I then realized that I'm not at the yard anymore. I must be in a forest of some kind. Then I heard a roar that I was not supposed to hear. I got my eyes wide. My heart started to beat faster and my nerves are raving up the speed. This is getting scary for anyone.

Then I decided to find out where the roaring was coming from. I had to be careful though. Good thing that I had my grandmother's bow with me. Then I stopped in my tracks because there is a dragon there.

A dragon! Real life dragon and I stood still. I didn't know what to do. I should stay hidden though. Then the dragon caught my scent. Uh oh! I'm doomed. I don't know what to do. I don't know if I can outwit it or not. I didn't have any arrows so I don't know what to do.

Maybe I can use my grandmother's bow to scare it away. That'll work. Before I can plan into action though, the dragon saw me. I didn't move. The dragon sniffed me and I had a look at it. It's black as the night sky and it's eyes are as green as the grass.

Cool. The dragon saw that I'm not a threat to it. I then realized that the dragon is a boy. I then had a look at it and I got my eyes wide.

It was missing a tail fin on it's tail. I then started to feel sorry for the poor dragon. The dragon looked at me and it tilted it's head. I then said, "I'm Dawn. I was named from the morning light and because my parents thought it was a good name for me." The dragon nodded and purred as if it was saying that it's a good name.

Wow, I can't believe that I am talking to a dragon. I then figured out what is going on and why the dragon didn't attack and didn't see me as a threat. It must've sense that I'm a good person. Wow, cool. I can't believe that one at all. I should keep the dragon company.

I'm pretty sure that I can.
