I am here with another chapter of Danny and Katie
I wonder if I'll get as many reviews for this one as I did for the last chapter of Danny and Angelica

Here we go
After Many Dates Danny and Katie
It has been one month his Danny and Katie have started dating
They had done things like have dinner, see some shows and gone dancing and Katie felt like she was living a dream
A dream Katie never wanted to wake up from
She was finally going out with the guy of her dreams the same boy she fell in love with when she was 15 years old
Katie couldn't believe after everything the heartbreak the attempts to move on the times they'd kissed
And here she was Katie Kaboom with Danny Fenton one of the greatest guys on the planet
Well him and Superman but the age gap was too big
The two of them were currently having a private dinner together at Cafe Les Fleurs Katie in one of her best dresses Danny looking hotter then a wildfire in a blue dress shirt and black slacks
Since she started dating Danny blue had become her favorite color
The two had mostly made small talk over salad Danny talking about his day Katie talked about teaching self defense class there were a few kids that really showed promise if they were up to it who knows they could become X-Men one day
"So" Danny said a smile on his face after the waiter had brought their main course "we've been together for a while"
Katie smiled back to Danny "we have" she agreed
For a brief moment Katie saw a flash of nervousness across Danny's face "there's an event coming up" Danny said reaching out putting his hand on top of hers squeezing it tight "I'd love it if you came with as my girlfriend"
Katie's heart skipped a beat
Girlfriend
Did he just call her his girlfriend
'Ok calm down Katie' she thought 'don't freak out'
"I'd love to" Katie said after calming down "so uh what kind of event is this"
Danny smiled "a very private one" Danny said "but I think your going to love it"
Katie is nervous
Oh yeah she was nervous
She is close to 30 and is about to meet her love's parents
Sure she knew of the Fenton's from the news and some visits they make to the school, since they were one of their biggest benefactors but this is serious
But she was meeting them as the girlfriend
She and Danny have been together for a while and if she blows this it could hurt her chances with Danny
She has to make a good impression
A first impression probably went out the window since you know
The carnival
She just has to get this right or she might lose Danny forever
Walking up the steps to Danny parents house knocking on the door 'ok come on Katie your an X-Man your an adult stop acting like a scared little girl' Katie thought waiting for someone to open the door
The door opened and Danny opened the door
Wait no it wasn't Danny her boyfriend didn't have his black hair in a ponytail over her shoulder
And after a month Katie would have learned by if her boyfriend was a woman
The not Danny laughed at her reaction "you must be Katie" she said holding out her hand "I'm Danielle Danny's younger sister"
'Oh' Katie thought 'I'm such an idiot' she thought before shaking hands "yeah i'm Katie and um sorry for staring you look alot like your brother"
Danielle moved to the side letting Katie into the high tech house of her boyfriends parents Danielle closed the door behind her shrugging "well I am his clone"
Oh that made sense
Wait did she say clone
Like Laura
Well that explained the ahem family resemblance but wait wouldn't Danielle be Danny's daughter instead of his sister
"When we met he was fourteen and I was twelve" Dani explained walking over to the wall where there was a picture of a fourteen year old Danny holding a younger Danielle on his shoulders it was so wholesome and sweet"calling someone two years older then you dad would have been really weird"
"I get it" Katie said still looking at the picture wondering based on just picture Danny was really affectionate and loving it made Katie wonder how he would be with another little girl one that was part Danny and part her
Katie blushed shaking her head now wasn't the time to be thinking about kids they'd only been dating for a month it wasn't time to be thinking about babies
"I uh know another clone Laura" she said changing the subject getting her blush under control "she calls the guy she was cloned from dad but the age gap was alot bigger"
"Was" Danielle asked Katie's smile dropped a little bit
"He uh passed away last year" Katie said remembering the funeral "your brother gave a nice eulogy for him"
Danielle didn't say anymore about the subject
Katie felt an elbow in her side she turned to see her boyfriends sister smiling at her "come on Juliet your Romeo's in the backyard"
Katie kept her blush under control as she followed after Danielle towards the backyard once walking through Danny's childhood home and out into the backyard once there she saw the giant man that was her boyfriends massive father manning the grill while his mom was setting the table
Katie looked around but didn't see any sign of her boyfriend until she looked over to a couple of little red haired boy with tanned skin in a gold colored shirt and black shorts on top of a squirming something with arms
A familiar pair of arms wearing a blue t-shirt
Something that got up laughing as he stood up holding the little boy in his arms "I've got you now" Danny said tickling the little boy making him laugh kicking his legs in the air "uncle Danny let me go"
Danny laughed "but I caught you fair and square" he said continuing to tickle the little boy 'ignoring' his cries of help Katie smiled walking over she picked up the little boy putting him on the ground she put her arms around Danny kissing him Danny smiled against her lips before kissing her back
"Ewww" Jayden said in disgust Katie and Danny looked over to the little boy
Danny laughed messing with Jaydens red hair "you'll understand when your older"
Jayden shook his head in denial "no way" he said before running off towards a red haired woman who looked kind of familiar to Katie but she couldn't remember where Danny shook his head before kissing Katie on the cheek walking placing his arm on the small of her back he walked over to the grill
"Mom dad this is my girlfriend Katie" he introduced Danny smiled at Katie "Katie these are my parents Jack and Maddie Fenton"
Mrs. Fenton smiled at Katie "hello Katie it's very nice to meet you"
"Nice to meet you too Mrs. Fenton" her nerves going away
"Yeah" Mr. Fenton added "nice to meet the girl who makes my son smile all the time"
Danny blushed "Dad" he exclaimed
Katie smiled "it's ok Mr. Fenton" Katie stood up on her tip toes kissing Danny on his temple "he's been making me smile all month long"
Mr. and Mrs. Fenton smiled at the younger couple "grandma grandpa" Jayden said interuppting the moment "are you guys done with the burgers yet I'm hungry"
Mr. Fenton laughed "they'll be ready soon sport" he said his massive hand covered Jaydens head like a hat
"Jayden Albert Garcia" the red head said rushing over she picked up Jayden "what have I told you about not going near the grill when it's on" she lectured sounding over protective
Made sense it was a hot grill and Jayden was a little boy "to not to" he said in a defeated voice
"You know we weren't going to let Jayden near the grill Jazz" Mrs. Fenton said
'Jazz' Katie thought why did that name sound familiar
"Don't tell me you didn't do the same with Danny Mom" Jazz said Mrs. Fenton didn't say anything guess she was just as protective when Danny was a little boy
"Hey Jazzie pants why don't you come meet Danny's girlfriend Katie" Mr. Fenton said
Jazz turned to look at Katie her eyes widened
Now Katie knew why her name sounded famiiar
They met already
Fifteen years ago
At the carnival
Jazz's eyes narrowed "we've met actually"
Katie nodded "yeah we have"
Katie could feel the tension in the air as Jazz stared at her
Katie remembered the first time she fought Magneto when she had control of her powers she thought she was so powerful so cocky and Magneto knocked her around without even trying
Flashback
Fourteen years ago
A car crashed into a transformed Katie slamming her through the wall of a bank Katie groaned in pain as she powered down slipping out from under the car in pain her opponent Magneto floated through the hole Katie had made with that car
This had been a real disaster Katie had been out with Sooraya when they had spotted Pietro Maximoff better known as a member of the Brotherhood of mutants Quicksilver using his powers to zip by and steal peoples wallets
Sooraya being a proud X-man had intervened before someone really got hurt by Quicksilver was having his fun
They had the little speedster cornered when daddy showed up Katie had transformed thinking if she could beat the son then she could beat the father
Yeah that didn't work
"Simply being related to Dr. Banner and his psychic roommate does not mean you will win every battle young one" Magneto said Katie frowned how the heck did he know about her and Bruce
They weren't related but like him her X-Gene was triggered by gamma radiation
It was a risk people took when the Hulk was your mothers midwife
"We're not related" Katie clarified transforming again "and your finished" Katie jumped transforming in midair placing her hand on her wrist she threw a punch Magneto created a magnetic field around himself the field bent around before pushing Katie back crashing into a tellers desk
It was a really good thing today was Sunday or she might have hurt a civilian
Magneto floated down as Quicksilver rushed in sand covering his body the shirt he was wearing ripped in places Magneto looked to Quicksilver "we're leaving now" Magneto said sternly Quicksilver just nodded "yes sir" he said meekly before the two disappeared
Katie had been scared of Magneto then and a small part of her would admit the master of magnetism was one of the scariest mutants that she had ever faced
But Danny's big sister Jazz was ten times scarier then Magneto had ever been
Danny seemed to sense this "Jazz things have changed since then" Danny told his sister Jazz looked to Danny really looked at Danny before back to Katie
"Are you sure" she asked
Great his sister hated him and for good reasons she was a monster back then
Danny nodded sternly
Jazz's glare finally softened "I'm sorry Katie I shouldn't judge you for something that happened when we were teenagers" she apologized
Katie nodded "I get it I wasn't the best person back then" Katie said accepting her apology grateful that she didn't have to fight her boyfriends sister
That wouldn't be the best way to make a first impression on his parents
"Hey people" Danielle said everyone turned to see her and the guy with Jazz "come on burgers are done and I want to eat before the Lunch Lady shows up"
Danny and the others laughed making Katie wonder if this was some kind of inside ghost
Or if something like that actually happened Katie wasn't too sure
Danny moved his arms up Katies back resting on her shoulders "we should sit down" he said seriously "before Dani and dad wipe out all of the food"
"Ok" Katie said used to people with big appetites for someone who was so small Jubilee could really put away the food back in the day Katie walked with Danny to the table
Katie didn't know what she had been expecting when she came to Danny's house to officially meet her boyfriends parents sure Danny didn't have terrible table manners and his parents always seemed so official and polite when she saw them talking to the professor but she didn't expect things to devolve so quickly into something like a dinner from her own family
Jazz and her husband were laughing at something Mrs. Fenton said while Dani Jayden and Mr. Fenton having an eating contest stuffing bite after bite of food into their mouths
Katie couldn't help but laugh at everything around her this was just like eating with her own family
Should she really have expected much else from the Fentons they might have been a family of superheroes but they were still family across from her was Jazz's husband Antonio "it's kind of surreal isn't it" he said "you see them in the news fighting ghosts and supervillains but they act like a normal family"
Katie smiled "yeah something like that"
Antonio nodded "I was with Jazz before Danny got real famous so I saw it up close and personal"
Danny finally came back bringing a couple of plates for him and Katie "Antonio don't go trying to scare my girlfriend off" Danny said putting one of the plates down in front of Katie
Antonio smiled putting his arms up "hey Danny I won't I promise" Antonio said
Katie smiled picking up a fry sticking it in her mouth "don't worry I don't get scared off that easily"
Katie scooted in close to Danny putting her arm around Danny's shoulder kissing him on the cheek
Danny smiled kissing him
"Eww" Jayden called out from his place on his aunts shoulder
Danielle laughed putting Jayden down on the bench next to her "you'll understand when your older kid"
Jayden shook his head in denial while Mrs. Fenton gave Danielle a knowing look "so when will you be bringing someone home Danielle"
Dani blushed looking away from her mother "mom seriously"
Danny and Katie exchanged a look Danny's experience with his clone sister and Katie from her years of dealing with kids they recognized that look Danny and Katie had matching smirks on their face "so what's his name" Katie asked
Danielle's blush got even redder covering more of her face "he doesn't have a name"
"So is he some kind of alien species that don't use names" Katie teased
"Lincoln's not an alien" Dani said
"Lincoln huh" Jazz asked getting in on the teasing "what happened to Cameron"
Danielle groaned covering her hands with her arms "why do I even come to these things" she asked quietly though everyone heard her
"Because you love us" the Fenton Clan said in unison weirdly reminding Katie of the Warners
Katie looked around expecting the Warners to show up
When she looked back there was a note on her plate
Can't make an appearance busy renovating our water tower for November
Will show up later

Katie blinked okaayyy then wondering what the Warners were doing in with their water tower and why it had to be done by November
"So about this Lincoln boy" Mr. Fenton was teasing Danielle "your mother and I would love to meet him"
"Daaaaddddddddd it was just one date" Danielle said mortified "I don't even know if I'm going to see him again"
Jazz smiled "me thinks the lady doth protest too much" she added
"Not you too" Danielle groaned grabbing Jayden "come on buddy we're going to go for a flight"
Jayden cheered while his parents mock protested Danielle kidnapping their son to get out of them teasing her about this Lincoln boy Katie watched as Danielle transformed into a black costume like Danny with white a white half on her chest and leg her belly was exposed a high flared collar and the tip of her hair was now fire
Weird she never saw Danny do that
Maybe girl halfa's got fire powers and boy's got ice the educator in her wondered
Anyways Danielle flew into the air with Jayden in her arms flying around the backyard Jaydens cheers of joy could be heard from down here putting a smile on everyone's faces
"All right you two when your sister gets down you'll stop teasing her about this Lincoln boy" Mrs. Fenton said "who knows we might end up meeting him soon enough" she added clearly liking the idea of her youngest daughter being happy
Katie had only just met Danielle and she wanted her to find someone nice
After a couple of hours of food fun and watching a movie Katie had to go she was on duty to watch the students tonight and had to get back to New York Katie smiled at Danny "I had a great time" she said her hair a little messy and there was a stain on her shirt from when Jayden had hugged her with ketchup stained hands
She thought her heart was going to explode from happiness when he called her Aunt Katie
Danny smiled "I think they really liked you" he said holding her hands "just like I knew they would"
Katie smiled to her boyfriend he always had such a way with words "even with Jazz" she asked remembering how cold Jazz had been to her Danny nodded
"Jazz was just being overprotective that's how she always is and always will be" Danny assured her "you should have seen her when she started going ghost hunting with me I got sucked into the thermos so many times" Danny winced "not to mention the ectoskeleton"
Katie wished she had the time to hear that story but she really did have to go "so Danny I got to meet your parents" here it comes moment of truth Katie "think you'd be free to meet mine"
Danny smiled "whenever you want" Danny said Katie smiled
"Really" she asked
Danny nodded "your my girlfriend whatever you want to do I'll go along with it" Danny told her leaning in close to kiss her he pulled away for a moment "as long as your not a supervillain"
Katie giggled rolling her eyes "I'm not" she told him before closing the distance and kissing him she loved kissing Danny every time they kissed it was like fireworks with the heat of an errupting volcano
It was wonderful
Danny was wonderful
Katie pulled away reluctantly she'd love to keep doing this but she really did have to go "I'll call you when I get back"
Danny smiled sneaking in one last quick peck "I'll be waiting" he said before he could try kissing her again Katie pulled away heading to her car she had a long drive back to New York and the institute
But for Danny it was worth it
And that's the chapter not much left to say that after this things get serious
