Hi everyone here we go with another chapter of Danny and Katie
And part one of the final battle with the Justice Lords leader Judge

After Many Dates Danny and Katie
If he were able to Judge would shrug "an acceptable loss"
Paulina let out a furious howl pouring more energy into holding him but Judge was prepared breaking free of the bindings grabbing the loose ends in his hands holding on tight electricity redirected the red light of rage right back into its master Paulina screamed in shock and in pain
While she was disoriented Judge rushed forward throwing a punch to her stomach grabbing the back of her head pulling it down to his raised knee knocking off Dash Baxters helmet grabbing her by the hair he spun throwing her through the air her body crashed into the conference room with a thud
Judge stepped towards her "it's finally time to pass judgement on you Paulina" Judge said coldly
Going to his belt Judge drew a sword from his belt with a flick of the switch the blade glowed with acid green flames Judge grabbed Paulina by the collar pulling her up aiming the blade at her neck
Paulina's eyes snapped open as she opened her mouth breathing out a torrent of crimson flames pushing Judge back
Creating claws on her hands Paulina snarled furiously swinging her claws Judge parried with his sword Judge lifted his leg kicking Paulina in the stomach pushing her back
Paulina grit her teeth punching the ground spikes of flaming red energy flew up from the floor Judge leapt up dodging the attack flying up Paulina created a mace with energy ready to hit Judge while he was vulnerable
As Paulina swung down Judge flew to the side avoiding the blow bringing his sword up to slash Paulina turned her mace into a sword blocking Judges attack green and red sparks flew between them
"So you do have powers" Paulina realized pushing against Judges sword
Judge pushed back red light reflecting off of Judges mask making him look more evil and demonic then Paulina already thought he was "you won't live long enough to tell anyone"
Judge took one hand off of the handle punching Paulina knocking her into a wall Paulina fell onto her stomach Judge flew down bringing his boot down into her lower back pushing down
"What was that part of your little oath" Judge asked mocking "toppling the altars of evil and dread"
Paulina tried to bring her ring up but Judge kicked her hand down "I think its time I toppled an altar of my own"
Judge tapped a button on his bracer "terminate the prisoners" he ordered into the device
"No" Paulina yelled trying to get back up but Judge stomped down on Paulina's spine
A red light flashed on Judges wrist
"Their fate is sealed and so is yours"
Katie and Antonio were sitting together in the cell still with their hands restrained Katie struggled and thrashed trying to get her hands loose
What she would give to have Kitty's powers right around now
Katie looked over to Antonio "any luck"
Antonio shook his head
Katie let out a frustrated sigh this was hopeless they were stuck here meanwhile she didn't even know if Danny and the others were coming for them
Or if they were even still alive to mount a rescue
"Hey none of that" Antonio told her "Danny and the others are tough they'll take down these Justice Fanatics and you'll be back in Danny's arms"
Katie looked over to the gold power ranger "you seem awfully confident"
"I've known Danny for fifteen years and he'll never gives up on someone if he can help them" Antonio smiled at Katie "especially for the woman he loves"
Katie smiled
An alarm blared for a moment as two drones entered their cell
"Prisoners prepare for termination" one of the drones ordered weapons primed and loaded aimed at Katie and Antonio "take this moment to make peace with your upcoming demise"
Katie said nothing to the drones standing up she defiantly stood between the drones and Antonio "do your worst" she said bravely using her body to shield Antonio
Hopefully he could find a way to get out of here and back to Jazz and Jayden
The drones didn't respond taking aim at Katie
Katie let out a slow breath her life flashing before her eyes

Meeting Danny on that blind date so many years ago

Training with Bruce and Logan
Mr. Hyde's attack on the institute after Danny's identity was exposed

Fighting side by side with the X-Men against guys like Magneto's brotherhood of mutants Stryker the Inner Circle the Juggernaut and Mr. Sinister
Spending time with friends
The last image she saw was her and Danny kissing 'goodbye Danny'
Katie heard a furious yell and saw a hand punch through the drones the drone fell over deactivated and Danny was standing there with eyes glowing an angry green
"Thank goodness you're ok" Danny said relieved hugging Katie holding her close Katie rested her head against his shoulder
"I'm fine now that you're here" Katie told Danny her boyfriend let go of her ripping the off her restraints Danny turned to Antonio blasting off his restraints Antonio stood up rubbing his wrists smiling knowingly at Katie "I told you so"
Katie laughed lightly still holding onto her man "yeah you did" she agreed
Danny Katie and Antonio left the cell at the end of the hall soldiers with riot gear were rushing towards them Danny looked to Antonio tossing him his morpher "do want these ones hermano"
Antonio smiled changing into his ranger form running at the guard he brought his arm up blocking the first soldiers nightstick with his sheathed sword pushing him back Antonio leapt up kicking at another's riot shield sending the rest flying through the air Antonio landed on one knee standing up
Katie let out an impressed whistle "Danny your brother in law's awesome"
Danny nodded in agreement
Before the three could leave the hallway the floor beneath their feet began to rumble and shake Danny looked up at the ceiling "I don't think Paulina's fight with Judge is going well"
Antonio looked up at the ceiling "I don't think so
The building rumbled again something told Katie that something else was going on
"Dann- come in" Kims voice came through the communicator but something was messing with the signal "Justic- Lordds secret weapon comin"
The building rumbled again and for a second they sounded like footsteps
"We have to split up" she told Danny "I'll take the weapon and you help take down Judge"
At first Danny looked like he wanted to argue but in the end he agreed "ok but please be safe"
"I always am" she told him kissing her boyfriend on the cheek grabbing Antonio by the shoulder "come on golden boy let's go smash a secret weapon"
A red light flashed on Judges wrist
"Their fate is sealed and so is yours"
Judge held up his sword in between his hands bringing it up over his head aiming at Paulina's throat
"Justice shall prevail"
As he was about to bring down his sword a green blast hit his hand knocking it out of his hand a second blast hit him in the side pushing Judge off of Paulina
"You know you and I have different ideas about what counts as Justice" Danny said walking over while Paulina got up onto her feet Danny looked over to her
"You ok" he asked
Paulina nodded "I'm fine how's Katie and Antonio"
"As fine as they can be" Danny answered looking to Judge "how do we turn off your secret weapon"
"So Ben thought it was necessary to activate" Judge said before he started to laugh "and here I thought it was going to be Kim who would have activated it"
Judge rushed forward reaching to grab his sword Danny intercepted throwing a punch at Judges face the leader of the Justice Lords brought up his arms to block pushing his arms out to try and knock Danny off balance
Danny turned intangible Judges arms passing right through Danny's body turning around Danny kicked Judge in the back Danny brought his arms up firing a powerful blast Paulina added her own blast hitting Judge in the face before he could block
Paulina then trapped him in a red dome Judge threw a punch trying to break through the barrier Paulina grit her teeth "take him out already I don't know how much longer I can hold this"
"Give it up Judge" Danny said charging a massive amount of energy into his fist "you and the rest of your Justice Lords are beat"
"Noo" Judge said the inside of the dome holding Judge filled with toxic green light before it shattered sending Danny and Paulina flying back hitting the wall Judge stepped out part of his mask was cracked and smoke from green ecto energy trailed off from his hands
A single crack in Judges mask like a scar radiated with green energy
Dannys eyes narrowed the pieces of the puzzle were starting to come together and how he had broken out of Paulinas dome had just confirmed Danny's suspicions
"Take that mask off" Danny ordered coldly "it won't help you here"
Judge laughed "I suppose I tipped my hand didn't I"
Slowly Judge reached up bringing his hands towards his face pushing on two hidden switches the mask clicked away from Judges face with a metallic hiss falling onto the floor Judge reached up taking off the hood black hair matted with swear fell out
Paulinas eyes widened "no that's not possible" she muttered quietly "you died I watched you die"
"Yes well Mrs. Griffin you know the old saying" Judge said with Danny's smiling mockingly with Danny's face
Dannys eyes his hair his nose his everything it was like looking in a twisted fun house mirror
"Appearances can be deceiving"
And this is the end of part one
Part two will come soon and we will finally be done with the Justice Lords
