Time was running out. Bags had been packed, food and water gathered and now it was time for everyone to say their goodbyes. Even though they all knew that not everyone would be coming back this time. Kali watched on as Charlie rocked baby Aaron in his arms, a beaming smile on his face. He'd be a good dad. But she wasn't sure the island would let him live long enough to see Aaron grow up. A shout from behind her, had Kali twisting around finding Jack and Sayid in a heated argument.

"I should stay on the beach, I owe it to our people, Sayid!" Jack exclaimed, unaware of Kali approaching them.

"This afternoon you said you were our leader...it's time for you to act like one" Sayid stated.

"He's right, Jack. You've spent the last four months keeping everyone on this beach together. They trust you" Kali insisted, coming to stand in between the two men.

"And you two put your lives at risk again for the rest of us?" Jack retorted, shaking his head, vehemently.

"I mean, we are pretty good at it by now" Kali pointed out, earning a small smile from Sayid.

"I should stay here, Kali. What if something goes wrong—" Jack began, when Kali cut him off.

"Then we'd lose our only doctor. You want to look after our people? Then keep yourself alive, jackass" Kali insisted, watching as Jack let out a long sigh.

"Just make sure we don't lose our only nurse either" Jack insisted, making Kali's eyes light up.

"I'll miss you too" Kali grinned, before reaching out to pull him into a hug, which he gladly returned.

"Look after them both" Jack murmured, wrapping his arms around her back.

"I will" She nodded, taking a deep breath as she pulled away.

Was this it? Was this really the last time she was going to see her friends? She hoped not. She wasn't ready to say goodbye for good. She saw how Sayid had approached them out of the corner of her eye, opening and closing his mouth a few times. He had never been the best with words.

"Make sure you come back in one piece" Sayid exclaimed, reaching out to shake her hand, as she shook her head.

"Right back at ya'. If you die, I'm gonna' bloody kill you, Sayid" She warned, before leaning forward to hug him, leaving him a little surprised.

"I'll bear it in my mind" Sayid replied, hugging her back a little tighter.

A hug from the usually stern man was a rare thing, never wanting to appear too emotional or weak. But there was something comforting and safe about a hug from Sayid. Everyone who he cared for knew that he would lay down his life for them in a split second. Something that she couldn't help but admire.

Kali had begun making her own weight belt soon after, made from stones and rope, hoping it would drag her quicker to the ocean floor. She shivered as she thought about the last couple of times she had been out at sea. Ben showing her what would happen if she ever tried to leave the island, drowning after the raft was destroyed...

God, she really didn't want to drown again. Anything but that.

She flinched when she felt a hand on her shoulder, jolting her out of her terrified thoughts. A smile slowly grew on her lips when she saw Jin standing above her, a look of concern on his own face.

"I go with?" Jin suggested, pointing to their canoe, as Kali gave him a fond look.

"You have your job. I have mine" Kali replied, as Jin's brow furrowed.

"Dangerous" He pointed out, clearly still not convinced.

"I'll be okay. Promise" Kali told him, watching as Jin nodded slowly.

"Be...careful" He murmured, before the pair shared a quick hug, trying to push their worries down.

"I will" Kali exclaimed, patting him on the back as they pulled away.

She frowned when she saw something she thought she'd never see past Jin's shoulder. Sawyer and Desmond shaking hands. What would those two be agreeing on? Giving Jin one last nod, she approached the pair, coming to stand beside Sawyer, raising an eyebrow.

"Am I interrupting something?" Kali inquired, as the men gave her a sheepish look.

"Just making sure Scottie knows which end of the paddle to use" Sawyer mocked, as Desmond rolled his eyes and made his way towards Charlie who busied himself with making his weight belt.

"Before you say it, I know this is reckless and—" Kali began, but was cut off when Sawyer suddenly leant forward, pressing his lips to hers.

The kiss was full of desperation and sadness, as Sawyer wrapped his arms around Kali's shoulders to pull her closer, his fingers gripping tightly onto her shirt as if he didn't want to let go. They were both panting when they finally pulled away to catch their breath, Kali's lips a rosy red colour. Sawyer moved his hands to cup her cheeks as they leaned against each other, their foreheads touching. Neither saw how Desmond's eyes had flickered over to the passionate display, his jaw clenched, before forcing his eyes away a few seconds later.

"What was that for?" Kali smiled.

"You might not have realised, but I'm not so good with my words" Sawyer stated, making her snort.

"It feels like all we've done recently is say goodbye to each other" Kali mumbled, biting her lip.

"If you just come with us to the radio tower, we don't have to—" Sawyer began, but Kali was quick to cut him off.

"I thought you knew by now that you have no hope of changing my stubborn arse" Kali retorted, as Sawyer shook his head, fondly.

"You're a pain in my ass, that's for sure" Sawyer teased, as Kali leant forward to wrap her arms around his chest.

"Don't do anything stupid while I'm gone, okay?" Kali exclaimed, as she felt his arms circle around her, pulling her closer into the embrace.

"I won't" Sawyer murmured, running his hands up and down her back in a soothing gesture.

"You're shaking" He stated, feeling how she trembled under his hands.

"...I know I act like I'm brave, fearless...but I'm not. I'm really fucking scared, James" Kali admitted, as he reached up to run his hand through her hair.

"I am too, baby. But I know it's gonna' be alright" Sawyer told her, causing her brow to furrow.

"How?" She questioned.

"Cause' I believe in you. You'll turn off that jamming equipment and come back to me. You'll get us all off this island" Sawyer explained, as a sad smile spread over her lips.

When he said it like that, she almost believed it. Almost. He still had no idea there wasn't any hope of her leaving the island. And his words only proved it had to stay that way. She couldn't let him lose what hope he had left. They both needed it.

"C'mon, lovebirds. Wrap it up!" Charlie called out to them, forcing them to pull apart.

"Once we've turned the signal off, we'll catch up with you guys. It shouldn't take longer than half a day" Kali said, as Sawyer nodded.

"I'll see you tomorrow then, blue eyes" Sawyer promised, pressing his lips to hers.

It didn't take them long to find the cable on the beach that they knew would lead them to the Looking Glass Station. The three were quiet as they sailed out into the ocean, their nerves starting to get the better of them. Would they even make it into the station? Far sooner than she hoped, they made it to their destination, able to see the flashing lights and mechanical structure under the surface. Kali turned around, placing her paddle down at her side, to find Charle writing something on a piece of paper, an odd bittersweet expression on his face.

"What are you writing?" Kali inquired.

"It's the five best moments of my...sorry excuse for a life. My greatest hits. You know, memories. They're all I've got—" Charlie began, cut off as Kali slapped him roughly on the shoulder.

"Ow! I was having a moment there, Kali!" Charlie complained, rubbing his sore arm.

"Well, don't. You're not saying goodbye to anyone. So, this...this isn't needed" Kali insisted, taking the paper out of his hands.

"She's right. You don't have to do this Charlie" Desmond insisted.

"What?" Charlie frowned.

"I'll go...maybe I keep seeing you die because I'm supposed to take your place" Desmond suggested, as Kali let out a long sigh.

"What about your girl, Penny?" Charlie pointed out.

"What about your girl? Besides, I might be luckier than you. Keep your memories to yourself. I'll take it from here" Desmond smiled, as he went to take his shoes off, missing the look shared between Kali and Charlie.

There was no way either of them were letting him make that sacrifice.

"You'll die, Des" Kali stated, watching out of her peripheral vision as Charlie picked up her paddle.

"If that means you two will live...I'm okay with that" Desmond admitted.

"You're a brave man, Desmond..." Charlie trailed off, passing the paddle to Kali.

"...But you're not meant to do this" Kali finished, watching as Desmond realised a second too late what was about to happen.

She struck him in the face with the paddle, knocking him out cold as he slumped down in the canoe. Reaching out, she carefully laid him down, removing her plaid shirt and tucking it under his head, leaving her in a tank top. Charlie's letter was suddenly thrust in her face, a sad smile on his face.

"Just in case" He insisted, as she reluctantly nodded, and tucked the note into Desmond's shirt.

She then jumped over Desmond's unconscious form to grab their weight belts, as Charlie crouched down beside his friend, placing his hand on his chest. Deep down, he knew he wasn't going to see the man again.

"Thank you, brother" Charlie murmured, hoping Desmond could somehow hear him.

"Are you ready for this?" Kali asked, as Charlie gave her a half shrug.

"Today's as good a day as any to die, right?" Charlie exclaimed, as she jumped back over Desmond's body to join him.

"When we go down there the pressure's going to be intense, and it'll just get worse the deeper we go. We'll need to constantly equalise the pressure in our ears or our eardrums will burst...and that's the best-case scenario..." Kali trailed off.

"You're not really selling this to me, Kali" Charlie scoffed.

"Any chance of you staying on the canoe?" She questioned, as he quirked an eyebrow.

"Not a chance in hell. So, how do I equalise the pressure in my ears?" Charlie inquired.

"You pinch your nostrils and breathe out your nose. It'll make your ears pop. Try it now" Kali suggested, as he did as he was told, grimacing at the feeling.

"How'd you know so much about this?" Charlie frowned.

"I watch a lot of movies" Kali murmured, as he gave her a look of disbelief.

"So, you basically have no idea if this will actually work?" Charlie realised.

"Pretty much" Kali grinned, holding out her hand for him to take.

"You're the craziest girl I've ever met, you know that?" Charlie snorted, taking her hand in his own and his weight belt in the other.

"Don't let go, yeah? No matter what. Just keep holding on" Kali insisted, squeezing his hand, as he nodded.

"Ready?" He asked, his eyes growing watery, as fear took hold.

"...No" She replied, taking a deep breath.

"Me either" Charlie replied before they both leapt forward and disappeared beneath the surface.

The weights they clung to pulled them towards the ocean floor, as they both attempted to equalise the pressure in their ears, their heads already feeling strangely full. Kali's vision was blurry as they descended quicker and quicker, now able to hear her heart beating in her ears. The deeper they got, the more painful the pounding sensation in her skull was. It felt like her head was about to be ripped open by the time they reached the bottom, throwing their weights to the ground, still clutching onto each other's hands. She could see Charlie starting to flounder out of the corner of her eyes, finding panic etched onto his face. He couldn't hold his breath much longer. Neither of them could. Kali dragged him along the ocean floor, as they swam underneath the large station, the lights around them almost enough to blind them. Kali saw the moonpool in front of her, her lungs feeling as if they were on fire. She grit her teeth hard enough to break them as she pulled them forward, her lungs begging for air. Just as she was about to run out of air, they swam through the moonpool, breaking the surface. She gasped for air, still holding onto Charlie as they panted for a few moments, trying to re-orientate themselves. Kali's eyes widened as she found the station wasn't flooded at all, looking in almost perfect working condition. Why had Ben been lying to his people?

Charlie let out a laugh, the relief clear on his face as they swam towards and nearby ladder and pulled themselves out of the water. The pair collapsed onto the metal flooring; never having thought they would make it this far.

"We're alive...we're alive!" Charlie cheered.

Kali's head shot up as she heard a door being swung open, watching as two women stormed towards them, both armed with guns. She was quick to push Charlie behind her, gulping audibly.

"You just had to jinx us, huh?" Kali sighed, putting her hands in the air.

An hour later, the pair were tied to chairs, their faces red with blood, as they glared at the blonde woman assaulting them both. The other woman, with black hair, seemed more cautious in her approach, less bad-tempered. There was a clear divide in their tactics, Kali noticed.

"Who are you?" The blonde questioned, before striking Charlie in the face.

"Look, if you tell us how you got down here, we won't hurt you" The black-haired woman insisted, making Kali scoff.

"I think it might be a little late for that" Kali pointed out, tasting coppery blood on her tongue.

"Oh, I haven't even started. Now tell me, how did you get here?" The blonde went on.

"I came in my invisible submarine. Don't you see it?" Charlie grinned, as the woman punched him in the face more forcefully, making Kali grimace.

"Hey, take it easy, Bonnie!" The black-haired woman cried, revealing their attacker's name.

"Take it easy? He's one of them. Why are you here, huh? How did you find out about this station?" Bonnie questioned, grabbing Charlie's face.

"Juliet told us. She's one of us now. In case you haven't heard" Charlie smirked, smug at the look of shock on the women's faces.

"We gotta' call Ben" The black-haired woman announced, the panic clear in her voice.

"Oh yeah. Let's call Ben" Charlie mocked, as the pair rushed off into a room...a familiar room.

Charlie's mouth went slack as he realised it was the exact room Desmond had described in his vision. Down to the blinking yellow light. It was the room he was going to drown in. He was going to die in.

"You okay?" Kali whispered, cringing at the blood running down Charlie's nose.

"Never better. You?" Charlie sighed.

"Peachy" Kali mumbled, as they craned their heads to listen in on the woman's conversation.

Ben didn't seem happy that the pair were breaking radio silence, sounding as if he was moments away from turning his radio off when Bonnie informed him of the situation.

"There's two of them down here" Boonie announced, earning a few moments of silence.

"I'm sorry, what?!" Ben retorted.

"We have them tied up, but they're here. Two of them swam down here" Bonnie explained, her eyes flickering to the bound pair.

"Who? Which two?" Ben insisted, still in disbelief.

"It's Charlie! Tell him I said hi!" Charlie called out, with a grin.

"And tell him Kali said he can go fuck himself!" She added, hearing a groan from Ben on the other end.

"How did...how do they know about the station?" Ben inquired.

"They said Juliet told them" Bonnie admitted.

"Oh, she's told us all sorts of things, Ben! You've really screwed yourself over this time" Kali mocked, as there was a moment's pause.

"All right, sit tight, don't do anything, I'm sending help" Ben exclaimed, before hanging up the call, as the two women shared an irritated look.

"Better do what your master says" Kali stated, as the blonde gave her a murderous look, storming forward as the black-haired woman held her back.

"She's trying to rile you up—" She began, but Bonnie cut her off.

"Well, it's fucking working, Greta" Bonnie muttered, shrugging the other woman off her arm.

Another hour later, and they seemed to be going round and round in circles. The woman would question them, and for every lie or omission they told, they would beat them. Kali wasn't sure how much more Charlie could take and finally told them the truth, that they were there to turn the jamming equipment off. In response, the woman informed them that a code was needed to do what was needed. They seemed pleased to finally know something that Kali and Charlie didn't.

"If you're gonna' turn off the jamming equipment, you'll need the code. And only three people know it. Me, her and Ben" Bonnie smirked, as Charlie gave a small shrug.

"Well, guess I won't need the code. Since this entire station's gonna' be flooded anyway. I just turn off your little jammer and the helicopters come and rescue all my friends" Charlie told her.

"But if this station floods, what happens to you?" Bonnie pointed out, smugly.

"...I die" Charlie said, with a confident smile.

The pair seemed completely taken aback by his blunt words, almost appearing uncomfortable. Did they have any idea what was at stake? Did they even care about leaving the island themselves? Just as Kali was about to speak, a new voice spoke over the radio. A voice that made Kali's blood run cold.

It wasn't possible.

"Mikhail? Is that you?" Bonnie frowned, as she raced over to the radio to reply.

The man with the eyepatch. The Other that she had watched Boone kill right in front of her eyes. She could still remember the feeling of his blood running down her hands, a bullet having sliced his neck open. He was dead. There was no way anyone could have survived that...

"So, it is true. You never went on assignment to Canada" Mikhail's voice murmured, his accent as thick as Kali remembered it.

"He made us promise not to tell anyone" Greta confessed, taking hold of the radio.

"Are you coming down here?" Bonnie added, as there was another few moments of silence.

"That is what Ben has asked of me. He wants me to kill your two hostages...and then turn my gun on you both" Mikhail informed them, as Kali's eyes narrowed.

The Mikhail she remembered had been a loyalist until the end, why would he tell the two women what Ben had planned? None of it made any sense.

"Come again?" Greta gaped, her eyes wide.

"We can't trust him anymore. Asking you both to jam the signal, and now this...he is losing his touch on reality. We need to call our people back to the island. Everyone" Mikhail insisted.

"But...if Ben realises—" Greta began, but Mikhail cut her off quickly.

"What is the code? To turn the jamming signal off?" Mikhail pushed, as the women shared a look.

Their gaze then turned to the pair still tied to the chairs, as they shut the hatch door with a loud slam, causing Charlie to groan. They couldn't hear a word the group was saying, but maybe it wouldn't matter? Maybe they would turn the jammer off themselves?

"That's not Mikhail" Kali whispered, as Charlie's brow furrowed.

"What?" Charlie asked.

"Boone shot him. He's dead, whoever they're talking to in there...it's not Mikhail" Kali gulped, feeling a shiver going down her spine.

Early the next morning, the rest of the group was halfway to the radio tower, but there was still no sign of any of their friends. Not the shooters who had been left at the beach. Or Kali, Charlie and Desmond. Something had gone wrong, but everyone was too afraid to say it. Almost everyone.

"I'm going back" Sawyer announced, as Jack whipped around to face him.

"What?" Jack frowned.

"I'm going back to the beach" Sawyer clarified, bluntly.

"No way. We keep moving" Jack insisted, as Sawyer threw his pack to the ground, his jaw clenched.

"I ain't asking permission! Kali should have caught up with us by now. I'm going back for her" Sawyer told him, as Juliet and Kate came to a halt in front of them.

"What do you think you're gonna' get done, alone and unarmed?" Jack pointed out.

"I should have never fucking left her in the first place! If something happened to her..." Sawyer trailed off, with a shake of his head.

"Sawyer, it's a suicide mission without guns" Jack exclaimed, a desperate tone in his voice.

"I don't care. There's not a chance in hell I'm leaving this island without her" Sawyer explained.

"I know where there are some guns. There's a hidden cache a couple of miles from here. I can take us back to the beach on a route past it" Juliet interjected, knowing Sawyer wouldn't be stopped.

"Juliet, you don't have to do that" Jack sighed.

"Yeah, Jack, I kinda do" Juliet replied, with a sad smile.

"Let's do this" Sawyer insisted, grabbing his pack when Kate reached out to stop him.

"You know Kali wouldn't want you to go back for her" Kate pointed out, making the older man scoff.

"I ain't going forward without her" Sawyer muttered, shrugging her hand away.

He turned back to see Juliet pressing a quick kiss to Jack's lips, leaving the older man shocked, a slight blush on his cheeks. Sawyer rolled his eyes at the display, practically able to hear the teasing comment Kali would have said. God, he hoped they weren't going to be too late.

"Maybe someone found him—" Charlie began, trying to think of a way Mikhail could still be alive.

"He was cold, Charlie. No one could have revived him" Kali insisted.

"So, what? They're talking to his ghost?" Charlie snorted.

"...When I was being held in the cages, Billy, my ex, he came to see me. But he was...different. There was something wrong with him. Something wrong with his neck, like he had been...Ben said he was infected. He was terrified" Kali stuttered over her words.

"You think this Mikhail guy might be infected too?" Charlie realised, as Kali nodded.

"But that still doesn't explain why he wants them to turn off the jamming signal" Kali frowned.

"Unless he wants us to leave the island..." Charlie trailed off, as Kali's brow furrowed.

Before she could answer, they heard a gasping sound from behind them, twisting around in their chairs to see Desmond swimming towards them. He appeared none the wiser to the two-armed woman in the adjoining room. An idea formed immediately in Kali's mind, as Desmond called out to her.

"Are you alright? What happened—" Desmond began, as she could hear shuffling from the other room.

"Dive!" Kali hissed, causing him to frown in confusion.

"What?" He questioned, as she pushed her chair closer to the water.

"Dive under the water! Now!" She insisted, just as the door to the hatch opened.

Desmond immediately dove under the surface, unable to be seen in the dark water underneath them. Kali turned to see Bonnie and Greta storming over to her, their eyes darting around the room.

"Who were you talking to?" Boonie questioned.

"I was, uh...I was singing" Kali responded, as the blonde gave her a look of disbelief.

"You all everybody...you all everybody...c'mon, Kali, your turn" Charlie sang, not sure what her plan was but going with it anyway.

"If you don't shut up, I swear to God, I'm going to empty this magazine in your face" Bonnie warned, taking her gun out of its holster.

"Hey, Bonnie, right? Can I tell you something?" Kali asked.

"What?" The woman spat out, irritated.

"It's kind of a secret. I've got to whisper it" Kali said, in a hushed tone.

"How about I kill you instead?" Bonnie smirked, coming to stand right in front of her, aiming her gun at Kali's forehead.

"God, you really are dumb, aren't you?" Kali smirked.

"What—" Bonnie began, but was cut off as Kali suddenly kicked out with her legs, throwing the blonde off balance, who stumbled backwards into the moonpool behind her.

Greta was raising her rifle to shoot Kali a second later, but Charlie managed to throw himself forward, knocking them both to the ground, as a bullet whizzed through the air uselessly. Suddenly, Bonnie burst through the surface of the water, a murderous look on her face.

"I'm going to enjoy killing you" Bonnie muttered, freezing when she felt something cold pressed to the back of her head.

"Guess again" Desmond grinned from behind her, now holding her own gun to her head.

"I suggest you untie me...or your friend is literally going to be sleeping with the fishes" Kali exclaimed, turning to Greta who was pushing herself up from the ground, as Charlie kicked her rifle across the floor, further away from the older woman.

"Ben was right. You are a bitch" Greta muttered, pulling a knife from the waistband of her jeans and reluctantly cutting Kali free from the rope that had bound her.

"I get that a lot" Kali smirked, standing on her feet, and stretching her aching arms.

"Knife" She ordered, holding out her hand for Greta to place the blade onto.

"What did Mikhail say to you?" Kali inquired, as she walked over to grab the woman's rifle.

"To do exactly what you want. Turn off the jamming equipment. He said...he said we can all leave together on this boat of yours" Greta admitted.

"And you believe him?" Kali asked, keeping the gun trained on the woman, as she cut through Charlie's rope.

"No. We would have done it by now otherwise" Greta pointed out.

"...He's infected" Kali announced, seeing out of the corner of her eye how Bonnie went still in the water.

"What did you say?" Bonnie gaped.

"He died. One of my people shot him. But somehow, he's back up and talking...so, who wants to explain that?" Kali insisted.

"B-but we told him where we were...he said he's coming here..." Bonnie mumbled, physically trembling at the idea.

"Who is he? What the fuck is this infection?" Kali went on, but Bonnie was falling into a fit of panic.

"I'm not gonna' be like the others" Boonie exclaimed, before sending her elbow flying backwards, connecting with Desmond's nose.

With him disorientated, she was able to grab her gun back from his hand, her finger instantly wrapping around the trigger. Kali was aiming for her head in a split second, expecting her to turn the gun on Desmond. She never thought the blonde would press the gun to the side of her head, and pull the trigger without a second thought, blood spraying over Desmond's face as she did so. Kali's jaw dropped open at the sight, watching as Bonnie's lifeless body sunk down into the water below. Greta fell to her knees, with a sob, unable to believe what she had just witnessed.

"K-kill me" Greta stuttered, causing Kali's eyes to widen.

"What?" She questioned, as Greta's eyes snapped up to hers.

"Please. Kill me" Greta all but begged, as bile rose up in Kali's throat, memories from her childhood coming back thick and fast.

"...I'm not a killer. Not anymore" Kali replied, turning her gun away from the crying woman.

"Are you sure about that, Kali?" Mikhail's voice spoke through the radio all of a sudden, making her flinch.

"Don't" Desmond warned, watching as Kali took a step towards the radio.

"We need to know who...or what this thing is" Kali insisted, walking into the room with the radio equipment, despite hearing Desmond calling after her.

"You're not Mikhail" Kali exclaimed, pressing down on the microphone button on the desk.

"Not quite" He replied, in a sinister tone.

"How did you hear what we were saying? We weren't even in this room" Kali pointed out, hearing a laugh from the other end.

"Don't you know, Kali? On this island...anything is possible" He told her, his voice changing completely for the last sentence.

Kali's mouth went slack as she instantly recognised the voice. Those words. It was Billy. It was what he had said the last time she had seen him. How could this thing have so many people's voices?

"What the fuck are you?" Kali asked, failing to keep the fear out of her voice.

"You're asking the wrong questions" He stated, his voice now resembling Mikhail's.

"And what's the right question?" Kali asked.

"Good Vibrations" He announced, making Kali frown.

"N-no! Don't listen to him—" Greta began, but she was quickly cut off.

"Good Vibrations. It's a song. It's the code. To turn off the jamming equipment" He informed her.

"That's why you made your voice sound like their friend? So, you could find out the code?" Kali realised.

"I guess brains do run in the family" He mumbled, his voice now switching back to Billy's.

"Stop it. You want to speak, don't you fucking dare use his voice" Kali warned, as another laugh echoed over the radio.

"Should I find someone else's to use? Your brother's? Sawyer?" He suggested, as Kali grit her teeth.

"You want to threaten me, huh? How about this? I leave the jamming equipment on. Whatever game you're playing, how far do you get with that still on?" Kali retorted, earning a few seconds of silence.

"If you don't turn it off...you all die. Everyone in that station, on the beach, on the way to the radio tower...all of you" He explained, as Kali turned to Desmond and Charlie who were standing in the doorway of the hatch.

"You're bluffing. Whoever...whatever you are, you can't kill all of us" Kali insisted.

"I don't need to. This is your one chance to leave the island, none of you will ever get another chance. It's your choice" The voice stated, as the line went dead, followed by a few seconds of static.

"...What do we do?" Kali questioned, turning to the two men, a lost expression on her face.
