Luke and Leia, and later Aragon Skywalker, spent the days with many other Force sensitive children in the Temple.
After high school, Leia went to study political science. After completing her studies, Leia worked as her mother's assistant and when Padme left politics, she got her mother's post, she was finally born on Naboo and had a place of residence on Naboo. Leia married a ten years older mechanical engineer Han Solo and had a son named Ben.
Luke continued his training in the Temple, saw his Jedi path as his father did. At twenty-two he became a rank of Jedi Knight, at thirty Master title. His father was as proud as a father could be. He married a Force sensitive woman named Mara Jade and had two sons.
Aragon stayed in the Temple like his older brother Luke. He was his father's padawan and was raised to the rank of Jedi Knight at twenty-one. He became Master title at twenty-nine. At that point, Anakin was sixty-one, happy and proud of his children. Aragon married the daughter of a cousin of his uncle Darred and had one son and two daughters.
When Padme resigned from politics, Anakin resigned from the order and only retained an advisory role that was offered to him. So he was still a Jedi.
Padmé and Anakin spent their late years on Naboo.
