Hey hey hey everyone! Here's the next segment of Regular Drabbles!
I am so so sorry for not updating this in a very long time. I was too lazy, I was busy with work, and to be completely honest, I forgot about this. With so many stories, it's hard to keep track sometimes.
I'll try to update more since I haven't done that in weeks. Not just with this but with all my other stories as well, and I might even think of a new story or two.
Also, I want to thank Park Ryder for her help with the ideas. Thanks! :)
And I know some may not be perfect and a couple segments may looked rushed but I hope it still worked out alright for you.I really did the best I could on this.
Until next time, enjoy!
I don't own Regular Show or the characters. That honor goes to J.G. Quintel.
172. Game System (Gamers Never Say Die)
One evening, Mordecai drove the cart all the way to his parents house to retrieve something he and Rigby have not used in years. Once inside, he was greeted by his father.
"Well, hey there son!" William greeted him with a hug.
"Hey dad." Mordecai hugged back, "How are you and mom?"
"Oh, I'm fine and your mom is off at her punchersize class." he lightly chuckled, "So, what brings you here?"
"I came to retrieve my old game system." his son answered, "Do you remember where they are?"
"Hmmm." William thought for a moment, "I think they're down in the basement. Come on, I'll help you look."
They went down to the basement and found a box full of Mordecai's old stuff. They looked inside and there was his game systems and games he had not touched in a long time. Once back upstairs, Mordecai hugged his dad before he was about to head out.
"You sure you can't stay for dinner?" his dad asked.
"Sorry dad, but Benson will kill me if I'm not back soon." said Mordecai, "Tell mom I said "Hi". Okay?"
"Will do, son." William smiled and waved goodbye, "Bye Mordecai!"
"Bye dad!" Mordecai waved back.
He got back into the cart with the box and headed back to the park.
173. Arriving (1000th Chopper Flight Party)
As soon as CJ was done helping clean up the river, her friends offered her a ride to Margarets house in time for the party and join Mordecai for some cake.
"I hope Mordecai is having a good time." CJ said to herself, "I'm glad that he's such a loyal boyfriend."
Once she was dropped off to the house, CJ noticed a crowd looking up at the sky. She looked up and saw Chopper 6 out of control and her boyfriend holding on to Margaret.
"WHAT?!"
174. School's Out (Party Horse)
"Man, it's good to be home!" Party Horse said as he arrived back to his home.
Party Horse ran to his school to rubbed his success in everyone's face but when he reached the main door, he saw a sign posted on.
"Attention!" he read, "Due to it being too boring and no parties whatsoever, the board has declared this school banned for life."
He took a step back with a shocked look on his face, "No school...forever? YYYYYEEEESSSSS!"
As soon as he was done cheering for his success and the fact the he won't have school anymore, Party Horse went back to his house and threw the biggest party he had ever thrown in his young life.
175. (Men In Uniform)
Moments after Huge Head got stuck in the hole, the park workers try to figure out what to do with him.
"So now what?" asked Mordecai.
"Not sure." Benson replied, "But we still have to figure out how to keep the park from closing."
"Yeah. Those stupid uniforms didn't help out at all." Rigby said right before Mordecai slugged him, "Oww!"
"Not cool dude."
As the others try to figure out how to deal with Huge Head, a small group of people started to approach them, "Hey, what is that?" a man asked.
"Huh?" Benson turned around, "Oh! Uh well..."
"That looks so cool!" another man said.
"Is he part of the park?"
"Is he staying?"
"I gotta call my friends!"
That's when Benson had an idea, "Skips, get some booths ready. Mordecai, Rigby, go spread the word. Muscle Man, Hi-Five Ghost, order some food. Pops, call your father and have him come over here now. I think I found a way to save the park."
"Right! On it! Jolly good show!" everyone said as they went to carry out their orders.
After Mr. Mallard arrived at the park, he was immediately impressed by the amount of people coming just to see Huge Head. With the amazing success this was turning out, Mr. Mallard allowed the park to stay opened for many years to come.
176. Harmless Prank (Garage Door)
Mordecai and Rigby were ordered to give the garage door a fresh coat of paint and were about to get to work when Rigby had an idea.
"Hey Mordecai." he said.
"Yeah?" his best friend turned around.
"Instead of giving the door a bland paint job, why don't we paint it to look exactly like the garage?" Rigby said with a grin.
"Why would we need to do that?" Mordecai asked.
"So each time someone tries to close the garage, they'll think it's still open." Rigby let out a chuckle, "It'll be hilarious!"
"Dude!" Mordecai began to say, "You're a genius!"
"You bet I am! OOOOOOHHHHHH!"
"OOOOOOHHHHHH!"
It, actually, didn't take very long to get the garage door to look just like the garage. Now, all they had to do was wait to see who would be the first victim of their "harmless prank".
177. Ducks (Brilliant Century Duck Crisis Special)
After signing the video game contract, the Playco owners left and they guys were left alone with all the destruction around them.
"Aw man." Mordecai said in a depressed tone, "How are we going to clean all this up?"
"For once, I have no idea." Benson answered.
"I hate to say this but it'll take probably a couple months for us to clean up everything." Skips pointed out.
"Awww!" everyone groaned.
"Or you could have us help." one of the baby ducks said.
Everyone turned around to look at the ducks, "What can you guys do?" Rigby asked.
"Duh bro'! We're ducks!" another baby duck said, "We can do anything!"
"Let's do it!" the four said right before they transformed.
Once in their gigantic duck form, the ducks flew into space and in lightening speed, they spun around the earth and used their powers to return the earth back to it's normal state. When they returned home, they saw that everything was back to normal and the park workers were cheering for them.
"Way to go dudes!" Rigby said.
"Awesome job!" Mordecai added.
"Thanks!" the baby ducks smiled.
And they received more praise from their friends and, later, their mother and older brother, Andy who had to leave on a date after the battle. Everyone celebrated their victory and was glad everything is back to the way it should be.
That is until Mordecai and Rigby mess it up again.
178. Ruined Night (Not So Great Double Date)
CJ stopped by the fountain where she and Mordecai went on their last date and placed her head in her hands as she sat down. She felt so frustrated for what Margaret said back there and wondered how she will get through the fact that another girl likes her boyfriend too.
"CJ?" Mordecai asked as he sat next to her, "Are you okay?"
"No." CJ gave a deep sigh, "I just...I don't know anymore. I thought Margaret dumped you before she went to that college out of town?"
"She did but I guess that didn't change any feelings she might've had for me." he sighed as well.
To be honest, as much as Mordecai had moved on from Margaret, in a way he still kind of likes her. And now with CJ as his girlfriend, things just got trickier for now the two girls he cares for share the same feelings for him.
"Look, let's just forget about this night and go see a movie or something?" Mordecai suggested trying to lighten the mood.
"Nah." CJ shook her head, "Just take me home."
Mordecai frowned in defeat as he escorted the sad cloud girl back to her house. Now, CJ wasn't mad at him but now there's someone else that may or may not try to steal her boyfriend, especially not that she and Mordecai are becoming closer to each other regardless of setbacks.
179. Apprentice (Death Kwon Do-Livery)
The Sensei was in his office, waiting for his new employee to show up. He needed someone to help around the pizza and sub shop and, if he was good enough, share his Death Kwon Do secrets.
"I hope this young man is worthy enough to work here." he said to himself, "Only one with true power and skill can learn all my secrets."
As soon as the new guy, Jerry arrived, his resume checks out fine and the Sensei welcomed him to the shop. But little did he know is that Jerry not only wanted to be the best at Death Kwon Do...but to overpower his own mentor when the time is right.
180. Laps (Lunch Break)
While Mordecai and Rigby did the first lap, the rest of the park workers came to check on them. Benson explained how long it took them to eat that sandwich and now they have to run fifty laps to make up for all the time they lost today.
"Benson, I don't think it's a good idea to make Mordecai and Rigby do that so soon after eating." Skips advised.
"I agree." Pops nodded, "They could get sick."
"No they won't." Benson rolled his eyes, "They split the sandwich so they should be fine."
But when they turned, they could see Mordecai and Rigby throwing up on the benches and then passing out.
"You were saying, bro'?" Muscle Man said as he crossed his arms.
Benson sighed in regret before he spoke, "Think we should take them back to the house or the hospital?"
"Hospital." Hi-Five Ghost answered, "Just to be safe."
Benson and the others took their two friends to the hospital where they had some decent rest for the next couple days.
181. Break (Dumped At The Alter)
During the wedding party, Mordecai walked outside to find CJ ready to ride away on her bike. He approached her with a small smile but all he received from the cloud girl was a heartbroken frown.
"CJ," Mordecai sighed as he spoke, "I'm sorry I had to dump you but...I'm just so conflicted by my situation. I'm sorry that I hurt you this way."
"It's fine, Mordecai." CJ sighed as well, "To be honest, I don't feel that spark anymore and I was gonna talk to you about it."
"Oh." he looked down for a moment, "Think we should take a break for a while?"
"That would be for the best." CJ agreed, "So, talk to you later."
"Yeah." Mordecai nodded.
They shared a brief hug before CJ finally rode off and Mordecai headed back to the party to join his friends, despite not feeling like celebrating at the moment.
