Hellooo everyone! Coming in with a looong one shot that I mostly wrote today!

Most important thing first: Robert is battalion here. Also just wanna say this was based on a Surrera dream I had but I tried to make it less traumatizing. (For Andy and Robert)

If you Don't read on you phone, in the wattpad app, there might be some big gaps of nothing in between as I tried to have a bigger gap between time jumps/scenes.

A: "Hey babe." She said coming into his office.

R: "Babe? What happened to shop talk only?" he chuckled.

A: "Nothing happened to that but it's the evening and I barely have seen my husband all day and I miss him that's all." Robert laughed but waved her over. Andy smiled triumphant and sat down on his lap, immediately starting to kiss him. Robert kissed her back until she tried to take of his shirt.

R: "We're at work. On shift." He tried to make a point but Andy was having no one of it.

A: "I know but I need my husband right now." She changed her position to now have one leg on each side of him before she continued kissing and undressing him but Robert stopped her again.

R: "We can do all that tomorrow morning after shift when we are at home." He suggested and Andy started crying immediately.

R: "Wha- I didn't mean to upset you." He said caring.

A: "But you did! I just want you and I need you right now and you just turn me down like that." She full on sobbed. Robert was completely taken by surprise and wasn't quite sure how to act or what to say now.

R: „We could... cuddle in bed I guess." He suggested carefully.

Andy looked at him and stopped crying.

A: „No thanks!" she said angry and stormed out of his office. She quickly went to the bathroom to freshen up and not look like she just cried. Robert was left puzzled. What had just happened? Did he do or say something wrong? But after replaying what had just happened in his head he knew he didn't do anything wrong and he got a little frustrated with Andy's reaction. She had totally overreacted and he was annoyed by that so he decided to give her the evening to herself.

After getting cleaned up Andy went to the Beanery for a snack. She stood at the open fridge and couldn't quite find something she really fancied. In the end she decided to cut up some carrots and dipped them in mustard.

Travis: "Hey Andy." He said walking in and looking for a snack himself.

A: "Hi."

Getting out a yoghurt he closed the fridge and leaned on the kitchen island across from Andy.

T: "What are you eating?" He asked disgusted.

A: "Huh? Its carrots. Do you need new contact lenses?" she giggled.

T: "I was more referring to what you are dipping those in." he explained.

A: "Mustard." She said while dipping in another carrot.

T: "That- is disgusting. Why would you eat that?"

A: "I don't know. It's better than you would think. Want to try?"

T: "Nope, thanks, I'm good!"

A: "Well, you are missing out." She said taking another bite.

T: "I doubt that."

A: "Whatever." She took her plate and headed to her bunk.

Vic walked in right when Andy walked out.

T: "She has some weird taste buds."

V: "Who? Andy?" she asked while scramming through the fridge for a snack.

T: "No silly obviously I was talking about Maya as she was just here with me." He face palmed himself.

V: "Sorry." She threw her hands up in Defense and shut the fridge door, not finding anything she liked. "Well so what's with Andy?"

T: "She ate carrots-"

V: "Carrots? OH MY GOD. No freaking way." She teased.

T: "Well if you would let me finish for once I would tell you that she was dipping them in mustard."

V: "Hmm, maybe she's got a bun in the oven."

T: "oh my do you really think she's pregnant?" He asked shocked.

V: "I meant that as a joke actually..." she rolled her eyes.

T: "Could be true though."

V: "I don't know. Do you think they want kids?"

T: "I know Robert does. But Andy... I'm not sure."

V: "Could have been an accident."

T: "IF she actually is which we don't know."

Jack: "If who is what?" he joined in when he walked in.

V: "If Andy is pregnant."

J: "Andy pregnant? Nah I don't see that happening."

V: "Just because she didn't want kids with you doesn't mean she doesn't want kids jack." She patted him on the shoulder.

J: "Ha Ha very funny Vic. But for real, why do you think she's pregnant?"

T: "She ate carrots dipped in mustard."

J: "That doesn't mean anything guys, she always had weird taste buds." And with that Jack left to watch TV.

V: "Weird maybe, but THAT weird? I don't know."

T: "I Love gossip." He exclaimed.

V: "Don't we all?"

Dean: "Don't we all what?" he said coming in after finishing stocking the Aid-Car.

T: "Love gossip."

D: "Oh There's gossip? Spill."

V: "Andy might be pregnant." She blurted out.

D: "Andy? Pregnant? What makes you think that?" he questioned.

T: "Carrots and mustard." He replied as if everyone would magically understand.

D: "Huh?" he looked at Travis irritated.

V: "She ate that as a snack and apparently thought it was delicious."

D: "Hm... I don't know, I mean it could work." He said imagining it.

T: "Seriously?"

V: "Okay that's it! We are all trying that!"

They quickly cut up two carrots and got the mustard. They all went to the Lounge where Jack was watching TV. They put the plate down on the small table and gathered around.

J: "What's happening here?"

T: "Taste test." He explained.

V: "Dean thinks it might not be that bad so we need to try it to figure out if she's pregnant or not."

J: "Yeaa... that makes completely no sense at all."

V: "Shut up and take a carrot." She said holding one out to him.

J: "Fine" he agreed and took the piece from Vic.

They all took a piece.

T: "On three. One two three."

The all put their piece of carrots in their mouth and the disgust on their faces grew. Dean was first to spit it out followed by everyone else.

D: "Okay no, that's disgusting." He exclaimed.

T: "Told ya. How did she eat that?"

V: "She must be pregnant for sure."

J: "I take it all back, you could be right, she might be."

They cleaned it all up and after some more TV time they all hit the bed.

The next morning Andy woke up rather late so when she went into the beanery breakfast was already served. Dean and Travis really went full out and made everything someone could want for breakfast. Andy joined the team and dug right in.

A: „Okay Vic, Travis... what's up? Why are you eyeing each other and then me the entire time?"

Vic: „Oh weee... we were just wondering... you know... if..." she stuttered.

T: „If you are eating for two." He blurted out and all other conversations at the table stopped immediately.

A: „So now a women can't have a big breakfast without being shamed?" she scolded.

D: „No shaming, just wondering." He tried to explain.

A: „Wondering what?"

J: „If you are eating for two."

A: „I'm sorry that I'm hungry this morning!" she said annoyed.

T: „I think she's still tired and does not understand what we are talking about."

A: "Okay no, I literally don't."

V: "Of course Ben took an off day when we could need him."

A: "What do we need Warren for now?" she asked getting increasingly annoyed.

D: "To explain to you that we are asking you if you are pregnant."

A: "You guys are delusional." She got up and cleaned her plate before she hurried off. Andy decided to hide in her bunk. Why had she been so blind? Being pregnant was definitely possible. She had been nauseous and even now she was fighting not to throw up. They were trying and still she had missed the signs or was it more that she didn't want to realize because it also freaked her out a little? No matter which one it was she had to find out now. Shift was over now anyways so she changed and picked up Robert from his office before they got in their car to go home together.

R: "You okay? You seem off... and yesterday..."

A: "I think I might be pregnant." She blurted out.

Robert mouth dropped open and then turned into the biggest smile.

R: "Really?"

A: "I'm not a walking pregnancy test but my period is late and yea there are some signs." She smiled at him.

R: "Okay so let's get a test and find out."

They quickly went by the store to pick up a test and some groceries while they are at it.

When they got home they just dropped the bags with food in the kitchen and ran upstairs like little kids who couldn't wait to play with their toys.

A: „I can't pee." She said sitting on the toilet.

R: „You have peed in front of me a million times, come on." He said standing in the doorframe of their bathroom.

A: "No I mean I literally don't need to pee."

R: "Got it." He quickly ran downstairs and came back up with a big bottle of juice. "Here you go." He handed the bottle to Andy who had moved from the toilet to their bed. Andy started drinking while Robert took out his phone.

R: "Here it says you should move or jump to have to pee faster." He read from his phone.

A: "Did you really just google how to pee faster?"

R: "Uhm yes I did. I'm impatient and don't pretend like you aren't." He laughed.

Andy smiled at him and started walking around while she finished that bottle. When after a few minutes she still didn't feel the slightest need to pee she started jumping around while Robert was sitting on the bed just watching her.

A: "Okay I think I might be able to pee now."

She peed on the stick and then went to sit down on the bed next to Robert. While waiting Robert kept fidgeting with his leg. Usually Andy would have told him to stop but she was fidgeting herself.

A: „Five minutes are over."

R: „You want me to turn it around?" Andy nodded. They hadn't been trying for long and this was the first time she took a pregnancy test so her nerves were all over the place. Robert turned the stick around and the biggest smile formed on both of their faces. They looked at each other and started kissing. When they broke apart they left their foreheads resting on the others.

A: "We're having a baby."

R: "We're having a baby."

A: "So now what?" She asked a little lost suddenly.

R: "Well I guess you'll call your OB to make an appointment?"

A: "Yes! Right!" She jumped up from the bed.

R: "Andy." He pulled her back down. "You're already panicking."

A: "No I'm not." She said offended.

R: "Uhm sure you are not but maybe let's take a second." He suggested and scooped back on the bed to lay down and waved Andy to him. Andy laid down in his arm with her head on his shoulder.

A: „I'm so excited Robert, I can't lay still." She said still fidgeting with her legs. Robert had to laugh.

R: "I'm excited too and - I love you Andy."

Andy got on top of him and started kissing him and started unbuckling his belt.

R: "Hm, I like these pregnancy hormones." He mumbled.

A: "Don't Talk. Just don't talk right now or you'll say something that'll piss me off again and then neither of us will be satisfied."

Robert chuckled but didn't argue back.

R: "Andy? I'm home." He shouted through the house as he came in.

A: "I'm not deaf, no need to shout THAT loud." she chuckled. "I'm upstairs."

Robert got out of his shoes and went upstairs but when he walked into their bedroom Andy wasn't there as he expected. So he dropped his bag and went to check in their two spare rooms. In one he found Andy laying on the floor.

R: "Uhm, what are we doing exactly?" he asked standing in the door.

A: "Just testing."

R: "Testing the floor?" he asked confused but laid down next to her.

A: "Yes the floor, because that's where our baby will sleep." She rolled her eyes at him but then decided to explain. "We have two spare rooms up here so I am trying to get a feel for the rooms to decide which one should be our baby's room."

Robert got teary eyed and took Andy's hand.

A: "Are you about to cry?" she asked looking over to him. Robert nodded and laughed while a tear rolled down his cheek. "You know I'm the hormonal one right?" she teased him while she got on her side and wiped away his tear.

R: "So, how is the feeling in this room? Have you tested the other one already?"

A: "Yup I have but I got a feeling this is gonna be the one."

R: "Then it is this one." He propped himself up on his elbow and gave her a kiss.

A: "I got an appointment for next Tuesday. I already called Maya and took the day off. Do you think you can go in late or something so you can come too?"

R: "Of course I am coming! I wouldn't miss it for anything."

Dr.: „Okay so let's take a look."

As the doctor was looking at the monitor Andy squeezed Roberts hand harder and harder as each second past. It was taking so long and she got anxious. Was there something wrong with their baby? Robert tried to be calm, knowing Andy could notice and hoping it would then calm her as well.

Dr.: „Well it actually looks as if-„ Andy's heart started racing and worst case scenarios run through her mind. "- there are three heart beats." He continued.

Andy stopped squeezing Roberts hand and stared at the doctor with big eyes.

R: "Uhm-" he cleared his throat. "Did you just say 3 heart beats? As in - three babies?" He asked with disbelief.

Dr.: "Yes I can see three babies. Now with triplets there are a few things we should discuss right away."

A: "Triplets."

Dr.: "Yeaaa... I'm going to give you a few minutes and then we can talk." He left the room and left them alone.

Andy and Robert didn't move at first and stared holes into the air.

A: "Triplets." She said and finally sat up.

R: "Triplets." He repeated.

A: "That's- that's a lot of babies. At once."

Robert kind of being back in reality stepped in front of her and took her hands in his but before he could say anything the doctor came back in. The doctor sat down on his spinning chair.

Dr.: "So with triplets there a number of risks and complications that can occur. We recommend reducing the fetuses by one or two for a safer pregnancy and delivery as well as the health of the baby or babies."

"No" they immediately said at the same time then turning their heads looking at each other.

The doctor went on educating them on all the risks and by the time they left they were overwhelmed to say the least. Neither really knew what to say as they walked out of the office hand in hand. The car ride home was silent as well as the news were still settling in. Robert glanced to Andy a few times but she was caught in her own little world. When they were back home they both got out of their shoes and jackets by their door. Andy still seemed to be completely checked out of reality.

R: "Andy, are we gonna talk about this?"

A: "Huh?" She finally looked at him.

R: "Are we going to talk about all of this?"

A: "Can I - I think - I -" she sighed "can I have some time to myself first?"

Robert wasn't quite happy with that answer and Andy could see.

A: "Just an hour or two and then we will talk okay?"

R: "Okay." He rubbed his hand over his forehead. Andy came closer to him.

A: "I love you."

R: "I love you too."

Andy cupped his face and pulled him down to her and she placed a gentle kiss on his lips before she went upstairs to their bedroom.

She paced around the room for quite a while trying to calm her racing thoughts before she finally changed and settled down in bed. Thinking back to the last weeks there were definitely signs that she had closed her eyes too. Her symptoms indeed had been and still are quite intense. Now being at 9 weeks her jeans were barely closing anymore and she knew they soon wouldn't close at all. The nausea and exhaustion had taken a lot out of her but this being her first pregnancy she didn't think much of it. She didn't think that that would mean anything.

After a while her eyes got heavier and she fell asleep.

Robert sighed when she was out of sight. He did understand that she needed time to wrap her head around it but he would have rather them do that together. He wandered around the house trying to clean things but not much needed to be cleaned. After senseless running around he took his phone and went into their backyard. He needed to talk to someone and was about to call Travis when he remembered that they hadn't even told anyone yet even when they all were suspicious. And then again this was something Robert and Andy had to talk about first before telling anyone else.

It had been two hours since they got back home and Robert decided to go check on her. If she wasn't ready yet he would accept that. Walking into their bedroom he saw Andy laying on her side being fast asleep. Robert took off his jeans and crawled into bed spooning her. He didn't want to wake her up but he couldn't resist letting his hand move to her belly were his three babies were.

A: „Your hand is cold" she whispered with a raspy, sleepy voice.

R: „I'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you up."

A: „It's all good." she put her hand on top of Roberts. „I'm scared."

R: „I am too but I also know we can do this if we want. We got a whole village." He assured her.

A: „I know we do but there are so many things that can go wrong and it freaks me out." She tried to explain but didn't feel like she found the right words.

R: „Did you change your mind about... reducing?" he asked scared of the answer.

A: „What? No!" she turned around to face him. „I didn't."

R: „So we will have three little babies?" he said with a smile.

A: „Yes. If everything goes well that is..." her eyes trailed of him.

R: „This is scary. For both of us. I may never understand a 100% how you feel through all of this but that doesn't mean I won't try and it doesn't mean you are alone. We are in this together and we will do it one day at a time."

Andy couldn't find words in this moment so she caressed his cheek. Robert took her hand in his and gave it kisses.

A: „One day at a time." she repeated his words.

They spent some more time cuddling before Robert decide to go make some lunch. It was already the afternoon but with the news they just got having lunch wasn't really the first thing on their mind.

A: "Hey, can I help with something?" she asked sneaking up behind Robert and hugging him.

R: "No you go and rest."

A: "Okay no, we are not going to do that." She let go of him.

R: "Do what?"

A: "You constantly telling me what to do and besides I'm only 9 weeks, I don't need to lay down the entire time." Robert had stopped preparing the food.

R: "I'm sorry, I know I get overprotective at times. I will try my best but only if you actually speak up when you need help or a break or anything."

A: "I'll try, you know I'm not good with that."

R: "Good, we are both trying. Now, here, cut those vegetables."

He handed her some and they prepared lunch together. When it was done, they sat down to enjoy their meal together.

A: "I wanna go and see Carina."

R: "Today? I thought we would spent the afternoon together, that's why we took off the entire day, no?"

A: "I meant seeing Carina as an OB, I want someone who I trust."

R: "Oh, got it. Sorry. Of course we can go to her. Whoever you are comfortable with babe."

R: "Andy, it's been a week. You are now 10 weeks and we agreed you would go on desk duty early on." He argued.

A: "I'm just not ready okay?" she exclaimed.

R: "And when will you be ready then?" he asked a little annoyed.

A: "Ugh." She was very annoyed with Roberts constant nagging that started pretty much her first shift after their appointment. Sure he was right but she didn't want to admit that. She got out of the bed to get dressed. They already were a little late like they always have been lately. Andy just didn't want to get out of bed and was very clingy and always insisted on more cuddle time. She went to her dresser and got out some Jeans and a shirt. In the meantime Robert had gotten up as well and went into the bathroom. While he was brushing his tears he heard Andy crying.

R: "What's wrong babe?" he asked coming out of the bathroom seeing Andy sitting on the bed in a bra and with her Jeans half on.

A: "I'm fat! That's what is going on." She sobbed.

R: "You're gaining weight because you are carrying three beautiful babies." He tried to assure and comfort her.

A: "I know okay, but I can't fit in my Jeans, and my bra is way too tight." She whined.

R: "That I noticed." He smirked and she punched him but started laughing.

A: "I know you love that but I don't."

R: "Well that means it's time to get some maternity clothes." He turned around and went through her drawers. "And for today sweatpants will have to do." He handed them to her.

A: "Ugh I'll look as if I just rolled out of bed."

R: "Where's the lie?" he teased her and got pay back right away when Andy used her sweatpants to hit him.

A: "I guess we can tell them today."

R: "Really?" he asked carefully, scared she will change her mind again.

A: "It's not as if I can still hide that under the uniform. So... whatever."

R: "Then let's do it right away when we go in."

They walked into the beanery hand in hand. The entire team were already sitting around the table enjoying breakfast.

M: "Herrera, you are late again." She scolded.

A: "I know, Sorry Captain."

R: "We have some news for you." He announced and got everyone's attention.

V: "You are getting married again, so we can all attend?"

R: "Not a bad idea Vic, but actually no."

T: "You are moving to a lonely island?"

A: "Y'all wanna keep guessing or will you just let us tell you?" she nagged.

R: "Hm so now you wanna tell them? I thought you said you want me to say it?" he teased her.

A: "No, still all you babe." She patted him on his chest.

J: "Herrera being nervous. Should we be scared?"

R: "We are pregnant" he announced before they could throw any more guesses at them. Everyone just smiled at them.

A: "Why is no one surprised?" she asked Robert looking at him confused.

Travis: "Oh we already know." Vic punches him and Andy and Robert's mouth dropped open.

T: "Oh were we supposed to act surprised?" he asked into the round.

A: "Uhm how did you all know?"

Ben: "Come on, it was so obvious."

Maya: "You insisted on being on Aid Car for an entire week."

Vic: "I heard you throwing up. Multiple times."

Travis: "All I'm gonna say is Carrots with mustard."

Dean: "And a big appetite" he added. "Plus some weight gain." He whispered, afraid of Andy's reaction if she heard it.

Jack: "Let's not forget the mood swings."

A: "Okay Okay, we got it. You all knew."

Ben: "How far along are you now?"

A: "Ten weeks."

Ben: "Only ten weeks? You look... further along." Andy gave him a death stare.

R: "That's because we have another surprise. We are having triplets."

Vic: "TRIPLETS?" he mouth dropped open.

Travis: "Congratulations man." He got up to hug Robert.

Dean: "Fire house babies." He shouted.

Ben: "Congratulations." He said to Andy and hugged her.

A: "Thanks Dad."

Ben: "Oh you did not just bring that back! I thought we were over that by now."

Jack: "We will never be, dad."

Maya: "Congratulations guys."

R: "Oh Captain, she needs to be on desk duty from now on."

Maya: "Of course, Sir."

They all congratulated them and chatted on about Baby things until they got called away. Andy and Robert cleaned everything up before Robert went to his office. After changing into her uniform which was a struggle and she couldn't fit the button up Shirt over, Andy went to the front desk.

R: "Babe, I made you a snack." He put the plate in front of Andy who was sitting at her laptop. "Is that work?" he asked sitting down on the free chair next to her.

A: "Who's asking? My battalion Chief or Husband?"

R: "Husband."

A: "I'm online shopping. I need new clothes but I don't really like anything."

R: "Uhm okay." He knew better than to get involved into shopping now, especially if she was in that mood. He got up again and stood behind her, letting his arms lay over her shoulders. "Just eat your snack while you're at it."

A: "We had lunch not even two hours ago Robert. I can't eat that much." She nagged.

R: "You are supposed to eat 300 extra calories per day per baby. So you need an extra 900 calories a day."

A: "Carina told me to eat what I can." She said very annoyed at him.

R: "I know, I know."

A: "You really need to stop reading all those pregnancy books."

R: "How else should I inform myself." He said and leaned down to give her a kiss on her cheek.

A: "Fine, as long as you don't make me read them." He gave her another kiss.

R: "Nope, I'll just tell you all about it." He grinned. Andy tried to punch him but Robert was faster and fled to his office.

Andy knocked at Robert's office door before she went it.

R: "Hey, you are back, how did it go?"

A: "Carina said, everything is looking great. I love her but seeing her every week is getting a little annoying."

R: "You know she needs to keep a close eye on you four."

A: "I know, I know. Soo... I know you can't come to every appointment because well there are a lot but do you think you can come next week?"

R: "Uhm yea I can take off. Is it like a special appointment or something?"

A: "No I just like when you can come." She lied because she wanted to surprise him.

Carina: "Hey Andy, hey Robert."

Andy: "Hey."

Robert: "Hey."

C: "So you are 13 weeks today, ready to know the genders?"

R: "Today?" he asked excited and Andy grinned from ear to ear. "You are so sneaky, not telling me what today was about." He said smiling at Andy and taking her hand.

C: "Let's take a look." Andy looked at Carinas face trying to find clues while Robert stared at the monitor trying to figure it out himself. "Look like you'll have three identical girls." Carina said smiling.

A: "Identical? Oh my god, we will never be able to tell them apart."

R: "Of course we will, we are their parents."

C: "You will, don't worry. Andy, how was the last week?"

A: "Nausea is finally getting better but I'm still tired, my back already hurts and my feet are swollen all the damn time."

C: "Well, massages really help with that, maybe from a loving husband." She winked at Robert.

R: "Got it!"

After the appointment they got into their car, ready to go home.

A: "Can we go to the park for a little walk?"

R: "Are you up for that?"

A: "I wouldn't ask if I wasn't, you know it's good if I stay as active as I can."

R: "Okay let's go for a little walk."

Robert drove them to a nearby city park.

A: "Will we be those parents who always dress them the same?"

R: "Maybe in the beginning when they are still babies but later? I don't think so, I want them to each develop their own personalities."

A: "Oh my god!" she stopped walking.

R: "What? Are you okay? Do you need to sit down?"

A: "They are gonna turn into teens and we will have three teenagers who will hate us."

R: "Yes babies turn into teenagers and eventually adults. But they won't hate us, well at least not all the time."

A: "Very comforting." She pouted and they continued their walk. "Are you upset about them all being girls?"

R: "Why would I?"

A: "I don't know, I just figured you wanted at least one boy." Robert stopped her again and stood in front of her.

R: "I couldn't be happier to have 3 baby girls with you." He cupped her face and kissed her. "Only now, we have to come up with three girl names."

A: "I think we will manage, you know the whole team wants to suggest names right?" she laughed.

R: "They can suggest all they want." He laughed and though for a second. "Well, maybe they might have some good ideas, who knows. How about we get back home now?"

A: "Yea my feet are killing me."

R: "You'll get your foot massage at home, no worries." He teased her.

A: "Good you got the hint."

Maya: "19 listen up!" she rolled the white board into the beanery.

T: "Please don't put out weight up there again." He pleaded.

M: "No Montgomery, I will not." Everyone looked at her somewhat fearful about what's to come. "This is for baby names guys." They all were very relieved. "Just write a name here and put a star behind each name you like."

A: "So now everyone gets to Vote about the name as well?" she laughed. "We only agreed to suggestions."

Jack: "Chill Mama, no one's saying you have to take those."

A: "Alright, alright. I can add some names too right?"

M: "Of course. You wanna go first."

A: "Nope the kids can go first."

They all laughed and like little kids stormed to the whiteboard fighting over who got the pen first.

R: "What's going on in here?" he asked walking in.

M: "Baby name suggestions, Sir."

R: "Without me?" he exclaimed.

A: "Come sit down here." Robert went and pulled a chair next to Andy.

R: "Hey girls." He said rubbing Andy's belly.

After a little while everyone wrote their suggestions on the board.

M: "Okay, you can all vote after they wrote theirs on there as well." She said and took the pen from them.

R: "Let's see." He said as everyone stepped back. "Who wrote Barbara?"

Everyone looked as innocent as possible. "Okay, we are not naming any of them Barbara." He got up and wiped away the name. "Or Dorothea for that matter." He wiped that one away as well.

Vic: "But it would make for a good nickname." She pleaded.

A: "No it wouldn't Vic. No way." She laughed.

"Engine 19, Ladder 19, Aid Car, 19."

A: "Have fun guys." She shouted after them as they all run out. Andy was 14 weeks now and usually she could have still been on aid car but after talking with Carina, her and Robert had decided she would be on Desk duty her entire pregnancy as it was considered high risk. She sure had tried to argue about it at first but then was rather quick to agree.

R: "You want to put up some ideas?"

A: "I only have two that are not yet up there but yes I'll add them." She added them to the board. "Here your turn." She handed him the pen. "Vote while you are at it, I'm going to go back to the front desk." She gave him a quick kiss before going back to work.

The shift went by kind of slow as always for Andy. Being on desk duty was boring. Eventually the next morning came around and the team was finishing breakfast.

M: "Did everyone Vote on the names? I gotta get this out of here before B-Shift comes in."

Everyone nodded.

A: "Good then I can take a picture of this." She got up to take a picture.

T: "So you haven't decided yet?"

R: "Of course we haven't yet Travis. Anyways, I know exactly which ones are yours." He laughed.

T: "Good than at least you know which ones are the best." He joked.

A: "Eh, not so sure about that." She fired back. "Anyways, we decided we will keep the names to ourselves until they are born."

V: "That's just mean."

D: "It's evil."

Ben: "Very, evil."

A: "Thank you very much." She chuckled.

Carina: "So, I thought since Robert is here today as well, we can use this appointment to talk about a birth plan."

A: "Already?"

C: "Well you are at 15 weeks now and you will deliver in 12 to 14 weeks or maybe even earlier. It's good to start talking about it early on, so that you have time to think about everything if you need to."

R: "We haven't really discussed that yet."

C: "That's fine. So a big question is whether you want to have a C-section or a vaginal birth. With triplets I do recommend a C-section as overall the risks are lower and gives us more control over the situation than a vaginal birth."

R: "What are risks with a vaginal birth?"

Carina talked a lot and explained everything to them.

A: "I don't want a C-section."

R: "Andy with all the risk..." Andy glared at him.

C: "No need to decide right now. Go home talk about it, sleep over it and we will talk again."

Robert closed the door behind them and when he turned back Andy was already half way up the stairs.

R: "Really? We are not gonna talk about this?" he asked annoyed and Andy stopped.

A: "I- I just need some time." She turned back around and went up the stairs.

Robert was having none of this though and followed her into their bedroom.

A: "Can you just give me an hour?" she asked angry. She really just wanted some time to herself to think about everything alone.

R: "No right now you can't. You are just gonna try to come up with a plan on how to convince me but that's not gonna work, we need to have an actual conversation about this." He said trying not to start shouting. Andy crossed her arms in front of her. The thing she hated most was when he was right and he knew things about her that she didn't even realize herself. She sat down on the bed and leaned against the headboard before she waved Robert over to join her. He sat down on the bed and waited for her to start talking.

A: "C-sektion freaks me out okey?" she admitted.

R: "But you heard all the risks Carina mentioned, right?"

A: "I did." She looked down. "But having a vaginal birth, I just figured that's how it will happen you know. I can't really get used to thinking I'll go in and they just slice me open and pull them out. There's so much I would be missing out on."

R: "I think I do understand that, I'm just worried for you and our little girls."

A: "I worry for them too but it's not as if a vaginal birth means there will definitely be complications. In the end with both things could happen."

R: "You made your mind up huh?"

A: "Pretty much..." she sighed. "But I want you to be good with the decision as well."

R: "Maybe we can set some... I don't know... like rules or something."

A: "Rules?"

R: "Like if this or that happens we will change the plan and go with a C-section instead."

A: "That could be a lot of what ifs."

R: "We can talk too Carina about this and I'm sure she knows a few things where if this or that happens we should switch plans."

A: "Okay, we can ask her about that."

R: "Would you be okay with that?"

A: "Yea, I really want a vaginal birth but of course I also want them to be safe." She put her hands on her belly that seemed to be getting bigger each day.

R: "And you need to be safe too."

A: "Are you worried about that?" she looked up from her belly to him.

R: "Which husband wouldn't be? And this is high risk..."

A: "I'll be okay. You know me, I got this."

R: "I know you do." He leaned forward and connected their lips but soon Andy pushed him back.

A: "They, she just-" she didn't find any words so just took Roberts hand and put it on her stomach where she had just felt a little wiggle.

R: "Was that a-?" he grinned.

A: "I think it was. It's the smallest one."

R: "We should really decide on names so we don't have to use their size." He laughed.

A: "Would be easier." She agreed.

R: "So, uhm I'll cut the veggies, can you peel the potatoes?"

A: "Yup, when are they coming again?"

R: "I just told you ten minutes ago." He laughed. "You really do have a pregnancy brain." Andy took the towel and hit him.

A: "I thought we agreed you can't make fun of me."

R: "We did but admit it, you secretly love it."

Andy smirked. "Fine, I do but just a little."

R: "Anyways they should be here in 30 minutes but knowing them... maybe in 40 or 50 minutes."

A: "They will be late for sure." She giggled but then grunted.

R: "Hey, you good?"

A: "They keep dancing around in there. Come on girls give mommy a break." She had her hands on the counter and leaned over in pain.

R: "Come on, you need to lay down." He took the peeler from her hands and supported her walking to the couch. "Is it normal to hurt like that?" he sat down next to her. Good thing they have such a big couch.

A: "Carina said it is. With three they just don't have much space to move so it can get quite uncomfortable. But it's a good sign that they are active." She strokes over stomach hoping the girls would settle down. "Go and keep cooking we are all good here."

R: "Alright." He got up but leaned down again to give her belly a kiss.

A: "They get one and I don't?" she pouted and Robert leaned down again and kissed her.

Robert went back into the kitchen and continued to cook. After a while the doorbell rang.

A: "I got it." She said and got up. "Coming guys." She shouted on her way.

T: "Hey Andy."

V: "Hey mommy, how is it going?"

A: "Come in. They finally settled again but they were moving like crazy earlier.

T: "I can't believe I still never got to feel that!"

A: "You might get lucky tonight."

They all walked inside

R: "Hey guys."

V: "Hey."

While the girls sat down at the dinner table, Travis walked to Robert and patted him on the back. "Hey, Need help?"

R: "It's all on the stove now, I honestly didn't expect you to only be like 5 minutes late."

T: "It's not as if that is my fault. I was always on time before Vic moved in with me.

Together they all sat up the table and when they were done so was the food.

R: "So uhm, before we started there was something we wanted to ask you."

V: "I knew this invitation wasn't 'just to hang out'".

R: "You want to go first or should I?" he asked taking Andy's hand.

T: "Should we get nervous?"

A: "Vic, I or we wanted to ask you if you would be our babies godmother."

Vic: "Oh my god. Really?" she asked with a big grin and Robert and Andy nodded. "Yes! Duhhh of course."

R: "And Travis would you-"

T: "Yes, yes, yes!"

R: "Well then I think we can eat now before the food gets cold." He laughed.

They all started eating and chatted the entire time. After they were done and cleaned everything up before Robert and Travis went outside with a beer while the girl settled down on the couch.

A: "TRAVIS!" she shouted and both man came running in, in full on panic mode. "She's kicking, get your ass over here."

Travis hurried over and put his hand where she had just felt it.

T: "I don't feel anything."

A: "Nope she stopped now."

T: "Not again!" he complained and they all had to laugh about him.

R: "It's late, I think I should get my girls into bed."

T: "Got it, we're gonna go."

A: "Thank you for today guys. See you tomorrow on shift."

V: "Bye."

After they left Robert and Andy went upstairs and got ready for bed. Both decided to read a little for bed and Andy was first to put her book down.

A: "I'm only 21 weeks and already can't lay on my back for long." She stated a little annoyed. Robert put his book down too and spooned her. He put his hand on Andy's stomach like he has done each night since they found out.

A: "It's frustrating."

R: "Just remember that it's because they are getting bigger which is what we want."

A: "Well if you put it like that I sound like an ass."

R: "Nope, just like a tired mommy." He kissed her bare shoulder and soon they both fell asleep.

As each shift Andy was on desk duty. She spinned around on her chair out of pure boredom so she decided to walk around in the station for a bit. She was on her way to the kitchen when she felt some pain and stopped in her tracks.

T: "Andy, are you okay?" he asked seeing her stopping from his place on the couch.

A: "Yea they are just having a dance party in there I guess."

T: "You sure you look like you are in a lot of pain." He walked over to her. "Come and sit down." He guided her to the couch. Andy grunted while walking

T: "Are you sure those aren't contractions"

A: "OH FUCK that hurts." She cried out started breathing heavier from the pain. "It can't be contractions, I'm only 25 weeks. It can't be, it can't be, it can't be."

T: "Everything is fine Andy, you sit down, take a deep breath and relax I will get... Robert." He only just walked through the door when he started screaming. "GUYS ANDY IS HAVING CONTRACTIONS, SHES HAVING CONTRACTIONS, GET YOUR ASSES IN HERE, SHE NEEDS TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. ROOOBEEERT!"

A: "What happened to not freaking out Travis?" She gritted through her teeth.

T: "Oh that was just meant for you, not for me."

The entire team came running in.

R: "Andy, Andy, what's going on?"

A: "I'm not having contractions, I'm not having contractions." She repeated as a mantra as if that would help. Robert took her hand and when the pain set in she squeezed his hand hard.

R: "Okay, no, I think those are definitely contractions. Can you walk, where gonna get you to the hospital." Andy nodded and Robert helped her walk slowly.

Maya: "Warren and Montgomery, go with them. I'll tell dispatch."

They made Andy somewhat comfortable on the stretcher and Travis drove out of the station. Robert sat next to Andy and was holding her hand. Andy had trouble holding back her tears.

A:"It's too early Robert. They are too small, they aren't ready yet." She said and couldn't hold back her tears anymore.

R: "Shh, they will be fine." He tried to comfort her and he was glad Andy couldn't see Ben's face at the moment because his worry was written all over it."

A: "Don't say that, you don't know that. 25 weeks is way too early." She sobbed. Ben who had placed an IV before they started driving now put the oxygen mask on her to help her O2 levels.

Andy didn't say another word but she was full of fear and panic. She knew Robert tried his best to comfort her but nothing was really working right now.

When they arrived at Grey Sloan Carina was already waiting for them.

C: "Get her in trauma room 2!" They hooked her up to all different kinds of monitors, ran tests and placed 3 sensory belts around her belly to monitor the babies.

C: "You are having contractions Andy, but we will admit you and give you some medication to hopefully stop the contractions."

A: "Okay." She sniffled.

Ben and Travis made their way back to the station as they were still on shift, but made Robert promise to call with any updates.

They brought Andy into a room and started the medication. Andy and Robert both were pretty silence and just hoping it would work. Carina had said that triplets are usually born between 32 and 34 weeks so Andy being competitive as always had made it her goal to make it to 35.

With time Andy noticed the medication was working and the contractions had actually stopped.

C: "So the nurse said your contractions stopped?"

A: "Yup." She said proud.

C: "Let's see. She checked the records of the monitor. Hmm yup seems like you are right."

R: "So what now, is she on bed rest?"

C: "If you manage 48 hours without contractions and without the medication than you can go back home. You don't necessarily need to be on bed rest entirely but no more work and a lot more resting."

A: "48 hours? Easy peasy, we got this girls right?" she stroke over her stomach.

C: "Keep that optimism."

At the 48 hours Carina came to check on her.

C: "No more contractions, that's amazing guys! Well you can go home then today."

R: "Are you sure it wouldn't be better for her to stay? I mean is it really safe to go home? What if the contractions start again?"

C: "It is totally safe and if the contractions start again you just come back in."

A: "You need to relax daddy." She chuckled.

R: "Yea now you are all calm, wasn't like that two days ago." He teased her.

A: "Things change babe."

They waited for their discharge papers and then drove home. Robert didn't leave Andy's side walking in.

A: "It's nice to be back home." She said as she breathed in that homey scent.

R: "You want to lay down on the couch or in bed? Or do you want a bath. Are you hungry? Thirsty?"

A: "Robert."

R: "Huh?"

A: "You need to breath. I told you we are good and I told you I would tell you if something is up. You need to trust that, you need to trust me."

R: "I do, I am. I just- I guess I am just worried. Everything that happened." He sighed deeply. "It freaked me out, I don't know if I have ever been that scared before." He admitted.

A: "It scared me too. And I like that you want to take care of us but maybe turn it down just a tiny bit." She suggested.

R: "I'll try."

A: "A bath would be nice right now. I feel nasty from the hospital."

R: "Okay, let's go upstairs." He held out his hand to help Andy but her eyes made him pull his hand back immediately.

Upstairs he ran a bath for Andy and was about to leave when Andy got undressed but she stopped her.

A: "Where do you think you're going? Your girls want you here."

R: "Oh yea okay I can totally sit here." He trembled and sat down on the toilet.

A: "Uhm... Robert." She raised his eyebrows at him.

R: "Yea?"

A: "I was asking you to get in the bath with me." She laughed and shook her head about how he was so oblivious.

Robert grinned and quickly got out of his clothes before stepping in the bathtub first before holding out his hand for Andy who took it. He laid down and Andy leaned against him with her back. Robert's hands quickly found their place on her belly.

R: "Not even born yet and already up to trouble those girls." He chuckled.

A: "I think they are just impatient to meet their daddy." She smirked.

R: "And her mommy." He whispered into her ears before started kissing her neck.

R: "Andy? I'm back home." He shouted as he walked in through the door.

A: "Baby room." She shouted back.

R: "What are you doing in here?" he asked coming into the room.

A: "I just disinfected everything and the delivery with some toys and all the clothes came this morning so I have been putting those away."

R: "First, you already disinfected everything after I set the furniture up and second... I know you are gonna get mad at me but for how long have you been up on your feet?"

A: "Why did I know you would ask that?" She sighed and hoped with that the topic was off the table but Roberts questioning look let her know it wasn't. "I don't know I think the package came at around 11, so that's when I started disinfecting everything."

R: "Really Andy?" he asked upset. "It's two pm now!"

A: "Ooops?" she tried to settle the situation.

R: "You know what Carina said, so go lay down now."

A: "I will in a second, I just got that stack of clothes left." Robert was beyond annoyed she kept pushing her limits.

R: "Did you already forget what happened two weeks ago?"

A: "No." she mumbled.

R: "So?"

A: "I'll go to bed." She exhaled loudly and put down the clothes. "But don't you dare touch those, I'll finish those tomorrow."

R: "I wouldn't dare too." He threw his hands up surrendering.

Andy was already in the door when she stopped again.

A: "Are you going to join me in bed?" she asked with puppy eyes and Robert had to chuckle.

R: "Sure thing."

While Andy got settled in bed Robert changed into some comfortable clothes and then laid behind her taking her in his arm.

A: "I miss you when you are at work. It's boring being home the entire time."

R: "Tomorrow I won't go in because of our appointment so we will have the entire day together." He buried his nose in her hair.

A: "Good." Andy mumbled already half asleep.

Dean: "Hey Andy, what are you doing here? I thought you were on bed rest."

A: "I am not on bed rest and at the last appointment Carina said I'm good to go for some walks so I thought why not drive here."

Ben: "We sure missed you." He said going to hug her. "That is one big belly, how many weeks are you now?"

A: "Thirty one weeks and one day."

B: "So pretty much any time now."

A: "Nope, me and the girls agreed to 35 weeks."

B: "That's... ambitious."

Jack: "It's Herrera, what did you expect?" He joked.

R: "A birdy told me my Wife was here, I said no way she promised to stay home." He said walking in.

Vic: "Oh oh, I smell trouble."

A: "You were at that appointment with me, you heard Carina and she said I can go for walks so where is the difference really?" he asked looking at Robert.

R: "Good argument. But at least sit down." Together they went and sat on the couch and they all filled Andy in on the crazy calls she had missed. But then everyone was called to a three alarm Fire so Robert had to go to.

R: "Take care." He said and gave her a quick kiss,

A: "You too."

She decided to take a little nap and then drive back home as they would probably be on the call for some time. Her little nap turned into a deep slumber that she only woke up from 4 hours later when she felt that pain again.

A: "Oh girls you must be kidding me. Right now? Daddy is working, you need to wait okay? And what happened to 35 weeks hmm?" she said talking to her belly while rubbing it. She stayed on the couch, hoping it would pass but they got worse. There was no denying anymore that she was having contractions. So she took the elevator down to the front desk.

A: "Hey cutler, I uhm- Oh no. No no no no noooo."

Cutler: "You good Herrera?"

A: "My water just broke."

Cutler: "Ooh, okay, I'll call an Aid-car, sit down."

Andy didn't sit down, she felt like she couldn't, so she kept pacing around the front area.

Cutler: "Because of the three alarm fire the closest Aid-car will take a while. Not sure how long."

A: "Oh great! That's just great. I'm only 31 weeks, my water broke at the fire station while everyone is out and the aid-car will take forever that's just great. Yup great."

Cutler: "Calm down, they will be here soon."

A: "They won't and we both know it." She had her hands on the counter leaning forward trying to breathe through the contraction. "OH GOD WHY DOES IT HURT LIKE THAT, I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS."

Poor Cutler was a little overwhelmed by the situation and wasn't quite sure how to calm her down or what to do but lucky him Carina came through the door.

Carina: "Hey, Oh hey Andy. Where is everyone? Are they out on a call?"

As a response she only got Andy screaming.

Carina: "Are you- okay yes, you are having contractions."

Cutler: "I called an Aid-car but there is a three alarm so they are taking forever."

Carina: "Okay, let's get you into Mayas bunk and I'll take a look."

Andy just nodded and as a contraction was over they both helped her into the captain's bunk where Andy laid down and Carina started to examine her.

Cutler: "Uhm my eyes are closed but dispatch called and 19 is on their way back so they will take you then and Sullivan knows too. They should be here in maybe 5 minutes or so."

A: "Good, good, we can wait for them."

Carina: "Andy, I know this isn't what you want to hear but we can't wait. I'll get a few things ready but then you need to start pushing."

A: "No no no I can't do this without Robert, I won't. Oh god this wasn't our plan." She full on panicked now while Carina got a few final things ready.

Carina: "Cutler, get up there and hold her hand. Andy I know this wasn't the plan but it is how it is now so you gotta do it. You need to push."

Just with perfect timing Roberts stumbled into the room followed by the entire team.

A: "Oh you are one lucky man right now, one second later and I would have killed you." She shouted at him and he was quickly by her side taking Cutlers place.

Carina: "Ben in, everyone else OUT."

Vic: "Uh she actually can be scary if she wants to."

Carina kicked the door shut with her foot.

Carina: "One last push and then she's here." She said affirming. Andy gathered her strength and pushed again.

Carina: "Here she is." Robert cut the cord and Carina put the baby in a blanket before handing her to Andy. Andy held her little baby girl on her chest and couldn't hold back some happy tears. Robert had his hand on his little baby girl.

Ben: "I know you want to hold her forever, but I should check her out." Andy didn't want to but she nodded and let Ben take her.

Carina: "Do you still feel contractions Andy?" She shook her head. "I think we should try to get to the hospital then."

Ben: "Yea I think so too, she's a preemie, she should be in the nicu."

A: "Is she okay?" she asked scared of the answer.

Ben: "She- well it's hard to say like this. I'm giving her oxygen."

Robert tried comforting Andy in hopes it would calm him down as well while Carina felt Andy's stomach to see in which positions the other two babies are.

She stepped away to Warren's side and whispered something to him.

A: "No whispering please, just say everything out loud."

Ben and Carina hesitated.

R: "Please." And Carina gave in.

C: "We should really try to go to the hospital, your girl needs a pediatric doctor and ... the other two aren't in the right position to be delivered right now, so if the contractions start again now, we might have a problem."

R: "What problem?"

C: "Let's not talk about that right now and just get you to the hospital."

Carina stepped out of the office and got some helping hands. Travis and Dean wheeled in the stretcher and helped get Andy on it.

Maya: "Travis will drive you." She said as they all made their way out of the bunk to the Aid car.

They all quickly got in and Travis pulled out of the station.

A: "Can I hold her again Ben?" she asked almost pleading.

Ben: "Yea, here you go." He carefully placed her in Andy's arm and made sure the oxygen was still on and the monitor stayed in place.

When they arrived at Grey Sloan Ben took her again and got out quickly.

A: "Robert, go with her please."

R: "I- okay, I'll go, someone keep me updated." He said and quickly caught up to Warren.

Andy got settled into a labor room and Travis kept her company.

After a while Carina came in with Robert.

A: "What are you doing here? You can't leave her alone! Is she okay? Please tell me she's okay."

R: "She's doing good and she looks just like you and she already has a strong grip." He said and put a strand of her hair that had fallen out of her bun behind her ear.

A: "She does?" she asked teary eyed and Robert nodded.

C: "Travis, can you give us a moment?"

T: "Oh yup sure. Is Warren-?"

C: "He took the Aid-car back to the station."

T: "Okay, I'll be outside."

R: "You bringing me here and then sending Travis out... that's a bad sign right?" he asked Carina.

C: "Your contractions haven't started again and the babies are not in a good position, so... I do recommend a C-section at this point." Andy buried her face in her hands but Roberts hand on her belly brought her back.

A: "Are there other options?"

C: "We can give you some medications that might help the contractions start again, we can get you moving, hoping that will make the babies move around."

R: "And that's safe?"

C: "For some time."

R: "Then we will do that." Andy looked at him thankful.

C: "Okay, I'll get someone starting you on that medication."

A: "Alright."

Carina left and Travis came back in.

A: "Robert you need to go back and be with Ella."

T: "Ella? Oh my god that is so cute."

A: "You were not supposed to know that yet. We wanted to tell you when the girls were all together." She struggled not to cry but she managed because she knew Robert wouldn't leave if she was crying. "Anyways, Babe, Please go and be with her."

R: "You won't give up right?" she nodded and Robert sighed. "Okay but we will face time the entire time."

A: "Deal."

Robert gave her a quick kiss before he made his way back to his oldest daughter.

A nurse came and put the medication in and then with Travis's help she walked around outside of her room, holding her belly the entire time while Travis supported her with one arm and held the phone where Robert was on face time while a nurse pushed the monitors and IVs. And after some walking she suddenly stopped.

A: "Contraction, contraction." She pressed out.

Nurse: "Good let's get you back to your room and have Dr. Deluca check you out."

R: "Contractions? I'm coming back!"

A: "No no wait-", but Robert had hung up. "Great."

They made it back to the room and Carina came in too. She was checking the babies positions again when Robert came in.

C: "Still wrong position, Andy I'm sorry but I'm going to have rotate the lower baby."

A: "That sounds like... fun." She said nervously.

C: "It's going to hurt, but it shouldn't last too long and I think I can do it externally."

Hearing that Travis silently made his way out of the room to give them privacy.

Robert stood slightly behind Andy and held both her hands. Carina started to rotate them and Andy bit her lip and squeezed Robert's hands as hard as she could.

Carina: "She's a little stubborn your girl." She said and kept pushing.

Andy whimpered in pain.

R: "You got this Andy, It will be over in a few seconds." He told her.

C: "That's it, we got it."

Andy breathed out in relieve.

C: "Now we are all set to push again."

Andy started pushing again, she was already tired but she kept going strong. When their second daughter was out she fell back exhausted. Again Robert cut the cord but their baby girl was directly handed off to the pediatric doctor.

R: "You are doing amazing babe."

A: "I just want to hold her." She whispered to him close to tears.

R: "I know, me too but we have another girl waiting to come." He tried to distract her from the fact their baby girl was rolled out of the room immediately. Robert was surprised she didn't sent him away with her and as much as he wanted to be with his baby girl, he wanted to be there for Andy knowing she was completely exhausted already.

C: "Ready for baby number three?"

A: "Do I have a choice?"

C: "Nope."

A: "Then I guess I am." She started pushing again. "I SWEAR I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN ROBERT, 3 ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH." She screamed at him and was surprised she still had energy to scream that loud. This time it took a little more time because she didn't have much strength left to push but then also their third baby girl was born. Andy could barely keep her eyes open from exhaustion.

A: "Are they taking her away too?" she asked quietly with her eyes half open and Robert nodded. "Go check on our girls okay? I'm good, I'm fine." She said and after Robert looked at Carina who nodded to him he agreed and left to be with their girls.

Two days past in which Andy was miserable because she couldn't be with their girls who were on the nicu and Robert kept running between Andy and the girls.

A: "Carina when can I finally go see them?"

C: "Well you could today but-"

A: "But what? I'm fine, I'm great. Didn't you say yourself I'm being released tomorrow?"

C: "Nice try but I said the day after tomorrow and if you would let me finish I would tell you that you can't see them because-", she paused to open the door. "They don't need to be on the nicu anymore and are here to see their mommy."

Andy saw Robert coming in with one girl in his arm, while nurses came behind him and pushed the beds and the other two girls in and she couldn't help but start crying tears of joy.

Finally after two long days of only seeing them on her phone she would get to hold them. Robert handed her the baby and took the other two in his arms before he sat down next to Andy so they would all be close together.

A: "Hey Sofia." She said and caressed her little cheek.

They switched the babies for a while and Andy got to breast feed them for the first time.

R: "The team is dying to meet them but honestly I don't know... I think I would like some more time with just my girls."

A: "They can come visit when we are home. We will need all the baby sitters then." She chuckled. "Can you take Camila and put her into her bed, she fell asleep." Robert took her and placed her in the bed.

R: "I can't believe they are all sleeping at the same time." He said while he laid down beside Andy and took her in his arm.

A: "Seems like we are not that bad."

R: "Not bad at all." He chuckled.

He wiped a strand of her hair out of her face. "You did amazing and we have three healthy baby girls. I'm really proud of you." Robert said and kissed her forehead.

A: "Thank you for believing in me when I didn't."

I hope you enjoyed this and I'm sorry this kind of lacked insights into their thoughts hope it wasn't too annoying.
