he wasn't familiar with. He could tell that one was definitely regret and a form of sadness.

He went up to his wife, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"What is wrong, my love?" He asked softly, removing his mask to allow her to see his face, "Did something happen between you and Luz?"

"…" Camila stayed silent as she looked at the notebook her daughter had left behind, "I'm- I'm ok, dear… I'm just… Realizing a few mistakes of mine is all…" She said with a sigh, rubbing her eyes before leaning against her husband.

Belos didn't understand how to deal with his sad wife, should he ask questions? Try to solve the problem? Petrify someone? No, no, that wouldn't solve anything… Maybe… He'd pin the idea till later, as a last resort.

He took a sigh and placed a hand a comforting hand on Camila's back.

"Want… To talk about it?" He asked, unsure of the question himself, "Forgive me, I haven't had to deal with sadness in many years." He said softly, giving a dry chuckle.

Camila smiled, laughing.

"Oh Alexander, it'll take too long… Where do I even begin…?" She whispered.

"Wherever you want, I'll have Kiki cancel my commitments for the day, just to listen to all you have to say…" He summoned his staff, making a set of chairs from the debris in the room. It actually looked nice.

"You can't keep doing that every time you want to spend time with me, Witch's will start to get suspicious about where you go," Camila said as she got comfortable in the new chair. She swore he could be a great carpenter with how good these felt…

"But it's alright to do so when you're feeling insatiable?" He asked, smiling at her.

Camila blushed brightly, punching his shoulder playfully.

"Oh hush… Como si no lo disfrutaras…" She whispered.

Belos laughed as he leaned back in his chair.

"So tell me… What's on your mind, love?" He asked.

"Well…"

And so Camila began to explain the whole situation.

-Meanwhile, at the actual topic of this chapter-

Boscha looked at herself in the mirror of her room, it was covered in her many trophies. From wall to wall, proof of her achievements in various sports and potion mixing competitions…

All proof that she was a strong witch…

The bulk of her trophies were of Grudgby, having been playing since 10 years old, being a natural and an amazing player, she became a star player and then Captain, after Amity left the position, the guilt of hurting a team member having got to her.

"Well, it was only natural that I took the spot…" She whispered, brushing her long hair, before she moved on to her nails, using a spell and deciding that she wanted to make them sharp for today, she just felt the need.

All of sudden, the creeping thought of her only getting the position because Amity had left crept into her head, but she just repeated the simple phrase her Father would usually tell her when thoughts such as this would arise.

"Boscha, you are a Havenstar. That means that you are talented, you are a star, and most importantly… You were meant to do great things… Never forget…"

Boscha shook away those thoughts.

"Bah! Amity didn't have the skin for the sport, anyways!" She told herself, standing and walking up to her dresser, getting dressed in casual clothes, grabbing a few premade potions, and strapping them to her satchel bag.

Her eyes then landed on the family portrait that rested on the dresser.

Boscha looked sadly at the image, seeing her late father looking serious while her mother always had a cool expression about her. While Boscha herself was smiling brightly. She sighed and grabbed the edge of the frame and put it face-down, not wanting to face her father or the broken family he left behind.

"Well, Dad, things are happening, and I don't know what to do," She said, walking back to the mirror and taking a seat in front of it, beginning to tie her hair back like how it normally was.

"This weird human has appeared, and she has strong magic, for a human… It feels like so many people are stronger than me, these days, huh?" She said as she stood up, looking up at another picture of her father that she kept on her mirror. He was a triclops, just like her and he had dark pink hair, just like her. It was like every day, she just turning into a mirror of him.

Much to her mother's pain.

"I wish you were still here, Mom can't look me in the eye anymore and she misses you so much, even though she doesn't want to admit it, herself… She even published another entire Potion Volume to distract herself, can you imagine? Doing the impossible to avoid talking about you…" Boscha whispered with a dry laugh.

"…She still blames me for what happened to you, you know… You were her better half, most days…" She placed her hand on the picture, she felt tears welling up in her eyes before she groaned, rubbing all her eyes dry, and standing up from her mirror.

"I got to go, I hope you're happy wherever you are, in the spirit world… Bye Dad,"

She carefully placed her index and middle finger to her lips and then to the picture itself, before grabbing her bag and leaving the room.

"Remember… You're a Havenstar, inheritor to the biggest Potion and magic Item distributer on the Isles… Time to act like it…"

With that, Boscha put on a concealing witch's hat and a dark yellow cloak.

"Not yet though… I need to figure something out…" She whispered before leaving her room. Passing the kitchen, yup, Mother was already gone. Probably at work…

"She must be busy having to help with the Castle's rampage…" Boscha whispered.

The Emperor's castle growing legs and rampaging across the Isles was common news at this point, it was the only thing people would talk about for the last week, it was starting to get on her nerves… She had to admit, she wanted to know who had the pair to do such a thing…

No doubt that they were already found, and that the Emperor was probably already torturing them in his dungeon… Or whatever he did to Terrorist…

She exited her house, making sure that the hat was properly concealing her face as she slipped past her personal driver, wanting to avoid him for the day… It would be no doubt that he would report to her mother where he drove her.

Boscha made her way to the stone wall fence that separated her Manor from the rest of the Isles.

"Man, I wish Amelia were here to get me over this…" She whispered before looking around and spotting her path. She ran forward, jumping on a tree and swinging on a branch to propel herself over the wall. She barely cleared the distance, rolling to a complete stop. She sighed and quickly made her way towards Town…

She was going to find the underlying cause of this Human girl, Luz…

-In town-

Gus Porter, the short dark-skinned witch who took advanced classes at the same grade as Willow and herself, at the recommendation from his Mentor; Lord Lovelace of the Illusions Coven…

It was still amazing to see that a lowly Witch like him was getting mentored by a Coven's head, how did that even happen?

He wasn't a member of any high-class families… Or even a Noble or rich, like her or Amity's families… As far as she knew, his father was just a well-known news reporter.

He would be the first subject of Boscha's investigations.

Boscha peeked her head around a corner, watching the young witch. He was carrying a stack of books as he followed Lord Lovelace, who was standing on…

"Is that a flying carpet?" Boscha asked as she moved closer and behind a stand selling fruit, "I thought those things were impossible to make anymore… Did he make it himself?" She asked herself, taking a small note of it before carefully drawing a spell circle to listen in on the pair of illusionists.

"Alright, bozos… What can you tell me of this Human…?" She asked softly, following them, and keeping out of sight.

Up ahead, with Gus and Lovelace.

"So, Sensei," Gus said, referring to Lovelace, they both shared the love of Human manga, "What are we going to do today?" He asked.

Lovelace took a seat on his carpet, still floating next to the young student.

"Well, student-o-mine, we're going to learn a lot, but first we're going to learn how to undo illusions," He said as he got comfortable on the flying carpet, "I know you've been having trouble with those as of late," He said, looking at Gus.

"Well," He began, "All of my illusions usually poof out of existence when people find out about them,"

"That's step one that we're gonna work on, you ought to take inspiration from that human friend of yours, do you remember the illusion world?" He asked.

"Heck yeah! I was human and into this thing called Yugioh! Whatever that is!" He said excitedly.

"Well, what happened when she told you it was an illusion?" He asked, moving his blond hair out of his face, "You fell back into the illusion without a single thought, She had used quite the powerful magic to do this. You need to do what she did, make the illusion feel so real, that no one can argue its validity."

Boscha was quick to write everything she heard down. Maybe the human was a really strong illusionist looking for attention? Did they try to take over the Isles and play it off as an accident?

Gus nodded.

"I understand, Sensei," Gus said as he and Lovelace took a turn on a corner, into an alley.

Boscha was quick to run after them, her spying spell didn't work if she wasn't looking directly at the targets.

Skidding to a stop at the corner, she saw that-

"They're gone!?" She asked in amazement, looking up and down the now identified alleyway, "But- Where!?"

Lovelace snickered from the rooftop he was currently hiding on top of with Gus next to him.

"Augustus, what do we do with eavesdroppers?" Lovelace asked, stepping off the carpet and leaning over the edge.

"Politely ask them to rethink their actions?" He asked.

"Nope," Lovelace said with a mischievous smile, "We teach them a lesson on their manners…" He said before drawing a large spell.

Boscha was about to walk out the alley to look for them when suddenly a wall formed from nothing, blocking her path.

"What in the Abyss..." She pressed her hands against the wall, solid… Or was it?

She put the mental image of the wall being fake and tried to push through it, but the wall simply stretched as if it was rubber and bounced her back.

"Fine, if you wanna play it like that…" She carefully drew a spell circle and a large fireball formed in her palm before she tossed it at the wall. To her shock and Lovelace's amusement, it sunk into the wall before the wall snapped back into shape, throwing the fireball back at her.

Her eyes widened in surprise, and she lifted her cloak, blocking the fireball and dissipating it but knocking herself off balance.

"Woah!" She shouted in surprise as she tried to stabilize herself, but only fell backward and then found herself now sitting in a chair and bound to it with metal fastenings, her hat falling off and revealing herself.

"What the- Who's doing this!?" She shouted in anger as she pulled at the bindings, trying to reach for one of her potions but found that the bindings became tighter the harder she pulled.

Lovelace was about to enact the next part of his plan, which included launching the chair to the top of the Knee with an insane amount of Human Chinese fireworks, but then he saw who it was in the chair. He sighed, rubbing his eyes.

"Damn, it was going to be funny too…" He said before laying back down on the carpet in disappointment.

"What happened, Sensei?" Gus asked, looking, and realizing that it was Boscha who was following them. "Boscha!? What the heck!? Why is she following us for?"

"Don't worry about that, stay here while I go talk to her."

With that, Lord Lovelace flew down on his carpet and met with the seething mad triclops girl.

"Boscha Havenstar, happy to see you enjoying spying on me and my Apprentice, today."

"Aaron…" Boscha greeted him with narrowed eyes, even referring to him by the first name.

"Have you no respect for Coven heads?" He asked, standing up and stepping in front of her.

"Not when they act like you…" She said with an eye roll.

"Ah, I'm so hurt, I could just die," With that, the eccentric Coven Head fell backward, falling through the ground into an open grave. A floating shovel poofed into existence and shoveled dirt into it, patting it flat. A ding was heard as a tombstone shot out of the dirt, at the head of the grave that had a cartoon-looking face of the Coven Head and the letters RIP on it.

There was then the sound of sad violins and even an organ.

Then, a human priest appeared as well as a crowd to mourn the dead coven head.

Although, Boscha couldn't help but notice that all the mourners were the Coven Head himself, just either in drag or other weird outfits that were human.

She rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, Yeah so sad, I am brought to the driest of tears, now get me out of these bindings before I drown you in my Witch's Fire!" She yelled in anger.

Lord Lovelace could be heard groaning as he pulled himself out of the dirt grave, his many clones patting him down of any dust.

"You kids are no fun." He complained.

"Aren't you like 4 years older than me?" Boscha asked incredulously.

"That's beside the point." He said before snapping his fingers and Boscha was now free of the rocket chair, "Why were you following me and my apprentice? It's rude."

"Not to mention creepy!" Gus called from the rooftop but quickly hid once Boscha gave him a fierce look. She turned back to the Coven head.

"That's none of your business," Boscha said quickly, picking up her Witch Hat and putting it back on, walking past him but Lovelace was already in front of her, floating on his magic carpet and reading the journal that she dropped earlier.

"Could it be that you've taken an interest in the human that's been making the rounds around the Isles, lately? I hear that she's been becoming quite the star on the Weave as of late… Word has it that she is talk of the town…" He said, flipping through the journal.

"A human with Magic who can tap into some weird super magic power and use high-level spells…" He said, casting an illusion of Luz, eyes, and hands glowing golden and her holding Amity mid-air with magic, "I'd suggest practicing caution when doing your research… You never know who may be listening in…"

"Gimme that!" Boscha quickly snatched the journal away from him, putting it away in her cloak and swiping away the illusion. "I'm not scared of anyone, I know that there's something weird going on with that human and if you aren't going to tell me something useful, then stay out of my way, you didn't see me here." Boscha moved past him.

"Havenstar-"

"What. Do. you want?" She asked, annoyed with the Coven heads' constant persistence.

"It would be callous of me to let you walk around Bonesborugh without a parting gift," He then waved his hand and made a blue card appear, "If you ever need me, I'm always a wish away," He said with a wink before he threw the card and Boscha caught it with one hand easily, she's caught faster balls in Grudgby.

She rose an eyebrow and looked down at the card, it was a business card of sorts. The design resembled a night sky with a Genie's lamp on it, a trail of gold smoke rising out of the spout. The smoke formed the words; "one wish away" in reflective blue.

"And what is this supposed to-" She stopped when she realized that the Coven head was gone.

Looking around her, she saw that he was completely gone. She rolled her eyes before tossing the card away.

"Whatever, like I'd ever need his help…" She said, with a huff walking out of the alley. As she walked away from the alley, the card shimmered blue and disappeared in a shine of blue magic.

Boscha poked her head out of the bushes and magicked a pair of binoculars into her hands and looked through them, looking across the field and at the large developing plot of land that was being worked on by many Plant track students.

All being led by one Willow Park, who was wearing a set of working clothes, with a pair of dirty gloves and an equally dirty apron.

She moved in closer to a new bush, watching the new target of her spying, a friend of the Human, Willow Park.

If she remembered correctly, she and Amity would make fun of Leaf Girl cause she could barely make an abomination and that she was so weak… She still was the same weak half-a-witch Willow…

She activated her spying spell and listened in on Willow, hopefully, she knew something useful about this weird human…

Willow sighed as she stabbed her shovel into the ground and leaned against it.

"Come on guys!" Willow encouraged the other students, "Bump said we can keep this land as long as we can prove we deserve it! So don't give up yet!" She said, shoveling past some of the grass to get to the good dirt.

After almost dying in the walking castle incident, Willow went back to school with newfound vigor, it being just enough to jumpstart her batteries once again. She went back to her teacher and told her about starting the Gardening club.

Principal Bump himself encouraged the idea but at the same time, had understandable doubts. His first task was for them to terraform this patch of land to make it gardening-friendly. If they could do that, they could keep the land and the club would be made official.

Easy enough… For Willow that is…

Apparently, she was the only Plant Track student who regularly worked out, so she was the one mainly doing all the work to terraform the place.

Willow sighed.

"This is going to take forever…" Willow said before moving towards a bush, "I bet if Luz were here, she could help out… Enough Magic to make a castle move, I bet she could plow this entire field with a snap of her fingers…" She said before stabbing the shovel into the ground and uprooting the entire bush in one go.

Thinking on Luz, she still couldn't believe that she was the actual Princess of the Isles, even more so, she couldn't believe how she forced her and Amity to talk it out while the castle threatened to walk over Bonesborough. If Willow was being honest with herself, she was fully prepared to go to the grave with emotions of resentment and regrets… But instead, a meddling Princess stuck her nose where it didn't belong and healed a few misunderstandings between childhood friends…

But what impressed her, even more, was the face of bravery Luz held, even when everyone was freaking out of the speeding castle, she held it together and made it stop. When Amity fell out of the window, she jumped after her to save her life, not even knowing if she would survive. When the Oni was about to eat Amity, Luz jumped in to try to save her, only to be punched away. Even severely injured, she was willing to risk her entire life to help those around her…

It was honestly inspiring her to stand up for herself more… She would prove to those around her that she was a strong witch, stronger than what everyone around her always said she was.

She laughed silently.

"Oh, Luz Noceda Belos…" She whispered to herself, shoveling another bush in one scoop, "The things you are doing to me…"

"Belos?" Boscha asked with an eyebrow raise, writing down what she heard, "Are they related or something? No, that's not possible, Belos would've announced an Heir to the Isles already, and they wouldn't be Human of all things… The human just probably shares the same name or something…" She speculated to herself, writing down more in her journal.

"And what did she mean this human was able to make an entire castle move? If that was her, surely, she's dead and stone by now, right? And how does Willow know the human did this? I need to know more…" She continued to watch Willow work on the land.

Boscha watched in an unknown feeling of curiosity, for what felt like a while. The way she uprooted entire trees and put them somewhere else was amazing, equally amazing was the way she used her plant magic to move around the many tools she was using, many vines weaving around her like it was nothing. Willow wasn't even focusing on controlling them as she helped the other Plant Track members out.

"Titan above she's strong…" Boscha whispered in amazement watching her closer, she couldn't help but notice that Willow would also try to keep the root systems intact as best she could, so that they could be replanted somewhere else, "And gentle too…" She whispered, leaning closer.

Boscha was so focused, she didn't hear the footsteps of someone approaching from behind.

"Boscha?" A voice asked.

"AH!" Boscha fell back in surprise at the sound of her name being used, her face going red from the embarrassment of being caught watching Willow work and be helpful, her hat falling off as well. The Potioness looked up to see-

"Amelia?" Boscha asked, she was one of the members of her group, along with Amity and Skara, "What the heck are you doing here?" She asked.

"My parents wanted me to join a club," Amelia said with a sigh, "The real question is what are you doing here, this is supposed to be Gardening Club, and you're in the Potion track last I checked…" She said confused, helping Boscha to her feet, "Aren't you supposed to be at Grudgby practice today?"

"Practice was canceled because the custodian needed to set the field on fire or something," Boscha said casually, dusting herself off, "And the reason I'm here is none of your business and-"

"Why were you watching Willow?" Amelia asked suddenly, causing Boscha to turn an even brighter shade of red.

"Amelia?" Willow suddenly came up to them, surprising Boscha once again. Her face was as pink as her hair, "What's going on? Why is Boscha here?" She asked, looking at the Triclops.

Boscha crossed her arms, deciding not to look at Willow, as she feared a loss in her composure.

"I- I can be wherever I want, Leaf Girl, why does it matter to you?" She asked, her face was still very much red.

"Because I'm the head of the Gardening Club, soon to be sponsored by the Gardening Coven, so it does matter to me why you're here? Going to join or something?" Willow asked with crossed arms and a skeptical look.

"Maybe I'm just here to smell the flowers, Half-a-Witch Willow, is there a problem here?" Boscha asked with a huff, giving her a look that dared her to challenge her, hoping it would be enough to make Willow stop her Witch hunt.

Willow, however, didn't seem to back down. Matter of fact, she seemed amused by the challenge.

After seeing Luz be so brave and fight an unwinnable battle against an Oni, and even almost die protecting her, Gus, and even Amity, she was able to find the tiniest embers of courage in her heart, fanning it into a fire of bravery. No matter how bad it was… She needed to stand tall against the bad guy, and currently, the bad guy was Boscha.

"Listen, three-eyes," She said, surprising Boscha and walking super close to Boscha, getting in her face.

"W- what did you-" She stuttered.

"I'm talking," She interrupted, "I'm telling you now, you can't be here if you're not a part of the Club or intend on joining, the doors are open to everyone so come back when you want to be a part of something that isn't yourself." She said with a scowl, crossing her arms and hoping that her nervousness wasn't presenting itself.

'Oh Titan, hanging out with Luz is starting to rub off on me…' Willow said to herself.

Boscha gritted her teeth, blushing in embarrassment, and taking a step back from Willow… She was too close to think clearly…

"W- Who do you think you are, talking to me like that?" She asked in a low tone.

"Willow. Rose. Park…" She said simply, "Now leave before I make you… We have work to do, here…"

"You don't have the magic…" She said, reaching for her potions and clutching a purple vial of Witch's fire, impossible to put out without the second vial…

The ground rumbled, vines shooting out and wrapping around Boshca's wrist, pulling her hand away from the Vials on her satchel bag and lifting her off the ground.

"I warned you," Willow said with a smile, eyes turning to a shade of green.

"Don't you dare…" Boscha said, narrowing her eyes at Willow as she hung from the air helplessly, "When did you get so brave…?" She asked.

"Well… I got a friend and they're braver than me I guess… Bye Boscha!" Willow pulled her arm back, the Vine pulling her back. Boscha shut her eyes in anticipation of the launch but… It never came. Opening her eyes, she saw Willow smiling, suppressing a giggle before the vine released her and Willow walked off, going back to work.

"Boscha, are you OK?" Amelia reached out for Boscha but the triclops smacked her hand away.

"I'm fine! I'm leaving!" She said, still blushing in embarrassment as she stood up, grabbing her Witch's hat.

"I was just trying to help…" She said, sounding hurt.

"Well, I don't need your help, Amelia!" She shouted, gritting her teeth, and turning away, beginning to walk away, "I don't need anyone's help…" She whispered, putting on the Witch's hat.

Amelia watched her go, wanting to chase her but stopped and sighed, turning back around, and looking at the garden that was taking shape.

"Hey, Willow! What else do we need to do!?" She asked, running back to help.

Boscha was now trekking through the trees, mumbling to herself in anger.

"Stupid Willow… stupid… bleeding trees… UGH, Why is she even in the forest!?" Boscha asked herself, on her way to find the next target of her spying.

Amity Blight.

The Havenstar family and Blight family have always been bitter rivals, always trying to one-up each other at every corner. It's been going on since even before the age of the Emperor's Rebellion… So about 70 or so years by now, give or take.

Boscha always wondered why their parents always tried to pair these two girls to be friends, especially since their parents hated each other with every fiber of their being, and now it would seem that the same was happening with her and Amity…

But… She didn't want it to…

She would never admit to Amity or anyone, but she enjoyed Amity's friendship, how little it may be or how cold it was at times. She's known her since they were little kids, she and Skara were her oldest friends and she'd be damned if some mysterious Human crush or whatever would jeopardize that.

That's why she was looking for more information on this weird human.

"I still don't understand why we're out here, Miss Lilith…"

Boscha's ears perked at the voice, it was Amity's no mistaking that. She followed it and found the pair in a clearing. Mentor and apprentice…

"Sheesh, are they all mentored by Coven Heads?" She whispered as she watched them at work, casting her eavesdropping spell.

"Because, Amity, the walking castle incident you were a part of told me that you needed more hands-on experience with magic and beasts, as book learning can only teach you so much, I now realize. Besides, it'll be most likely an entire month before you see Luz again, as she is working on repairing the Castle at the Emperor's orders." Lilith said casually as she turned to face Amity.

Boscha's rose a single eyebrow, confused.

"Amity was a part of making the castle move, too? No way…" She said to herself in disbelief, writing down what she heard, "And this human wasn't being petrified but being told to clean it up? Does that mean she works for the Emperor or his Coven or something? Maybe that last name means something after all…" She then turned back to watch Amity and Lilith.

"But Ms. Lilith," Amity said, "What do you mean more hands-on training?" She asked, putting down her traveler's pack that she had been instructed to bring along.

Lilith then suddenly tossed a training staff into Amity's hands, it was simply a wooden staff with no Palisman or any magic of its own.

"I mean that I am going to teach you more advanced self-defense and even offensive spells. We've been lacking on those since I was always tracking down my sister. However, with her teaching the Princess at the Owl House now and no longer being a wanted Felon, I've been more free to plan our lessons more accordingly. Now, be on your guard…" She summoned her staff.

Boscha's eyes widened even further in shock.

"Did she say… Princess…?" She asked in thought. She then began to look at her notes, beginning to connect the dots. "Human with rare and strong magic… Willow calling her a Belos… Able to animate the castle… Amity actually being interested in the lowly Human… Oh my, Titan... Luz is the Princess!" She shouted, a bit louder than she wanted to. She covered her mouth, "Uh, oops…"

Lilith's head shot up and turned in Boscha's direction. She narrowed her eyes and saw only the witch's hat and the yellow cloak with a pair of eyes staring at her from the darkness of the forest.

"A spy… And if what I heard is not to be mistaken… Amity, stay here…" She said before pointing her staff at Boscha, it glowed blue as it began to fire cuffs at her, aiming to restrain the "spy".

Boscha was quick to avoid all of them before turning and running through the trees, her native demon instincts telling her where to dodge.

"Crap, Crap, Crap!" She said, still dodging the magic cuffs. She began to draw a spell circle but it glitched and fizzled out of existence, "Oh come on, why now of all times…!" Boscha whispered as she hid behind a tree.

"Whoever is out there, come out now and you won't be injured! I hear petrification isn't that painful!" Lilith shouted from a few paces back, expecting any magic that may be thrown at her.

Maybe that's why she wasn't expecting a non-magical attack.

Boscha surprised her by shoveling an entire handful of dirt in her face, more specifically her eyes, effectively blinding her, and throwing her off her balance. Boscha was quick to run out of cover, pushing Lilith back and holding up a potion.

"Sorry, not sorry!" She shouted before throwing the potion down, the glass shattering and a green cloud forming. A stink bomb potion.

Boscha turned and began to run towards the exit of the forest.

She panted, nearly tripping over every loose branch and twig, but she was close, she could see the stone buildings of Bonesborough.

"Just got to keep going! I'm home free-"

SMACK

CRACK

Boscha was knocked over the head by a now broken staff hitting her over the head, what a swing it was too. Almost as strong as Willow, she noted before falling to the forest floor with a groan, staring up at the sky as her vision began to fail her.

"Damn… it…" She whispered before unconsciousness finally set in and took her.

"I got them!" Amity shouted, holding up the broken wooden staff, looking at it, and then the intruder, she crouched in front of them and removed the hat and her eyes widened.

"Boscha!? What the heck are you- Oh you're out cold…" She whispered with a hiss of realization, also confused as to why one of her… acquaintances was in the woods with her, spying and learning state secrets.

"Amity! Did you say you got them?" Lilith shouted, coughing, and still rubbing dirt out of her eyes, and cursing all the plagues on whoever did this to her.

Amity's head snapped between her Mentor and the unconscious Boscha before rolling her eyes with a sigh.

"U- uh, Never mind! They got away with another potion!" She summoned an abomination and whispered, "Take her to the Healing Center in town…" She whispered to it before quickly grabbing Boshca's witch hat and putting it back on her head, concealing her identity once again. She quickly wrote a note and stuck it to the brim of the hat.

"I may not care for reputation like you do… But I guess I can save yours, this one time… Go!" She told the Abomination, and he did as told, running off towards town.

"Amity! Where are you?" Lilith called.

"Coming!" She responded, staring at the Abomination for a moment before going back to help Lilith.

.

..

...

Boscha screamed shooting up from the bed.

"Kde tu kurva jsem?!" She shouted in another language, looking around, mainly at the scared healers who she just gave a jump scare.

She was silent for a moment.

"Dear, was that demon, you just spoke?" One of them asked as they came over to Boscha's side. She wasn't sure if it was out of curiosity or disgust.

"It's called Naihcone, you ignorant dolt, it's not called Demon. My father taught me before he- Hold on…" She stopped, realizing, and looking at where she was, "Am I in a healing center?" She asked before giving a pained hiss, "And why is my head killing me?"

"Well," The Healer sighed, flipping a few pages on his clipboard, looking at it, "An abomination brought you in and handed us a note that just said, "head injury" and we found that you had a minor concussion, nothing major, that nap you took and the patches we used should've brought you back to tip-top shape already." He told her with a smile before looking back down at his clipboard.

"Can you tell me what your name is?" He asked, "I wanted to pull up your medical history to make sure this won't lead to a worse-" He stopped mid-sentence once he heard the sound of glass breaking.

Looking up, he saw that the Witch he was talking to had broken through the window, taking their hat and cloak, and leaving behind a few gold Snails, as payment for the treatment and the broken window.

He sighed and magicked the gold pieces into his hand.

"Well, at least they paid this time…" He said, turning and going back to work on other patients.

Down in the streets below, Boscha realigned her hat forward and pulled out her journal, writing in it all the info she could remember.

"Belos has a daughter, a Princess. One that the entire Isles doesn't know of… And she's being trained in the Owl House… Wherever that is…"

"I wouldn't go looking further into it, if I were you, Havenstar," A voice said.

"Who's there!?" Boscha shouted, looking around her but she only received many stares from the many demons and witches walking the streets.

"Who in the Abyss…" She turned back around and was face to face with an induvial who was dressed in a white hooded cloak with a six-petal flower clasp, unlike other members of the Emperor's Coven, who used a triangle clasp to hold together their cloaks.

Under said cloak was a green tunic with darker sleeves, black leggings, and what appeared to be bronze gauntlets, which resembled the Emperor's, over black gloves, and knee-high boots. They wore a pointed Crow mask, hiding their identity.

"The Elite guard…" She whispered quickly realizing who she was staring at, she remembered how they made their debut at the Covention. She stepped back, going to make a run for it but only smacked into a green forcefield that smelled oddly of flowers.

"What the…" She pressed against it, feeling it, and punching it, it held solid.

She turned back around to face the Elite Guard of the Emperor… She didn't even want to imagine what you needed to be able to do to be considered an Elite to Belos of all people…

"W- What do you want!?" Boscha asked, going to draw a spell circle but it fizzled out of existence, once again. Perhaps she was too nervous to cast any spells but… She knew better…

Crow stepped closer.

"Lilith informed me that a Witch in a yellow cloak and Witch hat had heard of and learned of the existence of the Princess… Amateur hour, honestly, but I guess finding you was easy enough, so I'll let her slide for now…" They said, taking a few steps closer to Boscha and looking down at her, the holes in her mask glowing Green threateningly, "You aren't permitted to know that kind of information…" They said.

Boscha pressed herself against the forcefield, feeling a sense of dread creeping up in her chest.

"W- what are you going to execute me or something!? In the middle of the street!?" She yelled, hoping that someone would step in and help.

"Please, get serious," Crow said, crossing their arms, "You are in my Floral Forcefield, no one can see or hear us…" She said before lifting a gloved hand, it lit up in green magic, "Now hold still… This won't hurt a bit…" She whispered crazily.

"I- I may not have strong magic, but I'm not going down without a fight!" Boscha shouted, throwing a left hook at the guard.

Crow dispelled their magic, and blocked the fist with their gauntlet, catching Boscha's next move, which was a right hook this time.

"Get serious, little Witchling, you aren't going to touch me so easy…" She then pushed Boscha back against the forcefield and held her in place with her magic, her hat falling off her face.

Crow paused, seeing just who it was she was holding in her magic.

"Boscha Morningstar…" Crow said hesitantly, "How… Weird…" They said, stroking their chin in thought. Or rather, their Masks' chin.

"How… What are you talking about!? Who's Morningstar?" Boscha asked confused.

"You're Morningstar, are you not?" Crow asked confused.

"Havenstar, you dolt… It's Boscha Havenstar! Who in the Abyss is Morningstar!?" Boscha asked, trying to break free from the magic hold.

"Strange, time is weird… Listen, you won't have to worry about that, soon enough…" Crow's hand then lit up with Green magic, forming a green blade and bringing it to Boscha's throat to end her life but… she paused, hesitating.

Boscha's eyed the green blade, sweating nervously.

"W- Well?" She asked nervously, "Gonna keep me in suspense all day? You haven't killed someone before, is that it?" She asked with a laugh, trying to hide her fears, especially the one pressing against her neck.

"No… I have… It's just that… I got a better idea…" As she said this, the green blade dissipated before Crow placed a green glowing finger on Boscha's head, instead.

"Sleep..." She uttered a single command and Boscha felt herself getting super tired and super-fast, "And forget about today…" She said softly.

Boscha blinked, gritting her teeth trying to hold on to her consciousness but it was a losing battle.

"No… Not… after everything I learned today…" She whispered, clawing at Crow's hand but was too weak to do so, "I can't just… Forget…" Boscha's fists clenched tightly, trying to find the energy to punch the Elite Guard, but only managed to pierce her palm with her sharp nails.

"Trust me, it's better you don't remember me or today…" Crow whispered before snapping her fingers.

Boscha's eyes widened as she heard what was comparable to a shattering noise before she passed out in Crow's hold.

Crow carefully held Boscha in her arms now, staring down at her before she heard someone entered her forcefield.

"You know what the Emperor's procedure is for Spy's… Especially those who spy upon the royal family, Crow…" They said.

"I know, Hawk…" Crow said, addressing the leader of their Trio, "I just can't bring myself to see her die a second time…" She said as she placed the hat over Boscha's head again, "Especially not by my own hands…"

"I know it's hard for you, but you need to understand that it's not your Boscha and we need to follow orders if we're going to help the survivors back home…" Hawk's hand flashed and a hilt appeared, with a golden glowing blade of magic, "End her now or I will…"

Crow hesitated to answer, turning around to face Hawk. They were wearing a similar uniform, the only difference being the tunic was now Golden and she wore a set of golden pauldrons on each of her shoulders.

"No, Hawk…" Crow said, "I'll die to keep her safe this time… Unlike how you let-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence, Crow…" Hawk said threateningly, eyes glowing Golden behind her mask, "The Day of Unity doesn't need three Elite Guard, you know…" She said before slashing the golden blade upwards across Crow's mask, slicing it off her face, and throwing off her hood at the same time.

The blade sunk deep through the mask and cut across Crow's cheek, also revealing the turquoise-blue hair and glasses that she wore underneath her mask. Crow stumbled back, hissing in pain at the burning feeling the magic blade left behind but she held Boscha securely in her arms, almost in a protective manner.

The golden blade was then pointed at Crow's throat, inches away from cutting into her jugular.

"I'll let you off this time, Willow…" Hawk said before the glowing gold blade disappeared into nothing and Hawk put away the Hilt in her cloak, "Next time this happens, you. Will. End. Them…."

Hawk slowly reached up and removed her mask, revealing the hazel eyes that Willow remembered being so full of sunshine and happiness and even hope, now they were only full of pain and grief and a longing for a time long passed.

"Do you understand?" She asked, staring deep into Willow's own green eyes, wanting to get the point across to her old friend.

"Yes… I understand, Luz…" Willow said with a whisper, looking down.

"Good…" Luz whispered, turning, and putting her mask back on, "Get Boscha back home… We'll talk more about this later…" She said silently, pulling out a slip of paper and crumbling it, causing her to disappear in a flash of gold light.

Willow sighed as the cut on her cheek slowly healed until it was only a thin line. She looked down at the sleeping Boscha and gave a sad smile.

"Don't worry… Leaf Girl will keep you safe this time… I promise that much…" She whispered as a vine brought her damaged mask to her.

She held it in one hand, staring at it and remembering times long passed.

"Things'll be different this time… The Titan keeps his promises…" She whispered, slowly putting her mask back on, becoming Crow once again and levitating her hood back onto her head, "Let's get you home…" She said, flashing away in a cloud of Rose Petals.

.

..

….

"Wake up, wake up, you're going to be late!"

Boscha was startled awake with the flickering of her bedroom lights.

She looked around before looking at her mother, who was standing at the door of her bedroom.

"Mom?" She asked confused, rubbing all three of her eyes, "What are you talking about? It's the weekend… Ugh, I'm starving…"

"Wrong! It's Monday! You slept in all of yesterday! Now it's time for you to get Hexside, I want to see you out that door before 9," she flickered the bedroom lights again to get her point across.

"Alright! Alright! I got the message!" She yelled, already annoyed with her Mother, and sitting up in bed, "Don't you have, an entire Coven to run or whatever? Must be better than dealing with your daughter in the morning…" She said with a yawn.

"Hm," Lady Hieronymus walked into the room, looking down at Boscha with the same gray eyes as her, "You know, dear, I do love you…" She said, sitting next to Boscha in her bed.

"Not enough to keep Dad's name…" Boscha whispered, bringing her feet up to her chest.

"You can't understand why I changed my name…" Hieronymus said with a sigh as she reached out for Boscha but held back her hand, letting it fall to her side, "Your father passing was harder on me than you'll ever know, sweetie…" She stood up.

"Not enough, apparently…" She said coldly as she got to her feet, going over to her mirror, and sitting in front of it, "If you don't mind…?" She said silently.

Hieronymus wanted to say something else but paused, sighing before turning and leaving the room, slowly closing the door behind her.

Once out, Boscha sighed.

"Finally…" She said as she reached for her brush. Grabbing it, she dropped it suddenly, hissing in pain, "Ah, what the…" She looked at the brush and then back to her palm, eyebrow lifting in confusion.

"What are these cuts?" She asked, tracing a thumb over them before looking at her other hand, "Here too…" She whispered. "Where did these come from…? They look like they're from my nails…?" She asked herself.

She then heard a ringing noise in her head, but it quickly ceased, but she did feel the sudden need to look at her journal.

She stood up, going to her dresser, and opening it.

"Huh? It's not here…?" She asked, tearing through the drawers, and groaning when it wasn't found in any of its usual spots, "Where in Titan's name did I…" Her eyes landed on her cloak, it was hanging on the coat rack along with her Witch's hat.

Looking closer at them, the ringing in her head became louder and more persistent.

"Why… Why are these things dirty?" Boscha asked as she went up to the Cloak, it was stained with mud and dirt, even torn in some places. She inspected the inside, before pulling out her journal, "Found it! What was it doing in there?" She asked as she flipped open the leather-bound book.

"What the heck?!" She asked with wide eyes, "Where're all the pages!?" She shouted.

It was true, many of the pages were missing, and she couldn't even use a spell to restore them, something was blocking the magic from affecting the book.

"What the heck happened!?" She asked with an annoyed groan, throwing her journal to the floor, in annoyance, rubbing her ringing head in pain as she paced the room.

"What in Titan's name happened… I know it was just Friday and now it's Monday… But I… Don't remember… Something happened, my palms have cuts in them, and I am definitely sore from something… I… Wish I could remember what happened…"

All of sudden, there was a blue flash and a blast of wind from behind her.

"What…?" She asked, slowly turning around, her journal was glowing and flipping through the pages before something floated out of the pages. A business card that said, "one wish away".

"So it was wished, so it will be done…" A voice said before in a cloud of blue smoke formed to reveal Lord Lovelace, floating mid-air as if he was in an invisible hammock, with a mischievous smile to match.

"Sup," He waved casually, as if his entrance wasn't the most dramatic thing Boscha's ever seen, "Did I hear you Wish for something?" He asked with an excited smile, floating around the room and Boscha.

"What in the Abyss are you doing here!?" She asked, grabbing a potion off her dresser, and aiming it at him.

"You're the one who made a wish, remember what I said?" He asked before waving his hand and making his business card appear in his hand and floated it over to her.

Boscha read the card, looking at it made her head hurt but she got the message.

"Yeah… I remember… So, what? Are you a Djinn or whatever posing as a Coven Head?" Boscha asked with a skeptical look.

"Nope!" He said before poofing out of view and now laying down on his magic carpet, "I'm just as much of a Witch as you are," He then turned to face her, "But the Lovelace family have been granting wishes to certain weary witches for a few centuries now, helping wherever we could, I'm only continuing the tradition. So you said you wanted to remember this weekend?" He asked, lifting a hand to snap his fingers.

"Wait," She stopped him, "What do you mean wishes? You have that kind of magic?" She asked, confused.

"Whatever you want to believe, Havenstar," He said with a smile before snapping his fingers.

Boscha's eyes widened before her eyes flashed through all the things she learned over the weekend. How, on Saturday, she spied on Amity, Willow and Gus, how she got the Wish card in the first place. How she learned that Luz is the Princess of the Isles, how strong she was for being half-witch and human.

Then she remembered how she almost died to Crow but… The Elite guard had hesitated, instead deciding to wipe her memory, with a low-level spell it would seem…

She also remembered bits and pieces of Crow talking to someone but… She couldn't make it out…

"I remember…?" Boscha asked confused and wide-eyed, "How did you-" Turning to face the Coven Head, she saw that he was gone and that his business card also disappeared. The only thing left behind was her restored journal with everything she learned.

"Alright, Princess…" Boscha whispered, grabbing her journal, "I'm going to see if you're the real deal…" She said softly before turning around to get ready for the day.

Unbeknownst to her, in a tree just outside her room, Crow stood, watching her before she sighed, shaking her head. Knowing that she would need to keep an eye on her.

"Always so stubborn, Three-Eyes…" She whispered before she disappeared in a cloud of rose petals.

No, I will not be answering any questions.

Jk, post them and I'll answer them in a special chapter
