Chapter 13: Immunity.

The moment Sonic and Young Sonic leaped out of the portal and glanced around, the blue hedgehog smiled as he recognized this place as well; the hills similar to Green Hill, the Ocean Palace ruins, the beautiful day which brought back memories of the first day of the three-day adventure with Tails and Knuckles to stop Metal Sonic from taking over the world.

"Ah, Seaside Hill. Despite the ocean, I love it here." Sonic breathed in happily.

"This place looks pretty cool. Water aside, sure is beautiful." Young Sonic remarked, then gazed at the ruins. "What's that building over there?"

"That's the Ocean Palace. It's been in ruins for tens of thousands of years, full of booby traps and pretty unstable." The teenage hero explained.

"Let me guess; it's full of water, right?" The eleven year old hero muttered, nervously.

Sonic smiled apologetically with a shrug. "Yeah, pretty much. Just wish you had a Sea-Mask with ya."

"Sea-Mask? And what's with those goggles on your head? I've noticed you've been wearing them since you came back with Blaze." Young asked, and pointed at the mask still on Sonic's forehead, which the latter forgot about until his younger friend gestured it.

"Oh! I forgot about that. This is the Sea-Mask, li'l buddy. Tails made it for me a month before we went up in space to save Yacker and the aliens. It's a way past cool diving helmet that lets me breathe without running out of air and talk while I'm underwater, but it only works when you activate it before going under, and it's unbreakable too." The sixteen year old answered.

"Whoa! That is way past cool! Sure comes in handy!" The younger hedgehog exclaimed in awe.

"Yeah, I've used it in the Aquarium Park and it even helped that I didn't have to drown for once." Sonic replied, before shivering a little. "It even helped when the water world's giant whale swallowed me."

"WHAT!?" Young Sonic screamed in horror. "You were eaten by a giant whale!? How'd you get back out without being digested!?"

"He let me go, since he swallowed me only to take me to where I needed to quicker than I would've underwater. He then swallowed me again and blew me out through his blowhole when I was fighting the submarine giant robot underwater, and believe me, I was pretty scared. First time I thought I was done for, but it's a good thing he didn't actually have me inside his stomach." The hero of Mobius explained.

"Oh...Phew. What a relief." The hero of Alternate-Mobius sighed, wiping his forehead. "The big guy must've wanted to help due to what Eggman did."

Sonic nodded in agreement. "He did. When I first saw that whale before diving in, I was pretty nervous and thought he was hungry. It was bad enough that the Werehog wanted to eat me and destroy Sun's heart and soul."

"I'm not sure how to make of that. Speaking of Sun, you said he saved the world four months ago, right? How'd he do that?"

"It's a long story. Tails and I found out when we both first arrived in Clocksworth Town in Isalenna and met up with him." The blue hedgehog replied, before noticing that his younger, alternate-self looked looked disheartened. Realizing his mistake too late again, he quickly muttered. "W-whoa, I'm sorry, buddy."

Young Sonic didn't say anything, and just walked away a little, taking a seat on a nearby rock in thought. He knew he had to help Sonic, but this was something he wasn't used to and while he had fun, he couldn't stop thinking about what his older, alternate-self had gone through, and what the other Sonics he'd seen in that strange realm that viewed other dimensions did.

"Hey. I didn't mean to upset ya', Sonic. Really." Sonic said, catching up to him and sat next to his friend.

"It's not that. It's just...when I was in that weird place that showed me other Sonics in their worlds, one of them was swallowed up by a giant dragon monster whole and it's stomach was an entire water planet where he almost drowned, but Amy, his world's version of Amy I mean, dived in to save him. I'm not sure how they managed to get out, except for some glowing orb. I can't help but wonder, after seing that and the Sonic that was turned into a robot before turnin' back to normal...if I am capable of being a hero." The younger Sonic muttered.

"Oh..." The teenage hedgehog murmured, then gazed down in thought and realization. "That's a tough one to answer, especially since from what I've heard, every single version of us all live in different lives. Who knows? Maybe you'll be lucky and Dark Gaia doesn't exist in your world. Or even Chaos. I mean, we're both pretty lucky that there's no such thing as a Roboticizer in any of our worlds."

"Yeah, except..." Young Sonic muttered, biting his lip. "What if my Uncle Chuck thinks of creating that sort of thing as a medical tool and Robotnik steals it, just like in two of those worlds?"

"What?" Sonic asked, and while he was informed that in the world that another Sonic was turned into a robot, the Roboticizer had been Uncle Chuck's idea, except it was for a medical tool before the darker version of Robotnik stole it to transform innocent Mobians into Robians(that they decided to call), he knew little of Young Sonic's past.

The younger hedgehog paused, before explaining. "He's the only family I have left, before I met Tails and Amy. Mom and Dad died when I was five years old, and rumors say that they'd been kidnapped and...and killed by some Albino guy with a triangle on his forehead. But they just vanished, like magic. Some say he was an evil sorcerer, but no one knows where he came from, or if he was real. Unc' and I never saw him, and never saw my parents again. He's been taking care of me, always being there for me."

When tears stared to form, Young Sonic quickly tried to wipe them away even as he struggled not to cry. "Then I find out that your Unc' was killed by a crazy Cheetah who killed other fifty people, with your Mom and Dad still alive...and then there's the Sonic who lost all three of them when they turned into robots, and when got them back and they turned back to normal...his dad's the only one who didn't...It's not fair...! Why do we and our friends had to have suffered in losing the people we love, no matter what dimension we're in?"

"I don't know..." Sonic muttered, almost making a wish he did, but then he remembered the last time he made an accidental wish and even banished the thought of it sharply from his mind, not wanting to have the Sol Emerald grant it again. Instead, he sighed, running a hand through his quills. "But we can't afford in turning ourselves to be like Scourge, and I don't wanna be evil."

"Me neither...It's too horrible, and I can't tell if being eaten is worse or turning into a robot is worse. But I...I have to be brave, for Tails, and Amy...for everyone. I can't afford to be upset." The eleven year old hero sniffled.

"Hey, everybody's allowed to be upset. I was told once that nobody understands you more than your friends and family, and even though you try not to make them worried, they will always worry, because they love you." Sonic reassured, scooting a bit closer to Young Sonic who looked up at him. "Chip once told me, at least the hallucination of him, said that I should trust my friends and be myself. Not just because we're a team, but because we're family. Friends and families always worry about each other, because it's part of caring and love. Sometimes it's okay to be scared, and not just of water, but courage is something we've always brought up without even trying."

"Makes sense." Young Sonic muttered, realizing that Sonic was right. "I feel awful in putting Tails in danger, especially when I thought I lost him twice."

"You and me both, dude. If anything happened to you, I'd never forgive myself." The blue hedgehog said, smiling softly at his friend. "As weird as this is since we're both Sonic the Hedgehog, you're like another little bro to me, and I know you're capable of being a great hero. You saved many people, and saved Rouge while taking on so many threats by yourself."

The young blue hedgehog's eyes widened, before smiling in return. "Thanks, dude. I...I'm starting to understand how both of our little bros feel when it comes in having a big brother."

"You're lucky to experience that." Sonic chuckled, which made his friend join him, before pulling him into a comforting hug. "C'mere."

The two Sonics embraced, as Young Sonic nuzzled his head into his friend's chest. "Thanks, big bro. I'm really gonna miss ya' when we go home."

"I'll miss you too, pal. Let's make the best of it." The older hedgehog whispered, tears forming as he closed his eyes and they silently slid free.

The two Sonics stayed like this for a little while longer before ending their hug and felt much better than before, smiling at each other before standing up and shared a high-five.

"So, whaddya say? We keep on going?" Sonic declared, smirking in excitement.

"You bet!" Young Sonic agreed, sharing the smirk.

"Race ya!" The two hedgehogs said in unison and quickly raced each other to find the Sol and Chaos Emeralds through out Seaside Hill.

But as they did, while taking out several more robots with double Spin Dashes and Homing Attacks, Sonic even using his Insta-Shield and Boost when leaping into the air and taking out a Bee-Robot, much to Young Sonic's amazement as he tried to memorize the Boost ability and wondered how the Insta-Shield worked, to their dismay and annoyance, the whole area distorted all around them as they ran which left them groaning just before they reached the Ocean Palace ruins.

"Not again!" Sonic and Young Sonic groaned.

Once the distortion stopped, the two blue hedgehogs found themselves in an unfamiliar street that looked similar to Metropolis, except it looked a bit like a Sin City. The two heroes shared a glance and shrugged cluelessly, realizing that this was another area from Moebius. But as they ran, they were unaware of a large robot coming up behind them, hiding around the corner as it detected the heroes of the two Mobius, and on a roof of another building up ahead, Scourge was waiting impatiently until he spotted the two blue blurs coming his way. He snickered evilly.

"Hello there..." The evil green hedgehog grinned wickedly, cracking his knuckles before leaping down and in a great speed of green, sped up towards the two Sonics who saw this too late and gasped.

"Scourge!?" Sonic and Young Sonic exclaimed. They made to move, but suddenly more robots appeared from the sides, blocking their escape routes to avoid their evil counterpart.

Scourge laughed evilly before making it to his counterparts who only stopped just in time to avoid collision and punched Sonic squarely in stomach. The sixteen year old grunted painfully as he was flown backwards, crying out in alarm before being caught in the clutches of another robot that approached, a large Big Egg Spawn who held him tightly in it's hand. The hero of Mobius struggled hard to free himself.

"Sonic!" Young Sonic screamed out, only to be captured by another robot who held him in the air in it's clutches, as he cried out while also struggling to escape. "Hey, put me down!"

"Gotcha, you losers!" Scourge sneered, laughing evilly. "Nice little party trick, huh?"

"Scourge! You snake!" Sonic hissed angrily, glaring at the evil hedgehog that somehow tricked him and his friend.

Scourge scoffed and replied sarcastically. "You got the species all mixed up, bozo. Then again, pretty soon to you and shorty here, it won't matter."

"What do you mean?" The eleven year old hedgehog demanded.

"You'll see, and fortunately in my case, I'm immune." The green hedgehog smirked, adjusting his sunglasses.

"Immune from what?" The blue hedgehog asked suspiciously.

The Terror of Moebius grinned insanely as he declared. "From the Roboticizer."

"Whaaaaaat!?" Both Sonics exclaimed in horror, realization formed in their minds. Scourge and Robotnik must've found Snively's Roboticizer and with great terror, the two evil villains were going to use it to turn the two heroes into robotic slaves.

"Yep! Pretty soon, you won't be heroes of Mobius anymore. You'll be our slaves and do our bidding and pretty soon everything will be right into our hands!" Scourge declared cruely.

Sonic and Young Sonic were terrified as they both shared frightened glances, the very thought that they were about the suffer the same horrible fate as their counterpart in the more cruel version of Mobius, but unlike that Sonic, who's world's timeline was changed where he was never turned into a Robot even if he returned to normal in the erased timeline, nothing was going to save them or turn them back into Mobians. They and all of their friends were doomed under Scourge and Robotnik's evil rule. The two struggled and wriggled to free themselves in desperation, even as Scourge snapped his fingers, gesturing the robots to follow him into the secret large elevator that led to the lab within the building.

'No...NOOOOOO!' Sonic thought pleadingly, the helplessness and hopelessness crushing down onto him, unable to believe that it had come to this.

'Somebody please, help us!' Young Sonic pleaded in his mind, wishing that this was all just a nightmare, but he knew, that this was one that he and his friend would never wake up from.

Because this was a reality within the Timeless Abyss...and they failed to save the worlds.

Unaware that Tails, Young Tails, Silver and Blaze, who wanted to inform the two Sonics of something very important and felt that something horrible was about to happen, saw what was going on and felt horror and terror form in their hearts.

"Sonic!" Tails exclaimed, before he and his younger, alternate-self who did the same only with Young Sonic, were pulled around the corner by Silver and Blaze who shushed them.

"We can't let them see us just yet." Blaze whispered.

"There has to be a way to save them." Young Tails protested.

"We'll just have to sneak in and fast, before it's too late." The nine year old fox suggested urgently.

"Right. Scourge won't get away with this." Silver grunted, glaring hatedly at the evil green hedgehog and his actions.

Sharing a glance and hoping to save Sonic and Young Sonic before it was too late, they followed them and Scourge to the secret lab.

Minutes later, the two blue hedgehogs were chained to the wall as Robotnik began to finish setting up the Roboticizer, and Scourge having stripped the two Sonics of the Chaos Emeralds and the light-blue Sol Emerald and placed them on the desk, though the green hedgehog was catching the Emerald from his world and tossing it in his hand.

"You guys made it look so easy. Once I find your friends and learn where the other Sol Emeralds are, pretty soon everything will go according to plan." Scourge declared, smirking.

"I can't believe you would go as far as doing this!" Sonic grunted furiously, his hands and feet shackled up where he couldn't escape.

"Why would you do this?" Young Sonic demanded angrily.

"It was all Scourge's idea, Sonic." Robotnik replied to the young blue hedgehog, "And while I was admittedly horrified with how this machine works, using it on you and your alternate self would make things a lot easier to rule Mobius while my young friend rules Moebius."

The two heroes growled despite the fear and crushing defeat they both felt as the terrible fate of spending the rest of their lives as robots was flooding them. They glared at Scourge who approached the trapped hedgehogs.

"See what happens when you play the hero?" Scourge mocked at Sonic, grinning wickedly. "You will fall into the endgame which you've lost. Pity that Eggman isn't here to see this."

"You're a monster, Scourge...!" Sonic hissed.

The green hedgehog nodded in agreement. "Yeah...I know."

While Sonic glared at Scourge, Young Sonic gazed at the glass dome that was the Moebius version of the very horrible machine he saw. The very machine of this world that Kaiser the Metal-Changer and Snively used, the one that Red, Kintobor and Silver warned them about, and the eleven year old tried to hold back the urge to whimper, but was unable to fully mask just how scared he was.

'This is all my fault...I'm sorry, Tikal. We failed...' The young blue hedgehog thought hopelessly, closing his eyes in resignation as he knew that this was the end of him and the blue hedgehog. 'There's gotta be a way out of this! But I don't know what!'

"Well, Scourge. Which Sonic should we robotize first?" Robotnik asked, grinning evilly and in excitement, pleased to finally have Young Sonic in his clutches and to have Sonic as well.

"Let's see...who has the privilege to volunteer?" Scourge pretended to think, before grinning wickedly as he pointed at the blue hedgehog. "Let's start with him, since he's the biggest thorn on my side."

Both Sonic and Young Sonic gasped, shocked and horrified.

"I would've picked Sonic first, but it's your call." The evil scientist shrugged while remarking about the youngest hedgehog.

"NO! No, please! Do me first!" Young Sonic pleaded, not wanting his friend, who he had just admitted was like his own older brother, to be robotized first, if at all.

"No, Sonic! It's probably better this way." Sonic argued, much to the shock of his friend. He smiled sadly and in resignation, whispering. "If you can make it out, I'll leave the rest to you. You're the only one who may be our only hope left...and if you can tell the others how sorry I am, tell them that I love them so much."

"Sonic..." The younger hedgehog whimpered, tears forming as he shook his head. "I can't...! I can't do this by myself...!"

"You can. I believe in you, buddy. You're Sonic the Hedgehog. Keep moving forward and don't ever look back." The older blue hedgehog encouraged despite the hopeless situation, tears forming in his eyes as well.

Unaware that moving along in the vents without being seen, Tails, Young Tails, Silver and Blaze crawled along while trying to find a way through, but found that the room was surrounded by robots and the vent gate was stuck. They were horrified to see what was about to happen, only to have a robot detect their heat and they gasped as it yanked it open, causing everyone to look up and gasped.

"Uh-oh!" Tails yelped, only to be grabbed along with the others who cried out and attempted to escape, but were unable to do so.

"Tails!" Sonic and Young Sonic exclaimed when they saw their little brothers and friends. "Silver! Blaze!"

"Well, well. If it isn't Tails and his alternate-self." Robotnik sneered, grinning.

"You won't get away with this, Robotnik!" Young Tails shouted despite being frightened as he and his older, alternate-self struggled to break free.

"Oh, but I think I've already had, because you two foxy-brats are about to see your idiols to become your worst nightmares!" The evil scientist declared.

"So you and the Princess survived after all, huh Silvy? Nice to see you again." Scourge greeted his enemies, approaching them.

"Scourge! I'm warning you! You have gone too far this time!" Silver hissed furiously, struggling to break himself free as did the others.

"Like I said, don't care." The green hedgehog waved nonchalantly.

Blaze hissed, heat beginning to form around her body. "Let them go, Scourge, or else!"

Scourge just laughed. "Sorry, Princess. But you know that I have won, especially right from the beginning. All I need now is you to help me learn the secrets of controlling the Sol Emeralds, and if Kinto-butt is here, I'll be needing him and that stupid hedgehog from the future, and pretty soon, I'll rewrite history into what I want!"

"Let them go!" Sonic demanded, just as a robot approached and unhooked him, before roughly taking the struggling blue hedgehog towards the Roboticizer. "Hey, get your hands offa me!"

"No, Sonic!" Tails exclaimed in horror, realizing his stupidity for being caught and now was unable to save his older brother, the nightmare of Sonic being made to serve Eggman, or Robotink in this case, about to come true.

"Tails! Tails, run! Get the others outta here!" Sonic cried out, before being thrown into the dome and hit the floor hard where the glass door slammed shut, trapping him inside.

"Sonic!" Young Sonic, Tails, Young Tails, Silver and Blaze screamed out in horror.

"Bye-Bye, Sonic the Hedgehog." Scourge waved, grinning while Robotnik went over to the switch.

"Oh ho ho ho ho ho! Mecha Sonic Prototype-1, commence!" The evil doctor pulled down the switch, ignoring Young Sonic's pleads for him to stop.

"No, don't!" Young Sonic and the two young foxes screamed out, but it was too late.

The switch was turned on and the chamber lit up while Sonic, sharing a final glance at his little brother and friends who could only watch on in horror, turned his gaze up to the laser that was about to engulf him, frightened out of his mind. While he was glad to never have been under Eggman's control, to be turned into a robot and serve his evil self and his late enemy's alternate self was still making his nightmare finally come true. He was then engulfed by the laser and screamed while squeezing his eyes shut, attempting to ignore the agony of being transformed from flesh to metal.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!" Sonic screamed, hugging himself while bracing himself.

"SONIC!" Tails screamed out, letting out a sob.

"NOOOOOO!" Young Sonic screamed, as he and Young Tails, realizing that it was all over, began to cry.

"No! Stop it!" Silver screamed out in horror.

"Scourge! You monster!" Blaze exclaimed, unable to believe what was happening.

Scourge and Robotnik grinned wickedly, and waited until the machine finished it's job. But when the light cleared as well as the steam, to their confusion and shock, as well as everyone else's when they looked up hesitantly, nothing seemed to have made a difference. Because inside, was Sonic...still the same and not a single trace of any robotic parts on his body. Not on the outside and not on the inside. The terrified sixteen year old whimpered, until he realized that he didn't feel any pain at all, not even from the beam. When he realized that he was okay, Sonic nervously opened his eys and found that he was still in flesh and blood.

"Huh?" Sonic blinked, staring at his gloved hands. "I'm okay...?"

"What!? How could this be!?" Robotnik exclaimed, turning to the machine and realized that everything was fine. He growled in irritation and turned to Scourge. "He's immune to the roboticizer just like you are!"

"Hey, how was I supposed to know!?" Scourge snapped, just as irritated. "Maybe we'll have better luck with the pipsqueak!"

"Wait, no!" Sonic pleaded, as the chambers opened and rather than a robot coming in to drag him out, his evil counterpart raced him and dragged him out, pinning him against the wall hard, causing the younger teen to wince in pain.

"Sonic!" Young Sonic screamed out, before being unchained and then carried by another robot before being thrown into the machine with a cry. Sitting up as he was soon locked in, he gasped, realizing that he was about to suffer the horrible fate.

"Sonic!" Sonic, Tails, Young Tails, Silver and Blaze screamed out in horror.

"Guys!" Young Sonic cried out, knowing that his older self was the real true hope in saving everyone. "Go! Just forget about me! Run!"

"No! I won't leave you!" Young Tails screamed out, pleadingly.

"Neither will I!" Tails added.

"I won't either!" Sonic declared, struggling to get out of Scourge's grip.

"You and I may be immune...but your little self isn't..." Scourge warned darkly.

Sonic could only glare furiously at his evil, alternate-self, while Robotnik grinned wickedly at his young enemy, declaring. "You're mine, Sonic! There's no escape this time!"

"You won't get away with it, Eggman!" Young Sonic shouted, before gulping as his enemy just pulled down the lever, and like his older self, he was about to be come engulfed, and sharing one last look at his friends who were horrified to see him about to be transformed, mouthing to Young Tails, 'I love you, li'l bro.', he squeezed his eyes shut and braced himself while he was engulfed by the laser, screaming while curling up into a ball.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Sonic screamed out in anguish, tears falling as while he was lucky to escape enslavement again, his younger, alternate-self wasn't as lucky.

Robotnik grinned while Scourge waited hopefully and everybody else, including the crying Young Tails who screamed out his older brother's name, to their shock as the light faded and the machine did it's job, like with both Scourge and Sonic who looked on hopefully, Young Sonic hadn't been transformed into a robot either. Then, once the eleven year old realized that nothing happened despite the laser beam hitting him, there was no effect on him at all and when he noticed this, he uncurled himself and blinked in surprise.

"I'm still me...?" Young Sonic muttered, confused and bewildered. "But how?"

It wasn't until he remembered what the voice said, and softly gasped in realization.

"This world shows many realities of all things. You have entered one where many are connected to you and Sonic, which are not meant to connect. Same with other realities of different heroes of their own worlds. You two, Scourge and another who hails from a world where Humans and Mobians live in separate worlds where time runs differently." The voice of the Dino-Alien explained. "The four of you cannot be affected by the terrible transformation others have suffered or are close to suffering."

"Because Scourge and Dr. Robotnik are plotting against you and Sonic, a plan that will fail, because the two of you, your evil counterpart and the Sonic that lived in two worlds that were once one, the one where he met the Sonic's ally Shadow the Hedgehog for a day and survived the time-altering event, cannot suffer the same fate because of the Superior Emerald...and the machine that will never exist, nor will it work against you or any of your worlds and two worlds." The voice explained.

"I get it...that's what that Dino-Alien guy meant. Me, Sonic, Scourge and the Sonic where humans and Mobians live in two separate worlds can't be turned into robots." The young blue hedgehog muttered, before sighing in relief. Even though he still didn't trust the dark voice, at least he was a little bit helpful.

"Oh, great." Robotnik groaned, realizing that this plan has failed.

"Well, so much for that. That's another thing the three of us unfortunately have in common." Scourge grumbled.

"Well, good. 'Cause we're not sticking around to be working for you two creeps!" Young Sonic declared as he stood up, feeling the boost of confidence return, taking a few steps back and deciding to get himself and his friends out of here. He then used his Homing Attack and smashed his way out of the glass, and hit several robots in the room which left Robotnik, the robots holding Sonic and Young Sonic's friends captive, and Scourge stunned.

Using this as a distraction, Sonic kicked his enemy in the shin which made the evil hedgehog grunt in pain and losen his grip, allowing the hero of Mobius to punch the terror of Moebius squarely in the face, forcing Scourge to fall hard onto the floor, snatching the light-blue Sol Emerald from the green hedgehog's quills. The blue hedgehog then used his Homing Attack and speed to smash the robots holding the others trapped with the aid of Young Sonic who bashed into Robotnik's chest, causing the evil scientist who screamed in agony to collapse onto the floor as well.

"Sonic!" Tails and Young Tails cried out, going for their brothers who hugged them tightly, before joining in for a group hug with tears leaking from their eyes, the two young foxes on the verge of crying.

"I thought you guys were gonna...!" Tails whimpered, nuzzling his face into his older brother's chest.

"I was so scared, big bro...I thought..." Young Tails sobbed.

"It's gonna be okay...it'll be..." Young Sonic sniffled.

"Shhhhh...It's okay, guys. Everything's alright." Sonic whispered comfortingly, holding three of his brothers close to him, not wanting to let go. They were all so relieved that out of pure luck and miracle that neither of the blue hedgehogs were roboticized.

As the emergency alarms when off with more robots emerging and the two villains half-knocked out even if Scourge was tougher, the two blue hedgehogs, the two foxes, the silver hedgehog, and the lavender cat stood ready, before Young Sonic quickly snatched up the Chaos Emeralds and placed them back into his quills, preparing themselves for battle.

"Let's smash these tin-cans!" Sonic declared, smirking as he felt his confidence return with a vengeance.

His friends agreed and while Silver and Blaze turned their attention to Scourge who stood up, rubbing his sore leg and face, the four young heroes of Mobius and Alternate-Mobius charged towards their robotic opponents. Sonic and Young Sonic useds a series of Spin Dashes, Homing Attacks, Karate Punches and Kicks, while Tails and Young Tails copied some of the hedgehogs' moves, before using their name-sakes to whack and hit the other robots. The two blue hedgehogs leaped and jumped from one robot to another and taunted them, Sonic sticking his tongue out while pulling at his lower eyelid and smacked his bottom while showing it off at one robot, while Young Sonic wiggled his fingers over his ears, sticking his tongue out and making his eyes look funny at another.

The robots that had them cornered charged, before the two heroes smirked and Spin Jumped up and over the machines who both crashed into each other and exploded upon impact. Tails slide underneath another robot and kicked at it's butt, sending it forward while Young Tails hovered upward as he ran from another, laughing cheekily and the two robots facing the foxes faced the similar fate their fellow creations did. Silver in the meantime used his powers to levitate broken debris at Scourge who dodged that as well as Blaze's fire ability, but was caught off-guard when the hedgehog from the future charged forward and bashed him in the chest.

"AAAAAH!" Scourge screamed, being sent flying before flipping and landing safely in a crouch, hissing in pain and glared hard at his enemies. "You'll pay for that!"

"You first, Scourge!" Silver declared angrily, charging as did his enemy, the flying hedgehog doing his best to dodge many of the evil green hedgehog's attacks, before being joined by Blaze who flared up her hands to land fiery blows against Scourge who dodged this attacks.

"DOUBLE-SPIN!" Sonic, Tails, Young Sonic and Young Tails shouted, the two groups holding hands and as the large range of robots charged at them, they performed two sets of Double-Spin, smashing into the robots and destroying them with ease.

Once the four finished and shared high-fives, Sonic and his brothers turned their attention to their two friends who were struggling against Scourge who despite being out-numbered, was seemingly winning and even knocked the two heroic Moebians down and as Silver and Blaze grunted and glared up at him, the evil hedgehog chuckled wickedly as he began to approach them to finish them off, or at least knock them out for their use later. Gritting his teeth at his evil self despite his promise to Red, the blue hedgehog charged quickly and with their enemy distracted, Sonic Homing Attacked into him, catching Scourge off-guard and sending him flying into the wall. The evil green hedgehog screamed in pain before slumping to the floor, while Robotnik, recovering, saw that he and his young ally were in trouble.

"You guys okay?" Tails asked worriedly as he, Young Tails and Young Sonic approached their battered up but still alive and slowly recovering friends.

"Y-yeah...I'm fine." Silver winced.

"I'm alright as well." Blaze replied as the young blue hedgehog and his brother helped her up while Tails and Sonic who quickly approached helped the future hedgehog to stand.

"Let's get outta here!" Sonic declared to his friends who all nodded and immediately raced out with the two blue hedgehogs using their speed, the two foxes flying, and Silver using his powers to help Blaze and levitating her.

"Better luck next time, Ro-butt-nik!" Young Sonic taunted, smirking.

"This isn't over, Sonic! I'll get you and your friends for this!" Robotnik roared furiously.

Scourge, having lost easily again and feeling his pride sting, glared with pure hate as his enemies made their escape, hissing darkly at the retreating Sonic. "You will pay for this, Sonic the Hedgehog...!"

Quickly making their escape from the lab while taking out more robots that stood in their way, Sonic and his friends made it out of the building and ran and flew as fast as they could before the distortion happened again, this time taking them back to Seaside Hill just on the other side of the Ocean Palace and on the shore. Once in a safe distance and area, the six of them came to a stop and some of them leaned against the rock wall, all slightly hunched over and panted.

"Phew...That was close." Sonic breathed a sigh of relief, sweating a little on the head.

"Man, I thought we were goners back there." Young Sonic panted, placing a hand to his chest as his heart raced.

"Not sure how we're immune to that thing, but boy am I glad we're extremely lucky to be that." The older Sonic breathed.

"So that's what the Roboticizer looked like. It's worse than I thought, I'll be having nightmares for months now." Tails muttered, scared out of his mind.

"Me too, and I thought being stuck in limbo earlier was bad enough." Young Tails shivered, frightened to the core.

"I can't believe Scourge would go as far as trying to turn both of Sonic into robots." Silver muttered, clutching his fist in anger. "If it wasn't the fact that Red is still alive, I would've killed him...!"

"Well, we can't now. The only thing we can do is stop Scourge, Dr. Robotnik and the Time Eater." Blaze sighed.

Sonic nodded in agreement. "Right. We still gotta find the rest of the Sol and Chaos Emeralds, before they do."

"And Pachacamac." Tails added, which got the attention on the two blue hedgehogs. "The reason why the four of us went to find you is because Tails, that's the younger, alternate version of me, and Dr. Kintobor discovered something really horrible and came to find you as quickly as he could."

"Sonic, that portal that showed you the other alternate realities is kind of like a gateway between this world and the place that Pachacamac, his warriors and Black Doom were trapped in." Young Tails added to Young Sonic who softly gasped. "Did he happened to look silhouette or something before you entered the portal?"

The young blue hedgehog folded his arms, recalling that the appearance of the cruel ancient echidna did look off, but he looked normal within the weird place viewing other realities. "Now that you mentioned it, he did kinda look a bit like a ghost. I wasn't paying attention since I tried to get the Chaos Emerald away from him."

"That's because even doing into the White Space is dangerous for those like him. If they go through that portal even to here, they'll be turned into ghosts." The nine year old kit explained.

"Hold on. Something doesn't add up." The teenage blue hedgehog held up a hand as he realized something. "If Pachacamac can't get into the White Space, how did Black Doom end up in the same place as the two of me and Shadow before being taken away by that giant monster?"

"Given that it was from our pasts, we think that Black Doom could only access to that timeline since despite Station Square not being a location he'd been in, Shadow did and you and he are linked, and because he used Chaos Control, it made possible for him to access to the Black Comet, but he needed the Chaos Emerald in order to escape." Tails explained.

"So basically he wanted to make sure he could get rid of me and Shadow first before using Chaos Control, by making us weaker." Sonic realized, before shaking his head. "Not a very good plan on his part."

"For a nasty evil alien, that guy sure is dumb." Young Sonic remarked, before asking. "But why would Black Doom and that bad echidna guy want the Chaos Emeralds for?"

"The only way for them to even enter the White Space physically is wielding a Chaos Emerald, something that the Time Eater is weak against. But with the Sol Emeralds, since Scourge used it to make his wish, it's what broke the monster free." The four year old cub answered.

"Dr. Kintobor and Blaze along with myself used two of the Sol Emeralds to at least peer into it without getting burned, because when we another portal appeared not long after you two ran off, it almost burned Ovi." Silver spoke up.

"So, why could I enter and exit without getting burned?" Young Sonic asked, confused, and Sonic shared it.

"We have a theory that only Moebians and Mobians that are not evil can enter, whereas it is too dangerous even for humans that are not evil. Ovi isn't hurt badly, but he was warned not to enter...by the voice you two heard, one that your friend Shadow recognized." Blaze explained.

Sonic folded his arms in concern. "Hmm...Or maybe the Dino-Alien is also responsible for this mess. He did try to attack me in my dream, and even though what Sonic said made sense, especially now that the two of us, Scourge and another Sonic are immune to the roboticizer, I don't trust that guy. For all we know, he could be after us for his own evil scheme...or maybe he's secretly working for Scourge, Ro-butt-nik or Pachacamac."

"Yeah, he didn't even answer my question on what he really wants with us." The eleven year old hero agreed, uneasily.

"The question is, how much does this creature know of the Time Eater?" Blaze murmured in thought, her fingers on her chin. "If he knows about you two and Scourge, and what is happening, yet is helping you despite being suspicious, there must be more to it."

"Maybe we should learn further into this as well what's going on." Silver suggested, turning to the two blue hedgehogs. "Sonic, you two keep looking for the Emeralds while I'll see if Scourge and Robotnik don't decide to come and attack us again. You need to find them before they dod."

"We'll head back to the others and learn about the situation and how this is all connected." Tails added firmly.

"Sounds like a plan to me, and this time, Scourge and Buttnik won't be catching us off-guard again!" Sonic agreed, and while he and his younger, alternate-self were still shaken up with their near-experience of turning into robots, they were both determined to set things right.

"Just be more careful, okay?" Young Tails requested, pleadingly.

"We will. I promise." Young Sonic vowed, giving his little brother a comforting hug and playfully ruffled his head which made the young four year old cub giggle.

"Same goes to you, bro." The nine year old fox muttered.

"Will do. Thanks for coming for us, buddy." The sixteen year old replied gratefully, giving his own brother a hug and the two nuzzled against each other, as he whispered. "I don't wanna lose you."

"I don't wanna lose you either, Sonic." Tails whispered back.

Sonic smiled softly, and after making sure Silver and Blaze weren't watching while the younger, alternate-Mobians were busy having a brief play-time, he gently gave his best friend/little brother a quick kiss on the head, whispering. "I love you. Be careful, okay?"

His adoptive little brother nodded, and as the two reluctantly parted with their alternate selves doing the same and wishing luck and being careful to their Moebian friends, the two blue heroes sped off up the path while their friends headed back to the entrance since it was possibly the only way out, or at least Sonic and Young Sonic hoped they could, neither of them having thought of back-tracking during this whole adventure.

But they couldn't worry about the exit now. They could only focus on worrying about their friends and finding the two remaining Sol Emeralds and the two remaining Chaos Emeralds.

"Well, there goes your idea on turning Sonic and his annoying, older self into our robotic minions!" Robotnik was ranting in anger, once he and Scourge had left the city and found themselves in, unknowingly to both of them, Spagonia in the late afternoon from Sonic's world. The two were standing on the rooftop and they had been arguing non-stop since recovering from the failed attempted and having the Emeralds taken away from them.

"I get the idea, you can stop talking about it." Scourge grunted in a false sing-song tone, his arms folded with his back turned to his companion. "That's the 20th time you mentioned it in the last half an hour already."

"Well, I had to make sure to get it into that gullible-head of yours, you little brat!" The evil doctor growled, stomping his foot in a major tantrum.

"It was in my head after the first time. What really frustrates me is that the two Sonics are immune to the Roboticizer like I am, though as much as I hate to admit it, even I never liked that thing and I was-" The green hedgehog cut himself off, shaking his head to dismiss the moment of weakness. "Ugh, nevermind. We'll just have to go back to plan A and get rid of them."

Robotnik groaned. "You were the one who brought them into this and to foil our plans in first place."

The Terror of Moebius hissed angrily and spun around, glaring at his ally. "How was I supposed to know that there were good versions of me in alternate universes!? Let alone having a different name! It's not my fault that the Sol Emerads dragged in a world where Sonic the Hero was finally in peace after your alternate-self was a giant alien's lunch!"

"This only just proves that you know very little of the Sol Emeralds, Scourge. I can see why you need the aid of Dr. Ovi Kintobor as well as Silver and Princess Blaze. They are the only ones to help you further control them. And you said you hate doctors and scientists, yet you need me and my good-goody self to help you." The alternate-Eggman pointed out.

Whatever retort Scourge had come up with was thrown out of the window as he froze, the realization hitting him hard. For three years, he hated all doctors and scientists. He hated them with a passion. When he was young, he always felt uncomfortable being around them even when he had his flu-shots, when his little brother had his own flu-shots, and that only got worse when their parents died...and then a week later, he found his little brother, who he had actually and admittedly been looking for after realizing that he left him behind in the hospital and feared for his safety, to be living with Kintobor who found him.

Scourge remembered the ultimate betrayal he felt when he saw them together.

Scourge's Flash-Back: Three years ago...a week after his parents' deaths...

"Red! Red, where are you!?" Scourge cried out, racing through the streets for the hundredth time in a week. He looked everywhere he could think of so far. After five days of being frustrated and crying, the fourteen year old had felt so empty, and when he slowly thought about his actions and grief, he remembered that, to his horror, he left his little brother behind.

So he returned to the hospital questioning the doctors on his brother's whereabouts, but the same one who coldly informed his parents' deaths simply said that the five year old hedgehog left for home and even told him that the teenager should be grateful to have one less thing to worry about and believed that they should be responsible for having caused trouble to their mother and father. That made the blue hedgehog furious and attacked Finitevus again before storming out, determined to find his little brother.

He tried going to the police, but instead they threatened to place charges against him for assulting Dr. Finitevus, making Scourge, in fear for himself, flee in tears and since then been searching after realizing that asking anyone would only cause people to call the authorities and place him under arrest. He searched and searched, but still found no sign of the young red-brown hedgehog.

But as Scourge sped around the corner, he skid to a stop and while his heart leaped for relief, what he saw broke it in half and crushed him. Hearing a giggle and a laugh, he peered through a window of a labortory, his eyes widened as he saw his little brother seemingly interested with a small robot moving on a table and...Dr. Kintobor who was explaining it to him, even though the little boy did look quite sad.

"Red...what's the matter?" Kintobor asked.

"Dr. Kintobor...do you think Scourge will ever find me?" Red asked, seemingly worried.

"I'm sure he will. If not, then I suppose I can help look for him. Perhaps the police would know where he is." The kindly doctor reassured.

"Really?" The five year old said, hopefully.

"I promise, young man. I will do whatever in my power to help find your big brother." The middle-aged human man replied, which earned him a surprising hug from the young Moebian.

"Thank you, Doctor! Thanks for taking care of me." Red replied happily.

Scourge felt tears sting his eyes, anger and betrayal raging in his chest as he came to a conclusion that Red had heard what happened, and now was going against him, and turned his attention to some scientist who didn't seem so bad, but was most likely the kind of guy who would find people who cause trouble and have the police arrest them. Feeling so alone and that the world was really unfair, the teenage hedgehog sped away, far away as possible.

He made it home seconds later, barging in and screamed in pure anger, heart-break, hate and sorrow, bashing everything and anything he could to vent on the realization that his life was utterly and completely ruined. Scourge even went as far as wrecking all of the family photos of himself and his family, who had abandoned him to be placed as a criminal, in the cold, heartless world.

Within two hours, he felt emotionally exhausted, sitting on the floor and glared at the photo that was taken a month ago, with himself, his brother and deceased parents all smiling happily.

"I hope you're happy to be brain-washed and craving attention...Maurice...You traitor." Scourge growled darkly, ripping the image of himself away from his family and tossed the two halves of the picture aside. He curled up into a ball.

He was all alone, with no one to care for him. The teenage hedgehog hated the world. He hated everything. They took everything away from him...because they hated him. Scourge trembled before burying his face into his arms and wailed and sobbed.

End of Flash-Back:

Since then, Scourge vowed to never trust any doctor or scientist, and two weeks afterwards when he finally reunited with Red, he coldly told him to back-off, and despite that his brother seemed to still care, as far as the green hedgehog was concerned, all that kid wanted was attention, so he since ignored him. For the next two years he'd been living on his own, stealing to survive and causing terror, which earned him the title of Terror of Moebius despite that Snively was the biggest threat, but unlike him, the evil doctor always got away with it.

Last year, he came across Blaze and the Sol Emeralds not long after Red told him of the crystals, and thought that if he could use their powers to make himself powerful, he could take down anybody who stood in his way, and while he managed to knock the Princess Guardian down, the Superior Emerald, which he also found, didn't grant him his wish. Instead, it turned him permanently green. Afterwards, he met Fiona, and while he'd been skeptical of her at first, she had shown him actual care, having been interested in his style of stealing and desire, interested in his looks and personality.

She had been his first and only friend, and he reluctantly agreed to let her tag along. Cunning and skilled herself, Scourge began to admire her, and the two grew close in their friendship which soon blossomed into a relationship, having fallen in love, especially when they had a lot in common and Scourge had been shocked that Finitevus was actually a con-artist and secret murderer himself, having killed Fiona's parents when she was a child and left into the abusive Orphanage until she ran away to fend for herself, believing no one cared until she met the green hedgehog.

Scourge made the vow since then to be by her side, to protect her, that they could rule Moebius together as King and Queen...yet he failed. He failed to protect her...because she had saved his life by sacrificing her own, and the last thing she ever said to him was that she loved him, and died in his arms. Again he had been left all alone, again the cruel world took what he loved most away from him.

"I see that you're realizing it now, aren't you, my young friend?" Robotnik snickered, realizing that Scourge had nothing more to say. "Perhaps you need to pay more attention to your surroundings. Not quite cunning for a young villain such as you."

"Shut it...!" Scourge hissed in warning, yet he knew that Robotnik was right. He broke his own vow to put his trust into this man, who he would later betray to get what he wanted, but he did compromise since the evil scientist had an enemy of Young Sonic who was a hero, who had everything that Scourge didn't; friends, family, the world loving the young blue hedgehog.

Then there was Sonic, who had much more friends, more love, the world loved the sixteen year old, and...and his own enemy was dead! Trapped in the Prison of Evil that the blue hedgehog may not yet know about. Oh, how Scourge hated the two blue hedgehogs for having everything he didn't!

"Scourge, I deeply sympathize with your loss, but-"

"No, you don't..." Scourge grunted, cutting his ally off, feeling rage surge up. "You're lucky that I'm helping you get what you want, Robotnik...but let me make this clear. You're just like every other doctor and scientists in every reality. Only caring about yourself, not that I care about anyone except Fiona. But once we get what we want, I'm going back to the Moebius where I'm King, Fiona's my Queen, and you are ruler of Mobius for your Robotnikland, and I never want to see your stupid, straight-mind-set, ugly mug ever again!"

That made Robotnik frown as he scolded the teenage Moebian. "Now you're being ridiculous. Yes, I am evil and I don't care about anybody else, but even I know there are scientists and doctors in the world who are boring and some do care for others, including their patients. You were just living in a city that held more cruel people than necessary. From what I can tell, Dr. Kintobor is a powerless, scientific version of that irritating, stubborn little blue hedgehog, Sonic. Heroic and meddling."

"So you admit that I'm a powerful, bad-boy speedster version of you? Terrorizing and causing trouble?" Scourge scoffed, narrowing his eyes.

"Hah! I'm plently powerful with all of my creations!"

"But you always lose to Sonic."

"That was only three times!" Robotnik protested. "His older self was luckier because it's obvious that my dead-self was more stupid!"

The green hedgehog begged to differ. "They had five years of experience. Just face it, Doctor. All of you medical, scientific people are clueless."

"No, Scourge. It's you who is clueless, a spoiled little brat who lost everything and in your desperation, you sought out the Time Eater who you made a connection, and need my help! You're just too blind to see what you will really be doing once our goals are made reality." The evil doctor declared. "It's no wonder you lose what you crave for."

Again Scourge was hit hard by the words, yet he was too stubborn to except it. Robotnik was wrong. It wasn't it. It just wasn't!

"How could you possibly earn love when all you do is-"

"SHUT UP! SHUT! UP!" Scourge screamed furiously, blindlessly punching Robotnik in the chest which sent the bewildered and pained doctor flying and screaming before the evil man vanished into the sky like a star twinkling. Panting in pure anger and sorrow, needing time to be alone, the green hedgehog turned around and sped off, leaping over from roof to roof.

With tears falling freely from his eyes. As he ran and jumped, Scourge tried and failed to drive away the tragic memories of losing everything, and how his goals to try and get what he wanted kept on failing, realizing that his ultimate mistake was wishing to merge three worlds, which one of them had a hero who was now stopping him in every step of the way, aided by his younger, alternate-self and so many friends, being so happy and going out of his way to help billions of strangers he barely knew out of compassion.

The thought of recklessly risking his life made Scourge unfortunately remember the day he finally lost Red...and that had been his own fault.

Scourge's Flash-Back: One week before his attack...

"Scourge, look out! There's a dragon right behind you!" Red screamed, pointing at the dragon who grinned evilly, ready to devour the two hedgehog brothers as it's meal.

"Yeah, right. You think I was born yesterday?" Scourge scoffed, thinking that this was some sort of joke. Unfortunately, that was his mistake as he then heard a deep growl behind him which, blinking in confusion and maybe a small amount of fear, looked up behind him just as the dragon lunged to swallow him whole.

"SCOURGE!" Red exclaimed and, while he knew that this was a bad idea and that his brother would never save him, made the risk of running forward as fast as he could and pushed the green hedgehog out of the way. While the startled and shocked teenager stumbled backwards, the eight year old screamed in terror while curling himself up into a ball to try and shield himself.

Just as Scourge winched and attempted to regain his senses on what just happened, and when he looked up, his eyes widened in shock and, not certain why he felt it, but he did, horror when he saw the dragon gobble up Red whole, lifted it's head up and easily swallowed it's prey whole before roaring. The green hedgehog couldn't believe it; his bratty brother, who had betrayed him for Kintobor...had just sacrificed himself to save him, just like how Fiona died saving the seventeen year old.

"No...Maurice...YOU IDIOT!" Scourge screamed, scolding his now seemingly dead brother, before gasping in fear as the dragon turned his gaze to him.

Rather than fight this thing, the green hedgehog, too paralyzed in shock, quickly got up and made a run for it, knowing that there was nothing he could do for his little brother now, the brat who instead of saving himself, died to save the evil Moebian who would continue to do as he pleased to bring back Fiona...

Yet he just lost the last piece of his heart that had attempted to bring him back to who he used to be before his parents' death, and failed. Without even realizing it despite having accepted the evil side of him, Scourge sobbed as he ran, tears falling freely.

A day later...

Calming down despite the loss of his brother, Scourge broke into the lab and coldly told Kintobor of what happened, and the evil hedgehog smirked while the human scientist was horrified, and rather than yell at him, the kind man just had his back turned and sobbed and cried.

"Oh, what have I done? Red...My dear friend...My son...!" Kintobor wept, tears falling freely.

"Quit pretending, Kinto-butt...All you care about is yourself. You're just like every other doctor and scientists in every reality. Only caring about yourself, not that I care about anyone except Fiona." The seventeen year old scoffed.

"You...you heartless brat!" The kind doctor growled, looking over his shoulder in distraught and anger. "Your brother had wanted you back! He wanted you in his life again, and you kept on turning him away! You abandoned him!"

"You don't fool me, grandpa!" Scourge argued. "Maurice was the one who abandoned me! He chose you over me, and all he wanted was more attention!"

"He sacrificed himself to save you, you ungrateful fool! Just as Fiona has, and yet you're willing to bring her back but you're don't care about the fact that your own brother died saving you because he loved you!" Kintobor snapped as more tears fell. "If anything, if you hadn't gone off to become a terrorist, I would've adopted you as well and take good care of you just as I did to Red. I promised him that I would help both of you!"

The seventeen year old said nothing, yet his expression didn't change. Instead, he just said. "It doesn't matter. Maurice is gone, so that's one less thing to worry about. I'll be back, Kintobor, and I'll get those Sol Emeralds and soon you won't even know me, because I won't be knowing you."

With that, Scourge turned again and began to walk away, unaware that Kintobor, realizing that it was no use, only turned and sobbed once more and the kind human doctor picked up a photo frame that had a picture of himself with Red that was taken a year ago, the two looking quite happy.

"Forgive me, Red...It's all my fault...Why couldn't I stop you? You wouldn't have gone after your brother and died...I'm sorry, my son..." Kintobor wept.

Scourge paused, having listened to what his enemy said, and despite what he said was true, not even he was immune to the heart-break of losing his little brother. The green hedgehog felt his lips tremble, and his tears unconsciously fell free.

'Maurice...You are an idiot, coming to find me...' The seventeen year old thought, before storming out and ran away for home, to begin his week plot which would change everything forever.

End of Flash-Back:

By then as the memory came to a halt, Scourge came to a stop of another building, sat on the edge and placed one arm on his knee. Even though Robotnik was right and he was letting his emotions distract him, this time he couldn't help it. He blamed Sonic for making him feel like a failure, something that he tried to ignore in hopes in succeeding in getting Fiona back. But instead, he was only making things worse for him.

If Sonic's group defeated him, Robotnik and the Time Eater, then everything will return to normal and Scourge was back to square one. Alone, with no one to love him. His parents were gone, his beloved Fiona was gone...and his brother, Red, was gone. The green hedgehog tried to ignore the guilt and pain he kept in check for years, but it was because of the Hero of Mobius that the shield he developed cracked, and to make things worse, Robotnik knew a bit more of his past, and was taunting him.

"I should've just wished to change history and bring Fiona back. But no, I had to make the stupid wish for the worlds to merge, and now that stupid Sonic and his pipsqueak self are getting in the way...!" Scourge grunted, scolding himself for not thinking straight.

Yet, what he also kept buried surfaced, because he thought of Red, his little brother, who saved his life and died as a result...and as much as the terror of Moebius hated to admit it, it was that time that he wanted his little brother back, to hold him in his arms and cry...a weakness he hated, which he felt right now.

Red then glared up quickly at him even as tears fell free, declaring. "I won't stop believing that you'll see that your dreams suck! You'll always be my big brother, even though you don't want me as your little brother!"

"Maurice, you idiot...Why didn't you abandon Kinto-butt and come back to me?" Scourge whimpered without realizing it, and unable to control it anymore, he wept and cried.

As much as he hated to admit it, Robotnik was right. Scourge did want more than just Fiona back; he wanted Red back. He wanted his parents back. It wasn't a minor inconvenience. The green hedgehog wanted more than just rule Moebius.

He wanted his old life back.

Yet what no one knew about was that a giant past version of the Werehog-Beast, like with Perfect Chaos as being from the past and not meant to be here, grinned as it sensed greed, guilt, fear, hate and sorrow nearby from the Gaia Temple.

Though even the monster was aware that from the roof of a building, an albino Mobian Cheetah was grinning in excitement to see the Werehog, foolishly believing it was a Werewolf. While around the far corner of a building in a very safe distance, an orange hedgehog, saw the huge beast; Sun the Hedgehog, who was also dragged into this, hidden himself behind the wall and felt his heart shake in horror and fear.

'This is bad...How did the Werehog come back? Why am I here? What's going on?' Sun thought to himself, trying not to panic in seeing the horrible part of his and his brother's past. 'I've gotta get outta here, and warn Sonic!'

Knowing what to do despite that he had no idea what was happening, Sun immediately raced off, using his Gripping Hooks to increase his speed and swung away, hoping for a way out and to find Sonic, as well as the others...

Including a very dear friend he risked his life to save four months ago, one who, admittedly, he fell in love with.
