I DO NOT OWN THE SELECTION SERIES. SHOUTOUT TO EVERYONE WHO HAS MADE CHARACTERS.

Schreave Palace. Sacramento. Province of Angeles.

Word of this conservative uprising eventually reached the ears and eyes of King Peter, first of his name. At that moment, he was in the royal bowling alley with the remaining 15 selected. The girls from St. George, Sumner, and Tammins had all been eliminated after they had been caught snorting cocaine. Peter didn't mind smoking a joint now and then, but he was strictly against any drugs harder than marijuana. As a result, all the selected were requested and required to submit their rooms and possessions to be searched by Officer Claude Eisenhower. Hermia Nixon and Rosaline Carter were caught with a joint and a couple of pot brownies respectively but they were allowed to stay. However, their weed was confiscated. The women had not been pleased at losing their weed, but they seemed to have gotten over it for the most part.

Everyone was bowling and having a good time. It was clear though that the selected were going tired of the group dates and were more than ready for the solo dates to begin. As Peter rolled a strike and was feeling particularly pleased with himself, the Prime Minister and the Baron of Yonkers came barging into the bowling alley. Their faces were white as sheets as they made a beeline for the sovereign.

"Your majesty...there is a problem that requires your attention." Quince Bush said anxiously.

"Gentlemen...can't you see that I am with my selected?" Peter asked as he watched the girls bowl.

"Peter!" Trayvon exclaimed as he got his brother's attention. "There is an uprising in the province of Midston. There is a large rebel faction that has taken up arms in response to many of the new measures passed through the King's Congress. They have taken several army bases and we fear that they may take the province in a matter of weeks!" This caught the King's attention as his bowling ball dropped to the floor and made a clunking sound as it rolled away. His shock soon gave way to anger as he turned to his Prime Minister.

"Damn you Bush, you said that there was little opposition to regulating the churches and outlawing the Illèan Conservative party." Peter growled. "In fact, you said that most people would be pleased to see these marauders being taken...you were wrong, knave!" Quince could say nothing in response to this. His plan to root out the political right wing in Illèa had failed and he knew it.

"We need to mobize the army to put down the rebellion." Baron Yonkers insisted.

"Find the minister of military affairs and get him in my office now!" Peter commanded as the 3 men quickly exited the bowling alley, leaving the selected alone.

Seraphina Shepherd could hardly believe that there was an armed uprising against Peter. The women were all voicing their opinions on the matter until the girl from Waverly asked for her 2 cents.

"Well...I mean, I get why they're so pissed." Phina admitted shyly. "Some of these measures that the Prime Minister has been pushing through are extreme, but they should be protesting peacefully, not taking up arms!"

"They have no right!" Eloise insisted as she stomped her foot angrily. "Peter is a perfect King and they are just being mean!"

"There's probably more to it then that." Eva replied as she couldn't help but roll her eyes at the girl.

"What if they come to Angeles and try to blow up the palace?" Kit asked fearfully, not wanting to die for the hand of the King.

"I doubt that, what Peter needs to do Is negotiate with these rebels and find a solution." Selina argued as Pyra scoffed.

"Since when does a King negotiate?" She asked sarcastically.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Sav asked in surprise. "I'm sure that Peter would be willing to negotiate if the rebels are."

"Isn't your father a huge conservative?" Cat shot out. "Seeing how a lot of conservatives want to hold women back, I'm not surprised this happened."

"You don't know anything about my father, so back off!" Miss Burdne snapped as the girls started to argue amongst themselves. The rebellion was clearly causing turmoil everywhere, even within the walls of the royal palace.
