The Italian food they had from the quaint restaurant was spectacular, and the conversation they had during dinner mostly consisted of Haru telling Yusa about her day, and about the online classes she was taking. And although Yusa didn't do much of the talking, he was actively engaging every so often when Haru took a moment to pause after talking for so long— showing the high school girl that the young man was listening to every word she spoke to him.

Being the gentlemen that Arima, Haise, and Juuzou tried raising him to be to the best of their abilities, Yusa made sure to pay the check and escort Haru back to her and her older brother's house in the first ward. Often getting mistaken for Haise and or Kaneki, there were more than a few times when Yusa had to stop to be asked to take pictures with someone who idolized his brothers— something that Haru thought was both bothersome and adorable at the same time.

Before she had to go inside and call it a night, Haru asked Yusa if she could come with him inside her bedroom before Ginshi Shirazu came home, to which the young man would have been more than happy to do, had it not been for the fact that he knew that they had been followed since leaving the restaurant.

Being completely transparent with her without wanting to worry her, Yusa leaned in and kissed her cheek softly, before whispering, "Give me ten minutes… If you don't hear from me by then, call your brother and run... Don't go outside unless you're certain it's me or Shirazu outside. Do you understand me…?" Yusa whispered in a cold and stoic voice, and wrapped his arms around the shocked girl to comfort her. "Don't make it obvious that you're afraid… Just wait inside, and I'll take care of everything…"

Although Haru wanted nothing more than to ask a million questions as to what was going on, she had grown up around the likes of Haise and Juuzou, and knew when it was appropriate to ask questions and when to just merely follow directions. Nodding her head with a forced smile, Haru let out a shaky breath as she embraced the half-human and buried her face into the collar of his gothic black-trench coat. "Whatever it is that's about to happen, Yusa… I want you to promise me… Promise me that you'll be okay, alright…? I-I need to hear that from you…"

Rubbing her back softly while already using his inhumane spacial awareness to pinpoint exactly where his stalker was waiting to strike him, Yusa remained calm and looked unsuspecting as he softly grabbed Haru's chin to smile reassuringly into her eyes, before kissing her softly on the lips. Parting his lips from hers, Yusa stared back into the widened eyes of the young high schooler, before confidently whispering back, "I promise… Give me ten minutes, and I'll come back in— I swear…"

Although she was far from satisfied with leaving Yusa by himself to face whatever it was that he needed to take care of on his own, Haru had no other choice but to trust in his judgement. "Okay… D-Don't keep me waiting, you hear?" Haru said with an anxious look in her eyes, before turning around to close the door behind her and lock it.

Far from being alone, Yusa continued to keep up the facade of a clueless teenager by taking his cellphone out to scroll through his social media, and pretended to keep his eyes glued onto the screen as he turned around and calmly walked across the street and toward the corner of the sidewalk, where he knew his stalker was waiting to strike him there from behind a neighboring house's fence line.

Step-by-step, without appearing as though his free hand was anywhere near the firearm or quinque he kept on his person at all times, Yusa continued to appear stoic and unsuspecting as always, even as he heard the sound of someone raising a quinque up to attack him. His heartbeat was normal, not an ounce of fear could be smelt by the shinobi who was eagerly waiting to impale the teenager with his glowing three-blade chain-scythe.

Once he had Yusa right where he wanted him, Hidan let out a maddening cackle, as he swung sideways without enough ferocity to slice the fence clean-in half. "I GOT YOU NOW, YOU LITTLE EMO BI—WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK…?!" Hidan screamed out with surprise and extreme frustration, after he watched Yusa skillfully bend backwards to perfectly avoid the blades of his scythe.

Being forced to side-step to avoid getting his knees kicked in by Yusa, Hidan couldn't help but feel excitement building up in him as he tried slashing several times in a split second— all extremely well calculated attacks with specific trajectories to counter an opponent trying to predict his scythe's movements, and every single one of them Yusa was able to predict and dodge.

"Heh, and here I thought this was going to be boring…" Hidan chuckled with a sadistic look in his eyes, as he leapt up into the air while activating his quinque's chain ability— causing the scythe to swing wildly at far length angles that would have been impossible for most opponents to block, including the half-human himself.

Rather than trying to dodge and potentially get a limb caught in the chains, Yusa stood his ground and instead whipped out the black handle of quinque. Yusa's quinque, 'Rebel Knife', was a double edged bladed weapon that was more akin to a short sword than a dagger, and aside from the silver lining of the blade itself, it was mostly all black— making it hard for his opponent to see as he parried the scythe hard enough to force it back towards Hidan.

"Shit…!" Hidan cursed under his breath, and was powerless to do much as he was still airborne as the scythe came spinning back toward him— only stopping once all three of their blades impaled themselves straight into his chest. Falling backwards from the force of the attack alone, Hidan quickly recovered once he had reached the asphalt surface of the street below, and had already pulled the weapon out of his body.

Being used to his opponents becoming distracted by the revelation of his immortality and high pain endurance, Hidan figured that he had at least a few seconds to close the distance between him and Yusa. Even though Hidan was faster than what the untrained eye could see, his movements were perfectly tracked by Yusa. Having been used to battling opponents and dragons who were capable of shrugging off fatal wounds before, Yusa wasted no time in using his free hand to pull out his modified TT-33 pistol— it's silver surface glimmering beneath the street lights, as he emptied six rounds in all different angles toward Hidan's body.

Hidan was fast enough to use his crimson scythe to block several of the gunshots, but due to the way Yusa had been aiming, the shinobi was forced to take four bullets into his knee caps. Stumbling for a mere second, Hidan left himself exposed for a split second and allowed Yusa to dash toward him at speeds beyond what the shinobi thought possible by someone who lived a cushioned life within Tokyo.

Not stopping at his neck, Yusa managed to repeatedly stab Hidan several times in the heart and groin, before grabbing a hold of the shinobi's robes to judo throw him several meters away— quickly reloading his pistol while he watched intently as the man bled all over the street while his body skidded across the asphalt like a flat rock across the surface of a pond.

Once he had come to a stop, Hidan laid motionless for a few moments, before suddenly beginning to cackle once again as he casually stood up with his scythe still in hand. Tucking his weapon beneath his armpit while smirking smugly at Yusa's stoic expression, Hidan sarcastically applauded the young man. "Well damn, kid! You're fuckin' pretty good for being a little shit! Always thinking ten-steps ahead of me… Why, at this rate, I'm gonna fuckin' lose, aren't I?!" Hidan laughed aloud with a joyful look on his face, before slowly expressing a sinister glare in his purple eyes as he noticed Yusa looking down at the ball of oddly scribbled paper beneath him.

"… Unfortunately for you, I didn't come here to lose, motherfucker," Hidan said in a deep and hateful voice, before grinning ear-to-ear as he watched the paper-bomb explode beneath Yusa's fit— causing the young man to be directly hit with a cloud of blazing fire, and a shock wave that would have liquefied the insides of anyone else. "BOOM, SHAKA-LAKA!" Hidan screamed repeatedly while jumping up and down with ecstasy flooding his head, before happily skipping with his scythe in tow to see the remains of the half-human.

Walking past the small blazing fire that illuminated the surrounding area in its orange glow, Hidan was thrilled to see that not only was there plenty of Yusa's blood splattered across the broken asphalt to collect for himself, but the shinobi was even more excited to see that the half-human was still alive. "Holy shit, kid! Again, you've blown my expectations out of the fuckin' water! WEW! Most people would have fuckin' been a puddle after that, but you?! You're still in one piece… Eh, mostly," Hidan mockingly chuckled, as he stared down at where Yusa was kneeling down on one knee— his entire body covered in soot, and his trench coat burning while blood oozed out of his nose and mouth.

While filling up the vial he needed to use in order to enact his fun ritual, Hidan couldn't help but to notice that Yusa was wearing a white-and-black modern masquerade eye-mask that covered his upper face. "It's a bit late for the shitty disguise, isn't it?! Besides, that fuckin' thing doesn't even cover your eyes— it's fuckin' useless!" Hidan insulted while scoffing at how ineffective Yusa's mask was when it came to hiding his identity, all while taking his time in drawing a circle in the street with the half-human's blood, before finally drawing a triangle inside.

"Now… You wanna see some REAL transformation? And not that pathetic fuckin' cheap-ass shit on your face? Let me show you some real cool shit, you little fucker," Hidan asked with a slick look on his face. Rather than answering with his words, Yusa immediately raised his TT-3 pistol up and emptied all rounds directly into Hidan's forehead— causing them to tear straight through his brain and out the other side.

More amused than pissed off that Yusa had tried executing him before he could demonstrate his jujutsu, Hidan merely let out an annoyed groan before wiping away the blood from his forehead as the wound in his head quickly healed on its own. "I'm not a ghoul, dipshit! That won't work on me, asshole— I'm a fucking immortal badass, it's gonna take a lot more than that to keep my ass down, son!" Hidan explained with a sneering smirk on his face, before finally stepping into the blood circle he had created.

Turning around, Hidan stood still and watched Yusa's face to see if he would react to the shinobi's skin turning pitch-black, as white markings began to protrude from his body— giving him the appearance of the Grim Reaper himself. "Behold! This is the power of Jashin— The 'Wicked Heart', Himself!" Hidan shouted in a righteous voice, before dropping his quinque onto the ground to pull out a kunai from his robe.

"You and I are now linked— your blood and my blood are channeled through our chakra… What is done to me, is done to you— vice versa… Allow me to demonstrate," Hidan said with a sadistic grin on his face, before slowly raising the kunai up to begin slowly piercing his own right eye. Watching with his other eye, Hidan felt his smile disappear the moment he realized that Yusa wasn't reacting like how he thought he was to having his own right eye scrambled.

Twisting the blade and scratching the ends of his own eye socket within his skull, Hidan grunted with pleasure and pain, but even so it wasn't enjoyable for him as it dawned on him that Yusa's pain tolerance was far higher than he thought possible. "What the fuck kid…?! Are you retarded or something?! I'm literally fuckin' cutting your eye out— scream, shout, grunt, fuckin' do SOMETHING, DAMN!" Hidan screamed out with a manic look in his other eye, before pulling out the kunai to begin stabbing himself repeatedly all over his body— desperately trying to get any sort of reaction from Yusa, who continued to stare back with a calm and collected look on his only remaining eye.

"WHY… WON'T… Y-YOU… FUCKIN'… REACT?!" Hidan screeched out, while trying repeatedly to make Yusa scream, even if it meant stabbing himself repeatedly in the gut. Frustrated more than he ever had been, Hidan had enough of trying to enjoy his sadistic game with Yusa, and raised the kunai up over his head, with the intention of piercing it through his own heart. "Oh fuck this… AND FUCK YOU!" Hidan shouted angrily at Yusa, before attempting to bring the blade down into his own chest.

However, rather than feeling a blade covered in warm blood penetrating his own chest, all Hidan felt was the wet-stump of his forearm, where his wrist and hand once were. Shocked, Hidan muttered, "I-Impossible… Y-You didn't… D-Did you?!" Looking away from his grizzly injury, and down toward where his hand was still clutching the handle of the kunai several meters away from his circle, before gazing upward to see Yusa smiling sadistically at him with a crazed look on his face.

Having figured out how the shinobi's jujutsu worked, Yasu's bioengineer healing factor that he had been born with had allowed for him to regrow the eye that Hidan had cut out. Blinking a few times, Yusa's once grey colored eyes had become glowing yellow with white scarlas, as he showed Hidan the 'Rebel Blade' he was holding with his still attached hand. Quickly and without hesitation, Yasu kicked his feet from underneath him and sliced open his own Achilles' tendons, and laid down on his side with an eerie grin on his face as he watched the shinobi collapse down on the floor as well.

Initially shocked at first, that surprise that Hidan had experienced soon escalated into hilarity, and soon he began cackling as he crawled back into his blood circle. "Oh my fuckin'— KID! YOU'RE FUCKIN' CRAZIER THAN I AM! HAHAHAHA, HOLY SHIT, I NEVER SEEN ANYONE HAVE THE BALLS TO TRY THAT BEFORE! BRAVO— FUCKIN' A-PLUS TO YA!" Hidan applauded once more, this time he meant it genuinely.

"Ahhhh, shit, man, shit…! It sucks that I still gotta kill ya. Sorry kid, but my god demands a sacrifice in the form of slaughter and mayhem, and well… Hey, that's just the way it is, ya know?" Hidan apologized with a sincere look of reluctance on his joyless smile, as he reached into his robe to pull out another kunai. Knowing that he didn't have the luxury of taking his time, Hidan skipped all the theatrics that he usually kept for his victims who showed him their agony, and immediately plunged the blade of the kunai deep into his heart— making sure to scramble the blade inside of his chest to prevent Yusa from possibly surviving the injury.

Just when Hidan thought that he had Yusa where he wanted, and thinking that there was nothing more that the half-human could do to surprise him, the shinobi was once again left gobsmacked by what he saw ahead of him. "That's… That's impossible…! No fuckin' way…!" Hidan muttered with widened eyes, as he watched Yusa putting his limbs back against his bloody stubs to reattach them back to his body, before getting up on his feet to stand triumphantly with a sinister smirk still plastered across his lips.

"How… H-How are the fuck are you not dead?" Hidan asked with a genuine look of confusion on his face, as he watched the teenager walking toward him while simultaneously patting out the fire on his black trench coat with his red-gloved hands. Once Yusa was standing just a meter away from him, Hidan looked up at him and felt himself feeling afraid the longer he stared into the glowing yellow irises of the half-ghoul standing over his body.

Accepting his defeat, Hidan smiled softly as a sudden idea came into his head. "You too… Immortal?" The shinobi asked without any malice or anger in his voice, as he more than desperately wanted to know what led to his downfall.

Having not spoken a word since their battle commenced, Yusa finally let out an amused chuckle before extending his arm out to point an index finger toward the direction behind where Hidan was sitting up from the bloodied asphalt. "No… I'm just smarter than you," Yusa said in a sadistic voice, as he watched gleefully as Hidan turned around to be met with the sight of a three-meter tall pitch black-skinned bideal figure wearing a fancy red suit, a black top hat that matched his glowing red eyes and firey smile— walking out of the still-burning fire like a demon straight out of Hell.

Having not been told that Yasu was capable of summoning dragons like how he had heard done before by the Underground King himself, Hidan felt terror paralyzing his body as he was the tall and slender figure bow down to greet him like a gentleman would, before immediately unfolding its six-meter long black-feathered wings coming out behind its red-suited back. "W-What the fuck is that…?!" Hidan stuttered out with terror, and felt his skin growing cold as he watched the dragon looking up while still bowing at the waist to greet him with an evil smile.

"That's 'who' to you roughian, not a 'what'," the dragon spoke with the elegance of an old time French gentleman, before standing up straight to put its top hat back on top of its head— making it seem that much more unreal for Hidan, who was confused as much as he was scared. "My name is Arsène Lupin, and I'd be lying if I were to say that it's an honor to meet someone of your caliber… Premeditation of murdering a boy? Do you have no shame or morals, sir?"

Swallowing back the lump in his throat, Hidan quickly formulated an idea on how he could still defeat Yusa, but tried to remain inconspicuous as he slowly reached for the chain of his quinque. "I-I don't understand… Why didn't the—"

"— Why didn't your jujutsu work, you might be asking? Why, it's elementary!" Arsène declared with a loud and charming voice, before pointing one of his long fingers down toward the asphalt.

Looking down while his fingers slowly started to wrap around the chains of his scythe, Hidan noticed that the dragon had used the long-blades attached to its shoes like heels to cut into a chunk of asphalt that his blood circle encompassed— rendering the jujutsu's channel broken. "Well… That's some shit, ain't i—DIE!" Hidan screamed out with a maddening look in his eyes, as he leapt up with his scythe at the ready, and swung down to decapitate the half-human.

However, before the three blades of his scythe could make contact with Yusa, Arsène's speed was beyond what even either of them were capable of, and the gentleman dragon had seen the attack coming from a kilometer away. "Muda!" The dragon shouted out with righteousness in his voice, as his fist went straight through Hidan's chest— blowing out his insides into a cloud of red mist and bone fragments that Yusa was able to narrowly dodge.

"SONOFA—AAHHHH!" Hidan cried out in agony, and before he knew it, Arsène had ripped his black arm out of his chest. Without a moment of relief to be had, Hidan was hit with a barrage of powerful fists— each packing the strength and speed of an asteroid colliding into the atmosphere.

Holding back no punches, Arsène released blow after blow into the shinobi's body— blowing off chunks and pieces of him into mutilated viscus and tiny particles that were beyond what immorality could save him from. "Muda, Muda, Muda, Muda, Muda, Muda, Muda… MUDA!" Arsène roared out in the form of a battle cry, before his final punch landed straight into Hidan's dislodged brains— hitting them with his blazing fist with enough force to cause them to explode into a million tiny chunks of burning grey matter, that were turned into ash before they had a chance to touch the street.

Standing victorious as the fire on the street finally snuffed out, Yusa's mask slowly disintegrated off of his face, and his glowing yellow irises returned to their normal grey color. Before being absorbed back into Yusa's body, the chakra-created dragon gave his master a tip of the hat, before vanishing into thin air. Once the moment had passed, Yasu quickly took out his phone to check the time, and smiled proudly to himself after realizing that it only took him seven minutes to get the job done.

Confident that no one else was around, Yasu quickly made his way back to the doorstep of the Shirazu household, where he knew that he had to do some explaining before being allowed inside to use Haru's shower. Knocking on the front door while calling out to Haru that it was him, Yasu couldn't help but to wonder if he was still going to get laid, now that Haru's street was covered in the splattered remains of a self-proclaimed immortal shinobi.
