Hey hey hey! Heeeeeeeere's chapter 16! :D
I very sincerely sorry for not updating this in so long. I kinda forgot about this story and I haven't been into writing these days, but now I plan to get back on track.
Also, with summer here, I've been very busy with work lately and I've been too tired to write anything.
After this, I can't make any promises on when I'll get the next chapter up and I need to get some of my pother chapters updated as well. Just try to be patient until I get around, okay?
And I know some of these aren't perfect, but I wanted to get this done as soon as possible and not wanting anyone to wait any longer.
Also, I want to thank Park Ryder for her help. Thanks hon!
One more thing: In the first one, I said Sad Sax Guy as SSG to make it easier and not look too funny.
Until next time, enjoy!
I don't own Regular Show or the characters. They belong to J.G. Quintel.
182. Start Over (Dumptown U.S.A.)
It's been a couple of days since the Mordecai and CJ broke up, but the blue jay felt very heartbroken. He's even in worse shape than the time Margaret rejected him and not even his friends could snap him out of his funk.
Mordecai was sitting on a park bench outside when his old friend, Sad Sax Guy, approached him, "Hey buddy."
"Hey..." Mordecai said while looking on the ground.
Knowing what's wrong, SSG sat next to his friend, "Girl trouble?"
Mordecai only nodded and explained what happened at his friends wedding. He felt sadder by the minute but, then, SSG thought of a solution that could help him.
"I know what you can do, my friend." he said as he patted Mordecai on the back.
"What's that?" Mordecai asked.
"Two words bro: Dumptown USA." SSG explained, "There you will forget all about your breakup and enjoy the other things in life."
Mordecai only sighed and looked down some more, "I don't know."
"Aw come on man, just give it a try. It'll make you feel better."
It took a while but after a lot of convincing from his art school friend, Mordecai finally made the decision to go to Dumptown USA and forget all his relationship troubles. Little did he know that he would be gone for two weeks and he would be on the verge of losing his job.
183. Trophy (The Parkie Awards)
As everyone was leaving the Parkie Awards Ceremony, Rigby noticed that Gene left his trophy behind and had an idea.
"Looks like Benson will earn a trophy after all." he thought to himself.
Being very careful and sneaky, Rigby snatched the trophy and hurried out the door before anyone even noticed.
184. Chat (The Lunch Club)
"What do you wanna talk about, son?" Benson's dad asked him as he drove.
"Well, I was thinking maybe we could stop somewhere and discuss some things together and try to understand each other better." Benson said.
"Alright son. Fine with me." he said, "Any particular reason?"
"Let's just say talking with a friend made me realize some things in the past few hours." Benson looked out the window and stared at the park house for a bit.
"I see. Well, how about we go to Cheezers and you can tell me whatever's on your mind?" his dad suggested.
"I'd like that, dad."
After going to Cheezers and Benson telling his father how he felt about his life decisions over the years, his dad had begun to appreciate his son more and for once, he was proud of the accomplishments that he had made.
And Benson was finally happy that his dad accepts him even more.
185. Station (Local News Legend)
As soon as Margaret and Frank were back at the station, they were immediately greeted with applause and praise.
"Good job, you two!" their manager approached them with a smile.
"Don't thank me, sir." Frank said as he placed a hand on his daughters shoulder, "My daughter is the one who got the story and riskd her life out there."
"Well, I did have some help." Margaret smiled and blushed.
"Well I think since you did such an amazing job," their manager said, "that you deserve your own station."
"Really?!" Margaret beamed, "You mean it?!"
"Of course!"
"Wahoo!" she cheered as she hugged her father.
"I'm so proud of you, hug-bug!" Frank hugged his daughter tight.
Everyone cheered even more as Margaret was so happy that her hard work and dedication to her job finally paid off.
186. Document (The Dome Experiment)
Soon after the dome was lifted and removed from the park, everyone went their separate ways and did their own regular chores for the day. Benson went upstairs and into his office to see a piece of paper from his fax machine.
"Huh?" he walked over to it, "What's this?"
The paper was the document that explained about the dome and the day it was supposed to arrive, indicating that Benson was right all along.
"Ha! I knew it!" Benson exclaimed in victory.
Later that day, he had shown the document to his friends and Mr. Mallard, who had apologized for not believing him before.
187. Unnoticed (Birthday Gift)
At the park, everyone was celebrating Mordecai's birthday, except for Rigby who was working on a handmade video game for his best friend.
"You guys feel like something's missing or something?" he asked.
"Nope. Nah. Not really. Don't think so." everyone else said.
"Eh, me either." Mordecai shrugged, "I'm sure it'll pass."
It wouldn't be until an hour or so later until anyone would notice that Rigby was missing.
188. Amnesia (Struck By Lightning)
After leaving the hospital, Hi Five Ghost felt something odd inside. Even though he couldn't remember Muscle Man or anything from the park, in a way, he felt kinda bad about leaving him behind.
"What if we were friends and I'm making a terrible mistake?" he asked himself as he reached his house, "But how can I miss someone if I don't even know who he is?"
His own thought plagued him by the time he reached his house and started packing for his trip. Little did he know that a certain green prankster was plotting a way to get his memory back as we speak.
189. Cat-Like (Cat Videos)
"Dude, did Benson act like a cat just now?" asked Mordecai as he kept his eyes on Benson.
"What do you mean?" Rigby asked.
Before Mordecai could answer, Benson hopped in the backseat of the cart, "Let's go guys, I want to get my life back on track!"
Rigby, then, noticed his boss was sitting on all fours like a cat and he licked on of his hands.
"Never mind, I get it." he said.
"We are never letting introducing Benson to popular internet videos again." thought Mordecai as they drove off.
190. Store (Terror Tales Of The Park IV)
After leaving the Halloween store, Benson headed to the Trusty Streamer Store for some regular supplies other than outrageous, expensive decorations.
"I don't know why I didn't just come here in the first place." Benson said as he arrived at the store.
He only looked for a few minutes before he had found some streamers and other simple Halloween decorations he was gonna use for the party at the house.
From now on, Benson made sure to be careful what he looks for whenever he throws a party or anything because it might just bite him in the butt later.
191. (The Return Of Party Horse)
After Party Horse passed his history test, he had plenty of free time back home, especially with his girlfriend, Chrissy.
Unfortunately, it didn't last long because her father, Principal Party Horse, convinced his daughter that Party Horse's constant partying was "too compulsive" and the fact that it could be a danger and nuisance to anyone and anything around him.
Thinking her dad was right, Chrissy had no choice but to break up with her boyfriend and would regret it later on.
