Kickshipping (Jonouchi x Otogi x Honda)

. . .

"Holy shit, you two, have either of you ever actually used a kitchen before?"

Jonouchi at least had the decency to look sheepish, but Honda was still too busy glowering at Jonouchi.

"Ummm...mine's always a mess beyond use soo..." Jonouchi said, looking anywhere but at Honda and Otogi. "No?"

"Jonouchi was the one who thought you could put pizza in the oven on a plastic plate," Honda said. "I'm sorry, Otogi, I was in the bathroom and I didn't catch him."

Otogi tried to resist the urge to rip his hair out.

"Okay, that explains my ruined stove, but what about the rest of the damn kitchen?"

Now Honda looked embarrassed.

The kitchen was a wreck. It looked like flour had been spilled all across the counter. There were dishes piled in the sink that looked like they had stuff permanently stuck onto them...was it dough? Cheese? Otogi had no idea. Measuring cups were still strewn across another counter, and there appeared to be sauce dripping onto the floor. Then there was the oven, which was open and still emanating vague tendrils of heat, the disgusting plastic drip of what was formerly a green plate forming a pile of goop at the bottom of the oven.

"I was gone for twenty minutes," Otogi said.

"We'll clean up," Jonouchi said quickly.

"Damn straight you're going to clean up," Otogi said. "And see if I ever let you assholes use my kitchen again."

Both boys winced a little at Otogi's tone; it wasn't often that the dice-gamer was so angry. He threw his plastic bag of groceries onto a space of the counter that wasn't covered with crap.

"Well? You gonna stare at me like a couple of wounded puppies or are we going to get this mess cleaned up?"

"R-right," Honda said, hurrying off to get some cleaning stuff.

"Sorry," Jonouchi said again. "Pizza?"

Otogi looked dubiously at the slice of...whatever it was that Jonouchi was offering to him.

"Was that made on the plastic plate?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Nope, this was the first batch. I didn't wanna wash the pan in between so I...well, I guess I didn't know that plastic melts...? Uh, anyway, this one's a little goopy on the dough, but it still tastes good."

Otogi rolled his eyes. Hopeless. These two were hopeless.

"I'll pass, thanks," he said. "Do you at least know how to wash dishes?"

Jonouchi was, at the very least, good at reading people's irritation. He dropped the goopy slice of pizza onto a plate and hurried off to get the water running without saying another word.

Otogi sighed and closed his eyes.

Idiots.
