While in my unconscious state I was floating around in a white void. I sighed to myself just thinking about how everything has gone wrong. I can't believe I even made it this far considering how wrong everything has been. From the moment I was captured everything went south. Master and dad were right I was way out of my league by taking a mission. I should have let the boys just take me home once they saw me on the train.

As I was being drowned in my thoughts of despair I saw a bright light coming towards me. "My dear you are stronger than you believe. The more you doubt yourself the more you hinder your abilities," the voice sounded so familiar. The light faded and in front of me was my mother. "Oh my gosh mom is that really you," I said hugging her tight. "It's me but not really me. But what's important is that you believe in yourself Yuki," she said to me. "How can I when everything I do messes up the mission. I haven't been able to do one single thing right," I told her.

"I see your true colors shining through. I see your true colors and that's why I love you. So don't be afraid to let them show, your true colors, true colors are beautiful like a rainbow," she said quoting a song she used to sing to me. I smiled at her knowing she was right. "Oh mom I miss you so much I wish you were here with me," I said as tears were forming in my eyes. "I miss you too sweetie, but I'm never to far away I will always be there when you need me," she said and I was blinded by the light again.

When I opened my eyes I was back in the room where the women were constructing the machine. Only this time the women weren't in the room and Saizo was in front of me. Well not really in front of me I was suspended in the air so while he technically was in front of me I was actually being held above him. As I looked at my surroundings I realize I was connected to the machine.

"I see you are finally awake," Saizo said to me. "What are you doing let me down right now," I said no longer being afraid of him. "I see you woke up with more fight in you. Alas it won't do you any good now considering your current position," he told me. "I may not be able to do anything but I know a group of people who can do something. You will regret your actions one way or another. It's too bad I would much have rather seen you fall at my hand," I smirked at him.

He laughed at me as I spoke and walked over to the left side of where I was and stopped right in front of a lever. "Let's see how long that spark lasts you," he said and pulled down on the lever. I immediately felt a burning pain coursing throughout my entire body as well as the magic energy being drained out of me. I screamed from the pain and after what felt like forever the machine was turned on leaving me feeling more drained than I've ever felt in my entire life. My body was having a hard time keeping up with the intense loss of magic leaving me extremely weak.

"So much for that fire you had in you moments ago. You are nothing but a child who got in over the head and now you will suffer the consequences of playing with the big boys," he laughed evilly and pulled down on the lever again. He continued this process several times only giving me a few seconds in between to rest. My vision was beginning to blur and if it weren't for my restraints I would have already collapsed by now.

"With this much energy we can fire the cannon at least 2 or 3 times and yet I haven't taken it all from you yet. There is no point in killing you yet I might as well see how powerful this cannon really is by firing it shall we," he spoke as he walked away from the lever. Saizo made his was towards a giant computer screen that had a lot of buttons on it. I could see him typing on the computer and pressing some of the buttons almost as if he was making adjustments.

"With this cannon we can finally put an end to everything. Finally all those guilds will get what they deserve for standing in our way. All the years of set backs and interruptions will finally be over," he said sounding completely mad. "What are you talking about," I spoke weakly. "With this cannon we can wipe out all the legitimate guilds out there with them out of the way we can do as we please with no interruptions. What a better way to start than by taking out the strongest guild in Fiore," and as he said that the monitor showed Fairy Tail's guild hall.

"If you do anything to that guild hall I swear you are going to instantly regret it. I will not allow you to do this," I said suddenly regaining my energy and pulling on my restraints. "Pull all you want but they won't break that easily. Now sit there and watch helplessly as I destroy Fairy Tail," he laughed. "No don't do this. Please no. No. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO".

Just then the building began to shake and the roof came crashing down. As the machine fired the blast of energy I heard a voice, "Requip". The blast made it to the other end of the room but it never got past that point almost as if something was stopping it. The energy disappeared and I saw Erza standing there in her Adamantine Armor. I breathed a sigh of relief knowing that the guild had been saved. Jumping down from the hole in the roof was my dad, Natsu, and Happy. I looked around for Saizo and it seems that he made his escape during all of the commotion.

My dad ran over to me and froze my restraints off in order to free me. "I'm gonna be in a lot of trouble once I get home aren't I," I said nervously. "Oh yeah," he responded. "That's fine I'm just so glad you are here," I said hugging him. He hugged me back and Natsu and Erza came running towards us. "Yuki are you alright," Erza asked me. "I'm alright now," I said as my dad put me on the floor. "We were so worried about you," Natsu said. "I know you guys were and I'm sorry I didn't mean to make everyone worry," I said guiltily.

"My keys I have to go back and get them and we have to free the other women and mages," I suddenly remembered. "Don't worry about the women Hibiki and them are already working on getting them out of here," dad explained. "What about my keys I had them hidden in the cell where they were keeping me," I asked. "Oh yeah, here you go Yuki," Happy told me as he gave me my keys. "Oh thank goodness I'm so relieved, but how did you find them," I questioned. "I was actually down there looking for you when I ran into Loke and he gave them to me," Happy explained. I'll have to remember to thank Loke once all of this is over.

"Well, well isn't this a touching reunion father and daughter reunited at last. Sorry to interrupt but I think it's time I take out the trash," well all turned around and I saw Hughes coming into the room. Erza changed back into her Heart Kreuz armor and Natsu already had flames coming out of his hands, both of them were ready for a fight. "No you guys need to go find Saizo and help Hibiki get the women to safety, I'll take care of this guy," I said stepping in front of them. "But Yuki you're-," I interrupted Natsu. "I said go I can handle this guy besides dad can stay with me and help out," I said much more fierce. "Alright then, come on Natsu let's go," Erza said grinning at me knowing how serious I was.

She dragged Natsu along with her who was still complaining how he wanted so badly to fight someone. "Dad if you don't mind I would like to take him on my own. He dealt me a great deal of pain and I would like to return that favor," I said looking at him. "Sure just don't come crying to me when he is beating you," he smirked and walked over to the corner to stay out of the way. "Ha as if, I can't let him beat me a second time," I replied. "You beat me as if, I can tell Master Saizo has drained your energy in order to power the cannon. You think you can beat me when you aren't even at full strength please don't make me laugh," he mocked me.

"She can't lose to you not when she has someone like me," I looked over to my right and saw Loke next to me. "Loke what are you doing," I asked confused. "This guy has hurt you more than I care to admit. Let's just say I have been itching to return that pain back to him and then some," Loke said cracking his knuckles. "Alright fine fair enough considering all I put you through, let's take this guy down," I said turning back to Hughes.

"Ice Make: Lance," I opened the battle with my first move, I didn't want to get too close to him. I had to figure out his attacks in order to defeat him. We didn't fight much when we first met in the alley so I wasn't able to get much of a read on him. Loke had his fist enveloped with light and went in for close combat. "Ice Make: Hammer," I held the giant hammer in my hands. Loke jumped out of the way and I was able to smack Hughes with the hammer sending him towards a wall.

I stayed on my guard waiting for him to emerge from the dust. "Heh, even though you had some of your magic power taken from you you are still able to put up a decent fight," I heard him say. He didn't have much damage on him maybe just a few scratches on his arms. Just as I thought it wasn't going to be that east to take him out.

"Fire Dragon: Roar," I saw the column of fire coming towards me and I countered with my shield "Ice Make: Shield" Using his attack as a distraction Hughes rushed towards me with his fist enveloped in fire. I was barely able to block my side in time but the attack sent me back a few feet. 'Crap that fire is hot, even though he is just a cheap imitation it's still hot. not to self, more training with Uncle Natsu when all this is over,' I thought to myself.

"Okay I think it's time we put out this fire Open Gate of The Twins: Gemini," I summoned my spirit. "Piri piri, Ms. Yuki do you need us/ Yes do you need us," Gemini spoke to me. They were kinda cute when you stopped to think about it I just want to squish them. Focus Yuki, focus we are in the middle of a battle here. "Yes I need you guys to transform into Juvia this guys needs to cool down for a minute. They nodded their heads and transformed into Juvia and readied themselves for battle. "Water Slicer," Gemini yelled as the water blades went towards Hughes.

He jumped to the side dodging the attack but Loke was there ready to attack "Regulus Impact". Hughes dodged the attack again but I had prepared for that "Ice Make: Ice Wall," a giant ice wall appeared which Hughes smacked right into. "Ice Make: Lance," and Loke went and attacked Hughes with his Regulus Impact. "Gemini I need you to go over by dad and standby, I can't risk losing you I'll let you know when it's safe again," I told them and they walked over to where my dad was standing.

"Fire Dragon: Sword Horn," Hughes came rushing at us body lit ablaze. Loke and I both jumped from where we were and Hughes went straight for Loke. He headbutt him right in the stomach knocking the air right out of him. "Loke," I yelled running towards the two men. I covered my fist in ice went straight for Hughes and his face. He kicked out his leg and hit me in my side sending me back a few feet.

It was weird instead of attacking me directly he was focusing on Loke only. Suddenly I remembered something Hughes had said to me, "There was one that she used a lot, one she called Loke, he was a pesky little spirit". He is trying to get rid of him, thinking that will make me weaker. While I do rely on Loke while fighting it's not like his defeat will render me useless. I made my way over to Loke hoping to at least help him somehow.

"You think by getting rid of him you've won, sorry but that's not going to work," I told Hughes. "If that's the case I'm going to have to get rid of you both at the same time then, Fire Dragon Secret Art, Crimson Lotus: Exploding Flame Blade," he yelled as a fiery vortex came towards us. This is bad I don't have enough time to put up my shield.

The attack hit us full force and we flew back in front of my dad and Gemini. Loke and I laid there breathing hard, soon Loke faded back to the spirit world to heal himself. I felt the full effects of that attack even just trying to move hurt my entire body. "Alright Yuki you are done here I'm taking over now," my dad said walking forward to Hughes. "No…don't," I could barely speak without gasping for air. "I said you are done, look at you you can't even sit yourself up," he yelled at me.

"I said do not…interfere," I was barely able to pull myself up into a sitting position. "This is my fight and I will be the one to finish it. Like I said I am not going to let him defeat me like this. I owe him a great deal of payback and I plan on delivering it," I said fiercely and was barely standing on my feet. Whatever I did now was going to be my final attack so I had to finish it now.

"Gemini let's do this now," I said as Gemini came to my side. "We need to gather all the magic energy we have and end this now," I said. I mustered all of my magic energy, which was a lot considering how much was taken out of me and put into the cannon. Once I felt like there was enough I looked at Gemini and they looked back at me ready to attack and we interlocked our hands together. "You kidnapped all these innocent people for your evil plans. You've made them suffer and tortured them for a long time. I told you messing with Fairy Tail was going to be the biggest mistake of your life. Now it's time to repent for your sins. Unison Raid: Ice Wave," I yelled making sure I put everything into this final attack.

A giant wave with ice spikes made its way over to Hughes and left him frozen in his tracks. "You think this will defeat me, I will just burn it up with my fire," he said and his entire body went ablaze. "Oh yeah, let's see how you deal with this then, Lion Brilliance," a giant flash blinded everyone in the room. Jumping out of the light I saw Loke and he winked at me before going back to his world. 'Thanks Loke, for everything,' I thought to myself.

The attack hit and I could hear Hughes screaming in pain across the room as he was sent flying. Once he landed I waited a minute, and when he didn't move I knew he was knocked out. I screamed out in victory knowing that I won my first fight ever of many. Suddenly my body felt all the exhaustion and I fell backwards onto the floor. I looked over at Gemini "Thank you for everything you may return now," and they disappeared. My dad walked over towards me and helped me to sit up.

"I'm very proud of you Yuki. Not once did you let up even though your opponent had more experience than you. You adapted very well to every situation. You have completed your mission," he said praising me. "Thanks dad, I'm glad that I was able to do something right for once. I just hope that now I can be of some use to you instead of being a giant burden," I told him as tears were coming into my eyes. "What do you mean you were never a burden to me or to anyone for that matter, where is all of this coming from," he asked me.

"I just thought that since you were always out on missions you wanted nothing to do with because I'm not your real daughter. I figured I could help out more by taking on job requests and making money so that way I wasn't such a burden. In a way I guess I still am because I made everyone come out here and worry about me," I looked at him with teary eyes.

"Yes you made us all worry but we all genuinely love you and would be so hurt if anything happened to you. Just because you aren't my real daughter doesn't mean I don't love, I have always seen you as my real daughter and nothing will ever change that. I'm so sorry for making you feel like I never wanted you or I didn't love you enough," he said hugging me close to him. I cried on his chest something I had not done for years since I was a little girl. Once we had shared our bonding moment together, he carried me on his back and we left to go meet up with everyone else and go home.
